停止:牙膏12挤满牙膏筒16时,活塞17上升到牙膏筒16的顶端,设于活塞17的第一感应头39接近第二传感器38,第二传感器38将其信号传输给控制器5,控制器5控制电动推杆8停止工作,牙膏挤压停止;
拆卸:将散装牙膏壳9的牙膏灌注口17与第一电磁阀7的输出接口的连接解开,牙膏自动售卖完毕。
为了显示智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法的工作情况,控制器5设有显示器40,控制器5通过控制线与显示器40连接,用于显示智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法的工作情况。
为了检测桶装牙膏6的密封桶10是否还有牙膏以及将其信息通知供应商,控制器5设有第三传感器41,第三传感器41安装于箱体1上,第三传感器41位于桶装牙膏6的密封桶10上端的旁边,第三传感器41设有第二感应头42,第二感应头42安装于桶装桶装牙膏6的灌注活塞11上;桶装牙膏6的牙膏售完时,灌注活塞11以及第二感应头42上升到密封桶10的上端,第二感应头42接近第三传感器41,第三传感器41将其信号传输给控制器5;控制器5设有数据输出接头43,数据输出接头43与互联网连接,控制器5通过数据输出接头43将桶装牙膏6牙膏售完的信息传输到互联网,供应商可以于互联网了解到智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法使用的信息,及时更换新的桶装牙膏6;同时,桶装牙膏6的牙膏售完时,灌注活塞11的第二感应头42接近第二传感器42,第二传感器42将其信号传输给控制器5,控制器5将其信号传输到显示器40,显示器40显示桶装牙膏6内的牙膏10售完情况。桶装牙膏6的牙膏售完时,控制器5将其信号传输给货币识别器4,货币识别器4将投入的货币退回到退币口36。
为了控制智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法进入自动控制流程,控制器5设有工作流程自动启动按钮44以及工作流程停止按钮45,按下自动启动按钮44,智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法进入自动控制流程,按下停止按钮45智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法停止自动控制流程。
为了检测、显示以及向清洁水箱21补充清洁水,控制器5设有第四传感器47,第四传感器47安装于安装于箱体1上,第四传感器47位于清洁水箱21底部的旁边,第四传感器47设有第三感应头48安装于清洁水箱21水面上的浮球49上;清洁水箱21设有加水口50,利用加水口50可 以向清洁水箱21补充清洁水。
为了清理废水箱25的废水,废水箱25设有排水阀51,排水阀51与废水箱25底部的排污口52连接。
为了及时向清洁水箱21补充清洁水,清洁水箱21内的浮球49以及第三感应头48随清洁水箱21内的清洁水下降而下降,当浮球49以及第三感应头48下降到清洁水箱21的底部时,第三感应头48接近第四传感器47,第四传感器47将其信息传输给控制器5,控制器5将其信号通过数据输出接头43传输到互联网,通知供应商补充清洁水。

Claims (6)

  1. 智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法,智能散装牙膏售卖机包括有箱体(1)、牙膏灌注装置(2)、牙膏壳清洁装置(3)、货币识别器(4)以及控制器(5),牙膏灌注装置(2)、牙膏壳清洁装置(3)、货币识别器(4)以及控制器(5)安装于箱体(1)上;牙膏灌注装置(2)包括有桶装牙膏(6)、第一电磁阀(7)、电动推杆(8)以及散装牙膏壳(9);桶装牙膏(6)包括有密封桶(10)、灌注活塞(11)以及牙膏(12),密封桶(10)设有牙膏输出接头(13),牙膏输出接头(13)与密封桶(10)的型腔连通;电动推杆(8)的机座与箱体(1)固定连接,密封桶(10)的外壳与箱体(1)连接,电动推杆(8)的动力杆(14)与灌注活塞(11)连接;散装牙膏壳(9)包括有导向筒(15)、牙膏筒(16)、活塞(17)以及活塞杆(18),牙膏筒(16)设有牙膏灌注口(19),牙膏灌注口(19)旁边设有牙膏壳清洁口(20);第一电磁阀(7)与桶装牙膏(6)以及散装牙膏壳(9)连接;牙膏壳清洁装置(3)包括有清洁水箱(21)、灌水泵(22)、抽水泵(23)、第二电磁阀(24)、第三电磁阀(26)以及废水箱(25);第二电磁阀(24)以及第三电磁阀(26)与散装牙膏壳(9)连接,第二电磁阀(24)与灌水泵(22)连接,灌水泵(22)与清洁水箱(21)连接;第三电磁阀(26)与抽水泵(23)连接,抽水泵(23)与废水箱(25)连接;货币识别器(4)包括有控制板(33)、硬币投币口(34)、纸币投币口(35)以及退币口(36);控制器(5)设有第一传感器(37)以及第二传感器(38),第一传感器(37)位于牙膏灌注口(19)的旁边;第二传感器(38)位于牙膏筒(16)顶端的旁边,第二传感器(38)设有第一感应头(39),第一感应头(39)安装于散装牙膏壳(9)的活塞(17)上;控制器(5)通过控制线与电动推杆(6)的电源接头、第一传感器(36)、第二传感器(37)、第一电磁阀(7)、第二电磁阀(24)、第三电磁阀(26)、灌水泵(22)、抽水泵(23)以及控制板(46)连接;
    其特征在于:所述的智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法是:智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法的流程是:连接→投币→清洁→抽水→灌注→停止→拆卸
    智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法的流程具体是:
    连接:将牙膏灌注装置(2)的散装牙膏壳(9)的牙膏灌注口(19)与第一电磁阀(7)的输出接口连接,散装牙膏壳(9)接近第一传感器(37),第一传感器(37)将其连接的信号传输给控制器(5);
    投币:于硬币投币口(33)或者纸币投币口(34)投入硬币或者纸币,硬币或者纸币投入后,货币识别器(4)将货币的投入信号传输给控制器(5);
    清洁:散装牙膏壳(9)与第一电磁阀(7)的输出接口连接以及控制器(5)收到货币识别器(4)的货币输入信息后,控制器(5)控制接通第二电磁阀(24)以及灌水泵(22)的电源,第二电磁阀(24)导通,灌水泵(22)运行,灌水泵(22)将清洁水箱(21)内的清洁水经第二电磁阀(24)灌注到散装牙膏壳(9)内,利用清洁水清洗散装牙膏壳(9);
    抽水:清洗时间达到设定的时间后,控制器(5)控制切断第二电磁阀(24)以及灌水泵(22)的电源,第二电磁阀(24)关闭,灌水泵(22)停止运行;第二电磁阀(24)以及灌水泵(22)的电源切断后,控制器(5)接通第三电磁阀(26)以及抽水泵(23)的电源,第三电磁阀(26)导通,抽水泵(23)运行,抽水泵(23)将散装牙膏壳(9)内的清洁水经第三电磁阀(26)抽到废水箱(25);
    灌注:散装牙膏壳(9)内的清洁水抽走后,抽水泵(23)运行达到设定的时间,控制器(5)控制电动推杆(8)工作,电动推杆(8)的动力杆(14)推桶装牙膏(6)的灌注活塞(11)向上移动,利用灌注活塞(11)向上移动挤压牙膏(12)由牙膏输出接头(13)以及牙膏灌注口(19)进入牙膏筒(16)内,同时牙膏筒(16)的活塞(17)随牙膏(12)的不断挤入而不断地上升;
    停止:牙膏(12)挤满牙膏筒(16)时,活塞(17)上升到牙膏筒(16)的顶端,设于活塞(17)的第一感应头(39)接近第二传感器(38),第二传感器(38)将其信号传输给控制器(5),控制器(5)控制电动推杆(8)停止工作,牙膏挤压停止;
    拆卸:将散装牙膏壳(9)的牙膏灌注口(17)与第一电磁阀(7)的输出接口的连接解开,牙膏自动售卖完毕。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的桶装牙膏(6)的牙膏售完时,灌注活塞(11)以及第二感应 头(42)上升到密封桶(10)的上端,第二感应头(42)接近第三传感器(41),第三传感器(41)将其信号传输给控制器(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的控制器(5)设有数据输出接头(43),数据输出接头(43)与互联网连接,控制器(5)通过数据输出接头(43)将桶装牙膏(6)牙膏售完的信息传输到互联网,供应商可以于互联网了解到智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法使用的信息,及时更换新的桶装牙膏(6)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的桶装牙膏(6)的牙膏售完时,灌注活塞(11)的第二感应头(42)接近第二传感器(42),第二传感器(42)将其信号传输给控制器(5),控制器(5)将其信号传输到显示器(40),显示器(40)显示桶装牙膏(6)内的牙膏(10)售完情况。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的桶装牙膏(6)的牙膏售完时,控制器(5)将其信号传输给货币识别器(4),货币识别器(4)将投入的货币退回到退币口(36)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的智能散装牙膏售卖机的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的清洁水箱(21)内的浮球(49)以及第三感应头(48)随清洁水箱(21)内的清洁水下降而下降,当浮球(49)以及第三感应头(48)下降到清洁水箱(21)的底部时,第三感应头(48)接近第四传感器(47),第四传感器(47)将其信息传输给控制器(5),控制器(5)将其信号通过数据输出接头(43)传输到互联网,通知供应商补充清洁水。
