发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种轻便拖把及其与之配套使用的拖把桶,实现了隐蔽角落的转弯擦拭功能;还可以针对较窄及较宽不同作业面的拖把头的快速置换;挤压转辊与刷体重新设置,可以使拖把桶工作空间加大,更方便清洗;同时还可以实现边擦拭边补水、遇硬嘎可以铲去的功能。

有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明通过拖把杆的铰链机构以及转向机构的协同作用,实现了擦拭隐蔽角落作业时可以轻便转弯的功能;同时在擦拭相对较窄及较宽作业面的置换过程中更方便、快捷;供水式夹持结构可以保证作业时,中途无需进行补水的连续工作过程;设置扁铲可轻松去除粘在磁砖上硬嘎、菜叶等污物;与拖把配套使用的拖把桶可以满足挤压转辊、刷体在拖把桶中保持各自功能,又不占用更多空间的要求;拖把桶通过组合支架与刷体连接构成的整体挤水刷净装置,可进一步缩小拖把桶体积,为用户提供即实惠又实用的产品。采用电动式整体挤水刷净装置及防断电备用清水桶为节省能源、提高了产品的品质。本发明可以广泛应用于家庭或公共场所的地面、墙面、屋顶以及玻璃的清洁。

详见附图6,一种拖把桶20,包括桶体21、挤压转辊幅22、挤压转辊幅两端连接U形脚踏23和刷体24,所述挤压转辊幅通过组合支架25与刷体连接构成整体挤水刷净装置,所述组合支架机构包括左右侧挡板25-1,所述刷体与挤压转辊幅轴向长度相同,并通过连接螺杆25-2与左右侧挡板及挤压转辊幅固接 成整体,所述组合支架与桶体两壁连接。本发明采用由弹性材料制成的拖把平板及与辊、刷结合解决了平板拖把不用拆卸拖把布、不需沾手即可解决清洗、挤干的问题,为了缩小拖把桶空间,采用整体挤水刷净装置。在桶体后部上方两侧壁对称设置园形通孔,通孔内安装固定挤压转辊,挤压转辊两端连接U形脚踏、左右侧挡板成直角形,其下端远离两通孔间距中心线位置安装刷体,刷面朝前,所述整体挤水刷净装置与桶体两壁销接,整体挤水刷净装置向上作90度翻转。整体挤水刷净装置可进一步扩大桶内使用空间,缩小拖把桶体积,为用户提供实惠又实用的产品。支架的方式有多种,比如,独立支架,通过可放置并固定刷体的呈L形的横支撑与两侧挡板固定连接或一次成型,横支撑两端呈U形以夹住刷体,中部底面设有一匙孔,与之对应的,刷体中部一侧设有圆柱形凸台,刷体长度小于支撑架内面宽度,将刷体顺匙孔放入并向一端移动即可。或,挤压转辊轴与侧挡板通过若干螺母固定连接实现组合支架;或,刷体两端与侧挡板固定连接或一次成型实现组合支架。固定挤压转辊与活动挤压转辊之间的距离狭窄到仅能容许套上拖把套的拖把平板通过,挤压转辊幅与拖把桶底部的距离大于拖把平板的长度。
详见附图10,本发明的优选方案是:所述整体挤水刷净装置的左、右侧挡板上部外侧设有与桶体上部外边缘形状相匹配的倒U形凹槽25-3,左、右侧挡板与桶体上部插接,所述左、右侧挡板的内侧壁上分别设有销库25-4,所述刷体两端头设有与销库销接的菱形凸台24-1。为了在清洗拖把桶时将整体挤水刷净装置方便拆卸和安装。将桶体两侧壁活动挤压转辊活动空间扩大至固定挤压转辊轴孔外边缘,将两侧左右侧挡板可卸下地与桶体两侧上部外边缘卡接。本实施例具体做法是:在左右侧挡板25-1上部外侧设置倒U形凹槽,倒U型凹槽上部形状与桶体上部外边缘形状相匹配,倒U形凹槽两端外缘下部内侧设有直角三角型锁止凸台25-5。拆卸时,将该凸台向外拉出,再将挤压转辊向上提起即可完成拆卸,安装时仅将整体挤水刷净装置整体下放至桶体内锁止凸台回到原来位置即可。本方案无需将挤压转辊与刷体逐个分拆和安装,尤其节省了组装时对准桶体内壁孔眼穿轴的繁琐和时间,提高了工作效率。刷体两端端面为菱形凸台,与之对应的侧挡板下部设有与菱形凸台形状相适应销库,该菱形凸台厚度大于销库内深度,与销库活动连接并可拆卸。刷体两端设计成菱形与侧挡板活动连接的作用是,在自下而上清洗拖把套过程中,刷面与拖把套表面会随着拖把杆的运动 方向自动调正位置,使拖把套清洗更彻底。特别是在采用安装双刷结构时有着显著效果。首先,将安装单刷的侧挡板位置向前延伸一个刷体的长度,同样采用先前连接方式,两个刷体相对,由于刷体重心在刷毛顶端,刷体会因菱形端自然下垂,当两个刷体刷毛上端碰肩时,下部呈三角状空间,此时,将脏污的拖把套插入不会引起刷毛将污物反弹,而拖把套向上提起时,刷毛会因刷体移动而牢牢抓住拖把套表面,污物被带入桶体水中,此时,刷体又呈一倒三角型空间,拖把套前端更易提出,只需一次即可将拖把套两面清洗干净,省时、省事,缩短工时。需要说明的是,在刷体两端采用菱形的两条对应平行边或设计成十字型凸出物也可起到相同作用。
详见附图7-9,本发明的优选方案是:所述刷体与电驱动装置连接,所述刷体采用滚刷结构,所述电驱动装置包括电机26和传动机构27,所述电机通过传动机构与滚刷连接,并与挤压转辊幅构成电动式整体挤水刷净装置。所述电驱动装置采用直流电源供电,所述电机通过微动开关与电池组连接,所述电池组与充电器(图中未示)连接。所述安装电动式整体挤水刷净装置的桶体上设有防断电备用清水桶28,所述防断电备用清水桶包括储水槽28-1和辅助板刷28-2,所述储水槽上部形状与桶体整体形状匹配,储水槽沿其上口安装一个辅助板刷。设置储水槽的目的是,在拖把布经过清洗、挤干数次后,拖把桶内已是污水,挤干后继续作业再怎样也擦不出干净的地板,因此,在污水中挤干还需沾上清水再挤两次才能将拖把布内的污水成分清除掉达到清洁的目的。将电动滚刷的驱动装置、传动单元与挤压转辊组合在一个框架内,并可卸下;整体框架安置在拖把桶上部后端,可以给在桶内前端设置的可卸下的储水槽留下充分的安置空间。当电池突然没电的情况下辅助板刷替代滚刷可继续进行擦拭作业。微动行程开关可放置在电动滚刷上端的外挡板上,当套装在拖把平板上的拖把布由下往上运行触碰到开关时,可使电机驱动滚刷工作,离开则停止,目的在于节电、方便,应做好防水密封。为防止漏电的发生,还可将开关设在U形脚踏前端上方的桶壁上,可以将漏电的几率缩到最小值。一个4.8v充电蓄电池连续充电10小时,可使驱动电机带动滚刷连续工作40分钟,月耗电仅需1度。在拖把桶中使用电滚刷刷洗拖把平板套装的双面拖把布时,仅需5、6秒钟,擦拭100平米房间刷洗时间仅耗时半分钟左右,充电一次可以使用1月有余,因此,以最少的能源换来最大的效率,即节约了能源、缩短了工时又提高了工效。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的结构作任何形式上的限制。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明的技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种轻便拖把,包括拖把杆、拖把平板和袋状拖把套,弹性片状的所述拖把平板上端通过夹持结构与拖把杆连接,所述夹持结构由夹持本体和夹板构成,其特征是:所述拖把杆设有转向机构,所述转向机构包括套筒螺母、锁紧螺套和铰链阶梯转轴,所述锁紧螺套带有外螺纹,其上端为圆锥台状并设有若干开口,其中心设有圆孔;所述夹持结构上部中央设有螺纹孔,所述铰链阶梯转轴插接在夹持结构的螺纹孔中,所述锁紧螺套贯穿铰链阶梯转轴后与夹持结构的螺纹孔螺接,所述套筒螺母与锁紧螺套螺接,所述铰链阶梯转轴上端头设有铰链平面,所述拖把杆下端头设有铰链连接耳,所述铰链阶梯转轴的铰链平面通过销轴与拖把杆下端头的铰链连接耳插接构成拖把杆的铰链机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轻便拖把,其特征是:所述夹持结构包括主夹持结构和两个副夹持结构,所述主夹持结构上部轴向设有空腔,所述两个副夹持结构分别插接在主夹持结构两侧并与主夹持结构的空腔滑动连接,所述主夹持结构与副夹持结构插接后通过弹性锁扣或销钉或螺钉固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的轻便拖把,其特征是:所述夹持结构的夹持本体中部设有通孔,夹持结构的所述夹板中部设有紧固螺栓,所述拖把平板为上窄下宽结构,其中心设有通孔,所述紧固螺栓贯穿拖把平板及夹持本体的通孔后,通过螺母紧固,所述夹板中部两侧对称设有定位凸台,所述夹持本体两侧设有与夹板定位凸台对应的凹槽,所述拖把平板上窄下宽结合部的两侧边设有与夹板定位凸台吻合的榫结口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的轻便拖把,其特征是:所述夹持结构的夹持本体主要由上夹持本体和下夹持本体构成整体供水式夹持结构,所述上夹持本体内设有储水空腔,所述上夹持本体上部设有带盖的注水口,所述上夹持本体上还设有螺纹柱塞口,所述螺纹柱塞口旋接有调节螺杆,所述调节螺杆下端头设有锥形柱塞,所述上夹持本体底部对应螺纹柱塞口相对位置设有锥形导流口,所述锥形柱塞与锥形导流口的接触面吻合;所述下夹持本体中心设有立管,立管顶部设有与 所述锁紧螺套螺纹连接的内螺纹,所述下夹持本体上部设有集水槽,所述集水槽内轴向设有若干平行的导流孔道,所述导流孔道与拖把平板连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的轻便拖把,其特征是:所述拖把平板前端中部设有与其成整体的扁铲,所述扁铲前端设有锯齿或平刃或中心设有V形凹槽;所述袋状拖把套中部与拖把平板前端扁铲对应位置设有能够露出扁铲的开口。
  6. 一种根据权利要求1所述的轻便拖把与其配套使用的拖把桶,包括桶体、挤压转辊幅、挤压转辊幅两端连接U形脚踏和刷体,其特征是:所述挤压转辊幅通过组合支架与刷体连接构成整体挤水刷净装置,所述组合支架机构包括左右侧挡板,所述刷体与挤压转辊幅轴向长度相同,并通过连接螺杆固接成整体,所述组合支架与桶体两壁连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的与轻便拖把配套使用的拖把桶,其特征是:所述整体挤水刷净装置与桶体两壁销接,整体挤水刷净装置向上作90度翻转。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的与轻便拖把配套使用的拖把桶,其特征是:所述整体挤水刷净装置的左、右侧挡板上部外侧设有与桶体上部外边缘形状相匹配的倒U形凹槽,左、右侧挡板与桶体上部插接,所述左、右侧挡板的内侧壁上分别设有销库,所述刷体两端头设有与销库销接的菱形凸台。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的与轻便拖把配套使用的拖把桶,其特征是:所述刷体与电驱动装置连接,所述刷体采用滚刷结构,所述电驱动装置包括电机和传动机构,所述电机通过传动机构与滚刷连接,并与挤压转辊幅构成电动式整体挤水刷净装置,所述电驱动装置采用直流电源供电,所述电机通过微动开关与电池组连接,所述电池组与充电器连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的与轻便拖把配套使用的拖把桶,其特征是:所述安装电动式整体挤水刷净装置的桶体上设有防断电备用清水桶,所述防断电备用清水桶包括储水槽和板刷,所述储水槽上部形状与桶体整体形状匹配,储水槽沿其上口安装有板刷。
