一种紫外线探测器,包括上壳(2)、下壳(3),电路板,电路板上设置有光感应器和光强度指示器,所述壳体还包括一透明面壳(1),所述透明面壳(1)与上壳(2)、下壳(3)连接,所述透明面壳(1)位于光强度指示器的上方。由于在光强度指示器的上方设有透明面壳(1),无需在壳体上打洞,安装时,只需将透明面壳(1)与上壳(2)、下壳(3)配合,使得紫外线探测器的生产效率提高。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及日用品领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种紫外线探测器。 【背景技术】
本人设计了一种紫外线探测器, 包括壳体, 电路板, 电路板上设置有光感 应器和光强度指示器。 光感应器感应外界紫外线强度, 并通过光强度指示器直 观的告诉使用者外界紫外线的强度。 其中光强度指示器包括 5 个紫外线强度指 示灯, 在壳体上设置有 5 个指示灯孔, 指示灯孔与指示灯位置相对应。 此方案 未公开。 由于需要在壳体上打出 5 个指示灯孔, 这样的加工程序使得紫外线探 测器生产效率不高。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种生产效率高的紫外线探测器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种紫外线探测器, 包括上壳、 下壳, 电路板, 电路板上设置有光感应器 和光强度指示器, 所述壳体还包括一透明面壳, 所述透明面壳与上壳、 下壳连 接, 所述透明面壳位于光强度指示器的上方。
优选的, 所述透明面壳外表面的边缘设置有第一凸沿, 所述上壳、 下壳内 表面的边缘分别设置有第二凸沿、 第三凸沿, 所述第一凸沿与第二、 第三凸沿 相配合。 在透明面壳、 上壳、 下壳上设置凸沿方便紫外线探测器的安装。
优选的, 所述第二凸沿对应的第一凸沿上设置有上壳固定孔, 所述第二凸 沿上与所述上壳固定孔对应处设置有上壳固定圏, 所述上壳固定孔与上壳固定 圏相配合。 这样设置使得透明面壳与上壳之间的固定更可靠。
优选的, 所述上壳固定孔与上壳固定圏的数量分别为 2个。 此为上壳固定 孔和上壳固定圏的具体实施方式。 优选的, 所述第三凸沿对应的第一凸沿上设置有下壳固定孔, 所述第三凸 沿上与所述下壳固定孔对应处设置有下壳固定圏, 所述下壳固定孔与下壳固定 圏相配合。 这样设置使得透明面壳与下壳之间的固定更可靠。
优选的, 所述下壳固定孔与下壳固定圏的数量分别为 2个。 此为下壳固定 孔和下壳固定圏的具体实施方式。

本发明由于在光强度指示器的上方设有透明面壳, 无需在壳体上打洞, 安 装时, 只需将透明面壳与上壳、 下壳配合, 使得紫外线探测器的生产效率提高。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1至 4所述, 本实施例的紫外线探测器, 包括上壳 2、 下壳 3 , 电路板, 电路板上设置有光感应器和光强度指示器, 所述壳体还包括一透明面壳 1 , 所述 透明面壳 1与上壳 2、 下壳 3连接, 所述透明面壳位于光强度指示器的上方。 本 发明由于在光强度指示器的上方设有透明面壳, 无需在壳体上打洞, 安装时, 只需将透明面壳与上壳、 下壳配合, 使得紫外线探测器的生产效率提高。
本实施例中, 透明面壳外表面的边缘设置有第一凸沿 11 , 所述上壳 2、 下壳 3内表面的边缘分别设置有第二凸沿 12、 第三凸沿 13 , 所述第一凸沿与第二、 第三凸沿相配合。 在透明面壳、 上壳、 下壳上设置凸沿方便紫外线探测器的安 装。 第二凸沿对应的第一凸沿上设置有上壳固定孔 21 , 所述第二凸沿上与所述 上壳固定孔对应处设置有上壳固定圏 22,所述上壳固定孔与上壳固定圏相配合。 这样设置使得透明面壳与上壳之间的固定更可靠。 上壳固定孔与上壳固定圏的 数量分别为 2个。 此为上壳固定孔和上壳固定圏的具体实施方式。
本实施例中, 第三凸沿对应的第一凸沿上设置有下壳固定孔 31 , 所述第三凸 沿上与所述下壳固定孔对应处设置有下壳固定圏 32, 所述下壳固定孔与下壳固 定圏相配合。 这样设置使得透明面壳与下壳之间的固定更可靠。 下壳固定孔与 下壳固定圏的数量分别为 2个。 此为下壳固定孔和下壳固定圏的具体实施方式。
本实施例的紫外线强度指示灯有 5个, 所述每个紫外线强度指示灯代表不同 的紫外线强度。 在电路板上还设置有电源指示灯。 电路板上设置有按键开关 4, 所述按键开关位于紫外线强度指示灯的一侧。 本实施例的紫外线探测器还包括 一扬声器。 当外界紫外线强度处于最高级别, 扬声器报警。 扬声器焊接在电路 板上。此为扬声器的具体安装方式。壳体上设置有出音孔。壳体上设置出音孔 5 , 使扬声器发出的声音更明亮。 本实施例的紫外线探测的电源来自于设置在壳体 上的电池。
本实施例中, 光强度指示器是紫外线强度指示灯。 设置紫外线强度指示灯, 使用者可以方便知道当前的紫外线强度。 在透明面壳上与紫外线强度指示灯对 应的位置设置有强度标记。 设置强度标记, 方便使用者知道紫外线的强度。 其 中, 5个紫外线强度指示灯为 1级、 2级、 3级、 4级、 5级, 其中, 1级代表: 对人体皮肤几乎没影响, 属于安全的辐射范围, 外出时无需特殊防范(1级指示 灯也兼做电源指示作用)。 2级代表: 对人体的皮肤略有影响, 但仍然属于较安 全的辐射范围, 无需特殊防范。 3级代表: 对人体的皮肤有一定影响, 户外活动 要涂防晒霜、戴太阳帽和太阳镜,避免长时间照射。 4级代表: 皮肤容易受灼伤, 外出时注意涂防晒效果较为持久的防晒霜, 戴太阳帽、 太阳镜, 尽量选择阴凉 处行走以免灼伤皮肤。 5级代表: 会灼伤皮肤, 要尽量避免户外活动, 避免太阳 光直射。
使用时, 按下按键开关, 将紫外线探测器放置于室外, 紫外线强度指示灯即 可显示当前紫外线的强度。 如果处于外界紫外线强度处于最高级别, 扬声器报 警。 当 1级指示灯灯光变暗淡, 或警报声变轻时, 应更换设置在壳体上的电池。

1、 一种紫外线探测器, 包括上壳、 下壳, 电路板, 电路板上设置有光感应 器和光强度指示器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体还包括一透明面壳, 所述透明面壳 与上壳、 下壳连接, 所述透明面壳位于光强度指示器的上方。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述透明面壳外表面 的边缘设置有第一凸沿, 所述上壳、 下壳内表面的边缘分别设置有第二凸沿、 第三凸沿, 所述第一凸沿与第二、 第三凸沿相配合。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述第二凸沿对应的 第一凸沿上设置有上壳固定孔, 所述第二凸沿上与所述上壳固定孔对应处设置 有上壳固定圏, 所述上壳固定孔与上壳固定圏相配合。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述上壳固定孔与上 壳固定圏的数量分别为 2个。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述第三凸沿对应的 第一凸沿上设置有下壳固定孔, 所述第三凸沿上与所述下壳固定孔对应处设置 有下壳固定圏, 所述下壳固定孔与下壳固定圏相配合。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述下壳固定孔与下 壳固定圏的数量分别为 2个。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述光强度指示器是 紫外线强度指示灯。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述紫外线强度指示 灯有 5个, 所述每个紫外线强度指示灯代表不同的紫外线强度。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述透明面壳上与紫 外线强度指示灯对应的位置设置有强度标记。
10、 如权利要求 1 所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 紫外线探测器还包 括一扬声器。
