本实用新型涉及一种苗木移栽装置,具体涉及一种挖树机。
背景技术
在小区绿色建设和城市街道环境建设中需要大量的移植树木, 但是起树苗是困难的,特别是挖掘大根茎的带土球的树木更是困难,特别用人工挖掘树苗劳动强度大、效率低,苗根易损伤,不利于移栽后的树苗生长,并且挖出的树苗装运比较困难 , 目前市场上常用的方式有: 一是采用大中型挖树机械,但是这种方式的设备价格及运行成本较高,不便于普及使用, 二是 采用人工挖掘,但是现在社会上人力资源紧张,而且人工挖掘效率低,苗木根部的土球很不规范,且容易散落,挖出的苗木很容易因工人的大意出现根部没有附着土球,造成苗木大量死亡 。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是:设计 一种挖树机, 结构简单、使用方便、能挖 掘带土球的苗木 。
本实用新型解决其问题所采取的技术方案是:设计 一种挖树机,包括吊装设备、升降滑道、分配设备、滑道、牵引环、车架、固定装置、挖土器、转轴、旋转轴、旋转机架、支臂、车轮、支撑座、限位座、马达发动装置,所述的车架上装有吊装设备、升降滑道、牵引环、旋转轴、支臂、支撑座、车轮,升降滑道一端与吊装设备相连,另一端与车架相连;所述的升降滑道通过转动轴装在机架上;所述支撑座与车轮安装在车架下方;所述的马达发动装置安装在支架后端,所述的挖土器为 c 型结构,挖土器一端通过转轴设置于支臂上;所述的支臂设置于车架上 所述的升降滑道设置固定装置;所述的挖土器设置为 v 型挖土器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1 、本实用新型提供一种 挖坑、吊装、运输 的挖树机且结构简单使用方便。
2 、本挖树机设有C型挖土器,可把 带土球的树木 挖起,保证了树苗的成活率。
3 、本挖树机可 挖掘大根茎 的树木及 多干树 ,有利于保护树木不受损伤。
4 、本挖树机能大幅度的提高劳动效率,节约大量劳动力和起挖成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型所述的一种挖树机,车架1上装有分配设备3,吊装设备14,升降滑道4,马达发动装置11,车轮7,支撑座9,限位座10,支臂2。升降滑道4一端通过固定装置5相连,另一端与车架1相连。旋转轴12与旋转机架13一端相连,另一端与车架1相连。挖土器8与旋转支架相连并设置在机架1上。限位座10用于调整挖土器8的纵向深浅,确定好挖土器8的位置后限位座10固定住倾斜臂的斜角。
当挖树机上马达发动装置11发动,发动装置接收信号传送给分配设置3,分配设置3控制车轮7,使车体前进、后退。分配设置3控制吊装设备14与旋转支架13,旋转支架13连接挖土器8,使挖土器8转动,实现挖掘树木的工作。挖土器8高速高强度的大力旋转圆周运动,在隔断外围树根的同时形成球状带土根部。挖出的树木平衡结绳后挂在吊钩上,通过吊装设备14吊出土坑,收起支撑座9就可以驱动车轮7实施短途运输。
本实用新型,动力总来源集中于马达发动装置11,其动力通过分配装置3来分配,分别驱动车轮7实现前后运动,驱动吊装设备14实现上下运动,驱动挖土器8实现旋转运动。
本实用新型设计了支撑座9,在调整好工作位置后,打开支撑座9,用于支撑整机尾部,机头部位吊起带土树木后机尾承压较大,没有支撑座9会导致尾部下垂,甚或机尾着地,甚至整机发生后翻事故。
固定装置5用于固定支撑吊装设备14,防止升降滑道4和吊钩在吊装重力作用下发生下翻。
本挖树机设有C型挖土器,可把 带土球的树木 挖起,带土根部呈球状,挖掘的横向范围大,主要用于横向根系发达树木。
本挖树机设有v型挖土器,其带土根部呈圆锥体 ,挖掘的纵向范围大,主要用于纵向根系发达的树木。
需要指出的是,上述实施方式仅是本实用新型优选的实施例,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在符合本实用新型工作原理的前提下,任何等同或相似的替换均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

  1. 一种挖树机,其特征是:包括吊装设备、升降滑道、牵引环、分配设备、车架、固定装置、挖土器、旋转轴、旋转机架、支臂、车轮、支撑座、限位座、马达发动装置,所述的车架上装有吊装设备、升降滑道、分配设备、牵引环、旋转轴、支臂、支撑座、车轮,升降滑道一端与吊装设备相连,另一端与车架相连,所述的升降滑道通过转动轴装在机架上,所述支撑座与车轮安装在车架下方,所述的马达发动装置安装在支架后端,所述的挖土器为 c 型结构,挖土器一端通过转轴设置于支臂上,所述的支臂设置于车架上。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种挖树机,其特征在于:所述的升降滑道设置固定装置。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种挖树机,其特征在于:所述的挖土器设置为 v 型挖土器。
