실시예에 따라서, 본 발명의 추천인 시스템은 복수의 추천인 각각을 식별하는 복수의 식별 코드를 생성하는 식별 코드 생성부, 상기 복수의 식별 코드 각각을 포함하는 복수의 접속 정보를 생성하는 접속 정보 생성부 및 상기 복수의 추천인 각각에게 상기 복수의 접속 정보를 제공하는 접속 정보 제공부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 추천인 시스템은 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 상기 식별 코드 별로 통계 처리하는 통계 연산부 및 상기 통계 처리된 결과에 기반하여, 상기 추천인에게 보상을 제공하는 보상 제공부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예는 피추천인이 추천인으로부터 제공 받는 접속 정보를 이용하여 신뢰성이 있는 진성고객을 유치하는 추천인 시스템 및 그 동작 방법을 제공할 수 있다.

한편, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 관련된 공지 기능 또는 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는, 그 상세한 설명을 생략할 것이다. 그리고, 본 명세서에서 사용되는 용어(terminology)들은 본 발명의 실시예를 적절히 표현하기 위해 사용된 용어들로서, 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 본 발명이 속하는 분야의 관례 등에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 따라서, 본 용어들에 대한 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 추천인 시스템을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 추천인 시스템은 광고주가 운영하는 웹 사이트 또는 모바일 사이트에 접속하는 사용자에 대한 정보를 수집하여 데이터베이스에 저장할 수 있다. 추천인 시스템은 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 광고주에게 제공할 수 있다. 따라서, 광고주는 자신이 운영하는 사이트에 접속하는 사용자에 대한 정보를 바탕으로 홍보 활동 등을 영위할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 추천인 시스템은, 광고주의 운영 사이트에 대하여 추천인으로부터 추천을 받은 사용자(이하 '피추천인'이라 함)에 대한 정보를 수집할 수 있다.
추천인은 피추천인에게 추천 사이트에 대한 접속 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 추천인은 광고주의 운영 사이트를 홍보하기 위하여 모집된 서포터즈(Supporters)이거나, 광고주의 제공 서비스의 이전 고객 등일 수 있다.
실시예에 따라서는 추천인은 추천 사이트에 대한 접속 정보가 저장되어 있는 NFC 태그(Tag)를 활용하여 피추천인에게 접속 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 광고주 또는 추천인 시스템은 추천 사이트에 대한 접속 정보가 저장되어 있는 NFC 태그가 내장된 장치(회원카드, 서포터즈 카드, 홍보팔찌 등)를 추천인에게 제공할 수 있다. 따라서, 추천인은 NFC 태그를 피추천인에게 제공할 수 있고, 피추천인은 자신의 스마트폰 등을 활용하여 NFC 태깅(Tagging)을 하여 광고주의 운영 사이트에 접속할 수 있다.
이 때, 추천인이 피추천인에게 제공하는 접속 정보에는 추천인을 식별하는 식별 코드(Identification Code)가 포함될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 광고주 또는 추천인 시스템은 추천인에게 접속 정보를 제공할 때, 추천인을 식별할 수 있는 식별 코드가 삽입된 접속 정보를 생성하여 제공할 수 있다.
일실시예에 따르면, 추천인 시스템은 추천인 1은 GZ1t65, 추천인 2는 SP1r32 등과 같이 식별 코드를 설정할 수 있다. 식별 코드의 형태는 도 1에 표시된 실시예에 제한되지 않으며, 추천인을 식별할 수 있는 모든 형태의 코드가 될 수 있다.
또한, 추천인 시스템은 식별 코드가 포함된 접속 정보를 추천 사이트에 대한 URL 주소와 식별 코드가 결합된 형태로 생성할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 광고주가 운영하는 추천 사이트의 URL 주소가 www.xxx.com 인 경우, 추천인 시스템은 www.xxx.com과 추천인 1의 식별 코드인 GZ1t65가 결합된 『www.xxx.com/ GZ1t65』 형태로 추천인 1에게 제공하는 접속 정보를 생성하여 제공할 수 있다. 마찬가지로 추천인 시스템은 추천인 2에게 제공하는 접속 정보로 『www.xxx.com/ SP1r32』형태를 생성하여 제공할 수 있다.
피추천인은 추천인으로부터 제공 받은 접속 정보를 이용하여 광고주의 운영 사이트에 접속할 수 있다. 이 때, 추천인 시스템은 피추천인이 추천 사이트에 접속하는 것을 감지할 수 있다. 또한, 추천인 시스템은 피추천인이 어떤 추천인으로부터 추천 사이트를 추천 받아서 접속하였는지를 확인하기 위하여, 피추천인이 이용한 접속 정보로부터 식별 코드를 독출할 수 있다.
또한, 피추천인이 추천 시스템을 이용하면서 활동하는 정보(이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등)를 수집할 수 있다.
이와 같이 활동 정보를 수집하고 독출된 식별 코드로부터 추천인을 식별하게 되면, 추천인 시스템은 추천인의 활동 내역을 추적(tracking)하기 위하여, 독출된 식별 코드와 활동 정보를 매칭(matching)하여 데이터베이스에 저장할 수 있따. 또한, 추천인 시스템은 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 광고주에게 제공할 수 있다.
광고주는 제공 받은 정보를 활용하여 피추천인에게 자신의 제품/서비스 등에 대하여 홍보, 상담 등의 활동을 할 수 있다. 이 때, 피추천인들은 광고주의 제품/서비스 등에 대한 관심 또는 필요가 있기 때문에 추천인으로부터 광고주의 운영 사이트를 추천 받았을 가능성이 높기 때문에, 광고주는 추천인 시스템으로부터 자신의 제품/서비스 등에 대한 구매/이용 가능성이 보다 높은 잠재적 고객에 대한 정보를 제공 받을 수 있게 된다.
이하에서는 도 2를 참조하여 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법을 상세히 설명하기로 한다.

도 2를 참조하면, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 피추천인이 추천인으로부터 제공 받은 접속 정보를 이용하여 추천 사이트에 접속하는 경우, 접속 정보에 포함된 식별 코드를 독출한다(210).
식별 코드가 독출되면, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 피추천인이 추천 사이트에서 활동하는 상황에 대한 활동 정보를 수집한다(220).
이하에서는 도 3을 참조하여 일실시예에 따른 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법이 접속 정보에 포함된 식별 코드를 독출하는 동작 및 피추천인에 대한 활동 정보를 수신하는 동작에 대해서 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 3은 일실시예에 따른 피추천인이 추천인 시스템에 접속하는 화면을 나타내는 도면이다.
피추천인이 추천인 시스템에 접속하는 화면은 이동 통신 단말기에 장착된 디스플레이 또는 개인용 컴퓨터에 장착된 디스플레이일 수 있다.
피추천인이 추천인 시스템에 접속하는 화면은 디스플레이와 터치패드가 상호 레이어 구조를 이루어 터치 스크린으로 구성될 수 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 단계 210에서 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 피추천인이 추천인으로부터 제공 받은 접속 정보(310)을 이용하여 추천 사이트에 접속하는 경우, 접속 정보(310)에 포함된 식별 코드(320)를 독출할 수 있다. 피추천인이 추천인으로부터 제공 받은 접속 정보(310)는 추천인 시스템이 생성하여 추천인에게 제공하는 정보이기 때문에, 추천인 시스템은 미리 설정된 접속 정보 생성 로직에 기반하여 식별 코드(320)를 독출할 수 있다.
식별 코드(320)는 추천인을 식별하기 위하여 추천인과 1대1로 매칭되는 정보일 수 있다.
추천 사이트는 광고주 또는 추천인 시스템에서 제공되는 웹사이트일 수 있다.
단계 220에서 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 피추천인이 추천 사이트에서 활동하는 상황에 대한 활동 정보(330)를 수집할 수 있다.
활동 정보(330)는 피추천인이 광고주의 운영사이트에 접속하여 운영 사이트에서 활동하는 일련의 상황을 나타내는 것으로, 개인 정보, 방문횟수 정보, 구매횟수 정보, 구매금액 정보, 게시글 작성 정보, 댓글 작성 정보, 이벤트 참여 정보, 게시글 공유 정보, 회원가입 정보, SNS(Social Networking Service) 친구추가 정보 및 어플리케이션 다운로드 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
개인 정보는 피추천인의 연락처 정보, 주소 정보, 이름 정보 및 이메일 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있고, 방문횟수 정보는 피추천인이 광고주의 운영사이트에 접속한 횟수 정보일 수 있으며, 구매횟수 정보 및 구매금액 정보는 광고주가 제공하는 제품/서비스에 대한 구매 횟수 및 구매금액에 대한 정보일 수 있다.
게시글 작성 정보 및 댓글 작성 정보는 피추천인이 다른 피추천인 및 광고주 중 어느 하나에게 알리기 위한 게시글 및 댓글에 대한 정보일 수 있고, 이벤트 참여 정보는 피추천인이 광고주가 제공하는 제품/서비스, 홍보 및 상담 중 어느 하나에 대한 참여 정보일 수 있으며, 게시글 공유 정보는 링크된 페이지가 포함된 게시글을 광고주 운영사이트 또는 다른 운영사이트(예를 들어, SNS, 블로그 및 기타 웹페이지 등)에 공유한 정보일 수 있다.
회원가입 정보는 피추천인의 아이디(ID: Identification number), 피추천인의 비밀번호, 추천인의 식별 정보 및 추천일자 정보 중 어느 하나일 수 있고, SNS 친구추가 정보는 트위터(twitter), 마이스페이스(myspace), 페이스북(facebook), 싸이월드(cyworld) 및 미투데이(me2day)와 같은 커뮤니티형 웹사이트를 통하여 피추천인과 인맥이 구축된 친구추가 정보 일 수 있다.
어플리케이션 다운로드 정보는 무료 또는 유로로 제공된 어플리케이션의 다운로드한 횟수 정보, 다운로드한 날짜 정보 및 버전 정보 중 어느 하나일 수 있고, 어플리케이션은 광고주의 운영사이트 및 추천인 시스템 중 어느 하나를 모바일 통신 환경에서 실행되도록 제작한 응용 프로그램일 수 있다.
다시 도 2를 참조하면, 활동 정보가 수신되면, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 식별 코드와 활동 정보를 매칭하여 데이터베이스에 저장한다(230).
실시예에 따라서, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 복수의 추천인 각각을 식별하는 복수의 식별 코드를 생성하는 단계, 복수의 식별 코드 각각을 포함하는 복수의 접속 정보를 생성하는 단계 및 상기 복수의 추천인 각각에게 복수의 접속 정보를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 일실시예에 따른 추가 동작에 대해서는, 이하 도 4를 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.

도 4를 참조하면, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법이 식별 코드를 생성하는 동작은 추천인이 광고주 또는 추천인 시스템에서 제공되는 추천 사이트를 통하여 서포터즈 신청 메뉴(410)를 설정하는 단계와 서포터즈 신청에 대한 서포터즈 활동 정보(420)를 입력하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 서포터즈는 도 1에서 설명한 추천인의 한 형태일 수 있으며, 추천인은 공고주의 운영 사이트 또는 광고주가 제공하는 제품/서비스에 대해서 추천을 하기 위하여 서포터즈로 모집될 수 있다.
서포터즈 활동 정보는 추천인이 광고주의 운영사이트에 접속하여 이루어진 일련의 활동 상황을 포함한 개인 정보, 방문횟수 정보, 구매횟수 정보, 구매금액 정보, 게시글 작성 정보, 댓글 작성 정보, 이벤트 참여 정보, 게시글 공유 정보, 회원가입 정보, SNS(Social Networking Service) 친구추가 정보, 어플리케이션 다운로드 정보, 피추천인의 식별 정보 및 피추천인의 추천일자 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
서포터즈 활동 정보(420)가 입력되면, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법이 접속 정보를 생성 및 제공하는 동작은 추천인의 식별 코드가 생성하는 단계, 생성된 추천인의 식별 코드와 추천 사이트의 URL이 결합된 접속 정보가 생성하는 단계 및 결합된 접속 정보를 추천인에게 제공되거나, NFC(Near Field Communication) 기능이 내장된 서포터즈 카드로 발급하여 접속 정보를 추천인에게 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
다시 도 2를 참조하면, 실시예에 따라서는 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 식별 코드 별로 통계 처리하는 단계 및 통계 처리된 결과에 기반하여, 추천인에게 보상을 제공하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이하에서는 도 5를 참조하여 본 발명의 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법의 식별 코드 별로 통계 처리하는 방법 및 추천인에게 보상을 제공하는 방법을 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 5는 일실시예에 따른 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법이 식별 코드 별로 통계 처리 및 추천인에게 보상을 제공하는 내역에 대한 화면을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법이 식별 코드 별로 통계 처리하는 방법 및 추천인에게 보상을 제공하는 동작은 추천인이 광고주 또는 추천인 시스템에서 제공되는 추천 사이트를 통하여 활동 내역 메뉴(510)를 설정하는 단계와 서포터즈 내역 검색을 위한 추천인의 식별 코드 정보(520)를 입력하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
식별 코드 정보(520)가 입력되면, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 통계 내역 정보 및 보상 내역 정보(530)를 화면상에 표시하여 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
도시된 도 5와 같이, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 통계 처리에 있어서 추천인의 식별 코드 별로 추천일자 및 피추천인의 수를 고려하여 처리할 수 있고, 보상은 추천일자 및 피추천인의 수에 따라 차등적으로 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법은 광고주 또는 추천인 시스템으로부터 제공되는 서비스, 보상금 및 물질적 보상 중 어느 하나를 포함한 보상을 제공할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 추천인 시스템을 나타내는 블록도이다. 도 6을 참조하면, 추천인 시스템은 처리부(610), 수집부(620) 및 저장부(630)를 포함한다.
처리부(610)는 피추천인이 추천인으로부터 제공 받은 접속 정보를 이용하여 추천 사이트에 접속하는 경우, 접속 정보에 포함된 식별 코드를 독출한다.
또한, 수집부(620)는 피추천인이 추천 사이트에서 활동하는 상황에 대한 활동 정보를 수집하고, 저장부(630)는 식별 코드와 활동 정보를 매칭하여 데이터베이스에 저장한다.
실시예에 따라서, 본 발명의 추천인 시스템은 식별 코드 생성부(640), 접속 정보 생성부(650), 접속 정보 제공부(660), 통계 연산부(670) 및 보상 제공부(680)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
식별 코드 생성부(640)는 복수의 추천인 각각을 식별하는 복수의 식별 코드를 생성할 수 있고, 접속 정보 생성부(650)는 복수의 식별 코드 각각을 포함하는 복수의 접속 정보를 생성할 수 있으며, 접속 정보 제공부(660)는 복수의 추천인 각각에게 복수의 접속 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 통계 연산부(670)는 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 식별 코드 별로 통계 처리할 수 있고, 보상 제공부(680)는 통계 처리된 결과에 기반하여, 추천인에게 보상을 제공할 수 있다.
실시예에 따른 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령은 실시예를 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(magnetic media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체(optical media), 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다. 상기된 하드웨어 장치는 실시예의 동작을 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상과 같이 실시예들이 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 해당 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 상기의 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다. 예를 들어, 설명된 기술들이 설명된 방법과 다른 순서로 수행되거나, 및/또는 설명된 시스템, 구조, 장치, 회로 등의 구성요소들이 설명된 방법과 다른 형태로 결합 또는 조합되거나, 다른 구성요소 또는 균등물에 의하여 대치되거나 치환되더라도 적절한 결과가 달성될 수 있다.
그러므로, 다른 구현들, 다른 실시예들 및 특허청구범위와 균등한 것들도 후술하는 특허청구범위의 범위에 속한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법에 있어서,
    피추천인이 추천인으로부터 제공 받은 접속 정보를 이용하여 추천 사이트에 접속하는 경우, 상기 접속 정보에 포함된 식별 코드를 독출하는 단계;
    상기 피추천인이 상기 추천 사이트에서 활동하는 상황에 대한 활동 정보를 수집하는 단계; 및
    상기 식별 코드와 상기 활동 정보를 매칭하여 데이터베이스에 저장하는 단계
    를 포함하는 추천인 시스템의 동작 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 식별 코드는
    상기 추천인을 식별하기 위하여 상기 추천인과 1대1로 매칭되는 정보인
    추천인 시스템의 동작 방법.

  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 실행하는 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체.
  7. 피추천인이 추천인으로부터 제공 받은 접속 정보를 이용하여 추천 사이트에 접속하는 경우, 상기 접속 정보에 포함된 식별 코드를 독출하는 처리부;
    상기 피추천인이 상기 추천 사이트에서 활동하는 상황에 대한 활동 정보를 수집하는 수집부; 및
    상기 식별 코드와 상기 활동 정보를 매칭하여 데이터베이스에 저장하는 저장부
    를 포함하는 추천인 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    복수의 추천인 각각을 식별하는 복수의 식별 코드를 생성하는 식별 코드 생성부;
    상기 복수의 식별 코드 각각을 포함하는 복수의 접속 정보를 생성하는 접속 정보 생성부; 및
    상기 복수의 추천인 각각에게 상기 복수의 접속 정보를 제공하는 접속 정보 제공부
    를 더 포함하는 추천인 시스템.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 상기 식별 코드 별로 통계 처리하는 통계 연산부; 및
    상기 통계 처리된 결과에 기반하여, 상기 추천인에게 보상을 제공하는 보상 제공부
    를 더 포함하는 추천인 시스템.
