L'invention porte sur un dispositif de commutation pouvant être commandé du type à pistons, lequel dispositif comprend un rouleau ondulé de forme annulaire circulaire (5), une pluralité de rainures annulaires à vide disposées radialement (2), réalisées dans la direction de la longueur d'une surface annulaire externe du rouleau ondulé (5), un orifice d'évacuation d'air (6) réalisé dans la position centrale d'une bague interne du rouleau ondulé (5), l'extrémité inférieure de l'orifice d'évacuation d'air (6) étant reliée au perçage interne (8) du rouleau ondulé (5) ; une pluralité de trous traversants axiaux (7) sont disposés de façon régulière le long de la direction périphérique dans les rainures annulaires entre la bague externe et la bague interne, chaque trou traversant (7) étant relié aux rainures annulaires à vide (2) et à l'orifice d'évacuation d'air (6) ; un piston gauche (1) et un piston droit (3) sont respectivement disposés des deux côtés à l'intérieur des trous traversants (7) ; une tige de vis (4) s'étend axialement à travers le piston gauche (1) et le piston droit (3) ; et les surfaces côté gauche et côté droit de la tige de vis (4) ont respectivement une première partie de filetage (4-1) et une seconde partie de filetage (4-2) qui sont formées.
