Definitions
- the present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for producing containers from a plurality of containers in which the containers are adhesively bonded together.
- a device regularly contains a supply device for the containers, a treatment and adhesive device to form from the supplied containers groups of containers having a desired number of containers and arrangement, and at least one, preferably more of the container of the container group with an adhesive and to press the containers together, whereby the container of a group of containers are glued together to form a container.
- the containers are transported on a grouping and lapping section by means of a conveying device provided in the grouping and lapping section to a subsequent handling station, such as a grouping station or directly to a compacting and palletising station.
- a device in which containers are produced from containers is known, for example, from DE 10 201 1 107 265.
- a disadvantage of this device is that in the handling station, usually a grouping station, the containers must be rotated to be placed in a compacting and palletizing on the one hand in a correct position and on the other still linearly moved to a correct place. Since such systems have an enormously high throughput of containers, in this case a very high force is exerted on the container, which is disadvantageous for the machines of the handling station. Due to greater accelerations, it is also possible for containers to break up. It is an object of the present invention to reduce the disadvantage described above and to allow handling of the container until palletizing, in which less acceleration forces are exerted on the container. The object is achieved with a device having the features of claim 1 and with a method having the features of claim 13. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the associated dependent claims.
- the treatment and gluing device upstream of the grouping and setting section may be multi-part, i. be divided into their functions grouping and gluing or be designed as an integrated device.
- the containers may in particular be containers for containing liquid goods, such as bottles, in particular PET bottles, or cans, e.g. Trading party cans.
- At least one manipulation element for the container which is rotatable about a vertical axis by a rotary drive, is arranged in the conveying region of the grouping and setting line.
- this manipulating the container can be kept on the grouping and Abbindeumble kept in the appropriate orientation or rotational position to be rotated, which is required for the subsequent handling station.
- the subsequent handling station is a grouping station, which prepares the containers for the arrangement in a compacting and palletising station (layer formation), it is sufficient to perform only a linear movement of the containers in the correct positions in this grouping station.
- the Manipulierelennent is designed as a container support plate, which is either connected to the rotary drive or connectable to the rotary drive, thus tations the container in the grouping and Abbindeumble in the desired rotational position for the subsequent handling station to rotate. Since the support plate carries the weight of the usually filled container, it is only necessary to apply the rotational forces to rotate the container. The weight of the container need not be worn separately, as would be necessary for example in rotary grippers.
- the manipulating element such as the support plate
- a linear guide shoe which forms a part of the conveying device of the grouping and lacing line.
- each container or several containers is simultaneously arranged on the manipulating a guide shoe and slowly rotated during the promotion by means of the conveyor along the grouping and Abbindeumble in the desired position for the handling station rotation position.
- the conveyor simultaneously has the manipulating elements for rotating the threads.
- the turning process can thus be started and ended at any point of the grouping and setting line.
- a larger number of guide shoes successively along the conveyor line preferably by an endless drive, such as an endless conveyor chain, connected to a conveyor drive so that one or two, maximum three pallets are supported and rotated on each guide shoe.
- the manipulating for example, the support plate, rotatably supported on the guide shoe, wherein the rotary drive can be fixedly installed on the guide shoe.
- the rotary drive is arranged in the manner of an electric motor on the linearly movable guide shoe of the conveyor, so that the beginning and the end as well as the speed of the rotary motion can be adjusted by an electronic control. In a much simplified embodiment, however, it is also possible to keep each container only rotatable and to bring by deflection in the desired rotational position.
- rotary drive of the present patent application thus describes any electrical, electromagnetic, magnetic or mechanical controlled rotation of the container to a desired rotational position, the rotation taking place about a substantially vertical axis. 20% of the exact value.
- the manipulating element has holding elements, such as holding brackets, contoured gripping arms for holding the bundles during rotation, e.g. set on a support plate or other support element, so that the container can not slip out of the manipulation during rotation.
- these holding elements are arranged on the guide shoe and movable with this.
- the retaining elements can be actuated by electric motors or pneumatically or can be firmly connected to the manipulating element, for example a support plate.
- an applicator station known per se for a carrying handle is arranged, in which the container with a carrying handle, usually a plastic strap, is connected, with which the container can be easily carried by the end user.
- the advantage here is that the activity of gluing the container of the container in the treatment and gluing device and attaching the handle on the grouping and Abbindeststreckcke are decoupled, thereby gluing the container into a container and the attachment of the carrying handle respectively can be optimized in their process.
- a temporal equalization of all acting on the container / container manipulations of feeding the individual containers is achieved to palletize the finished container, what the acting on the container Reduces forces and optimizes the process control for the individual processes. This is made possible by the fact that the grouping and lacing section is used for such manipulations as, for example, rotating and attaching the carrying handle.
- downstream handling station which is usually a grouping station, in which the containers are arranged for a compacting and palletizing, arranged no rotating device for the container or arranged only means for linear movements of the container. This reduces the forces acting on the packages in the grouping station.
- the manipulating element consists of a support plate or contains one which is subdivided along a dividing line extending in the conveying direction into two support plate parts. In this way, in the conveying area, the two significantly reduced in size support plate parts can move with significantly less effort.
- the support plate parts are preferably movable separately on guide carriages of the conveying device along the grouping and shortening path, where the two support plate parts are brought together to form a larger support plate and connected to a rotary drive on the guide shoe or can be temporarily connected to a manipulation station with a rotary drive.
- the subdivided into two support plates support plate is also advantageous in that the two support plate parts can be moved from opposite directions to the container so as to set the container optimally on the support plate, especially if each support plate part associated holding elements, such as zäun- or guardrails - Has similar holding elements, which also press the container of the container against each other when merging the two support plate parts to each other.
- the carrying handle is usually attached to two opposite containers of the container.
- the containers it can be said that, in particular, 4 or 6 packs are produced.
- the carrying means is preferably attached to the diagonally opposite containers of a square base arrangement of four containers, while in 6-packs the carrying handle is usually mounted between the middle two opposite containers of a rectangular configuration of the six containers.
- the adhesive need not be applied to each container, but only to so many containers that each two adjacent containers of a container by one, or better two adhesive application areas, e.g. Adhesive points are connected to each other, which are generally spaced clearly in the vertical direction of the container to each other.
- Adhesive points are connected to each other, which are generally spaced clearly in the vertical direction of the container to each other.
- the adhesive is ideally a hot melt adhesive or a UV-curing adhesive, which are applied in a flowable form and subsequently set, dry or harden.
- the invention also relates to a method for producing containers from a plurality of containers, wherein the containers are grouped into groups of containers having a desired number of containers and container arrangement and adhesively bonded to one another by applying an adhesive to at least one container of the container group and compressing the container of the container group. Thereafter, the adhesive is cured at least to the extent that the container can be handled in the subsequent handling station on a grouping and Abbindeumble on which the containers are transported to a subsequent handling station. According to the invention, the container is brought during the curing of the adhesive during transport in the grouping and Abbindestfire in a suitable position for the subsequent handling station rotational position.
- the advantages of the method according to the invention are the same as described above in connection with the device according to the invention.
- the rotation of the container in the correct rotational position for the subsequent handling station has the advantage that the motion sequences are equalized in time and thus reduces the forces acting on the container forces can be.
- the forces applied by the machines are reduced, which reduces the wear and the necessary engine power when handling the containers and containers.
- the throughput of containers through the device can be increased.
- the containers are thereby rotated about a substantially vertical axis.
- the package is stored in a handling station following the grouping and trimming line, e.g. Grouping station moved only linearly, which reduces the forces acting on the container forces.
- a carrying handle is attached to the containers of the container on the grouping and Abbindestrange.
- the simultaneous attachment of the carrying handle is avoided in the bonding of the container of a container in the treatment and adhesive device, which leads to an equalization and optimization of the individual processes.
- the carrying handle may in this case be mounted prior to the rotation of the package on the grouping and lacing section, during rotation or after rotation. Since the position of the container is defined after rotation, it may be preferable to attach the carrying handle to the grouping and lacing section after rotating the containers. However, attaching a carrying handle on the grouping and trimming line is optional.
