车床上常常布置有刀架,用于固定加工刀具,现有的刀架结构较为简单,刀具安装方式较为原始,仅仅依靠刀架上方的固定螺栓压紧刀具,常常出现刀具固定不牢靠,刀具移位甚至脱落等问题,影响加工精度和效率,同时易造成安全隐患。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种车床刀架,通过在基座开设安装槽,方便刀具的安装与固定,通过设置压紧片和压紧螺栓有效固定刀具,防止松脱;通过设置调节螺栓,方便调节长度,提高适应性;具有可靠性能高、结构紧凑、固定牢靠、刀具不易脱落,夹持牢固,适应性好、价格低廉等优点,同时在数控机床的应用及普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种车床刀架,包括:基座、压紧片、弹簧、盖板和固定螺栓,所述基座上设置有压紧片,压紧片和基座中间设置有弹簧,基座上方设置有盖板,盖板四周设置有固定螺栓。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基座四周靠近边缘设置有刀具安装槽,所述刀具安装槽开口方向为逆时针方向。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述刀具安装槽后侧开设有调整孔,调整孔内设置有调节螺栓。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述刀具安装槽侧面开设有弹簧孔和固定孔,所述固定孔内设置有压紧螺栓。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述压紧片设置有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆固定在基座内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明车床刀架通过在基座开设安装槽,方便刀具的安装与固定,通过设置压紧片和压紧螺栓有效固定刀具,防止松脱;通过设置调节螺栓,方便调节长度,提高适应性;具有可靠性能高、结构紧凑、固定牢靠、刀具不易脱落,夹持牢固,适应性好、价格低廉等优点,同时在数控机床的应用及普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

所述刀具安装槽5后侧开设有调整孔,调整孔内设置有调节螺栓,有效调节刀具伸出长度,辅助刀具固定。
所述刀具安装槽5侧面开设有弹簧孔和固定孔,所述固定孔内设置有压紧螺栓6,侧向固定刀具,防止松脱。
所述压紧片2设置有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆固定在基座1内,防止压紧片脱落,使得压紧片按规定方向运动。
本发明车床刀架的有益效果是:
一、通过在基座开设安装槽,方便刀具的安装与固定;
二、通过设置压紧片和压紧螺栓有效固定刀具,防止松脱;
三、通过设置调节螺栓,方便调节长度,提高适应性;
