Abstract

The present invention is characterized by comprising: a vertical wing (1) for attaching a Velcro tape (10) while maintaining a second gap (8) at the center thereof, the vertical wing (1) having a left/right symmetry; a first protruding stage (2) protruding with a left/right symmetry while being integrated with the vertical wing (1); a second protruding stage (3) protruding with a left/right symmetry while being integrated with the first protruding stage (2) such that the second protruding stage (3) has an engaging step (4) on the upper end thereof and has a first gap (7) maintained at the center thereof; and elastic platforms (5)(6) integrally formed on the inner side of the first protruding stage (2) to exert forces such that the first protruding stage (2) widens leftwards/rightwards.
