本发明公开了一种防腐蚀铁基五金件,包括:基体和涂刷在所述基体表面的防腐蚀层,所述基体由金属铝和金属铁高温融合而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述金属铁的含量为80-90%,所述金属铝的含量为10-20%,所述防腐蚀层由环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂以及聚乙烯醇混合而成,其质量百分比分别为:所述环氧树脂的含量为40-50%,所述不饱和聚酯树脂的含量为30-40%,其余为聚乙烯醇,通过上述方式,本发明能够具备有良好的抗氧化性和优越的防腐蚀性,大幅提高使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种五金领域,特别涉及一种防腐蚀铁基五金件。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,五金制品行业更是迅猛发展,而现阶段铁基五金件由于价格低廉,因此使用最为广泛,同时铁基五金件也具备有较好的使用价值,然后铁基五金件在使用的过程中均存在较多缺陷,如:易被氧化,易被腐蚀,并且采用镀铜的方式的铁基五金件,其加工方法繁琐且制备成本又较高,因此现有的铁基五金件已经无法满足现在人们的需求了。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防腐蚀铁基五金件,能够具备有良好的抗氧化性和优越的防腐蚀性,大幅提高使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防腐蚀铁基五金件,包括:基体和涂刷在所述基体表面的防腐蚀层,所述基体由金属铝和金属铁高温融合而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述金属铁的含量为80-90%,所述金属铝的含量为10-20%,所述防腐蚀层由环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂以及聚乙烯醇混合而成,其质量百分比分别为:所述环氧树脂的含量为40-50%,所述不饱和聚酯树脂的含量为30-40%,其余为聚乙烯醇。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高温融合的温度为800-1000℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐蚀层的厚度为1-3mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够具备有良好的抗氧化性和优越的防腐蚀性,大幅提高使用寿命。

实施例1:
一种防腐蚀铁基五金件,包括:基体和涂刷在所述基体表面的防腐蚀层,所述基体由金属铝和金属铁以800℃的温度高温融合而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述金属铁的含量为80%,所述金属铝的含量为20%,所述防腐蚀层由环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂以及聚乙烯醇混合而成,其质量百分比分别为:所述环氧树脂的含量为40%,所述不饱和聚酯树脂的含量为40%,其余为聚乙烯醇;所述防腐蚀层的厚度为1mm。
实施例2:
一种防腐蚀铁基五金件,包括:基体和涂刷在所述基体表面的防腐蚀层,所述基体由金属铝和金属铁以1000℃的高温融合而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述金属铁的含量为90%,所述金属铝的含量为10%,所述防腐蚀层由环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂以及聚乙烯醇混合而成,其质量百分比分别为:所述环氧树脂的含量为50%,所述不饱和聚酯树脂的含量为30%,其余为聚乙烯醇;所述防腐蚀层的厚度为3mm。
实施例3:
一种防腐蚀铁基五金件,包括:基体和涂刷在所述基体表面的防腐蚀层,所述基体由金属铝和金属铁以900℃的温度高温融合而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述金属铁的含量为85%,所述金属铝的含量为15%,所述防腐蚀层由环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂以及聚乙烯醇混合而成,其质量百分比分别为:所述环氧树脂的含量为45%,所述不饱和聚酯树脂的含量为35%,其余为聚乙烯醇;所述防腐蚀层的厚度为2mm。
区别于现有技术,本发明通过在基体表面涂刷一层防腐蚀层,且该防腐蚀层由环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂以及聚乙烯醇混合而成,从而对基体起到防腐蚀的保护,最终具备有良好的抗氧化性和优越的防腐蚀性,大幅提高使用寿命。

1.一种防腐蚀铁基五金件,其特征在于,包括:基体和涂刷在所述基体表面的防腐蚀层,所述基体由金属铝和金属铁高温融合而成,按照质量百分比配比:所述金属铁的含量为80-90%,所述金属铝的含量为10-20%,所述防腐蚀层由环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂以及聚乙烯醇混合而成,其质量百分比分别为:所述环氧树脂的含量为40-50%,所述不饱和聚酯树脂的含量为30-40%,其余为聚乙烯醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀铁基五金件,其特征在于,所述高温融合的温度为800-1000℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀铁基五金件,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀层的厚度为1-3mm。
