通过以上对图 1所示实施例的描述, 本领域技术人员应当知晓, 第一类型 银行服务器 102与第二类型银行服务器 103可集成于同一银行端设备上; 付款 方银行与收款方银行可以是同一银行。
在本发明提供的网络支付系统中, 付款方在电子支付凭证自动解付期 T内 的任意时间行使刹车权来触发中止支付, 而不一定必须将资金支付出去, 可以 降低资金风险, 保障买家的利益。
图 3是本发明一实施例提供的网络支付方法的流程图。 在操作中, 网络支 付方法开始于在第一类型客户终端 104 (即, 收款方)向第二类型客户终端 105 (即, 付款方)发出商品之后, 根据收款方的指令将已发货信息发送到网络支 付服务器 101来执行电子支付凭证确认解付操作。 网络支付服务器 101根据第 一类型客户终端 104发送过来的已发货信息, 更新资金解付期并且将触发信息 发送到第二类型银行服务器 103来触发资金解付。 第二类型银行服务器 103根 据网络支付服务器 101发送过来的触发信息来将资金划入解付资金池中。
如上所述, 在触发资金解付的时间点与付款方银行实际将解付资金从资金 池划给收款方银行的实际解付时间点之间存在一段电子支付凭证自动解付期 T (例如, 14天)。 如果付款方在电子支付凭证自动解付期 T内对这笔交易没有 提出异议, 则第二类型银行服务器 103在电子支付凭证自动解付期 T (例如, 14天)到期后自动完成对第一类型银行服务器 102的付款。 即第二类型银行服 务器 103将商品资金从与第二类型客户终端 105关联的账户划拨到第一类型银 行服务器 102的与第一类型客户终端 104关联的账户。
如果付款方在电子支付凭证自动解付期 T内对这笔交易提出异议则付款方 (即, 买方)可以行使刹车权。 此时, 第二类型客户终端 105根据付款方的指 令将中止支付信息发送到网络支付服务器 101来调用网络支付服务器 101的中 止支付操作接口以中止支付操作。 网络支付服务器 101根据第二类型客户终端 105发送过来的中止支付信息,将资金冻结信息发送到第二类型银行服务器 103 来进行资金冻结。 第二类型银行服务器 103根据网络支付服务器 101的资金冻 结信息来进行资金冻结。 在资金冻结之后, 可等待付款方和收款方(买卖双方) 达成一致协议处理。 若双方同意退款, 则第二类型银行服务器 103将资金从解 付资金池划回与第二类型客户终端 105关联的账户 (不支付) 。 若双方同意继 续交易, 则第二类型银行服务器 103将商品资金从与第二类型客户终端 105关 联的账户划拨到第一类型银行服务器 102的与第一类型客户终端 104关联的账 户。
图 4是本发明另一实施例提供的网络支付方法 400的流程图。 该网络支付 方法 400包括以下步骤:
步骤 S401 : 第一类型客户终端 104 (即, 收款方)向第二类型客户终端 105 (即, 付款方)发出商品, 根据收款方的指令将已发货信息发送到网络支付服 务器 101来执行电子支付凭证确认解付操作。
步骤 S403: 网络支付服务器 101根据第一类型客户终端 104发送过来的已 发货信息, 更新资金解付期并且将触发信息发送到第二类型银行服务器 103来 触发资金解付。
步骤 S405: 第二类型银行服务器 103根据网络支付服务器 101发送过来的 触发信息来将资金划入解付资金池中。
步骤 S407:付款方在电子支付凭证自动解付期 T内判断对这笔交易是否有 异议。 如果无异议, 则转到步骤 S409:第二类型银行服务器 103在电子支付凭 证自动解付期 T (例如, 14天)到期后自动完成对第一类型银行服务器 102的 付款。 即第二类型银行服务器 103将商品资金从与第二类型客户终端 105关联 的账户划拨到第一类型银行服务器 102的与第一类型客户终端 104关联的账户。 随后,在步骤 S411中,第一类型银行服务器 102在接收到来自第二类型银行服 务器 103的资金(即, 收款)之后, 将资金转入与第一类型客户终端 104关联 的账户。 这时网络支付过程结束。
再次回到步骤 S407 ,如果付款方在电子支付凭证自动解付期 T内对这笔交 易提出异议, 则付款方(即, 买方)可以行使刹车权(步骤 S413 ) 。 此时, 第 二类型客户终端 105根据付款方的指令将中止支付信息发送到网络支付服务器 101来调用网络支付服务器 101 的中止支付操作接口以中止支付操作。 网络支 付服务器 101根据第二类型客户终端 105发送过来的中止支付信息, 将资金冻 结信息发送到第二类型银行服务器 103来进行资金冻结(步骤 S415 )。 第二类 型银行服务器 103根据网络支付服务器 101的资金冻结信息来进行资金冻结(步 骤 S417 ) 。 在资金冻结之后, 可等待付款方和收款方(买卖双方)达成一致协 议处理(步骤 S419 )。 若双方同意退款, 则第二类型银行服务器 103将资金从 解付资金池划回与第二类型客户终端 105关联的账户 (不支付) 。 若双方同意 继续交易, 则第二类型银行服务器 103将商品资金从与第二类型客户终端 105 关联的账户划拨到第一类型银行服务器 102的与第一类型客户终端 104关联的 账户。
利用本发明提供的网络支付系统及方法,在付款方进行网络支付 /移动支付 之后, 如果收款方有任何欺诈或者不诚信的嫌疑, 付款方可行使刹车权来限制 支付的后续流程, 从而使支付失效、 提供了安全緩冲并且保护了付款方支付的 安全性。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种网络支付系统, 包括: 适用于收款方银行的第一类型银行服务器、 适用于付款方银行的第二类型银行服务器、 以及网络支付服务器, 其特征在于: 所述网络支付服务器与所述第一类型银行服务器和所述第二类型银行服务 器相连接, 用于根据从收款方处发来的已发货信息来更新资金解付期, 并且根 据所述已发货信息来将触发信息发送到所述第二类型银行服务器来触发资金解 付, 并且根据从付款方处发来的中止支付信息而将资金冻结信息发送到所述第 二类型银行服务器来进行资金冻结;
所述第一类型银行服务器与所述第二类型银行服务器和所述网络支付服务 器相连接, 用于在接收到来自所述第二类型银行服务器的资金之后, 将资金转 入与所述收款方关联的账户; 以及
所述第二类型银行服务器用于根据所述网络支付服务器发送过来的所述触 发信息, 将与所述付款方和所售商品关联的资金划入解付资金池中, 并且根据 所述网络支付服务器的所述资金冻结信息来进行资金冻结。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的网络支付系统, 还包括:
适用于所述收款方的第一类型客户终端, 与所述网络支付服务器相连接, 用于在所述收款方向所述付款方发出商品之后, 根据所述收款方的指令将已发 货信息发送到所述网络支付服务器来执行电子支付凭证确认解付操作; 以及 适用于所述付款方的第二类型客户终端, 与所述网络支付服务器相连接, 用于根据所述付款方的指令将所述中止支付信息发送到所述网络支付服务器来 调用所述网络支付服务器的中止支付操作接口以中止支付操作。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的网络支付系统, 其特征在于, 在触发资金解付的时 间点与所述第二类型银行服务器的实际解付时间点之间有一段电子支付凭证自 动解付期,如果所述付款方在所述电子支付凭证自动解付期间对交易提出异议, 则所述付款方发出指令来通过所述第二类型终端将所述中止支付信息发送到所 述网络支付服务器以中止支付操作。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的网络支付系统, 其特征在于, 在触发资金解付的时 间点与所述第二类型银行服务器的实际解付时间点之间有一段电子支付凭证自 动解付期, 如果所述付款方在所述电子支付凭证自动解付期间对交易没有提出 异议, 则所述第二类型银行服务器在所述电子支付凭证自动解付期到期后将资 金从与所述付款方关联的账户划拨到所述第一类型银行服务器的与所述收款方 关联的账户。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的网络支付系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二类型银行服 务器还用于根据所述付款方和所述收款方的协议处理结果来对所述冻结的资金 进行处理, 如果所述付款方和所述收款方同意退款, 则所述资金从所述解付资 金池划回与所述付款方关联的账户, 并且如果所述付款方和所述收款方同意继 续交易, 则所述第二类型银行服务器将所述资金从与所述付款方关联的账户划 拨到所述第一类型银行服务器的与所述收款方关联的账户。
6、 一种网络支付方法, 应用于网络支付系统中, 所述网络支付系统包括适 用于收款方银行的第一类型银行服务器、 适用于付款方银行的第二类型银行服 务器、 以及网络支付服务器, 所述网络支付方法包括以下步骤:
所述网络支付服务器根据从收款方处发来的已发货信息来更新资金解付期 并且将触发信息发送到所述第二类型银行服务器来触发资金解付的步骤;
所述第二类型银行服务器根据所述网络支付服务器发送过来的所述触发信 息来将与所述付款方和所售商品关联的资金划入解付资金池中的步骤;
所述网络支付服务器根据从付款方处发来的中止支付信息而将资金冻结信 息发送到所述第二类型银行服务器的步骤; 以及
所述第二类型银行服务器根据所述网络支付服务器的所述资金冻结信息来 进行资金冻结的步骤。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络支付系统还包括适用 于所述收款方的第一类型终端和适用于所述付款方的第二类型终端, 并且在触 发资金解付的时间点与所述第二类型银行服务器的实际解付时间点之间有一段 电子支付凭证自动解付期, 其中所述网络支付方法还包括以下步骤:
如果所述付款方在所述电子支付凭证自动解付期间对交易提出异议, 则所 述付款方发出指令来通过所述第二类型终端将所述中止支付信息发送到所述网 络支付服务器以中止支付操作的步骤。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 还包括:
如果所述付款方在所述电子支付凭证自动解付期间对交易没有提出异议, 则所述第二类型银行服务器在所述电子支付凭证自动解付期到期后将资金从与 所述付款方关联的账户划拨到所述第一类型银行服务器的与所述收款方关联的 账户的步骤。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 还包括:
所述第二类型银行服务器根据所述付款方和所述收款方的同意退款协议处 理结果来将所述冻结的资金从所述解付资金池划回与所述付款方关联的账户的 步骤; 以及
所述第二类型银行服务器根据所述付款方和所述收款方的继续交易协议处 理结果来将所述冻结的资金从与所述付款方关联的账户划拨到所述第一类型银 行服务器的与所述收款方关联的账户的步骤。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 还包括:
所述第一类型银行服务器在接收到来自所述第二类型银行服务器的资金之 后, 将资金转入与所述收款方关联的账户的步骤。
