在照明技术领域,手电筒是一种常见的便携式照明工具,其包括基部和照明部,为照明部供电的部分通常设置在基部内。使用者需手持手电筒,这大大束缚了使用者,不利于使用者同时进行其他操作。为了实际使用的便利,本领域的技术人员在手电筒的基础上进行改进,提出了一种工作灯的结构,这种工作灯使用可弯曲的蛇形管连接基部和照明部,使用者按照不同的情况将蛇形管弯曲,并将弯曲的蛇形管悬挂在周围的某一物体上以固定。
然而这种工作灯,使用时需悬挂在周围的某一物体上固定,这给实际操作带来了很大的限制;一旦固定好工作灯,照明部的照明角度也会固定,调整照明角度时需要调整蛇形管,操作比较麻烦;蛇形管与基部、照明部之间采用卡扣和相应的卡槽连接,一方面这样的连接方式密封性不良,容易导致水或尘土进入基部、照明部或蛇形管的内部;一方面,分开蛇形管与基部或蛇形管与照明部时,容易导致卡扣的损坏,影响整个工作灯的使用寿命。并且,在光线不良或紧急作业的时候,使用者经常错误的组装工作灯,比如将基部和照明部直接连接,连接后却发现无法工作。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种新型的工作灯。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型的工作灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了 一种蛇形管,包括可变形的外管以及设置在所述外管内的可变形的支撑结构和导电部件,其特征在于,所述蛇形管两端具有相同的连接结构。
进一步地,所述蛇形管两端分别具有用于连接外部结构的内螺纹。
进一步地,所述外管为波纹管。
进一步地,所述支撑结构包括配合所述波纹管的星型管。
进一步地, 所述星型管的外缘位于所述波纹管的内径最大处,所述星型管相邻的星型结构之间的间距对应于所述波纹管相邻的内径最大处之间的间距。
进一步地, 所述支撑结构还包括柔性金属丝,所述金属丝设置于所述支撑结构内并贯穿所述支撑结构。
同时,本发明提供了 一种工作灯,包括基部、照明部和开关控件,所述基部内设置有为所述照明部供电的电池,所述基部和所述照明部通过连接部连接,其特征在于,所述基部和所述照明部通过相同的连接结构分别与所述连接部连接 。通过这样的设置,所述基部和所述照明部无法直接连接,使用者使用时不可能出现安装错误。
进一步地,所述连接部包括蛇形管。
进一步地,所述基部和所述蛇形管的第一端螺纹连接;所述照明部和所述蛇形管的第二端螺纹连接。
进一步地 ,所述蛇形管的第一端和第二端的螺纹均为内螺纹。
通过这种连接方式,蛇形管和基部之间、蛇形管和照明部件之间的连接更为紧密,密封性好,可以防止液体或灰尘进入基部或者照明部的内部,有效延长照明灯的使用寿命。此外,分开蛇形管、基部和照明部时,对照螺纹的方向旋开即可,螺纹连接方式相比卡扣和卡槽的配合不易损坏。
进一步地,所述蛇形管包括可变形的外管以及设置在所述外管内的可变形的支撑结构和导电部件。
进一步地,所述外管为波纹管。
进一步地,所述支撑结构包括配合所述波纹管的星型管。
进一步地, 所述星型管的外缘位于所述波纹管的内径最大处,所述星型管相邻的星型结构之间的间距对应于所述波纹管相邻的内径最大处之间的间距。
进一步地, 所述支撑结构还包括柔性金属丝,所述金属丝设置于所述支撑结构内。
进一步地, 所述金属丝贯穿所述支撑结构。
通过这种设置方式,星型管和波纹管之间配合紧密,可以有效增加蛇形管的硬度;引入柔性金属丝,进一步加强蛇形管的支撑效果,使用者根据实际需要,对蛇形管施力,使蛇形管变形弯曲,变形后的蛇形管在内部星型管和金属丝的支撑下可以保持目前的形状,这样,即使使用者的周围没有合适的物体支撑蛇形管,蛇形管自身也可以保持目前的弯曲状态,以满足使用者的需求,适用于多种场合。
进一步地,所述蛇形管的一端具有槽,所述蛇形管的另一端具有和所述槽对应的凸条,所述凸条设置为可插入所述槽中。
在蛇形管的两端设置彼此配合的槽和凸条,从而可以通过将凸条插入槽中实现蛇形管的两端相连,减小蛇形管的占据空间,更便于携带和放置。
进一步地,所述工作灯还包括连接套,所述基部和所述照明部通过 连接套连接, 所述基部和所述照明部具有相同的用于连接所述连接套的连接结构。
进一步地, 所述基部和所述 连接套 的第一端螺纹连接;所述照明部和所述 连接套 的第二端螺纹连接。
进一步地, 所述连接套的第一端和第二端的螺纹均为内螺纹。
所述连接套优选为绝缘材质制成。
可替换地使用连接套连接基部和照明的照明灯,结构更为紧凑,携带方便。在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,连接套为一绝缘连接套,一端具有和基部配合的内螺纹,一端具有和照明部配合的内螺纹,所述连接套的长度保证基部为照明部供电。
进一步地,所述照明部包括灯头和灯头固定部,所述灯头沿所述灯头固定部的一端延伸,所述灯头固定部设置为接收所述基部传来的电流并向所述灯头提供电流。
进一步地,所述灯头设置为可枢转地连接所述灯头固定部的所述一端。在外力的作用下,所述灯头可相对所述灯头固定部的所述一端转动。这实现灯头的多角度照明,使用者只需调整灯头的角度即可调整照明效果。
进一步地,所述灯头上具有若干凸起,所述灯头固定部的所述一端具有与所述凸起配合的面,所述灯头转动时克服所述凸起和所述面之间的摩擦。
进一步地,所述灯头和所述灯头固定部的所述一端的夹角介于0~90度。进一步地,所述凸起在所述灯头上等间距分布。
进一步地,所述凸起的数目为3~10个。
在灯头和灯头固定部的连接端上设置凸起和配合的面,增大了在灯头和灯头固定部的连接端之间的摩擦,灯头的角度确定后,在摩擦的作用下,该角度易于保持,不会轻易改变;通过合理的设置凸起的位置、个数、间距,可以实现灯头多角度的调整。
进一步地,所述灯头内具有LED灯和透镜,所述LED灯的光线经过所述透镜发出,所述透镜设置为与所述LED灯之间的距离可调。
通过改变透镜和LED灯之间的距离,可实现远光(如作为手电筒)和近光(如作为工作灯)的切换,满足不同条件下的需求。
进一步地,所述灯头的外壳采用透明材质的材料制成。通过这样的设置,本发明中的工作灯增大了照明的亮度,适用作野营灯。
述步地g 进一步地,所述基部内的电池为可充电锂电池。
进一步地,所述基部上具有磁性部件,如磁铁或磁钢。通过这样的设置,使用者可以根据实际需要,将基部吸附在周围的某一物体上以固定照明灯。
进一步地,所述基部的外壳为防水防尘的绝缘外壳。
技术效果
本发明中照明灯的基部和照明部具有相同的连接结构,基部和照明部无法直接连接,使用者使用时不可能出现安装错误。
特别是当照明部分使用有极性要求的LED作为光源时,避免了使用者在连接电源和照明部分时,安装错误的发生。
本发明中照明灯的基部和照明部分别与蛇形管螺纹连接,密封性好,可以防止液体或灰尘进入基部或者照明部的内部,且螺纹连接不易损坏,可有效延长照明灯的使用寿命。
使用绝缘连接套连接基部和照明的照明灯,结构更为紧凑,携带方便;使用可变形的蛇形管连接基部和照明的照明灯,可以根据操作需要, 将蛇形管弯曲以将照明灯固定在某处,使用者无需手持照明灯,便于使用者进行工作。
本发明照明灯的蛇形管包括波纹管、星型管和金属丝,星型管和波纹管之间配合紧密,可以有效增加蛇形管的硬度;引入金属丝,进一步加强蛇形管的支撑效果,使用者根据实际需要,对蛇形管施力,使蛇形管变形弯曲,变形后的蛇形管在内部星型管和金属丝的支撑下可以保持目前的形状,这样,即使使用者的周围没有合适的物体支撑蛇形管,蛇形管自身也可以保持目前的弯曲状态,以满足使用者的需求,适用于多种场合。
在蛇形管的两端设置彼此配合的槽和凸条,从而可以通过将凸条插入槽中实现蛇形管的两端相连,减小蛇形管的占据空间,更便于携带和放置。
本发明中照明部的 灯头设置为可枢转地连接灯头固定部的一端。在外力的作用下,灯头可相对灯头固定部转动以调整灯头的照明角度,应用更加灵活。
以下将结合附图对本 发明 的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本 发明 的目的、特征和效果。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明的一较佳实施例中的工作灯的结构示意图。本实施例中,工作灯包括基部1、照明部2 和开关控件 5 ,基部1内设置有为照明部2供电的电池,基部1和照明部2通过可变形的蛇形管4连接, 基部 1 和照明部 2 具有相同的用于连接所述蛇形管 4 的连接结构 ,图2示出基部和照明部的一种连接结构。在本实施例中, 基部1和蛇形管4的第一端螺纹连接,照明部2和蛇形管4的第二端螺纹连接,蛇形管4的第一端和第二端的螺纹均为内螺纹,基部1在基部与蛇形管的连接端具有对应的外螺纹,照明部2在照明部与蛇形管的连接端具有对应的外螺纹。 照明灯的基部和照明部具有相同的连接结构61和62,基部和照明部无法直接连接,使用者使用时不可能出现安装错误。
基部在其与蛇形管的连接端具有环状电极片,蛇形管与基部连接的第一端设置有与基部的环状电极片连接的电极;蛇形管的第二端具有环状电极片,照明部在其与蛇形管的连接端具有与蛇形管的环状电极片连接的电极。为了更好的导电,蛇形管的电极和照明部的电极均设置为弹性电极。
如图4和图5所示,可变形的蛇形管包括波纹管41、星型管42和导线43,星型管42和导线43设置于波纹管41的内部,星型管42的外缘位于波纹管41的内径最大处,星型管42相邻的星型结构之间的间距对应于波纹管41相邻的内径最大处之间的间距。图4示出了一星型结构的剖面图。星型管和波纹管之间配合紧密,可以有效增加蛇形管的硬度。导线43为照明部2传输电流。
所述可变形的蛇形管还包括铁丝44,铁丝44设置于星型管42的中心位置并贯穿星型管42。铁丝进一步加强蛇形管的支撑效果。
蛇形管的一端具有槽,另一端具有和所述槽对应的凸条,凸条插入槽中可以实现蛇形管的两端连接在一起,减小蛇形管的占据空间,更便于携带和放置。
本发明提出的工作灯中,基部和照明部可以通过连接套连接。
图3示出了本发明的一个较佳实施例的采用连接套的工作灯的结构示意图。基部1和照明部2通过连接套3连接。 基部1和连接套3的第一端螺纹连接;照明部2和连接套3的第二端螺纹连接。连接套3的第一端和第二端的螺纹均为内螺纹。基部1在其与连接套3的连接端具有配合连接套3的第一端的外螺纹,照明部2在其与连接套3的连接端具有配合连接套3的第二端的外螺纹。 可替换地使用绝缘连接套连接基部和照明的照明灯,结构更为紧凑,携带方便。
照明部2包括灯头21和灯头固定部22,灯头固定部22与连接套3的第二端螺纹连接,接收基部传来的电流并向灯头21提供电流;灯头21可枢转地连接灯头固定部22的一端221,灯头21可相对灯头固定部22转动。这实现灯头的多角度照明,使用者只需调整灯头的角度即可调整照明效果。
图6示出了本发明一个较佳实施例中灯头的局部放大图。灯头21上具有凸起7,灯头固定部的一端221上具有与凸起配合的面,灯头21转动时克服所述凸起和所述面之间的摩擦。在灯头和灯头固定部的连接端上设置凸起和配合的面,增大了在灯头和灯头固定部的连接端之间的摩擦,灯头的角度确定后,在摩擦的作用下,该角度易于保持,不会轻易改变。在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,灯头21上的凸起与灯头固定部22上的面的配合的过程,所述凸起始终隐藏在灯头固定部22内。这样可以有效防止凸起上积累灰尘或脏物,进而影响灯头的转动。
灯头21和灯头固定部的所述一端221的夹角可以控制在0~90度之间。
灯头21上凸起的数目为3~10个。通过合理的设置凸起的位置、个数、间距,可以实现灯头多角度的调整。
灯头21内具有大功率LED灯和透镜, LED灯的光线经过透镜发出,透镜设置为与所述LED灯之间的距离可调。通过改变透镜和LED灯之间的距离,可实现远光(如作为手电筒)和近光(如作为工作灯)的切换,满足不同条件下的需求。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,灯头21的外壳采用透明材质的材料制成。通过这样的设置,工作灯增大了照明的亮度,适用作野营灯。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种工作灯,包括基部、照明部和开关控件,所述基部内设置有为所述照明部供电的电池,所述基部和所述照明部通过连接部连接,其特征在于,所述基部和所述照明部通过相同的连接结构分别与所述连接部连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述连接部包括蛇形管。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述基部和所述蛇形管的第一端螺纹连接;所述照明部和所述蛇形管的第二端螺纹连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述蛇形管的第一端和第二端的螺纹均为内螺纹。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述蛇形管包括可变形的外管以及设置在所述外管内的可变形的支撑结构和导电部件。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述外管为波纹管。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述支撑结构包括配合所述波纹管的星型管。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述星型管的外缘位于所述波纹管的内径最大处,所述星型管相邻的星型结构之间的间距对应于所述波纹管相邻的内径最大处之间的间距。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述支撑结构还包括柔性金属丝,所述金属丝设置于所述支撑结构内。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述金属丝贯穿所述支撑结构。
  11. 如权利要求2所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述蛇形管的一端具有槽,所述蛇形管的另一端具有和所述槽对应的凸条,所述凸条设置为可插入所述槽中。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述工作灯还包括连接套,所述基部和所述照明部通过所述连接套连接,所述基部和所述照明部具有相同的用于连接所述连接套的连接结构。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述基部和所述连接套的第一端螺纹连接;所述照明部和所述连接套的第二端螺纹连接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述连接套的第一端和第二端的螺纹均为内螺纹。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述连接套为绝缘材质制成。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述照明部包括灯头和灯头固定部,所述灯头沿所述灯头固定部的一端延伸,所述灯头固定部设置为接收所述基部传来的电流并向所述灯头提供电流,所述灯头设置为可枢转地连接所述灯头固定部的所述一端。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述灯头上具有一个或多个凸起,所述灯头固定部的所述一端具有与所述凸起配合的面,所述灯头转动时克服所述凸起和所述面之间的摩擦。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述灯头和所述灯头固定部的所述一端的夹角介于0~90度。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述凸起在所述灯头上等间距分布。
  20. 如权利要求16所述的工作灯,其特征在于,所述灯头内具有LED灯和透镜,所述LED灯的光线经过所述透镜发出,所述透镜设置为与所述LED灯之间的距离可调。

  28. 如权利要求27所述的蛇形管,其特征在于,所述星型管的外缘位于所述波纹管的内径最大处,所述星型管相邻的星型结构之间的间距对应于所述波纹管相邻的内径最大处之间的间距。
  29. 如权利要求24所述的蛇形管,其特征在于,所述支撑结构还包括柔性金属丝,所述金属丝设置于所述支撑结构内并贯穿所述支撑结构。
