Description

한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 및 그 제조방법
본 발명은 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 말의 피모에 정전기 발생 방지와 더불어 컨디셔닝 및 세정 효과가 우수하고, 말의 피모에 보습, 진정, 항균 작용을 하여 민감한 피부를 매끄럽고, 촉촉하게 보호해줌으로써 말을 항상 청결하게 유지시켜주며, 국산화를 통해 제품의 원가 감소가 가능한 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
주지된 바와 같이, 말(horse)은 인간에게 중요한 가축의 하나로, 전세계에서 널리 사육되고 있다. 옛날에는 인간의 식량을 위한 사냥의 대상이었으나, 그후 군마(軍馬)나 밭갈이에 이용되었고, 최근에는 주로 승용(乘用)이나 스포츠용으로 이용된다.
지난 2011년 국회에서 말산업 육성법이 만장일치로 통과되면서, 국내 말산업은 새로운 도약의 전기를 맞이했다. 말산업 육성법은 범국가적인 차원에서 말(馬)과 여타 가축의 차별성을 인정하고, 말산업의 발전을 지원하겠다는 의지로 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 그동안 경마 중심의 체계였던 말산업이 승마를 아우르는 균형적 성장을 통해 다양한 가치를 창출할 것으로 보인다.
최근 소득수준의 향상과 여가시간의 증가로 인하여 승마를 즐기는 인구가 지속적으로 늘어나고 있다. 승마를 즐기기 위해서는 초원이나 운동장 같은 넓은 장소가 필요하므로, 도시 거주자는 교외로 나가서 승마를 즐기고 있다.
승마는 생물체인 말을 이용한 것으로 자동차와 같은 기계를 다루는 것과는 큰 차이가 있다. 따라서 승마를 즐기기 위해서는 상당한 기간의 교육과 실습이 필요하다.
그러나, 말은 생물체라서 기본적으로 초심자가 다루기 쉽지 아니하고, 잘못 다루는 경우 말에서 떨어져 낙상을 입기 쉽고, 달리는 말에서 떨어지는 경우 큰 부상을 입을 수 있다는 문제점이 있다.
한편, 말(horse) 사업이 일반 대중들에게 까지 폭넓게 인식되어지면서 그에 따른 부가적인 사업도 많이 증가되고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 말사업은 식용이 아니라 100%로 스포츠 및 여가용으로 성장하고 있다. 그러므로 사람이 말에 타고 접촉을 해야 하기 때문에 항상 청결하게 유지해주어야 한다.
이에 따라 말 세정제는 말과 함께 성장한다고 볼 수 있다. 현재 우리나라의 경우 말 세정제를 전량 수입하여 사용하고 있으며, 특히 가장 많은 말을 운영하는 마사회에서도 모두 수입품에 의존하고 있어 제품의 국산화도 매우 필요한 실정이다.
이에 따라 제품 원가 감소와 더불어 말을 항상 청결하게 유지시킬 수 있는 말 세정제의 개발이 시급한 실정에 있었다.

본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술의 문제점을 감안하여 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 말의 피모에 정전기 발생 방지와 더불어 컨디셔닝 및 세정 효과가 우수한 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 말의 피모에 보습, 진정, 항균 작용을 하여 민감한 피부를 매끄럽고, 촉촉하게 보호해줌으로써 말을 항상 청결하게 유지시켜주는 것이 가능한 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 국산화를 통해 제품의 원가 감소가 가능한 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
상기한 본 발명의 목적은, 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 100중량%에 있어서, 코카마이도프로필베타인(Cocamidopropyl Betaine) : 20중량%, C12-20 알킬글루코사이드(Alkyl glucoside) : 10중량%, 글리세린(glycerophosphoric acid) : 1중량%, 조합향료(레몬향) : 25중량%, 기능성 첨가제 : 10중량%, 잔여 정제수를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물에 의하여 달성된다.
바람직하게는 이러한 본 발명에서 녹차 추출물, 쑥 추출물, 알로에 추출물, 디엘 알파 토코페롤(dl -α-Tocopherol)이 각각 동일한 비율로서 혼합된다.
또한, 이러한 본 발명에서 상기 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물은, 식물성 지방산 고급알콜, 하이드로, 피부 보호제, 비타민 E, 아로마 오일 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 더 포함한다.
한편, 상기한 본 발명의 목적은, (a) 600L 반응 혼합조에 물을 140~160L를 채우고 물 온도를 50~70℃까지 올리는 단계(S11); (b) 밸브를 열고 순환펌프로 교반하는 단계(S12); (c) 코카마이도프로필베타인(Cocamidopropyl Betaine) 100L와, C12-20 알킬글루코사이드(Alkyl glucoside) 50L를 상기 반응 혼합조에 투입하는 단계(S13); (d) 8~12분간 교반 후, 글리세린 5L를 분당 500㎖씩 투입하는 단계(S14); (e) 8~12분간 교반 후, 레몬향 250g을 투입하는 단계(S15); (f) 기능성 첨가제를 투입하는 단계(S16); (g) 500L 표시선까지 정제수를 채우고 8~12분간 교반하는 단계(S17); (h) 완성된 조성물을 포장용기에 주입하는 단계(S18)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물의 제조방법에 의하여 달성된다.
바람직하게는 이러한 본 발명에서 상기 (f)단계에서의 상기 기능성 첨가제는, 녹차 추출물, 쑥 추출물, 알로에 추출물 중 선택된 1종이다.
또한, 이러한 본 발명에서 상기 (f)단계 후, 기능성 첨가제인 디엘 알파 토코페롤(dl -α-Tocopherol)을 투입하는 단계를 더 포함한다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 제조방법에 따르면, 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
첫째, 조성물에 함유된 성분에 의해 말의 피모에 정전기 발생 방지와 더불어 컨디셔닝 및 세정 효과가 우수하다.
둘째, 말의 피모에 보습, 진정, 항균 작용을 하여 민감한 피부를 매끄럽고, 촉촉하게 보호해줌으로써 말을 항상 청결하게 유지시켜주는 것이 가능하다.
셋째, 국산화를 통해 제품의 원가 감소가 가능하다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 제조방법을 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
이하에서 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정해서 해석되어서는 아니되며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물은, 전체 조성물 100중량%에 있어서, 코카마이도프로필베타인(Cocamidopropyl Betaine) : 20중량%, C12-20 알킬글루코사이드(Alkyl glucoside) : 10중량%, 글리세린(glycerophosphoric acid) : 1중량%, 조합향료(레몬향) : 25중량%, 기능성 첨가제 : 10중량%, 잔여 정제수를 포함하여 이루어진다.
코카마이도프로필베타인(Cocamidopropyl Betaine)은 보통 물, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, 글리세린 또는 이들의 혼합액을 함유한 것으로서, 주로 계면활성제(거품촉진제), 계면활성제(세정제), 대전방지제/정전기방지제, 점도증가제(수성), 피부컨디셔닝제(기타), 헤어컨디셔닝제 용도로 널리 사용된다.
본 발명에서 코카마이도프로필베타인은 15~25중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 20중량% 함유된다.
C12-20 알킬글루코사이드(Alkyl glucoside)는 C12-20 알코올과 글루코스의 축합반응물로서, 계면활성제-유화제로 사용되어지며, 본 발명에서 C12-20 알킬글루코사이드는 5~15중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 10중량% 함유된다.
글리세린(glycerophosphoric acid)은 유지 성분으로 10% 이하 농도를 사용하며 과량 사용시 흡수성이 강하여 고습도의 환경에서는 공기중의 수분을 흡수하여 트리트먼트(treatment)제에 배합한 글리세린은 모발이나 피부의 수분을 보급하는 작용과 트리트먼트(treatment) 자체의 건조화를 막아준다.
인지질의 주요 구성성분이며 인산기의 위치에 따라 α형과 β형이 있다. 글리세린 발효시에 글리세로인산 탈수소효소에 의해 다이옥시아세톤인산으로부터 가역적으로 생성되거나, 지방에서 생긴 글리세롤이 글리세롤키나아제에 의해 인산화되어 생긴다. 포스파타아제에 의해 인산을 잃고 글리세롤이 된다. 글리세롤을 화학적으로 인산에스테화하면 α, β의 혼합물이 얻어진다. 또 천연 인지질을 산이나 알칼리로 가수분해하면 인산기가 β로 전이하게 된다. 모발에 흡착하여 헹군 후에도 잔존해 보습 효과가 있다.
기능성 첨가제는, 녹차 추출물, 쑥 추출물, 알로에 추출물, 디엘 알파 토코페롤(dl -α-Tocopherol)이 각각 동일한 비율로서 혼합된다.
녹차 추출물은 해독작용, 소염작용, 살균작용에 효능이 있다. 알로에 추출물은 보습, 피부 진정등에 효능이 있고, 점액성분은 피부에 수분을 공급해주어 민감한 피부를 매끄럽고 촉촉하게 보호해준다.
쑥추출물 중 활성분인 루틴(RUTIN)은 항균, 미백, 피부재생, 피부컨디셔닝에 효과적이다.
디엘 알파 토코페롤(dl-α-Tocopherol)은 식품이 변질되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 산화방지제로서 사용된다. 식용유지, 식물성유지, 마가린, 마요네즈, 성장기 조제유, 동물성 혹은 동·식물성 혼합 제품 등에 사용된다.
황색의 투명하고 끈적끈적한 액체로 냄새가 거의 없고, 화학식은 C29H50O2이다.
비타민 E의 한 형태로서 물에는 녹지 않고 에테르, 에탄올, 식물성 유지에 녹는다. 산에 안정하나 산소 및 광선에 의하여 산화되어 어두운 색으로 된다. 디엘 알파(dl-α) 토코페롤은 가열하지 않은 돈지나 쌀겨기름에 대해 BHA나 BHT와 비교하여 효과가 떨어지나 가열 시에서는 다른 산화방지제보다 그 효과가 우수하다. 자외선 및 일광 조사 시 다른 항산화제와 비교하여 우수하다. 자연계에 존재하는 것은 d형이고 합성된 것은 dl형으로서 d α-Tocopherol(1.49 I.U./g)에 비해 dl-αTocopherol (1.00 I.U./g)의 생리활성이 떨어진다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물은, 식물성 지방산 고급알콜, 하이드로, 피부 보호제, 비타민 E, 아로마 오일 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 더 포함할 수 있다.
식물성 지방산 고급알콜은 팜, 코코넛에서 추출되는 저자극 음이온 세정제로서, 세정 효과가 우수하고, 말의 피모에 정전기 방지에 효능이 있으며, 컨디셔닝 효과가 발현된다.
하이드로는 수용성 각질 제거 성분으로 손상된 피부제거 효과가 우수하다. 피부 보호제는 피부보습과 더불어 독소 제거를 기대할 수 있다. 비타민 E는 혈액 순환 개선, 상처 치유 촉진에 효과적이다. 아로마 오일은 아토피, 습진, 탈모에 효능이 있다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 제조방법의 제조 흐름도이다.
우선, 600L 반응 혼합조(미도시)에 물을 140~160L, 보다 바람직하게는 150L를 채운 후, 물의 온도를 50~70℃, 보다 바람직하게는 60℃까지 올린다(S11). 이후, 하기 원료 약품 투입시 밸브(미도시)를 열고 순환펌프(미도시)로 교반을 시작한다(S12).

위와 같이 하여 약품 투입이 완료되면, 500L 표시선까지 정제수를 채우고 8~12분간 보다 바람직하게는 10분 교반 후에(S17), 완성된 조성물을 포장용기에 주입한다(S18).
상기와 같이 하여 제조된 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물은 무색의 투명한 액상으로서, 따뜻한 물로 말의 털을 적신 후 물 1L에 본 세정용 조성물 1ｇ을 희석시켜서 말의 온몸에 발라 맛사지한 후, 따뜻한 물로 털을 행구어 낸다.
이때, 본 발명에 따른 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물은 전술한 바와 같이 조성물에 함유된 성분에 의해 말의 피모에 정전기 발생 방지와 더불어 컨디셔닝 및 세정 효과가 우수하다.
또한, 말의 피모에 보습, 진정, 항균 작용을 하여 민감한 피부를 매끄럽고, 촉촉하게 보호해줌으로써 말을 항상 청결하게 유지시켜주는 것이 가능하다.
또한, 국산화를 통해 제품의 원가 감소가 가능하다.
이와 같이 본 발명에 따른 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 예시된 도면을 참조로 설명하였으나, 본 명세서에 개시된 실시예와 도면에 의해 본 발명은 한정되지 않으며 그 발명의 기술사상 범위 내에서 당업자에 의해 다양한 변형이 이루어질 수 있음은 물론이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물 100중량%에 있어서,
    코카마이도프로필베타인(Cocamidopropyl Betaine) : 20중량%, C12-20 알킬글루코사이드(Alkyl glucoside) : 10중량%, 글리세린(glycerophosphoric acid) : 1중량%, 조합향료(레몬향) : 25중량%, 기능성 첨가제 : 10중량%, 잔여 정제수를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 기능성 첨가제는,
    녹차 추출물, 쑥 추출물, 알로에 추출물, 디엘 알파 토코페롤(dl -α-Tocopherol)이 각각 동일한 비율로서 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물은,
    식물성 지방산 고급알콜, 하이드로, 피부 보호제, 비타민 E, 아로마 오일 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물.
  4. (a) 600L 반응 혼합조에 물을 140~160L를 채우고 물 온도를 50~70℃까지 올리는 단계(S11);
    (b) 밸브를 열고 순환펌프로 교반하는 단계(S12);
    (c) 코카마이도프로필베타인(Cocamidopropyl Betaine) 100L와, C12-20 알킬글루코사이드(Alkyl glucoside) 50L를 상기 반응 혼합조에 투입하는 단계(S13);
    (d) 8~12분간 교반 후, 글리세린 5L를 분당 500㎖씩 투입하는 단계(S14);
    (e) 8~12분간 교반 후, 레몬향 250g을 투입하는 단계(S15);
    (f) 기능성 첨가제를 투입하는 단계(S16);
    (g) 500L 표시선까지 정제수를 채우고 8~12분간 교반하는 단계(S17);
    (h) 완성된 조성물을 포장용기에 주입하는 단계(S18)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물의 제조방법.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 (f)단계에서의 상기 기능성 첨가제는,
    녹차 추출물, 쑥 추출물, 알로에 추출물 중 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물의 제조방법.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 (f)단계 후,
    기능성 첨가제인 디엘 알파 토코페롤(dl -α-Tocopherol)을 투입하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 기능성 말 세정용 조성물의 제조방법.
