该交易平台单元 1具有由网络交易建构端所管理的后台, 供各买方或各卖方事 先申请为会员, 且可供至少一卖方发布至少贩售一拍卖产品的贩售讯息, 同时供至 少 ―买方搜寻贩售讯息后形成一购物讯息, 并用于撮合卖方的贩售讯息及买方的购 物讯息以达成交易, 而形成一交易讯息, 且网络交易建构端并于实体金融机构中预 先申请有一实体帐号 15(或于不同单位的实体金融机构中预先申请有一实体帐号 15), 该实体帐号 15并可由交易平台单元 1依各交易讯息形成一交易的实体帐号, 供进行交易的款项收付控管;
该买方处理端 2具有与前述交易平台单元 1以智能电网或网络连线的功能, 且 买方需事先通过买方处理端 2向交易平台单元 1申请成为会员, 供买方利用买方处 理端 2以会员帐号向交易平台单元 1登入个人身份资讯及发出搜寻贩售讯息与购物 讯息等, 又买方并于实体金融机构中预先申请有与会员帐号相同身份识别帐户的买 方银行帐户 25 , 且买方并在利用买方处理端 2向交易平台单元 1申请为会员时, 同 时登录相同买方银行帐户 25的身份识别帐户于交易平台单元 1内, 供进行交易的 款项收付控管, 该交易平台单元 1可利用实体金融机构的开户作业来审核买方是否 有异常, 或以实体金融机构控管买方帐户风险而预先确认买方身份的真实性;
该卖方处理端 3具有与前述交易平台单元 1以智能电网或网络连线的功能, 且 卖方需事先通过卖方处理端 3向交易平台单元 1申请成为会员, 供卖方利用卖方处 理端 3向交易平台单元 1登入个人身份资讯及发出贩售讯息等, 又卖方并于实体金 融机构中预先申请有与会员帐号相同身份识别帐户的卖方银行帐户 35,且卖方并在 利用卖方处理端 3向交易平台单元 1申请为会员时, 同时 录相同卖方银行帐户 35 的身份识别帐户于交易平台单元 1 内, 供进行交易的款项收付控管, 该交易平台单 元 1可利用实体金融机构的开户作业来审核卖方是否有异常, 或以实体金融机构控 管卖方帐户风险而预先确认卖方身份的真实; 藉此, 组构成一可有效确认买卖双方 身份、 且减少交易纠纷的网络安全随付系统。
而关于本发明的实际运用, 在买、 卖双方完成交易的操作, 如图 2所显示, 当 卖方通过卖方处理端 3于网络交易建构端所提供的交易平台单元 1上发布贩售讯息 后 (步骤 201),买方可利用买方处理端 2于该交易平台单元 1搜寻到前述的贩售讯息, 且其有釆买意愿时则通过买方处理端 2向交易平台单元 1递交购物讯息 (步骤 202) 给卖方处理端 3 , 此时, 该交易平台单元 1会对卖方处理端 3产生一选择讯息, 如 卖方处理端 3接受交易,该交易平台单元 1会形成一交易完成讯息 (如卖方处理端取 消交易, 该交易平台单元 1会形成一取消讯息), 且发送给买、 卖双方的买方处理端 2、 卖方处理端 3(步骤 203), 同时于买方处理端 2显示付款于该交易平台单元 1其 实体帐号的付款讯息 (步骤 203A), 且买方并依指示通过买方处理端 2由预先登录的 买方银行帐户 25将所需款项转汇至该交易平台单元 1的实体帐号 15内(步骤 204), 交易平台单元 1在确认汇入的款项确实来自与买方同一身份识别帐户的买方银行帐 户 25后, 并发出收款通知及买方交货资料给卖方处理端 3(步骤 205), 卖方并依指 示出货给买方,且通过卖方处理端 3向交易平台单元 1递交出货通知讯息 (步骤 206), 之后交易平台单元 1并将已出货通知讯息传递给买方处理端 2(步骤 207), 且买方在 收到货、 且验收合格后, 通过买方处理端 2通知交易平台单元 1(步骤 208), 该交易 平台单元 1在收受买方的到货通知讯息后, 即通过实体帐号 15将款项递交至卖方 预先登录的同一身份识别帐户的卖方银行帐户 35(步骤 209), 且卖方在确认收受款 项后, 通过卖方处理端 3通知交易平台单元 1(步骤 210), 最后由交易平台单元 1向 买、 卖方处理端 2、 3发送完成交易的讯息 (步骤 211);
通过上述的操作流程, 买、 卖双方可通过买、 卖方银行帐户 25、 35于实体金 融机构中开立帐户, 由实体金融机构进行身份确认, 且由于买、 卖双方在登入交易 平台单元 1成为会员时, 需使用同一身份识别帐户, 故可使买、 卖双方的身份获得 有效的确认, 减少假名交易的现象。 再者由于买、 卖双方在买、 卖方银行帐户 25、 35开立帐户时, 已进行身份确认, 也可以有效地防患以他人帐户进行交易的状况发 生。 同时每一流程的责任归属清楚、 明确, 一旦交易有纠纷产生时, 网络交易建构 端可迅速协助厘清买、 卖双方的责任, 而能尽速完成交易或退还款项、 退还货物, 大幅提升了网络交易的安全性。
再者本发明于实际运用中如遇到卖方取消交易或逾时未确认时, 该卖方处理端 3会向交易平台单元 1递交取消交易通知, 又或卖方逾时未于选择讯息规定时间内 回复时, 交易平台单元 1即判定为取消交易, 并由交易平台单元 1向买、 卖方处理 端 2、 3发送完成卖方取消交易的讯息。
另如当遇到买方在收到货物验收不合格或逾时未收到货时, 其如图 3所显示, 即注明原因、 且通过买方的买方处理端 2通知交易平台单元 1(步骤 408), 该交易平 台单元 1在收受买方的逾时未到货通知讯息后, 即将此一未到货通知讯息由交易平 台单元 1通知卖方处理端 3, 则卖方进行处理、 并回复交易平台单元 1 , 其中如为 逾时未到货, 则买方可在前述步骤 408通知时注明取消交易, 则交易平台单元 1即 将暂存于实体帐号 15内的款项先行保留于该交易平台单元 1的实体帐户 15内(步骤 409), 且由交易平台单元 1向买、 卖方处理端 2、 3发送取消交易的讯息 (步骤 410)。 又如买方在前述步骤 408通知时注明继续等待出货时, 则交易平台单元 1即通过卖 方处理端 3新的出货期限 (步骤 409A), 待买方在收到货、 且完成验收后, 则如图 2 所示, 通过买方的买方处理端 2通知交易平台单元 1(步骤 208), 该交易平台单元 1 在收受买方的到货通知讯息后, 该交易平台单元 1即通过实体帐号 15 , 将买方银行 帐户 25存入实体帐号 15款项递交至卖方预先登录的同一身份识别帐户的卖方银行 帐户 35(步骤 209), 且卖方在确认收受款项后, 通过卖方处理端 3通知交易平台单 元 1(步骤 210), 最后由交易平台单元 1向买、 卖方处理端 2、 3发送完成交易的讯 息 (步骤 211);
再者, 如属于验收不合格的状况, 则买方可在前述步骤 408通知时注明取消交 易, 并由交易平台单元 1的网络交易建构端进行调处, 如双方同意取消交易或经裁 判需取消交易时, 则交易平台单元 1即将暂存于实体帐号 15内的款项退回买方汇 出的同一买方银行帐户 25内(步骤 409), 且由交易平台单元 1向买、 卖方处理端 2、 3发送取消交易的讯息 (步骤 410)。
如双方同意换货, 买方可在前述步骤 408通知时注明换货, 则交易平台单元 1 即通过卖方处理端 3新的出货期限 (步骤 409A), 待买方在收到货、 且完成验收后, 如图 2所示, 通过买方的买方处理端 2通知交易平台单元 1(步骤 208), 该交易平台 单元 1在收受买方的到货通知讯息后, 即通过实体帐号 15将款项递交至卖方预先 登录的同一身份识别帐户的卖方银行帐户 35(步骤 209), 且卖方在确认收受款项后, 通过卖方处理端 3通知交易平台单元 1(步骤 210), 最后由交易平台单元 1向买、 卖 方处理端 2、 3发送完成交易的讯息 (步骤 21 1); 又或由交易平台单元 1的网络交易 建构端进行调处,如双方同意继续完成交易或经裁判需完成交易时,则如图 2所示, 通过实体帐号 15将款项递交至卖方预先登录的同一身份识别帐户的卖方银行帐户 35(步骤 209),且卖方在确认收受款项后,通过卖方处理端 3通知交易平台单元 1(步 骤 210), 最后由交易平台单元 1向买、 卖方处理端 2、 3发送完成交易的讯息 (步骤 21 1)。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的, 而非限制性的, 本领域普通技术人员理 解, 在不脱离以下所附权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下, 可做出许多修改, 变化, 或等效, 但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种网络安全随付系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
一交易平台单元, 用于供买方或卖方申请为会员, 并供卖方发布至少一贩售讯 息与供买方搜寻贩售讯息后形成一购物讯息, 且进行撮合形成一交易讯息;
至少一买方处理端, 用于与交易平台单元以智能电网或网络进行连线, 且买方 通过买方处理端向交易平台单元申请成为会员, 又买方并于实体金融机构中申请有 与会员帐号相同身份识别帐户的买方银行帐户, 且买方向交易平台单元申请的会员 帐号, 能登录相同买方银行帐户的身份识别帐户于交易平台单元内;
至少一卖方处理端, 用于与交易平台单元以智能电网或网络进行连线, 且卖方 通过卖方处理端向交易平台单元申请成为会员, 又卖方并于实体金融机构中申请有 与会员帐号相同身份识别帐户的卖方银行帐户, 且卖方向交易平台单元申请的会员 帐号, 能登录相同卖方银行帐户的身份识别帐户于交易平台单元内。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的网络安全随付系统, 其特征在于, 该交易平台单元具 有一由网络交易建构端所管理的后台, 且网络交易建构端并于实体金融机构中预先 申请有一实体帐号, 该实体帐号并由交易平台单元依各交易讯息形成一交易的实体 帐号。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的网络安全随付系统, 其特征在于, 该交易平台单元更 包含一购物讯息, 为该买方处理端于该交易平台单元搜寻到贩售讯息, 且有采买意 愿时则通过买方处理端向交易平台单元递交购物讯息给卖方处理端, 如卖方处理端 接受交易, 该交易平台单元形成一交易完成讯息, 会发送给买方处理端、 卖方处理 端, 同时于买方处理端显示付款于该交易平台单元的实体帐号的付款讯息, 且买方 并依指示通过买方处理端由预先登录的买方银行帐户将所需款项转汇至该交易平 台单元的实体帐号内。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的网络安全随付系统, 其特征在于, 该交易平台单元利 用实体金融机构的开户作业来审核买方、 卖方是否有异常, 或以实体金融机构控管 买方、 卖方帐户风险而预先确认买方、 卖方身份的真实性。
