Abstract

一种紫外线探测器,包括上壳(1)、下壳(2)、电路板,电路板上设置有光感应器和光强度指示器,所述上壳(1)和下壳(2)之间采用可拆卸固定。由于上壳(1)和下壳(2)之间采用可拆卸的固定方式,如果紫外线探测器发生故障,可以很方便的通过拆卸上壳(1)、下壳(2)进行检测、维修。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及日用品领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种紫外线探测器。 【背景技术】
本人设计了一种紫外线探测器, 包括壳体, 电路板, 电路板上设置有光感 应器和光强度指示器。 光感应器感应外界紫外线强度, 并通过光强度指示器直 观的告诉使用者外界紫外线的强度。 其中, 壳体包括上壳和下壳, 上壳和下壳 之间采用热熔的方式固定。 此方案未公开, 采取热熔的固定方式筒单, 但紫外 线探测器发生损坏时, 拆卸壳体有可能造成壳体的损坏, 拆卸、 维修不方便。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种拆卸维修方便的紫外线探测器。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种紫外线探测器, 包括上壳、 下壳, 电路板, 电路板上设置有光感应器 和光强度指示器, 所述上壳、 下壳之间采用可拆卸固定。
优选的, 所述上壳上设置有固定柱、 下壳上相对应的位置设置有固定销。 上壳、 下壳之间通过固定柱与固定销的配合实现可拆卸固定, 筒单实用。
优选的, 所述上壳上设置有固定销、 下壳上相对应的位置设置有固定柱。 上壳、 下壳之间通过固定柱与固定销的配合实现可拆卸固定, 筒单实用。
优选的, 所述固定柱、 固定销的数量各位三个, 分别分布于壳体的两端和 底部。 此为固定柱与固定销的具体实施方式。
优选的, 所述每个固定柱的底部设置有加强筋。 设置有加强筋使得固定柱 在壳体上较为牢固。
优选的, 所述加强筋的形状为柱状, 所述加强筋的数量为 3个, 所述 3个 加强筋均勾分布在固定柱上。 此为加强筋的具体实施方式。 优选的, 所述固定销的底部设置有固定圏, 所述固定圏加固固定销。 在固 定销的底部设置有固定圏使得固定销在壳体上的固定较为牢靠。
优选的, 所述上壳内表面的边缘设置有第一凸沿, 所述下壳内表面的边缘 设置有第二凸沿, 所述第一凸沿与第二凸沿相配合。 在上壳、 下壳分别设置有 第一凸沿、 第二凸沿, 使得上壳与下壳之间的安装更方便。
优选的, 所述电路板上设置有喇叭, 所述上壳设置有设置有喇叭出音孔, 所述喇叭与喇叭出音孔的位置相对应。 设置有喇叭出音孔, 方便声音扩散。
优选的, 所述上壳上设置有一掏胶槽。 在上壳上设置掏胶槽, 放置上壳缩 水, 同时也具有美观的作用。
本发明由于上壳、 下壳之间采用可拆卸的固定方式, 如果紫外线探测器发 生故障, 可以很方便的通过拆卸上壳、 下壳进行检测、 维修。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示, 本实施例的紫外线探测器, 包括上壳 1、 下壳 2, 电路板, 电路板上设置有光感应器和光强度指示器, 所述上壳、 下壳之间采用 可拆卸固定。 本发明由于上壳、 下壳之间采用可拆卸的固定方式, 如果紫外线 探测器发生故障, 可以很方便的通过拆卸上壳、 下壳进行检测、 维修。
实施例一
本实施例中, 上壳上设置有固定柱 11、 下壳 2上相对应的位置设置有固定销 21。 上壳、 下壳之间通过固定柱与固定销的配合实现可拆卸固定, 筒单实用。 固定柱、 固定销的数量各位三个, 分别分布于壳体的两端和底部。 此为固定柱 与固定销的具体实施方式。
所述每个固定柱 11的底部设置有加强筋 12。 所述加强筋的形状为柱状, 所 述加强筋的数量为 3个, 所述 3个加强筋均勾分布在固定柱上。 设置有加强筋 使得固定柱在壳体上较为牢固。
所述固定销 21的底部设置有固定圏 22, 所述固定圏加固固定销。 在固定销 的底部设置有固定圏使得固定销在壳体上的固定较为牢靠。
上壳 1内表面的边缘设置有第一凸沿 3 , 所述下壳 2内表面的边缘设置有第 二凸沿 4,所述第一凸沿与第二凸沿相配合。在上壳、下壳分别设置有第一凸沿、 第二凸沿, 使得上壳与下壳之间的安装更方便。
本实施例中, 电路板上设置有喇叭, 所述上壳设置有设置有喇叭出音孔, 所 述喇叭与喇叭出音孔的位置相对应。 设置有喇叭出音孔 6, 方便声音扩散。
本实施中, 上壳 1上设置有一掏胶槽 5。 在上壳上设置掏胶槽, 放置上壳缩 水, 同时也具有美观的作用。
本实施例的光感应器为光敏电阻。 光感应器能通过壳体上设置的通孔接受外 界光线, 所述光强度指示器是紫外线强度指示灯。 光敏电阻是光感应器的一种 具体实施方式。 设置紫外线强度指示灯, 使用者可以方便知道当前的紫外线强 度。
本实施例的紫外线强度指示灯有 5个, 所述每个紫外线强度指示灯代表不同 的紫外线强度。 在电路板上还设置有电源指示灯。 电路板上设置有按键开关, 所述按键开关位于紫外线强度指示灯的一侧。 本实施例的紫外线探测器还包括 一扬声器。 当外界紫外线强度处于最高级别, 扬声器报警。 扬声器焊接在电路 板上。 此为扬声器的具体安装方式。 壳体上设置有出音孔。 壳体上设置出音孔, 使扬声器发出的声音更明亮。 本实施例的紫外线探测的电源来自于设置在壳体 上的电池。
在壳体上与紫外线强度指示灯对应的位置设置有强度标记。 设置强度标记, 方便使用者知道紫外线的强度。 其中, 5个紫外线强度指示灯为 1级、 2级、 3 级、 4级、 5级, 其中, 1级代表: 对人体皮肤几乎没影响, 属于安全的辐射范 围, 外出时无需特殊防范 (1 级指示灯也兼做电源指示作用)。 2级代表: 对人 体的皮肤略有影响, 但仍然属于较安全的辐射范围, 无需特殊防范。 3级代表: 对人体的皮肤有一定影响, 户外活动要涂防晒霜、 戴太阳帽和太阳镜, 避免长 时间照射。 4级代表: 皮肤容易受灼伤, 外出时注意涂防晒效果较为持久的防晒 霜, 戴太阳帽、 太阳镜, 尽量选择阴凉处行走以免灼伤皮肤。 5级代表: 会灼伤 皮肤, 要尽量避免户外活动, 避免太阳光直射。
使用时, 按下按键开关, 将紫外线探测器放置于室外, 紫外线强度指示灯即 可显示当前紫外线的强度。 如果处于外界紫外线强度处于最高级别, 扬声器报 警。 当 1级指示灯灯光变暗淡, 或警报声变轻时, 应更换设置在壳体上的电池。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于, 上壳上设置有固定销、 下壳上相对应 的位置设置有固定柱。 其他设置都相同。

1、 一种紫外线探测器, 包括上壳、 下壳, 电路板, 电路板上设置有光感应 器和光强度指示器, 其特征在于, 所述上壳、 下壳之间采用可拆卸固定。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述上壳上设置有固 定柱、 下壳上相对应的位置设置有固定销。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述上壳上设置有固 定销、 下壳上相对应的位置设置有固定柱。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述固定柱、 固 定销的数量各位三个, 分别分布于壳体的两端和底部。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述每个固定柱的底 部设置有加强筋。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述加强筋的形状为 柱状, 所述加强筋的数量为 3个, 所述 3个加强筋均勾分布在固定柱上。
7、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述固定销的底 部设置有固定圏, 所述固定圏加固固定销。
8、 如权利要求 2或 3所述紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述上壳内表面的 边缘设置有第一凸沿, 所述下壳内表面的边缘设置有第二凸沿, 所述第一凸沿 与第二凸沿相配合。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述电路板上设置有 喇叭, 所述上壳设置有设置有喇叭出音孔, 所述喇叭与喇叭出音孔的位置相对 应。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的紫外线探测器, 其特征在于, 所述上壳上设置有 一掏胶槽。
