Claims (12)
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) mit einem Andrückband (48) zum Andrücken von Finishband (44) an Umfangsflächen (38) von im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Werkstückabschnitten (36) bei einer Finishbearbeitung derart, dass das Finishband (44) über einen Eingriffswinkel (46) mit einer Andrückkraft an eine Umfangsfläche (38) angedrückt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Andrückband (48) an zwei beidseits des Eingriffswinkels (46) angeordneten Abstützlagern (52) eines mindestens eine Schwenkachse (28) aufweisenden Stützelements (26) abgestützt ist.
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Andrückband (48) in dessen Bandrichtung gesehen beidseits der Abstützlager (52) freie, nicht abgestützte Bandabschnitte (56, 58) aufweist.
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützlager (52) aus einem elastisch nachgiebigen Material hergestellt sind, insbesondere aus einem Elastomer.
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Andrückband (48) an einem von dem Stützelement (26) separat bereitgestellten Halter (14) befestigt ist.
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (26) relativ zu dem Halter (14) um die mindestens eine Schwenkachse (28) verschwenkbar ist.
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (14) einen U-förmig begrenzten Aufnahmeraum (24) zur Anordnung des Stützelements (26) aufweist.
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (14) mit einem Andrückarm (16) verbunden oder Teil des Andrückarms (16) ist und dass der Andrückarm (16) um eine Andrückarmachse (18) verschwenkbar ist.
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als mindestens eine Schwenkachse (28) eine Kippachse vorgesehen ist, welche bezogen auf ein zu bearbeitendes Werkstück in einer zu der Rotationsachse (40) des Werkstücks parallelen Richtung verläuft.
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als mindestens eine Schwenkachse (28) eine Pendelachse (74) vorgesehen ist, welche bezogen auf ein zu bearbeitendes Werkstück in einer zu der Rotationsachse (40) des Werkstücks senkrechten Richtung verläuft.
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Andrückband (48) auf Höhe der Abstützlager (52) Reibflächen (68) aufweist, dass das Andrückband (48) im Bereich des Eingriffswinkels (46) zwischen den Abstützlagern (52) eine Andrückfläche (66) aufweist und dass eine Haftreibung zwischen den Reibflächen (68) des Andrückbands (48) und einer Rückseite des Finishbands (44) größer ist als eine Haftreibung zwischen der Andrückfläche (66) des Andrückbands (48) und der Rückseite des Finishbands (44).
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibflächen (68) eine größere Rauigkeit aufweisen als die Andrückfläche (66).
- Andrückeinrichtung (10) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützlager (52) angeraute Flächen oder Reibbeschichtungen (72) aufweisen, welche mit einer dem Finishband (44) abgewandten Rückseite des Andrückbands (48) zusammenwirken und/oder dass die Rückseite des Andrückbands (48) angeraute Flächen oder Reibbeschichtungen (72) aufweist.
