本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种通信方法及终端。
背景技术
随着信息产业的发展,多媒体业务正日益广泛,而语音业务作为其中重要的组成部分,也将越来越重要。与此同时,如何降低对语音业务的噪声干扰也越来越重要。
在日常生活中,在一个设备正在利用扬声器播放音频时,如果此时终端执行语音业务(例如,语音通话业务),此时该设备播放的声音会干扰该终端执行该语音业务。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种通信方法及终端,以实现在终端执行语音业务时避免受到附近正在利用扬声器播放音频的设备的干扰。

本发明实施例提供的通信方法可以应用如下场景中,当一个终端开始执行语音业务,举例来说,该语音业务可以是语音电话、视频电话,还可以是语音短信(如微信),语音指令等,则附近使用扬声器播放音频的设备(比如,智能电视,便携计算机、播放器或计算机等)可能对使用该终端的用户造成干扰,此处,该音频包括音频文件或音频流,也可以包括视频文件中的音频文件或视频流中的音频流。此外,上述扬声器可以为内置于该终端内的扬声器,也可以是与该终端通过有线或无线连接的扬声器。
实施例一
图1为本发明实施例一提供的通信方法的流程图。该方法用于第一终端,所述第一终端与第三终端保持通信连接,所述第三终端还与至少一个第二终端保持通信连接,如图1所示,本发明实施例具体包括以下步骤:
步骤110,所述第一终端确定开始执行语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于触发所述第三终端确定所述第二终端与所述第一终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且所述第二终端正在使用扬声器播放音频时,发送第二消息给所述第二终端,所述第二消息用于触发所述第二终端调整播放方式。
可选的,上述调整播放方式包括:暂停播放音频,关闭所述扬声器或降低所述扬声器的输出音量。
具体地,当第一终端检测到第一终端开始执行语音业务时,则向第三终端发送第一消息,该第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识以及所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识。可选的,上述第一消息也可以包含所述第一终端的标识,所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识以及所述第一终端的位置信息。该第一终端的位置信息可以是该第一终端通过一些辅助技术(比如,定位技术)获得的。
可选的,在步骤110之前,还包括:第三终端接收所述第一终端发送的携带有所述第一终端的标识的验证信息,该第三终端根据所述验证信息对与所述第一终端的标识相对应的第一终端进行验证。需要说明的是:本发明实施例中的第三终端可以分别与第一终端和至少一个第二终端建立通信连接。可选的,所述第三终端也可以与该第一终端和该至少一个第二终端建立一个局域网络,该第一终端和该至少一个第二终端也可以相互通信。该第三终端可以通过传输消息、指令或信令等控制第一终端和至少一个第二终端中至少一个进行相应的操作。
在上述第三终端接收到该第一终端发送的该第一消息之后,该第三终端确定该至少一个第二终端与该第一终端之间的位置关系是否满足预设条件,以及该至少一个第二终端是否正在使用扬声器播放音频。其中,确定该第二终端与该第一终端之间的位置关系是否满足预设条件包括:确定该第一终端和该第二终端之间的距离值是否不大于第一预设阈值,该第一预设值可以是预先设定的,也可以由用户根据需要进行调整,也可以是由该第三终端根据一些信息(如用户 的反馈,或者软件版本数据更新等)自适应的进行调整。可以采用室内定位技术直接获取该第一终端的位置信息和该第二终端的位置信息,比如,通过蓝牙、WiFi或是其他通信技术来获取该第一终端和该第二终端在室内的具体位置,从而判断该第一终端和该第二终端之间的距离值是否不大于预设阈值。或者根据通过其他辅助技术(比如,室内地图)获取该第一终端的位置信息和该第二终端的位置信息,从而确定该第二终端与该第一终端之间的位置关系是否满足预设条件。下面简单介绍几种能够获取该第一终端的位置信息的辅助技术。
(1)采用Ki nect技术可以判断该第一终端距离Ki nect的距离参数,从而获取该第一终端的位置信息。
(2)采用智能地板技术,在地板下铺设传感器或其他设备,从而获知该第一终端当前所处的具体的位置,比如,体重判断或光学判断等方式,进而判断该第一终端和该第二终端的距离值。
(3)采用M2M传感器,即在室内布置若干传感器,可以感知到该第一终端目前所处的区域和该第二终端目前所处的区域,从而判断该第一终端和该第二终端的距离值。另外,上述获取该第一终端的位置信息和该第二终端的辅助技术还有很多,在这里不再一一详细说明。
可选的,所述第一终端定期获取位置信息,并将获取的位置信息发给所述第三终端。举例来说,当该第一终端发生位置更新时,通过定位技术得到的该第一终端的位置信息会发生改变,因此该第一终端会定期获取自己的位置信息,并将获取的位置信息发送给该第三终端。
需要说明的是,该第一终端将获取的位置信息发送给该第三终端包括:该第一终端直接向该第三终端发送该第一终端获取到的位置信息。或者,当目前获取的位置信息中指示的第一位置、和已经向该第三终端发送的位置信息中指示的第二位置之间的距离值超过第二预设阈值时,该第一终端向该第三终端发送其获取到的位置信息。该第三终端接收到该第一终端发送的携带有该第一终端的标识的位置信息后,利用上述位置信息更新与该第一终端的标识相对应的该第一终端的位置信息。
该第一终端将获取的位置信息发送给该第三终端也可以包括:该第一终端直接向该第三终端发送其获取到的位置信息。该第三终端接收到该第一终端发送的携带有该第一终端的标识的位置信息后,直接利用上述位置信息更新与该第一终端的标识相对应的该第一终端的位置信息;或者,当目前接收到的位置 信息中指示的第一位置、和已经接收到的位置信息中指示的第二位置之间的距离值超过第二预设阈值时,利用上述位置信息更新与该第一终端的标识相对应的第一终端的位置信息。
步骤120,所述第一终端确定停止执行所述语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第三消息,所述第三消息用于触发所述第三终端向所述第二终端发送第四消息,所述第四消息用于触发所述第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
可选的,上述恢复为调整之前的播放方式包括:继续播放音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
举例来说,当该第一终端确定停止执行所述语音业务时,会向该第三终端发送该第三消息,当该第三终端接收到第一终端发送的第三消息后,会向该第二终端发送该第四消息,该第四消息用于触发该第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。举例来说,该第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式为执行以下操作中的一种:继续播放音频,开启扬声器或将扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
因此,本发明实施例提供的通信方法实现了在终端执行语音业务时避免受到附近正在利用扬声器播放音频的设备的干扰,而且这种暂停播放音频的方式,还可以使用户能够连续欣赏音频,避免中断。

举例来说,该第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式为执行以下操作中的一种:继续播放所述音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
因此,本发明实施例提供的通信方法实现了在终端执行语音业务时避免受到附近正在利用扬声器播放音频的设备的干扰,而且这种暂停播放音频的方式,还可以使用户能够连续欣赏音频,避免中断。
实施例三
图3为本发明实施例三提供的通信方法的信息交互图。如图所示,本发明 实施例具体包括以下步骤:
步骤301,第一终端向第三终端发送携带有第一终端的标识的验证信息。
可选的,步骤301也可以替换为:第一终端一直检测用户是否开始执行语音业务,当检测到用户开始执行语音业务时,第一终端向第三终端发送携带有第一终端的标识的验证信息。需要说明的是:步骤301为可选步骤。
步骤302,该第三终端将与该第一终端的标识相对应的第一终端建立或保持通信连接,该第三终端与至少一个第二终端建立或保持通信连接。
步骤303,该第一终端通过一些辅助技术获取该第一终端的位置信息。
步骤304,该第一终端确定开始执行语音业务时,向该第三终端发送第一消息,该第一消息包含该第一终端的标识,该第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识以及该第一终端的位置信息。
步骤305,该第三终端根据接收到的该第一消息确定该第二终端与第一终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且该第二终端正在使用扬声器播放音频。该预设条件包括:该第一终端和该第二终端之间的距离值是否不大于第一预设阈值,该第一预设值可以是预先设定的,也可以由用户根据需要进行调整,也可以是由该第三终端根据一些信息(如用户的反馈,或者软件版本数据更新等)自适应的进行调整。
步骤306,该第三终端向该第二终端发送第二消息。
步骤307,该第二终端根据接收到的该第二消息调整播放方式。
步骤308,该第一终端定期获取位置信息,并将获取的位置信息发给该第三终端。
步骤309,该第三终端根据当前接收的位置信息,更新之前保存的该第一终端发送的位置信息。
步骤310,该第一终端确定停止执行所述语音业务时,向该第三终端发送第三消息。
步骤311,该第三终端根据接收到的该第三消息向该第二终端发送第四消息。
步骤312,该第二终端接收到该第四消息后,恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
因此,本发明实施例提供的通信方法,实现了在终端执行语音业务时避免受到附近正在利用扬声器播放音频的设备的干扰。
实施例四
图4为本发明实施例四提供的终端的示意图。该终端用于执行本发明实施例一和实施例三提供的通信方法。如图4所示,该终端与第三终端保持通信连接,所述第三终端还与至少一个第二终端保持通信连接,所述终端包括:确定单元401、第一发送单元402和第二发送单元403。
该确定单元401,用于确定所述终端是否执行语音业务。
该第一发送单元402,用于在该确定单元401确定所述终端开始执行所述语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于触发所述第三终端确定所述第二终端与所述终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且所述第二终端正在使用扬声器播放音频时,发送第二消息给所述第二终端,所述第二消息用于触发所述第二终端调整播放方式。
该第二发送单元403,用于在该确定单元401确定所述终端停止执行所述语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第三消息,所述第三消息用于触发所述第三终端向所述第二终端发送第四消息,所述第四消息用于触发所述第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
可选的,所述调整播放方式,包括:暂停播放所述音频,关闭所述扬声器或降低所述扬声器的输出音量;
相应的,
所述恢复为调整之前的播放方式,包括:继续播放所述音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
可选的,所述终端还包括:
获取单元,用于定期获取位置信息;
第三发送单元,用于将该获取单元获取的位置信息发给所述第三终端。
可选的,该第一发送单元402发送的第一消息包含所述终端的标识以及所述终端执行所述语音业务的标识。或者,该第一发送单元402发送的所述第一消息包含所述终端的标识,所述终端执行所述语音业务的标识以及所述终端的位置信息。
另外,本发明实施例提供的终端还可以采用实现方式如下,用以实现本发明实施例一和实施例三中的通信方法,如图5所示,所述终端与第三终端保持通信连接,所述第三终端还与至少一个第二终端保持通信连接,所述终端包括:处理器501和发送器502。
该处理器501,用于确定所述终端是否执行语音业务。
该发送器502,用于在该处理器501确定所述终端开始执行语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于触发所述第三终端确定所述第二终端与所述终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且所述第二终端正在使用扬声器播放音频时,发送第二消息给所述第二终端,所述第二消息用于触发所述第二终端调整播放方式。
该发送器502还用于,在该处理器501确定所述终端停止执行所述语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第三消息,所述第三消息用于触发所述第三终端向所述第二终端发送第四消息,所述第四消息用于触发所述第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
可选的,所述调整播放方式,包括:暂停播放所述音频,关闭所述扬声器或降低所述扬声器的输出音量。
相应的,
可选的,所述恢复为调整之前的播放方式,包括:继续播放所述音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
可选的,该发送器502发送的第一消息包含所述终端的标识以及所述终端执行所述语音业务的标识;或者,该发送器502发送的所述第一消息包含所述终端的标识,所述终端执行所述语音业务的标识以及所述终端的位置信息。
该处理器501还用于,定期获取所述终端的位置信息。
该发送器502还用于,将该处理器501获取的所述终端的位置信息发给所述第三终端。
本发明实施例所提供的终端相当于实施例一和实施例三中的第一终端,该终端所执行的具体细节请参见实施例一及实施例三,此处不再赘述。
因此,本发明实施例提供的终端实现了在终端执行语音业务时避免受到附近正在利用扬声器播放音频的设备的干扰。
实施例五
图6为本发明实施例五提供的终端的示意图。该终端用于执行本发明实施例二和实施例三提供的通信方法。如图6所示,该终端与至少一个第一终端保持通信连接,该终端与至少一个第二终端保持通信连接,该终端包括:第一接收单元601、确定单元602、第一发送单元603、第二接收单元604和第二发送单元605。
该第一接收单元601,用于接收所述第一终端确定开始执行语音业务时发送 的第一消息。
该确定单元602,用于在该第一接收单元601接收到所述第一消息之时或之后确定所述第二终端与所述第一终端之间的位置关系是否满足预设条件,以及所述第二终端是否正在使用扬声器播放音频。
该第一发送单元603,用于在该确定单元602确定所述第二终端与所述第一终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且所述第二终端正在使用所述扬声器播放所述音频时,发送第二消息给所述第二终端,所述第二消息用于触发所述第二终端调整播放方式。
该第二接收单元604,用于接收所述第一终端确定停止执行所述语音业务时发送的第三消息;
该第二发送单元605,用于向所述第二终端发送第四消息,所述第四消息用于触发所述第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
可选的,所述调整播放方式,包括:暂停播放所述音频,关闭所述扬声器或降低所述扬声器的输出音量;
相应的,所述恢复为调整之前的播放方式,包括:继续播放所述音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
可选的,所述终端还包括以下至少一种:第一处理单元,用于接收所述第一终端发送的位置信息,更新之前保存的所述第一终端发送的位置信息;第二处理单元,用于接收所述第二终端发送的位置信息,更新之前保存的所述第二终端发送的位置信息。
可选的,该第一接收单元601接收的第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识以及所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识。或者,该第一接收单元601接收的第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识,所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识以及所述第一终端的位置信息。
另外,本发明实施例提供的终端还可以采用实现方式如下,用以实现本发明实施例二和实施例三中的通信方法,如图7所示,所述终端与至少一个第一终端保持通信连接,所述终端与至少一个第二终端保持通信连接,所述终端包括:接收器701、处理器702和发送器703。
该接收器701,用于接收所述第一终端确定开始执行语音业务时发送的第一消息;
该处理器702,用于在该接收器701接收到所述第一消息之时或之后确定所 述第二终端与所述第一终端之间的位置关系是否满足预设条件,以及所述第二终端是否正在使用扬声器播放音频;
该发送器703,用于在该处理器702确定所述第二终端与所述第一终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且所述第二终端正在使用扬声器播放所述音频时,发送第二消息给所述第二终端,所述第二消息用于触发所述第二终端调整播放方式;
该接收器701还用于,接收所述第一终端确定停止执行所述语音业务时发送的第三消息;
该发送器703还用于,向所述第二终端发送第四消息,所述第四消息用于触发所述第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
可选的,所述调整播放方式,包括:暂停播放所述音频,关闭所述扬声器或降低所述扬声器的输出音量。
相应的,所述恢复为调整之前的播放方式,包括:继续播放所述音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
可选的,该接收器701还用于,接收所述第一终端发送的位置信息。
可选的,该处理器702还用于,根据该接收器701接收到的所述第一终端发送的位置信息,更新之前保存的所述第一终端发送的位置信息。
可选的,该接收器701还用于,接收所述第二终端发送的位置信息。
可选的,该处理器702还用于,根据该接收器701接收到的所述第二终端发送的位置信息,更新之前保存的所述第二终端发送的位置信息。
可选的,该接收器701接收的第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识以及所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识。或者,该接收器701接收的第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识,所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识以及所述第一终端的位置信息。
本发明实施例所提供的终端相当于实施例二和实施例三种的第三终端,该终端所执行的具体细节请参见实施例二及实施例三,此处不再赘述。
因此,本发明实施例提供的终端实现了在终端执行语音业务时避免受到附近正在利用扬声器播放音频的设备的干扰。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,用于第一终端,所述第一终端与第三终端保持通信连接,所述第三终端还与至少一个第二终端保持通信连接,所述方法包括:
    所述第一终端确定开始执行语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于触发所述第三终端确定所述第二终端与所述第一终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且所述第二终端正在使用扬声器播放音频时,发送第二消息给所述第二终端,所述第二消息用于触发所述第二终端调整播放方式;
    所述第一终端确定停止执行所述语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第三消息,所述第三消息用于触发所述第三终端向所述第二终端发送第四消息,所述第四消息用于触发所述第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其特征在于,
    所述调整播放方式,包括:暂停播放所述音频,关闭所述扬声器或降低所述扬声器的输出音量;
    相应的,
    所述恢复为调整之前的播放方式,包括:继续播放所述音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端定期获取位置信息,并将获取的位置信息发给所述第三终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的通信方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识以及所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识;或者,
    所述第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识,所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识以及所述第一终端的位置信息。
  5. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,用于第三终端,所述第三终端与至少一个第一终端保持通信连接,所述第三终端与至少一个第二终端保持通信连接,所 述方法包括:
    所述第三终端接收所述第一终端确定开始执行语音业务时发送的第一消息;
    所述第三终端确定所述第二终端与所述第一终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且所述第二终端正在使用扬声器播放音频时,发送第二消息给所述第二终端,所述第二消息用于触发所述第二终端调整播放方式;
    所述第三终端接收所述第一终端确定停止执行所述语音业务时发送的第三消息;
    所述第三终端向所述第二终端发送第四消息,所述第四消息用于触发所述第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的通信方法,其特征在于,
    所述调整播放方式,包括:暂停播放所述音频,关闭所述扬声器或降低所述扬声器的输出音量;
    相应的,
    所述恢复为调整之前的播放方式,包括:继续播放所述音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第三终端接收所述第一终端发送的位置信息,更新之前保存的所述第一终端发送的位置信息;和/或,
    所述第三终端接收所述第二终端发送的位置信息,更新之前保存的所述第二终端发送的位置信息。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的通信方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识以及所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识;或者,
    所述第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识,所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识以及所述第一终端的位置信息。
  9. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端与第三终端保持通信连接,所述第三终端还与至少一个第二终端保持通信连接,所述终端包括:
    确定单元,用于确定所述终端是否执行语音业务;
    第一发送单元,用于在所述确定单元确定所述终端开始执行所述语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于触发所述第三终端确定所述第二终端与所述终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且所述第二终端正在使用扬声器播放音频时,发送第二消息给所述第二终端,所述第二消息用于触发所述第二终端调整播放方式;
    第二发送单元,用于在所述确定单元确定所述终端停止执行所述语音业务时,向所述第三终端发送第三消息,所述第三消息用于触发所述第三终端向所述第二终端发送第四消息,所述第四消息用于触发所述第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述调整播放方式,包括:暂停播放所述音频,关闭所述扬声器或降低所述扬声器的输出音量;
    相应的,
    所述恢复为调整之前的播放方式,包括:继续播放所述音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:获
    取单元,用于定期获取位置信息;
    第三发送单元,用于将所述获取单元获取的位置信息发给所述第三终端。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一发送单元发送的第一消息包含所述终端的标识以及所述终端执行所述语音业务的标识;或者,
    所述第一发送单元发送的所述第一消息包含所述终端的标识,所述终端执行所述语音业务的标识以及所述终端的位置信息。
  13. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端与至少一个第一终端保持通信连接,所述终端与至少一个第二终端保持通信连接,所述终端包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收所述第一终端确定开始执行语音业务时发送的第 一消息;
    确定单元,用于在所述第一接收单元接收到所述第一消息之时或之后确定所述第二终端与所述第一终端之间的位置关系是否满足预设条件,以及所述第二终端是否正在使用扬声器播放音频;
    第一发送单元,用于在所述确定单元确定所述第二终端与所述第一终端之间的位置关系满足预设条件,且所述第二终端正在使用所述扬声器播放所述音频时,发送第二消息给所述第二终端,所述第二消息用于触发所述第二终端调整播放方式;
    第二接收单元,用于接收所述第一终端确定停止执行所述语音业务时发送的第三消息;
    第二发送单元,用于向所述第二终端发送第四消息,所述第四消息用于触发所述第二终端恢复为调整之前的播放方式。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述调整播放方式,包括:暂停播放所述音频,关闭所述扬声器或降低所述扬声器的输出音量;
    相应的,
    所述恢复为调整之前的播放方式,包括:继续播放所述音频,开启所述扬声器或将所述扬声器的输出音量恢复为调整之前的值。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括以下至少一种:
    第一处理单元,用于接收所述第一终端发送的位置信息,更新之前保存的所述第一终端发送的位置信息;
    第二处理单元,用于接收所述第二终端发送的位置信息,更新之前保存的所述第二终端发送的位置信息。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一接收单元接收的第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识以及所述第一终端执行所述语音业务的标识;或者,
    所述第一接收单元接收的第一消息包含所述第一终端的标识,所述第一终端执 行所述语音业务的标识以及所述第一终端的位置信息。
