电子烟连接结构及电子烟
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电子雾化装置,特别涉及一种电子烟连接结构及电子烟。
【背景技术】
电子烟作为替代香烟用品,多用于戒烟。电子烟具有与香烟相似的外观和味道,但一般不含香烟中的焦油、悬浮微粒等其他有害成分。
电子烟主要包括烟弹管、收容在烟弹管中的雾化组件、与雾化组件相连的电源组件、及连接烟弹管和电源组件的连接组件。在一般的电子烟中,烟弹管与连接组件之间通常采用密封胶水或普通密封圈进行密封。采用密封胶水的工艺复杂,且胶水的耐温性能较差,在使用的过程中,密封性能变差。或者部分胶水与烟油形成混合物导致产品的品质变差。采用普通密封圈的方式会导致密封形成较差,在装配过程中密封圈容易翻过来,容易造成漏液的风险。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种结构简单且密封性能较好的电子烟连接结构和电子烟。
一种电子烟连接结构,包括:
烟弹管;及
固定在所述烟弹管一端的连接组件,所述连接组件包括:
导电的螺纹套,所述螺纹套包括相连的第一筒体和第二筒体,第二筒体上间隔设置有第一凸缘和第二凸缘,所述第一凸缘和所述第二凸缘之间形成有第一环形槽;
电极管,收容在所述螺纹套内;
绝缘套,设置在所述螺纹套与所述电极管之间使所述螺纹套与所述电极管绝缘;及
弹性密封件,设置在所述螺纹套与所述烟弹管之间,所述弹性密封件包括圈体和与所述圈体相连的折弯部,所述圈体收容在所述第一环形槽中,所述折弯部位于所述烟弹管与所述螺纹套之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述圈体靠近所述烟弹管的一侧具有用于引导安装的斜面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述斜面与所述烟弹管的内壁形成5°~30°的夹角。
在其中一个实施例中,所述圈体嵌入所述第一环形槽中与所述螺纹套的部分侧壁紧密贴合使所述烟弹管与所述螺纹套密封连接。

在上述电子烟连接结构100中,由于弹性密封件24的圈体242收容在螺纹套22的第一凸缘226与第二凸缘228之间的第一环形槽225中,折弯部244从圈体242的边缘向一侧垂直折弯延伸至挤压在螺纹套22和烟弹管10之间,弹性密封件24与螺纹套22的部分侧壁紧密贴合。最大限度地加大了弹性密封件24与螺纹套22的接触面积,提供了更紧固的挤压力,使螺纹套22稳定地与烟弹管10连接,可以防止烟液泄露。螺纹套22和电极管28作为连接电子烟200的电源组件和雾化组件30的两个电极端,简化的电子烟200的结构。因而,上述电子烟连接结构100及电子烟200不仅结构简单,而且密封效果好。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,包括:
    烟弹管;及
    固定在所述烟弹管一端的连接组件,所述连接组件包括:
    导电的螺纹套,所述螺纹套包括相连的第一筒体和第二筒体,第二筒体上间隔设置有第一凸缘和第二凸缘,所述第一凸缘和所述第二凸缘之间形成有第一环形槽;
    电极管,收容在所述螺纹套内;
    绝缘套,设置在所述螺纹套与所述电极管之间使所述螺纹套与所述电极管绝缘;及
    弹性密封件,设置在所述螺纹套与所述烟弹管之间,所述弹性密封件包括圈体和与所述圈体相连的折弯部,所述圈体收容在所述第一环形槽中,所述折弯部位于所述烟弹管与所述螺纹套之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,所述圈体靠近所述烟弹管的一侧具有用于引导安装的斜面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,所述斜面与所述烟弹管的内壁形成5°~30°的夹角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,所述圈体嵌入所述第一环形槽中与所述螺纹套的部分侧壁紧密贴合使所述烟弹管与所述螺纹套密封连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,所述绝缘套包括环形的绝缘基底和设置在所述绝缘基底上的绝缘管,所述螺纹套的第二筒体的部分内壁与所述绝缘套的部分外壁贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一筒体与所述第二凸缘之间形成用于收容所述弹性密封件挤压变形后的部分折弯部的第二环形槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,所述电极管包括环形的底座和与所述底座相连的导电管,所述底座抵接所述螺纹套的内壁,所述导电管延伸至所述烟弹管内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,所述弹性密封件采用橡胶制成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,所述弹性密封件采用硅橡胶、氟橡胶或氟硅橡胶制成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟连接结构,其特征在于,所述螺纹套和所述电极管均采用黄铜镀金材质制成。
  11. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述的电子烟连接结构,还包括收容在所述烟弹管中的雾化组件和与所述雾化组件相连的电源组件。
