중앙에 제 2 틈새(8)를 유지하면서 벨크로테이프(10)를 접착시키기 위한 좌우 대칭형의 수직날개(1), 수직날개(1)와 일체를 이루면서 좌우 대칭으로 돌출되는 제 1 돌출단(2), 제 1 돌출단(2)과 일체를 이루면서 상단에 걸림턱(4)을 가지고 중앙에 제 1 틈새(7)가 유지되도록 좌우 대칭으로 돌출되는 제 2 돌출단(3), 제 1 돌출단(2)의 안쪽에 일체로 형성되어 제 1 돌출단(2)이 좌우로 벌어지도록 힘을 작용하기 위한 탄력대(5)(6)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
