Definitions
- CONTAINERS ESPECIALLY ABSORPTION CONTAINERS, ULF VESSELS OR RUNNING CONTAINERS
- the invention relates to a container and method for receiving waste or bulk materials, in particular settling containers, rolling containers or Umleer employer.
- Containers for collecting waste are usually made of metal or plastic and are e.g. for household waste, recycling material collection and industrial waste as well as rubble application.
- Well-known types of containers are settling containers, which are often used in clearing out or for building rubble, or disposal containers for the continuous disposal of waste and valuable materials.
- such containers In order to protect the container contents, in particular from rain, such containers usually have one or more lids or the like on the top of the container, which can be opened or opened upwards. Such lids are also usually made of metal and therefore very heavy. Therefore, such containers are usually equipped with a spring relief, which generates a torque for opening the lid. In the open position, the spring relief is relaxed and tensioned in the closed position, ie with the lid closed. Therefore, the lids for closing the container are usually locked in the closed position.
- FIG. 6 shows a standard spring relief device with a round tube as housing in the pivot axis of the cover.
- the tube contains a rectangular torsion bar spring.
- the torsion bar is in the middle of the tube with the tube and on both outer sides firmly connected to the container.
- the tube is in turn welded to the lid.
- the torsion bar spring stretches in the tube and counteracts the closing movement.
- a common defect is damage to the steel cover.
- a plastic lid can be made cheaper with less effort is more flexible and This is not so easy to demolish and can also be easily mounted by the lower weight.
- the spring relief is then riveted to the cover with the round tube, screwed or otherwise connected.
- the plastic often rips on the rivets or screws.
- the same problem also occurs in new containers with Kunststoffde- disgust, in which the same spring relief is installed with round tube.
- End has a long, straight spring arm, which is mounted on the lower side of the lid.
- a back device is very complex in construction, expensive and expensive to install.
- the otherwise flexible and adaptable plastic lid is stiffened on one side by the long, metallic spring arm and it can come in operation to a plastic deformation as a steel lid, whereby the advantage of the flexibility of a pure plastic lid is taken.
- the container widths are not standardized and thus spring reliefs or rear part facilities for all container widths must be produced and kept.
- a container for receiving waste or bulk materials, in particular settling, Abrollcontainer or Umleerbehilter, with a lid for opening and closing the container and a restoring device for a self-serve permanent opening of the lid comprising a housing and a return means, in particular spring, preferably torsion bar spring, wherein the housing can be positively connected to the lid.
- Self-contained opening essentially means the function of a conventional spring relief explained in the introduction to a simplified opening of the lid of a container.
- a form-locking connection between the housing and the cover means a connection in which a certain shape, e.g. Rectangular shape, oblong shape, ellipse, oval, spline profile, polygon profile, serration, or additional entrainment elements, e.g. Feather, a power transmission or torque transmission can be achieved.
- the positive connection between the housing and cover is basically such that alone by the immediate (without driver) or indirect (with driver) positive connection torque of the return device for an independent opening of the lid can be transferred to the lid.
- An independent opening of the lid can be achieved by providing the positive connection of the housing according to the invention with the lid thus without additional compound or compound methods such as rivets, screws or welding in metal lid.
- the number of parts and especially the effort during assembly can be significantly reduced.
- no steel is mounted under the lid.
- the flexibility of the lid, in particular plastic lid is maintained.
- planar force transmission obtained with the positive connection also ensures particularly high resistance to wear and longevity, especially with plastic lids.
- the installation is carried out as part of the maintenance or repair by the customer himself, who generally has less experience. Due to the particularly simple assembly, assembly errors can now be reduced by the customer and premature damage due to incorrect installation can be avoided.
- the positive connection also allows a non-destructive in terms of the lid replacement of the rear part. Thus, if only the return device damaged, it is sufficient only the replacement of the return device and the lid can be used. This also saves costs and effort.
- the above benefits extend to metal lids like plastic lids alike. In the case of plastic lids, it is even more advantageous that, in contrast to other special constructions available on the market, the flexibility remains unrestricted.
- the lid has a shape complementary to the housing.
- such an opening in the housing extends only over one or more subregions over the entire width of the lid, in order to save material and to keep production costs low. An opening over the entire lid width is still possible.
- a non-rotationally symmetrical outer contour is provided in cross-section, in particular a rectangular profile.
- the positive connection according to the invention can be produced in a particularly simple manner.
- a rectangular profile can be produced with very little effort.
- a rectangular profile which provides a ratio of the width to the height in cross section of at least 1.2, preferably 1, 3, particularly preferably 1, 4.
- the rectangular profile can be designed with the dimensions 70 mm x 50 mm (width x height).
- a plug for closing an opening of the housing or a housing part is provided, wherein the plug has a passage for receiving an outer pin.
- the plug ensures that the return means remains aligned in the particular non-rotationally symmetrical housing in the pivot axis and remains connected reliably and captively coupled in rotation with the outer pin.
- the plug forms, so to speak, the pivot bearing for the outer pin when opening and closing the lid, Finally, the plug protects the housing interior from environmental influences such as rainwater.
- the plug has a non-rotationally symmetrical outer contour, preferably rectangular. This achieves a particularly precise, reliable and robust alignment of the outer journal with the housing.
- Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for installing a remindstelleinrich- device to a container for receiving waste or bulk goods in particular according to the above description, preferably settling or Umleer employer, with a lid for opening and closing the container, the back part means for a independent opening of the cover comprises a housing and a return means, in particular spring, preferably torsion bar spring, and the method provides at least the following steps:
- the housing connected to the lid is positioned between two suspensions on the container, in particular tabs, - on at least one side an outer pin is inserted through one of the suspensions on the container in a passage of the plug, such that the outer pin with the
- Return means is rotatably coupled.
- the restoring device is tensioned by turning the outer pin with held in position cover or held the lid in an open position.
- a container with lid suspension device may be combined with the features of the other aspects of the invention described above to form further advantageous embodiments encompassed by the invention.
- the lid suspension device is a restoring device for an independent opening of the cover, comprising a housing and a return means, in particular a spring, preferably a torsion bar spring.
- An example of a further embodiment formed in such a way is a container with lid suspension device, wherein the housing relative to a pivot axis the cover provides a non-rotationally symmetrical outer contour in cross-section, in particular a rectangular profile,
- a plug for closing an opening of the housing is provided, wherein the plug has a passage.
- a sealing of the housing and a simple realization of a pivot bearing can be made possible.
- an outer pin connected to the container can be arranged in the passage of the plug so that the outer pin and the plug form a pivot bearing for the lid suspension device.
- a container with a particularly reliable and easily manufacturable pivot bearing can be provided.
- a positive connection between the housing and the lid basically designates a connection in which a certain shape, e.g. Rectangular shape, oblong shape, ellipse, oval, spline profile, polygonal profile, serration, or additional entrainment elements, e.g. Feather, a power transmission or torque transmission can be achieved.
- the positive connection between the housing and the cover is basically such that a torque can be transferred from the housing of the cover suspension device to the cover solely by the direct (without driver element) positive connection.
- the housing with a - preferably along a pivot axis of the lid extending - lateral surface of the housing can be made form-fitting connectable to the lid.
- a particularly high mechanical robustness and homogeneous, uniform power transmission over the length of the lid suspension can be achieved.
- a form-fitting connection at the side edges transversely to the pivot axis would generally have a comparatively low robustness.
- the lid suspension device has a locking device for determining the current pivot position of the lid.
- Current pivot position means the currently occupied position of the lid between open position and closed position.
- a determination of the pivot position is provided only at a limited number of locking positions, at least 3, preferably greater than 3, preferably greater than 10, more preferably greater than 20.
- the locking positions at equal distances from each other.
- a lock position is a swing position that allows a lock.
- a disc with radial recesses preferably a gear-shaped disc or a toothed wheel, is provided for determining a pivoting position of the cover.
- the disc is a gear with sawtooth teeth. The area between the teeth then forms as it were the above-mentioned recesses of the disc.
- the disc is disposed between the housing and a tab of the container, wherein the disc is preferably rotatably connected to the housing.
- a determination of the pivoting position of the lid can be carried out in a pivoting movement in only one direction, preferably in the direction of open position.
- the locking device comprises a locking means, preferably locking lever.
- a Feststellhebelachse is arranged, preferably parallel to the pivot axis of the lid, that one edge of the Feststellmiteis can be rotated in a recess of the disc, that the disc against the particular direction can not be rotated, so it is established.
- a determination of the pivot position can be realized particularly simple and with very low production costs.
- the locking lever has a sickle shape, wherein the edge of the fixing means is preferably arranged at the pointed or curved end of the sickle shape. Particularly preferably, the edge forms an acute angle.
- the locking device comprises an energy storage, preferably locking spring, for a continuous pressing or pulling the locking means against the
- the energy storage enables automatic and reliable detection.
- the locking means has a projection, preferably on the other
- the locking device on a release lever for releasing a determination, wherein the release lever is preferably designed for a levering of the locking means from engagement with the recesses of the disc.
- Another aspect of the invention relates to a container for receiving waste or bulk materials, in particular settling or Umleer employer, with a lid for opening and closing the container and a lid suspension device, in particular restoring device for an independent opening of the lid with a return means, in particular spring preferred A torsion bar spring comprising a housing, wherein on the housing of the lid suspension device, a control lever for rotating the housing is mounted.
- the housing (4) by the operating lever (18) about a pivot axis (5) of the lid (2) are rotated, in particular the housing (4) and the lid (2) rotatably connected to the pivot axis (5) or are connected.
- An operating lever allows a particularly simple and comfortable swinging of the lid, especially with less rigid lids of eg plastic, which can deform and fluctuate elastically upon manual actuation on the lid itself.
- An operating lever can thus also counteract unwanted deformations of the lid, which otherwise arise over a prolonged period of use.
- the control lever Especially upon actuation of a release lever for releasing the cover from a detected pivotal position, the control lever allows comfortable and secure retention of the cover position during actuation of the release lever, whereby an abrupt and dangerous closing of the cover can be counteracted.
- a latching device for holding the operating lever in the closed position of the lid is provided, preferably by means of a releasable latching connection.
- the lid can be kept closed in a particularly simple and comfortable way to avoid unwanted opening.
- a further advantage comes in particular in one embodiment of the container for wearing, in which the lid suspension device is a back part device. Because then acts in the closed position of the lid continuously a torque for pivoting in the open-slope direction on the associated with the housing portion of the lid, while the lid by about a Jerusalemwand ig to be activated and relatively uncomfortable locking means usually on the opposite side is held close to the container edge of the container in the closed position. Especially with less stiff lids made of thin sheet or plastic then ensures the applied torque for deformation or bulging of the lid. High outside temperatures and direct sunlight intensify the effect described above, especially with plastic lids.
- the operating lever which is preferably held in the closed position by means of a releasable latching connection, there is a recording of the torque of the return means by the latching connection or the latching device. It thus attacks no torque on the lid. Deformation can thus be avoided particularly easily and effectively.
- the lid activation of a possibly additionally present locking means so locking by means of the locking means, no longer required.
- the latching device has a hook shape, wherein preferably a U-shaped or V-shaped region of the latching device is provided for latching and holding the operating lever.
- the latching device is aligned so that the base of the U-shaped or V-shaped portion is attached to a chain.
- the chain is attached by screwing or welding to the upper edge profile of the container.
- the hook is flexible due to the chain insert and therefore can not be damaged so quickly.
- the stop of the operating lever against the stop surface for a locking of the operating lever from the inside of the container to the outside.
- the lid suspension device is not a rear-end device
- a spring-back force for engaging and holding the operating lever in the latching device instead of the restoring force of the return means of the return device
- the resilient force of the lid can be utilized in elastic deformation. That the operating lever and the lid are then such that the operating lever can be manually pressed onto the lid in the closed position in such a way that a spring-back force for locking and holding the operating lever in the latching device can be effected.
- the length of the control lever corresponds to 0.2 to 1 times the length of the cover (transverse to the pivot axis), preferably 0.3 to 0.8 times, most preferably 0.4 to 0.6 times the lid length. Due to the specified length proportions of the operating lever a particularly good usability and low risk of injury is possible.
- the operating lever is designed as a metal rod or rectangular profile, wherein preferably a minimum thickness of 3 mm, preferably 4 mm, particularly preferably 5 mm, is not exceeded.
- the operating lever can thus be provided particularly low production costs.
- the operating lever has a step shape.
- the operating lever can be particularly easily attached to a convenient location on the housing and at the same time an attack point for the user are provided close to the easily accessible container edge.
- favorable location is meant a location on the housing which provides sufficient space for attaching the operating lever and reduces the risk of damage to nearby parts, such as outer pegs or discs with recesses.
- the operating lever is connected to the housing by means of welding or screwing.
- the operating lever is not connected to the lid and / or attached next to the lid.
- the container may be a settling container, dumping container or abrolic container.

- the housing 4 is pushed through the opening of the lid 2.
- the lid is pushed under the tab 39 of the operating lever.
- the lid - for example by Versch robbery - be fixed so that it can not move laterally on the housing. This serves in particular to the fact that the two lids in the middle can be mounted one above the other lapping and thus no moisture, such as rain, can get into the container 1.
- the spring steel 42 is inserted through the opening 13 in the plug 10 or through the opening 40 in the operating lever 18 in the housing 4 and passed in the middle of the housing through the slot 37 of the spring holder 36.
- the spring steel 42 with the housing 4 firmly connected.
- all the spring steels are pushed from outside through the openings in the plug 10 or the operating lever 18 into the housing 4 and connected to the housing 4 by the spring holder 38.
- the covers 2 are respectively connected to the housing 4 positioned centrally between the respective outer tabs 11 and the middle tab 34.
- the bolts 43 of the middle tab 34 are respectively through the openings 13 of the plug 10 of the two housings
- the covers are mounted so that they overlap in the middle, for example, two limiters 45 are attached to the inner plug 10 (eg by welding).
- this limiter the opening order of the lid is specified.
- the lid can be opened, which is at the top.
- this is an advantage because the material of the lid is protected from damage during incorrect operation.
- the container according to the invention is therefore characterized in that the container 1 has at least two covers 2 for opening and closing the container 1, the covers 2 being mounted so as to overlap each cover 2 via a cover suspension device 3, in particular restoring device 3 for an independent opening of the lid 2 with a return means, in particular springs, preferably torsion springs, is connected to the container 1, wherein the lid suspension devices 3 have a housing 4 and between the housings 4 of two adjacent lid suspension devices 3 to the inside stopper 10 limiters 45 are provided, which dictate the opening order of the cover 2.

- FIGS 7 and 8 show a lid suspension device with a mounted on the housing 4 cover 2 made of plastic with operating lever 18.
- the cover 2 forms with the
- the lateral surface of the housing 4 is a positive connection, which is capable of transmitting a torque for opening and closing the lid.
- the housing 4 is a rectangular profile, for example made of metal or plastic, preferably of metal.
- the lid suspension device of FIG. 7 is designed as a rear part device 3.
- Torsion spring is arranged so that the torsion bar spring at a pivot position of the lid 2, in which the lid 2 is opened, is relaxed or relieved.
- the operating lever 18, which is welded to the housing 4 is engaged in the latching device 19 for holding the operating lever 18 in the closed position of the lid 2, no torque is transmitted from the housing 4 of the lid suspension device 3 on the lid 2, but only on the latched control lever 18. Therefore, the lid 2 remains closed despite the open locking means 20.
- FIG. 8 shows the latching device I in the opened state.
- This consists of a hook 21 which can engage in the notch 38 in the operating lever.
- the hook 21 can either be attached directly to the container or preferably be attached to the container via a flexible connector (preferably a chain).
- the user can carry the hook 21 by pressing on the operating lever 18 in the notch 38 and thus engage the latching device 19. Will the operating lever 18 manually released by the user by pressing down from the latching device 19, the torque generated by the torsion spring of the rear part 3 device is no longer received by the latching device 19. Upon release of the operating lever 18, therefore, the operating lever 18 and the lid 2 will pivot together upward.
- the operating lever 18 is connected to the housing 4 next to the lid 2 and separately from the lid 2.
- the cover 2 can easily be replaced or replaced by sliding on the housing.
- FIG. 9 shows a detail of a lid suspension device 3, which illustrates the structure of a locking device 22 for determining the current pivot position of the cover 2.
- the locking device 22 includes a locking lever! 24 (Figure 10), a locking spring 25 ( Figure 9) and designed as a gear 23 ( Figure 1 1) disc with recesses.
- the gear 23 and the locking lever 24 are arranged between the housing 4 and a tab 11 15 of the container 1.
- the gear 23 is rotatably connected to the housing 4 and is able to rotate together with the housing 4 about the pivot axis 5.
- the teeth 26 of the gear 23 have a sawtooth shape, which is oriented so that the steeply sloping surfaces 29 of a tooth 26 in exactly the direction of rotation, in which the gear 23 and the housing 4 and the lid 3 about the pivot axis 5 turn 20 to go from an open position to a closed position of the lid 2.
- the locking lever 24 can rotate about a locking lever axis 28, wherein the distance between the locking lever axis 28 and the edge 27 is designed so that the edge 27 can engage in a recess of the sawtooth teeth to a torque for a Rotati- on 5 of the gear 23rd to take to pivot the lid 2 in the closed position.
- the locking spring 25 generates a torque for rotating the locking lever 24 in the direction of the gear 23.
- the locking spring 25 is a metallic spiral spring, which is at the La- see 11 can push off. In other words, the locking spring 25 presses the locking lever 24 continuously against the gear 23.
- the edge 27 grinds over flat rising surfaces and generates only a slight frictional resistance. If, however, the pivot direction is changed, the edge 27 engages in reaching the next steeply sloping surface 29 in the recess and blocks the rotation of the gear 23 in this direction. The lid 2 is thus determined in its current pivot position.
- a release lever can be actuated, which presses a projection 30, so that the locking lever 24 against the force of the locking spring 25, the edge 27 moves away from the gear 23 or lever. Free pivoting of the lid 2 in both directions is then possible.
- the projection 30 is arranged so that the locking lever axis 28 extends between the projection 30 and the edge 27.
- Figure 12 shows a spring holder 36 having an opening 37 through which the spring steel 42 is guided.
- Figure 13 shows a further embodiment of the outer pin 12 with a slot 14 for receiving the spring steel 42, which is formed by two small Stahlpülatten in the cavity of the bolt 15.
- the bolt 15 is in this case not made of a solid material, which leads to cheaper production costs.
- the bores 16 of the outer pin 12 are - in contrast to the embodiment of Figure 5 - open to the outside and thus not formed on the inside final.
- FIG. 4 shows an operating lever 18 which can be used on a backrest device 3.
- the tab 39 of the control lever 18 is used for fixing to a lid of the container 1 by means of the bore 41.
- Through the opening 40 of the operating lever 18 of the spring steel 42 and the outer pin 12 is guided.
- the hook 21 can engage.
- Figure 15 shows a further embodiment of the plug 10 with an opening 13 through which the pivot axis 5 extends.
- FIG. 16 shows a further embodiment of the lug 11 with half-open bores 17 and a half-open opening for receiving the bolt 15 of the outer plug 12.
- the design of the lug 11 with a half-open opening simplifies the assembly of the return device 3 on a container 1 you no longer have to run the plug through the tab, but you can easily place this from the top of the tab.
- the tab 11 is formed so that it can be fastened on the upper side of the container 1 via the intended lower side of the tab 11. This has the advantage that the varying width of the container 1 has no effect on the length of the rear part device 3, while the provided in Figure 7 laterally mounted tab 11 requires a length adjustment of the rear part 3 to the width of the container 1.
- FIG. 17 shows a middle tab 34 which can be fastened on the top of the container via the bottom plate 35.
- the spring steel 42 is guided into the slots 44, which are surrounded by a pin 43.
- FIG. 18 shows a cover suspension device with control lever 18 in the locked position.
- the operating lever 18 is fixed by means of the chain 19.
- FIG. 19 shows a corresponding chain 19 used for fixing the operating lever 18 with a hook 21,
