技术领域 本发明涉及一种管乐器以及其制作成型方法, 具体涉及一种管乐器小号及 其制作成型方法。 背景技术 管乐器是音乐演奏常用的一种乐器, 其材质一般采用黄铜或者合金等金属 制成, 其整体的制作工艺复杂, 生产成本昂贵, 特别是对于其结构上的配合问 题也存在着诸多的问题, 对于管乐器的演奏的初学者或者教学过程中使用的小 号来说, 金属制成的小号在受到磕碰后容易造成音准失真, 难以调整, 容易永 久性变形, 造成小号的报废, 因此, 在本申请中所采取的是通过对小号材质的 改变, 以及其成型工艺的改变, 使得小号的整体生产的成本大大降低, 同时能 够保持优美动听的发音, 还能够大大降低整个小号的重量。 发明内容 本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题和不足, 提供一种能够有效提高生产 效率、 降低生产成本的管乐器小号及其制作成型方法。 为达到上述目的, 所采取的技术方案是: 一种管乐器小号, 包括依次连通连接的吹气组件、 调音组件和发音组件, 所述的吹气组件包括号嘴、 套装在号嘴外侧的号嘴长管和连通号嘴长管与调音 组件的 U型插管, 所述的调音组件包括 3个结构相同且并排连通设置的活塞外 管、 套装在相应的活塞外管内的 3个结构相同的活塞内芯、 以及分别连通设置 在三个活塞外管上的第一调音管、 第二调音管和中间调音管, 所述的发音组件 包括喇叭管; 所述的号嘴长管由聚合材料一体化成型, U型插管包括由聚合材 料制成的 U型插管 a和 U型插管 b两部件, U型插管 a包括一体化成型的位于 两端相互平行的两直管和连接两直管的半圆弧形管, U型插管 b包括与 U型插 管 a的半圆弧形管匹配连接的另一半圆弧形管; 所述的 3个活塞外管由聚合材 料一体化成型, 活塞内芯包括由聚合材料制成的内芯本体、 固定套装在内芯本 体外侧的金属材料制成的内活塞套管、 以及固定套装在活塞外管内壁的金属材 料制成的外活塞套管, 3个活塞外管的侧面向外凸出有与第一调音管、第二调音 管、 中间调音管套合连通连接的连接管, 3个活塞外管两端的 2个活塞外管还凸 出有分别与吹气组件和发音组件套合连通连接的连接管; 所述的第一调音管包 括相互套接的 U型调音管 b和弯头 b, 第二调音键包括相互套接的 U型调音管 c和弯头 c, U型调音管 b和 U型调音管 c均包括位于两端且相互平行的直管和 位于中部的半圆弧形管一体化成型的部件和与该一体化成型部件匹配连接的另 一半圆弧形管部件, 所述的中间调音管为一体化结构; 所述喇叭管包括喇叭管 部件 d和喇叭管部件 e, 喇叭管部件 d为喇叭直管、 位于中部的半圆弧形管、以 及用于与调音组件连通连接的半圆直管一体化成型结构, 喇叭管部件 e为与喇 叭管部件 d的半圆弧形管和半圆直管匹配连接的另一半一体化成型结构的半圆 弧形管和半圆直管。
所述的内芯本体上半部为中空腔体, 中空腔体内由上到下依次设置有键杆、 活塞弹簧和弹簧托, 弹簧托两侧向外伸出有托扣, 内芯本体和活塞外壳上分别 设有与托扣匹配的导向槽和限位挡台, 内芯本体下半部包括与内芯本体上半部 一体化模塑成型的半圆柱状的内芯套杆 f和与内芯套杆 f匹配的另一半圆柱状的 内芯套杆 g, 内活塞套管固定套装在内芯套杆 f和内芯套杆 g外侧, 在活塞外管 的上、 下端部还分别设有上键盖和键帽。
所述的号嘴长管前半段内套装有一金属管, 金属管是通过注塑工艺固定在 号嘴长管内壁的前半段上, 号嘴长管内壁上设有与金属管匹配的凹陷台阶, 金 属管前端设有与号嘴匹配的锥度, 号嘴与金属管连通套接。
所述的 U型插管和弯头 c上均设有放水键。
所述的第二调音管和另外两个调音管分别设置在 3个活塞外管前、 后两不 同的侧面上。
所述的聚合材料为聚碳酸酯、 ABS、 聚苯乙烯中的任一种, 所述的金属材 料为不锈钢、 黄铜、 白铜中的任一种。
一种管乐器小号制作成型方法, 包括吹气组件制作工艺、 调音组件制作工 艺和发音组件制作工艺, 具体步骤如下:
①吹气组件包括号嘴、 号嘴长管和 U型插管, 所述号嘴为聚合材料通过注射 模塑, 或通过车削实心聚合材料制成; 所述号嘴长管采用聚合材料一体化模塑 成型工艺制成; 所述 U型插管与号嘴长管插接连接, U型插管主要由 U型插管 a和 U型插管 b两部件组成, U型插管 a为位于两端相互平行的两直管和连接两 直管的半圆弧形管一体化模塑成型, U型插管 b包括与 U型插管 a的半圆弧形 管匹配并通过超声波悍接或胶水粘接的另一半圆弧形管;
②调音组件包括 3个结构相同且并排连通设置的活塞外管、 套装在相应的 活塞外管内的 3个结构相同的活塞内芯、 以及分别连通设置在三个活塞外管上 的第一调音管、 第二调音管和中间调音管; 所述的活塞内芯包括由聚合材料制 成的内芯本体、 套装并固定在内芯本体外侧的内活塞套管、 以及通过注塑工艺 固定在活塞外管内壁上的外活塞套管; 所述的内活塞套管和外活塞套管均通过 金属材料钻孔及珩磨工艺制成; 所述的 3个活塞外管为一体化塑模成型的一体 键外管, 3个活塞外管的侧面向外凸出有与第一调音管、 第二调音管、 中间调音 管套合的连接管, 3个活塞外管两端的 2个活塞外管还凸出有分别与吹气组件和 发音组件套合连接的连接管; 所述的第一调音管包括相互套接的 U型调音管 b 和弯头 b, 第二调音管包括相互套接的 U型调音管 c和弯头 c, U型调音管 b和 U型调音管 c均采用由位于两端且相互平行的直管和位于中部的半圆弧形管一 体化成型结构的部件和与一体化成型部件匹配的另一半圆弧形管部件通过超声 波悍接或胶水粘接的工艺制成, 所述的中间调音管为一体化成型的调音管;
③发音组件包括喇叭管, 所述喇叭管包括由聚合材料制成的喇叭管部件 d 和喇叭管部件 e, 喇叭管部件 d为喇叭直管、 位于中部的半圆弧形管、 以及用于 与调音组件连接的半圆直管一体化成型工艺制成, 喇叭管部件 e为与喇叭管部 件 d的半圆弧形管和半圆直管匹配并通过超声波悍接或胶水粘接的另一半一体 化成型的半圆弧形管和半圆直管。
所述的号嘴长管前半段内套装有一金属管, 金属管是通过注塑工艺固定在 号嘴长管内壁的前半段上, 号嘴长管内壁上设有与金属管匹配的凹陷台阶, 金 属管前端设有与号嘴匹配的锥度, 所述的号嘴与金属管连通套接。
所述的 U型插管和弯头 c上均设有放水键, 所述的第二调音管和另外两个 调音管分别设置在 3个活塞外管前、 后两不同的侧面上。
所述的聚合材料为聚碳酸酯、 ABS、 聚苯乙烯中的任一种, 所述的金属材 料为不锈钢、 黄铜、 白铜中的任一种。
采用上述技术方案, 所取得的有益效果是:
①本发明通过对传统的小号制作材料的改变, 降低了生产成本, 减轻了小 号的重量, 方便演奏者长时间的演奏;
②本发明通过材料的变化, 进一步的对成型工艺进行了改进简化了零部件 的数量, 进一步整合了一体化结构, 大大提高了零部件、 以及零部件之间配合 的精度, 有效的改善因为材料的变化引起的不利因素; ③本发明在号嘴和号嘴长管之间加入一段金属管, 进一步保证了音色和音 质, 同时对于活塞外管进行了一体化设计, 能够有效保证的批量化生产的质量 和效率, 还能够有效的与其他部件进行连接和配合;
④本发明大大的降低了零部件的数量, 提高了装配的精度和效率, 在合理 化控制单个零部件的精度的同时, 能够大大提高配合精度, 提高音质;
⑤本发明的内芯本体采用全新的结构设计, 通过与活塞外管的配合能够更 加有效的保证按键的运动方向, 相对于传统的按键更加的顺滑自如。

在半圆弧形管与半圆弧形管匹配的端面上、 半圆直管与半圆直管匹配的端 面上均开设有对应的弧形凹槽, 通过在弧形凹槽内放置熔接筋以方便定位装配 和熔接。
在 U型插管处还设有斜撑梁, 以保证连接的平行度和精度, 吹气组件、 调 音组件、 发音组件之间设有固定杆, 用于将三者固定连接在一起, 使得小号的 整体结构更加稳固。
所述的内芯本体 204上半部为中空腔体, 中空腔体内由上到下依次设置有 键杆 212、 活塞弹簧 213和弹簧托 214, 弹簧托 214两侧向外伸出有托扣, 内芯 本体 204和活塞外壳 220上分别设有与托扣匹配的导向槽 215和限位挡台, 内 芯本体 204下半部包括与内芯本体上半部一体化模塑成型的半圆柱状的内芯套 杆 G16和与内芯套杆 G16匹配的另一半圆柱状的内芯套杆 g217, 内活塞套管 205固定套装在内芯套杆 G16和内芯套杆 g217外侧, 在活塞外管 220的上、 下 端部还分别设有上键盖 218和键帽 219; 按动键杆 212, 通过弹簧托的导向和定 位, 使得内芯本体 204能够在活塞外套 220中自由滑动。
所述的聚合材料采用为聚碳酸酯、 ABS或聚苯乙烯中的任一种, 所述的金 属材料采为不锈钢、 黄铜或白铜中的任一种。
实施例二: 参见图 1-图 10, 本实施例的结构与实施例一基本相同, 相同之 处不再重述, 其不同之处在于: 所述的号嘴长管 102前半段内套装有一金属管 105, 金属管 105是通过注塑工艺固定在号嘴长管 102内壁的前半段上, 号嘴长 管 102内壁上设有与金属管 105匹配的凹陷台阶,所述的号嘴 101与金属管 105 实施例三: 参见图 1-图 10, 一种管乐器小号制作成型方法, 包括吹气组件 制作工艺、 调音组件制作工艺和发音组件制作工艺, 具体步骤如下:

在 U型插管处还设有斜撑梁, 以保证连接的平行度和精度, 吹气组件、 调 音组件、 发音组件之间设有固定杆, 用于将三者固定连接在一起, 使得小号的 整体结构更加稳固。 在所述的 U型插管和弯头 c211上均设有放水键 4, 所述的第二调音管 202 和另外两个调音管分别设置在 3个活塞外管 220前、 后两不同的侧面上。
所述的聚合材料采用为聚碳酸酯、 ABS或聚苯乙烯中的任一种, 所述的金 属材料采为不锈钢、 黄铜或白铜中的任一种。
实施例四: 参见图 1-图 10, 所述的号嘴长管 102前半段内套装有一金属管 105, 金属管 105是通过注塑工艺固定在号嘴长管 102内壁的前半段上, 号嘴长 管 102内壁上设有与金属管 105匹配的凹陷台阶, 金属管 105前端设有与号嘴 101匹配的锥度, 所述的号嘴 101与金属管 105套接。

①吹气组件包括号嘴、 号嘴长管和 U型插管, 所述号嘴为聚合材料通过注射 模塑, 或通过车削实心聚合材料制成; 所述号嘴长管采用聚合材料一体化模塑 成型工艺制成; 所述 U型插管与号嘴长管插接连接, U型插管主要由 U型插管 a和 U型插管 b两部件组成, U型插管 a为位于两端相互平行的两直管和连接两 直管的半圆弧形管一体化模塑成型, U型插管 b包括与 U型插管 a的半圆弧形 管匹配并通过超声波悍接或胶水粘接的另一半圆弧形管;

8.根据权利要求 7所述的管乐器小号制作成型方法, 其特征在于, 所述的号嘴长 管前半段内套装有一金属管, 金属管是通过注塑工艺固定在号嘴长管内壁的前 半段上, 号嘴长管内壁上设有与金属管匹配的凹陷台阶, 金属管前端设有与号 嘴匹配的锥度, 所述的号嘴与金属管连通套接。
9.根据权利要求 7所述的管乐器小号制作成型方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 U型 插管和弯头 c上均设有放水键, 所述的第二调音管和另外两个调音管分别设置 在 3个活塞外管前、 后两不同的侧面上。
10.根据权利要求 7所述的管乐器小号制作成型方法, 其特征在于, 所述的聚合 材料为聚碳酸酯、 ABS、 聚苯乙烯中的任一种, 所述的金属材料为不锈钢、 黄 铜、 白铜中的任一种。
