下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作 出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图 2和图 3所示, 本发明实施例提供一种拉手条扳手 2, 包括扳手本体 3和解锁机构 5 , 解锁机构 5包括解锁钩 51和扳机 54, 解锁钩 51通过第一转 轴 55可转动地连接在扳手本体 3上, 扳机 54通过第二转轴 56可转动地连接 在扳手本体 3上; 解锁钩 51具有第一端和第二端, 该第一端隔着第一转轴 55 与该第二端相对, 该第一端具有钩子 57 , 该第二端具有第一 ·ί氏靠部 58 , 扳机 54具有第二 4氏靠部 59 ,第一 4氏靠部 58与第二 4氏靠部 59接触;第二 4氏靠部 59 , 用于在扳机 54绕第二转轴 56转动时, 向第一 ·ί氏靠部 58施加第一力 F1 (图 2 中箭头指向为第一力 F1的方向) , 以使解锁钩 51绕第一转轴 55转动。
上述拉手条扳手用于通信系统中的单板上, 通过拉手条扳手将插接在机 框中的单板取出, 单板的一侧边上固定连接有面板 6,拉手条扳手 2通过第三 转轴 33可转动的连接在单板或者面板 6上, 面板 6上设置有开孔 61。 平时需 要将拉手条扳手 2锁定在面板 6上, 此时, 解锁钩 51上具有钩子 57的第一 端穿过面板 6上的开孔 61 , 钩子 57勾住开孔 61边缘处的面板 6; 解锁时, 如图 4所示, 扳动扳机 54使扳机 54绕第二转轴 56沿逆时针方向转动, 扳机 54的第二抵靠部 59向解锁钩 51的第一抵靠部 58施加第一力 F1 , 使解锁钩 51绕第一转轴 55沿顺时针方向转动,带动解锁钩 51的第一端的钩子 57脱离 与开孔 61边缘处面板 6的接触; 如图 5所示, 之后拉动拉手条扳手 2中扳手 主体 3的臂部, 使扳手主体 3绕第三转轴 33转动, 带动解锁钩 51的钩子 57 从开孔 61中完全脱出。
本实施例中的拉手条扳手, 通过扳动使扳机转动, 在扳机转动过程中带 动解锁钩转动, 解锁钩的转动带动钩子直接脱离开孔边缘处的面板, 在解锁 钩转动的一瞬间钩子就不再与面板接触, 因此避免了传统拉手条扳手解锁过 程中钩子与面板之间的滑动摩擦力, 使拉手条扳手的解锁更加轻松。
具体地, 上述第一抵靠部 58具有多个第一齿; 上述第二抵靠部 59具有 多个第二齿, 第一抵靠部 58与第二抵靠部 59接触时, 上述多个第一齿与上 述多个第二齿啮合。
具体地, 上述解锁机构 5还可以包括弹簧 53 , 弹簧 53的一端与扳手本体 3连接, 另一端与解锁钩 51的第二端连接, 弹簧 53用于向第二端施加与第一 力方向相反的第二力。 在完成解锁后, 可以松开扳机 54, 此时解锁钩 51的第 二端受到弹簧 53施加的第二力,使得解锁钩 51绕第一转轴 55沿逆时针转动, 同时解锁钩 51的第一抵靠部 58向第二抵靠部 59施加与第一力 F1方向相反 的力,使扳机 54绕第二转轴 56沿顺时针方向转动,使得解锁钩 51和扳机 54 复位至解锁之前的状态。
具体地, 第一转轴 55与第二转轴 56可以平行, 便于解锁钩 51和扳机 54 的设置; 当然, 第一转轴与第二转轴也可以不平行, 例如第一转轴与第二转 轴垂直时也可以实现上述第一齿与第二齿啮合, 其中一个部件转动时带动其 中另一个部件转动。
具体地, 如图 2和图 3所示, 上述扳手本体 3具有头部 31和臂部 32; 臂 部 32上设置有两端开口的腔体 A, 第一转轴 55和第二转轴 56固定设置于腔 体 A中, 解锁钩 51的第一端和钩子 57从腔体 A—端的开口处伸出, 扳机 54 具有扳动部 541 , 扳动部 541从腔体 A另一端的开口处伸出。 该腔体 A用于 设置解锁钩 51和扳机 54 ,使解锁钩 51和扳机 54与其他部件隔离, 使解锁钩 51和扳机 54的转动不受影响。
具体地, 扳手本体 3上设置有用于限定解锁钩 51转动角度的限位部, 限 定解锁钩 51转动的角度仅为能够使拉手条扳手解锁即可, 例如如图 4所示, 在解锁钩 51转动至开孔 61 的中间位置时被限位部限定不能继续转动, 此时 拉动扳手主体 3即可使钩子 57从开孔 61 中脱出, 使得解锁更加方便, 无需 人为调整扳动扳机的角度。 该限位部可以是设置在扳手本体 3 上的凸起, 也 可以是上述腔体 A两端开口的边缘; 另外, 也可以通过解锁钩 51和扳机 54 本身的结构设置使解锁钩 51和扳机 54在啮合转动至一定角度时相互卡住而 停止转动。
本实施例中的拉手条扳手, 通过扳动使扳机转动, 在扳机转动过程中带 动解锁钩转动, 解锁钩的转动带动钩子直接脱离开孔边缘处的面板, 在解锁 钩转动的一瞬间钩子就不再与面板接触, 因此避免了传统拉手条扳手解锁过 程中钩子与面板之间的滑动摩擦力, 使拉手条扳手的解锁更加轻松。 如图 6所示, 本发明实施例提供一种单板组件, 包括单板 1和与单板 1 固定连接的面板 6, 面板 6上设置有开孔 61 , 还包括: 上述的拉手条扳手 2, 扳手本体 3具有头部 31和臂部 32,头部 31通过第三转轴 33可转动地连接在 单板 1或面板 6上; 当拉手条扳手 2锁定在面板 6上时, 解锁钩 51上具有钩 子的第一端穿过面板 6的开孔 61 , 该钩子勾住开孔 61边缘处的面板 6。
具体地, 拉手条扳手 1可以为两个, 分别设置于面板 6相对的两侧边。 该拉手条扳手的具体结构和原理与上述实施例相同, 在此不再赘述。 本实施例中的单板组件, 在拉手条扳手解锁时, 通过扳动使扳机转动, 在扳机转动过程中带动解锁钩转动, 解锁钩的转动带动钩子直接脱离开孔边 缘处的面板, 在解锁钩转动的一瞬间钩子就不再与面板接触, 因此避免了传 统拉手条扳手解锁过程中钩子与面板之间的滑动摩擦力, 使拉手条扳手的解 锁更加轻松。
本发明实施例提供一种通信系统, 包括机框和上述的单板组件, 该单板 组件中的单板插接在该机框中。
如图 6所示, 当需要取下单板 1时, 拉动拉手条扳手 2的臂部 32使拉手 条扳手 2沿顺时针方向绕转轴 33旋转, 使得拉手条扳手 2的头部 31抵住通 信设备的框架(图 6中未示出) , 随着拉手条扳手 2的继续旋转, 框架向拉 手条扳手 2施加反向作用力, 从而使单板 1从板槽中脱出。
该单板的具体结构和原理与上述实施例相同, 在此不再赘述。
本实施例中的通信系统, 在拉手条扳手解锁时, 通过扳动使扳机转动, 在扳机转动过程中带动解锁钩转动, 解锁钩的转动带动钩子直接脱离开孔边 缘处的面板, 在解锁钩转动的一瞬间钩子就不再与面板接触, 因此避免了传 统拉手条扳手解锁过程中钩子与面板之间的滑动摩擦力, 使拉手条扳手的解 锁更加轻松。
如图 7 所示, 本发明实施例提供一种拉手条扳手解锁方法, 用于上述的 单板组件, 该单板组件的拉手条扳手锁定在上述面板上, 该拉手条扳手解锁 方法包括: 步骤 101、扳动扳机使上述扳机绕第二转轴转动, 该扳机的第二抵靠部向 上述解锁钩的第一抵靠部施加第一力, 使该解锁钩绕第一转轴转动, 带动该 解锁钩的第一端的钩子脱离与上述开孔边缘处面板的接触;
步骤 102、拉动该拉手条扳手中扳手主体的臂部,使该拉手条扳手主体绕 第三转轴转动, 带动该解锁钩的钩子从该开孔中完全脱出。
该拉手条扳手和单板的具体结构以及原理与上述实施例相同, 在此不再 赘述。
本实施例中的拉手条扳手解锁方法, 在拉手条扳手解锁时, 通过扳动使 扳机转动, 在扳机转动过程中带动解锁钩转动, 解锁钩的转动带动钩子直接 脱离开孔边缘处的面板, 在解锁钩转动的一瞬间钩子就不再与面板接触, 因 此避免了传统拉手条扳手解锁过程中钩子与面板之间的滑动摩擦力, 使拉手 条扳手的解锁更加轻松。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保 护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求 书
1、 一种拉手条扳手, 包括扳手本体和解锁机构, 其特征在于,
所述解锁机构包括解锁钩和扳机, 所述解锁钩通过第一转轴可转动地连接 在所述扳手本体上, 所述扳机通过第二转轴可转动地连接在所述扳手本体上; 所述解锁钩具有第一端和第二端, 所述第一端隔着所述第一转轴与所述第 二端相对, 所述第一端具有钩子, 所述第二端具有第一抵靠部, 所述扳机具有 第二抵靠部, 所述第一抵靠部与所述第二抵靠部接触;
所述第二抵靠部, 用于在所述扳机绕所述第二转轴转动时, 向所述第一抵 靠部施加第一力, 以使所述解锁钩绕所述第一转轴转动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的拉手条扳手, 其特征在于,
所述第一抵靠部具有多个第一齿; 所述第二抵靠部具有多个第二齿, 所述 第一抵靠部与所述第二抵靠部接触时, 所述多个第一齿与所述多个第二齿啮合。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的拉手条扳手, 其特征在于,
所述解锁机构还包括弹簧, 所述弹簧的一端与所述扳手本体连接, 另一端 与所述解锁钩的第二端连接, 所述弹簧用于向所述第二端施加与所述第一力方 向相反的第二力。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的拉手条扳手, 其特征在于, 所述第一转轴与所述第二转轴平行。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的拉手条扳手, 其特征在于, 所述扳手本体具有头部和臂部;
所述臂部上设置有两端开口的腔体, 所述第一转轴和第二转轴固定设置于 所述腔体中, 所述解锁钩的第一端和钩子从所述腔体一端的开口处伸出, 所述 扳机具有扳动部, 所述扳动部从所述腔体另一端的开口处伸出。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的拉手条扳手, 其特征在于, 所述扳手本体上设置有用于限定所述解锁钩转动角度的限位部。
7、 一种单板组件, 包括单板和与所述单板固定连接的面板, 所述面板上设 置有开孔, 其特征在于, 还包括: 权利要求 1至 6中任意一项所述的拉手条扳手, 所述扳手本体具有头部和 臂部, 所述头部通过第三转轴可转动地连接在所述单板或面板上;
当所述拉手条扳手锁定在所述面板上时, 所述解锁钩上具有钩子的第一端 穿过所述面板的开孔, 所述钩子勾住所述开孔边缘处的面板。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的单板组件, 其特征在于,
所述拉手条扳手为两个, 分别设置于所述面板相对的两侧边。
9、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括机框和权利要求 7或 8所述的单板组 件, 所述单板组件中的单板插接在所述机框中。
10、 一种拉手条扳手解锁方法, 用于权利要求 7或 8所述的单板组件, 所 述单板组件的拉手条扳手锁定在所述面板上, 其特征在于, 所述拉手条扳手解 锁方法包括:
扳动扳机使所述扳机绕所述第二转轴转动 , 所述扳机的第二抵靠部向所述 解锁钩的第一抵靠部施加所述第一力, 使所述解锁钩绕所述第一转轴转动, 带 动所述解锁钩的所述第一端的所述钩子脱离与所述开孔边缘处面板的接触; 拉动所述拉手条扳手中所述扳手主体的所述臂部, 使所述扳手主体绕所述
