  • the sliding guide 4 is positioned substantially parallel with the channel 3, thus, the cutter assembly 5 can slide upon it. When the plate is tilted laterally, the cutter assembly 5 will slide due to its own weight.
  • the dispersed cutter's weight force exceeds its friction force with the guide 4, therefore, the cutter assembly blade 6 moves along the channel 3.
  • the cutting operation is performed as follows: the foil 16 is placed on the upper side of the channel, the blade 6 enters the channel 3, thus, when the blade moves along the channel, the foil is cut.
  • the blade's positioning on vertical direction is set by a buffer element, preferably a disk 10, component of the cutter assembly 5.
  • the distance between the peak point "c" of the blade 6 and the bottom of the channel 3 is determined by the disk's 10 radius.
  • the cutter assembly 5, and thus the blade 6, is pressed by the arm's 7 weight.
  • the disk 10 turns up on a shaft 9, which can be a screw, provided with a rotating bush 11.
  • the dispenser 1 comprises a rotating support 12, positioned on the supporting elements 21 and 22. These supporting elements can have the shape of some ribs placed on the lateral walls 17 and 18 of the base plate 2, thus, ensuring the easy rotation upon their axle, here represented by the support pipe 13.
  • the rotating support includes in a preferred embodiment, two conical elements, i.e. cone shape 14, provided with a hole on the axle, through which the support pipe 13 is passing by friction.

Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un distributeur de film d'emballage, comprenant une plaque de base 2, pourvue d'un canal 3, à travers lequel glisse une lame 6. La lame glisse et coupe le film sans toucher la plaque. La lame 6 représente l'un des composants de l'ensemble de coupe 5 et glisse le long d'un guide 4. L'ensemble de coupe 5 est équipé d'un bras 7 composé d'un matériau lourd, ceci garantissant que la lame presse sur le film. Dans le cas où la plaque est basculée latéralement ou l'outil de coupe 5 est coulissé à la main, l'ensemble de coupe 5 se déplace le long du canal 3. Les bords de coupe de la lame 6 sont placés à l'intérieur du canal 3, ainsi, lorsque la lame est déplacée, le film, placé sur le côté supérieur du canal, est découpé. Le positionnement de la lame dans le sens vertical est uniforme et résulte du fait que l'ensemble de coupe exerce une pression par le biais du poids propre du bras 7 et il est limité par un élément butoir, de préférence un disque. Le distributeur peut comprendre un support rotatif 12, doté de deux éléments coniques 14 qui permettent le montage de rouleaux de film présentant des dimensions variées.
