本发明实施例提供的通信反馈方法、响应移动终端及通信系统,发起终端向响应移动终端发起通信请求,响应移动终端接收发起终端发起的通信请求,在预设时间内未收到对该通信请求进行响应的响应指令时,也即没有针对该通信请求正常响应时,向发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息;发起终端接收到响应移动终端针对该通信请求反馈的状态信息后,即可知道响应移动终端当前的状态,进而知道其未正常响应的原因,避免发起方用户产生不良情绪,提升用户体验的满意度。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面通过实施方式结合附图对本发明作详细说明。
实施例一:
请参见图1所示,本实施例提供的通信反馈方法包括:
步骤101:发起终端向响应移动终端发起通信请求;
步骤102:响应移动终端接收发起终端发起的通信请求;
步骤103:响应移动终端在预设时间内未收到对该通信请求进行响应的响应指令时,也即没有针对该通信请求的正常响应时,向发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息;
步骤104:发起终端接收响应移动终端反馈的状态信息。
发起终端接收到响应移动终端针对该通信请求反馈的状态信息后,即可知道响应移动终端当前的状态,进而知道其未正常响应的原因,避免发起方用户产生不良情绪,提升用户体验的满意度。
应当理解的是,响应移动终端向发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息之前,还包括获取所述响应移动终端状态信息的步骤。响应移动终端可以在接收到通信请求之前预先获取所述响应移动终端的状态,也可在接收到通信请求后,且判断未针对该通信请求进行正常响应后,获取所述响应移动终端的状态。前一种获取方式响应移动终端向发起终端反馈状态信息的及时 性会更好。
本实施例中,响应移动终端的状态信息可以由用户预先设置,此时响应移动终端直接获取用户设置的状态信息即可。响应移动终端还可通过自动获取所述响应移动终端的运动状态信息确定所述响应移动终端状态信息。在获取所述响应移动终端的运动状态信息是,按照以下预设规则获取:
在预设长度的检测时间段内,根据预设时间间隔获取响应移动终端的运动状态;例如在预设长度为40分钟的检测时间段内,每间隔5分钟获取一次。
响应移动终端根据获取的运动信息确定状态信息包括:
如前面连续N次获取的运动状态都无变化,但在第N+1次至第M次获取的运动状态中至少有一次变化时,则判定响应移动终端处于暂离用户状态;如连续M次获取的运动状态都无变化,则判定响应移动终端处于静置遗忘状态;如在连续M次获取的运动状态中,前面连续N次获取的运动状态中至少有一次变化,且获取的M次中至少有D次的运动状态相对上一次有变化时,则判定响应移动终端处于携带喧闹状态;N大于或等于1,M为根据所述预设时间间隔在所述预设长度的检测时间段内所能获取的最大次数,M>N。此处的D的取值具体可根据不同的应用场景选择设置,例如可设置为大于或等于M/2取整后的值,小于M。本实施例优选D的取值为M*0.8取整后的值。
本实施例中,响应应用终端可通过所述响应移动终端的陀螺仪获取子运动状态信息。
本实施例中,发起终端向响应移动终端发起的通信请求包括语音通话、视频通话、短信、彩信以及第三方应用发起的语音信息、语音通话、视频通话、文字信息中的至少一种。本实施例中针对语音通话、视频通话以及第三方应用发起的语音通话和视频通话,预设时间可为振铃时间;针对短信、彩信、语音信息、文字信息等,该预设时间可为自接收到通信请求后的T时间,该T时间一般设置为正常响应通信请求所需要的时间。
本实施例中,响应移动终端的用户可以针对性的反馈状态信息,其可设置一个状态反馈终端列表,该状态反馈终端列表中包括用户设置的响应移动终端所允许反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息的终端清单,例如该清单中可 仅包含家人号码对应的终端等等,或者用户指定的其他终端等等。因此,在响应移动终端向发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息之前,还包括判断发起该通信请求的发起终端是否在状态反馈终端列表中,如在,则反馈;如不在,不反馈,退出流程。
本实施例中响应移动终端可通过短信、彩信或网络形式向发起终端反馈状态信息。
本实施例中当响应移动终端正常响应发起终端发起的通信请求时,则自动退出上述状态信息反馈的处理流程。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种响应移动终端,该响应移动终端可以是手机、IPAD以及其他可上网的移动终端等等,请参见图2所示,包括:接收模块和处理模块;
接收模块,设置为接收发起终端发起的通信请求;
处理模块,设置为在预设时间内未收到对通信请求进行响应的响应指令时,向发起终端反馈响应移动终端的状态信息。
发起终端接收到响应移动终端针对该通信请求反馈的状态信息后,即可知道响应移动终端当前的状态,进而知道其未正常响应的原因,避免发起方用户产生不良情绪,提升用户体验的满意度。
请参见图3所示,本实施例中的响应移动终端还包括状态信息获取模块,设置为在处理模块向发起终端反馈响应移动终端的状态信息前,获取响应移动终端的状态信息。状态信息获取模块具体可以在接收模块接收到通信请求之前预先获取响应移动终端的状态,也可在接收模块接收到通信请求后,且处理模块判断未针对该通信请求进行正常响应后,获取响应移动终端的状态。
本实施例中,响应移动终端的状态信息可以由用户预先直接设置,此时信息获取模块直接获取用户设置的状态信息即可。信息获取模块还可通过自动获取响应移动终端的运动状态信息确定响应移动终端的状态信息。可选的,本实施例中的状态信息获取模块包括运动状态获取子模块和确定子模块;
运动状态获取子模块,设置为根据预设规则获取响应移动终端的运动状态信息;该预设规则为:在预设长度的检测时间段内,根据预设时间间隔获取响应移动终端的运动状态;
确定子模块,设置为根据运动状态信息确定响应移动终端的状态信息,包括:
如前面连续N次获取的运动状态都无变化,但在第N+1次至第M次获取的运动状态中至少有一次变化时,则判定响应移动终端处于暂离用户状态;如连续M次获取的运动状态都无变化,则判定响应移动终端处于静置遗忘状态;如在连续M次获取的运动状态中,前面连续N次获取的运动状态中至少有一次变化,且获取的M次中至少有D次的运动状态相对上一次有变化时,则判定响应移动终端处于携带喧闹状态;N大于或等于1,M为根据所述预设时间间隔在所述预设长度的检测时间段内所能获取的最大次数,M>N。此处的D的取值可根据不同的应用场景选择设置,例如可设置为大于或等于M/2取整后的值,小于M。本实施例优选D的取值为M*0.8取整后的值。
本实施例中,运动状态获取子模块可通过响应移动终端自身的陀螺仪获取子运动状态信息。
本实施例中,发起终端向响应移动终端发起的通信请求包括语音通话、视频通话、短信、彩信以及第三方应用发起的语音信息、语音通话、视频通话、文字信息中的至少一种。本实施例中针对语音通话、视频通话以及第三方应用发起的语音通话和视频通话,预设时间可为振铃时间;针对短信、彩信、语音信息、文字信息等,该预设时间可为自接收到通信请求后的T时间,该T时间一般设置为正常响应通信请求所需要的时间。
本实施例中,响应移动终端的用户可以针对性的反馈状态信息,其可设置一个状态反馈终端列表,该状态反馈终端列表中包括用户设置的响应移动终端所允许反馈所述响应移动终端状态信息的终端清单,例如该清单中可仅包含家人号码对应的终端等等,或者其他用户指定的终端等等。因此,请参见图4所示,本实施例中的响应移动终端还包括判断模块,设置为在处理模块向发起终端反馈响应移动终端的状态信息之前,判断发起终端是否在响应移动终端的状态反馈终端列表中;如在,则通知处理模块反馈;如不在,通 知处理模块退出流程。
本实施例中响应移动终端可通过短信、彩信或网络形式向发起终端反馈状态信息。
本实施例中当响应移动终端正常响应发起终端发起的通信请求时,则处理模块自动退出上述状态信息反馈的处理流程。
实施例三:
请参见图5所示,本实施例提供的通信系统包括发起终端和响应移动终端;
发起终端,设置为向响应移动终端发起通信请求,以及接收响应移动终端针对该通信请求反馈的状态信息;
响应移动终端,设置为接收发起终端发起的通信请求,以及在预设时间内未收到对通信请求进行响应的响应指令时,向发起终端反馈其自身的状态信息。
为了更好的理解本发明实施例,下面以一个完整的处理流程为例,对本发明实施例做示例性的说明。请参见图6所示,包括:
步骤601:用户设置响应移动终端的状态反馈终端列表;
步骤602:响应移动终端接收发起终端发起的通信请求;
步骤603:响应移动终端判断是否针对该通信请求进行正常响应,如是,转至步骤604,如不是,转至步骤606;
步骤604:响应移动终端判断发起终端是否在其状态反馈终端列表中,如是,转至步骤605;如不是,转至步骤606;
步骤605:响应移动终端获取并向发起终端反馈其状态信息。
步骤606:退出。
响应移动终端获取所述响应移动终端状态信息的过程具体可如下:
设置定时器,设置检测时间段长度为40分钟,每5分钟轮询陀螺仪状态,根据陀螺仪返回的状态确定响应移动终端目前所处的状态;其中:
在40分钟内每次检测的运动状态都不变(即40分钟内都无状态返回数据),此时判定用户把响应移动终端遗忘在某处,此时认为响应移动终端处于静置遗忘状态。
在40分钟内的前15分钟内连续检测的三次运动状态都不变(即前15分钟内没有状态数据返回),但在后面的检测过程中运动状态变化的,此时判定用户暂时离开响应移动终端无法响应,则认为响应移动终端处于暂离用户状态。
在40分钟内的前15分钟内连续检测的三次运动状态中至少有一次变化,且在后面5次检测过程至少有3次运动状态变化的,此时判定为响应移动终端处于公共场所用户没有听到铃音,则认为响应移动终端处于携带喧闹状态。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
上述技术方案响应移动终端在没有对发起终端的通信请求正常响应时,向发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息;发起终端接收到响应移动终端针对该通信请求反馈的状态信息后,即可知道响应移动终端当前的状态,进而知道其未正常响应的原因,避免发起方用户产生不良情绪,提升用户体验的满意度。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种通信反馈方法,包括:
    响应移动终端接收发起终端发起的通信请求;
    所述响应移动终端在预设时间内未收到对所述通信请求进行响应的响应指令时,向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的通信反馈方法,还包括:
    所述响应移动终端向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息之前,获取所述响应移动终端状态信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的通信反馈方法,其中,所述响应移动终端获取所述响应移动终端状态信息包括:
    所述响应移动终端根据预设规则获取所述响应移动终端的运动状态信息,并根据获取的运动状态信息确定其状态信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的通信反馈方法,其中,所述预设规则包括:在预设长度的检测时间段内,根据预设时间间隔获取响应移动终端的运动状态;
    所述响应移动终端根据获取的运动信息确定状态信息包括:
    如连续N次获取的运动状态都无变化,但在第N+1次至第M次获取的运动状态中至少有一次变化时,则判定所述响应移动终端处于暂离用户状态;
    如连续M次获取的运动状态都无变化,则判定所述响应移动终端处于静置遗忘状态;
    如在连续M次获取的运动状态中,前面连续N次获取的运动状态中至少有一次变化,且获取的M次中至少有D次的运动状态相对上一次有变化时,则判定所述响应移动终端处于携带喧闹状态;
    N大于或等于1;
    所述M为根据所述预设时间间隔在所述预设长度的检测时间段内所能获取的最大次数,M>N;
    D可设置。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的通信反馈方法,其中,所述通信请求包 括语音通话、视频通话、短信、彩信以及第三方应用发起的语音信息、语音通话、视频通话、文字信息中的至少一种。
  6. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的通信反馈方法,还包括:
    所述响应移动终端向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息之前,判断所述发起终端是否在状态反馈终端列表,如果发起终端在状态反馈终端列表,所述响应移动终端向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息;
    所述状态反馈终端列表中包含所述响应移动终端所允许反馈所述响应移动终端状态信息的终端清单。
  7. 一种通信反馈方法,包括:
    发起终端向响应移动终端发起通信请求;
    所述响应移动终端接收所述发起终端发起的通信请求;
    所述响应移动终端在预设时间内未收到对所述通信请求进行响应的响应指令时,向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息;
    所述发起终端接收所述状态信息。
  8. 一种响应移动终端,包括:接收模块和处理模块;
    所述接收模块,设置为接收发起终端发起的通信请求;
    所述处理模块,设置为在预设时间内未收到对所述通信请求进行响应的响应指令时,向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的响应移动终端,还包括状态信息获取模块,设置为在所述处理模块向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息前,获取所述响应移动终端的状态信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的响应移动终端,其中,所述状态信息获取模块包括运动状态获取子模块和确定子模块;
    所述运动状态获取子模块,设置为根据预设规则获取所述响应移动终端的运动状态信息;
    所述确定子模块,设置为根据所述运动状态信息确定所述响应移动终端 的状态信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的响应移动终端,其中,所述预设规则包括:在预设长度的检测时间段内,根据预设时间间隔获取响应移动终端的运动状态;
    所述确定子模块根据获取的运动信息确定状态信息包括:
    如前面连续N次获取的运动状态都无变化,但在第N+1次至第M次获取的运动状态中至少有一次变化时,则判定所述响应移动终端处于暂离用户状态;如连续M次获取的运动状态都无变化,则判定所述响应移动终端处于静置遗忘状态;如在连续M次获取的运动状态中,前面连续N次获取的运动状态中至少有一次变化,且获取的M次中至少有D次的运动状态相对上一次有变化时,则判定所述响应移动终端处于携带喧闹状态;N大于或等于1;所述M为根据所述预设时间间隔在所述预设长度的检测时间段内所能获取的最大次数,M>N;D可设置。
  12. 如权利要求8-11任一项所述的响应移动终端,还包括判断模块,设置为在所述处理模块向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息之前,判断所述发起终端是否在所述响应移动终端的状态反馈终端列表中,如果发起终端在状态反馈终端列表,所述响应移动终端向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息;所述状态反馈终端列表中包含所述响应移动终端所允许反馈所述响应移动终端状态信息的终端清单。
  13. 一种通信系统,包括发起终端和响应移动终端;
    所述发起终端,设置为向响应移动终端发起通信请求,以及接收所述响应移动终端针对该通信请求反馈的状态信息;
    所述响应移动终端,设置为接收发起终端发起的通信请求,以及在预设时间内未收到对所述通信请求进行响应的响应指令时,向所述发起终端反馈所述响应移动终端的状态信息。
  14. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被响应移动终端执行时,使得该响应移动终端能够执行权利要求1~6中任一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种载有权利要求14所述计算机程序的载体。
