请参照附图6、7和8,为所述上下两端70和71三防结构示意图,所述后壳3还包括上下两端33和34,所述上下两端33和34分别设置有一凹陷35,所述中壳2亦包括另一上下两端23和24,所述另一上下两端23和24为条状结构,所述条状结构组装在所述凹陷35内,与所述前壳1进一步组装时过盈配合,此过盈配合确保了前壳1和中壳2间及中壳2和后壳3上下两端间的防水防尘;进一步的,所述前壳1亦包括上下两端结构13和14,所述两端结构13和14上分别设置有一凸条15,所述凸条15组装在所述凹陷35内并压合所述条状结构23和24形成过盈配合,由于凸条15组装在所述凹陷35内,可以有效保证条状结构23和24的受压和可靠形变,从而提升防水防尘效果;所述凸条15还包括一顶面15a,所述条状结构23和24还分别包括两对置侧面23b,所述凸条顶面15a与所述条状结构23和24分别为过盈配合50c,而所述两对置侧面23b与所述凹陷35间设置有间隙100c,由此条状结构23和24与所述凹陷35组装便利。
请参照附图9,所述后壳3上还设置有至少四个凸起圆柱体38,所述圆柱体38上开设有螺栓过孔,所述圆柱体38还进一步包括一环形台阶结构40,所述中壳2对应上述圆柱体38位置设置有与所述圆柱体数量相等的圆环28,所述圆环28套装在所述环形台阶结构40上,而所述前壳1上则设置有与所述螺栓过孔位置对应且数量相等的螺丝孔,所述后壳3、中壳2及前壳1通过螺栓固定连接组装在一起。
无论是所述具体实施例还是上述结构的变化,本发明三防结构主要是采用软性材质的中壳同时实现三防效果,减少产品开发成本,同时通过合理的结构设计,为过盈配合产生的弹性形变提供挤压受让空间,确保形变可靠,同时在结构设计上充分考虑装配便利性,提升生产效率,此外,本发明还提供了一种三防新思路,即两种三防方式在同一三防结构上的结合应用。
本实施例中,所述过盈配合50a、50b及50c构成了防水防尘结构,而所述中壳2为软性材质并并凸出于所述前壳1与后壳3的外表面外,当手机跌落时首先接触的是中壳软性材质,从而具有缓冲防震作用,因此,本发明采用单一中壳结构同时实现了三防效果;同时,所述前壳1、中壳2和后壳3均为单一材质,无需双色成型,普通单色成型机即可满足生产要求,从而降低了产品开发制造成本;在组装工艺上,由于所述间隙100a、100b及100c的设置,使得组装便利,对插即可完成组装,相较现有技术放置截面较小的整圈防水软胶,操作工艺更为简单可靠;此外,上述过盈配合50a、50b及50c均为凸凹对插方式,且具有一定的对插深度,从而组装后前中后壳之间过盈配合紧密连接,没有间隙,相较现有技术单纯为前后壳压合,防水防尘效果更为可靠;此外,本发明还提出了一种三防结构设计新思路,即两种防水方式在同一三防结构上的结合使用,当空间足够时,采用本实施例左右两侧三防结构,当空间受限时,则采用所述上下两侧三防结构。
以上结合附图详细描述了一种三防结构及一种使用该三防结构的手机,但是本发明的设计思路并不局限于实施例所述手机领域,任何需要进行三防设计的壳体间都可以使用本发明的思路进行变化及拓展,此外,本发明所述两种三防结构的结合使用,也可进一步拓展至多种三防结构的结合。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种三防结构,该结构包括一前壳与一后壳,其特征在于:所述三防结构还包括一中壳,所述前壳上设置有一凸起,所述后壳上设置有一凸块,所述中壳为软性材质,且相对前壳凸起对应设置有第一凹槽,及相对后壳凸块对应设置有第二凹槽,所述凸起与第一凹槽及所述凸块与第二凹槽均为过盈配合,所述前壳及后壳分别组装在中壳上,所述中壳进一步包括一外观面,所述前壳与后壳进一步分别包括一外表面,所述外观面凸出于所述前壳与后壳的外表面外。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述后壳还包括上下两端,所述上下两端采用另一防水结构,所述上下两端分别设置有一凹陷,所述中壳亦包括另一上下两端,所述另一上下两端为条状结构,所述条状结构组装在所述凹陷内,与所述前壳过盈配合组装在一起。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述前壳亦包括上下两端结构,所述两端结构上分别设置有一凸条,所述凸条组装在所述凹陷内并与所述条状结构过盈配合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述凸条还包括一顶面,所述条状结构还包括两对置侧面,所述凸条顶面与所述条状结构过盈配合,而所述两对置侧面与所述凹陷间设置有间隙。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述中壳外观面上设置有防滑结构。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述凸起包括一第一顶面,所述凸块包括一第二顶面,所述第一凹槽包括一第一底面,所述第二凹槽包括一第二底面,所述凸起第一顶面与所述凹槽第一底面过盈配合,所述凸块第二顶面与所述凹槽第二底面过盈配合。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述凸起还包括两对置第一侧面,所述第一侧面与所述第一凹槽间设置有间隙,所述凸块亦包括两对置第二侧面,所述第二侧面与所述第二凹槽间亦设置有间隙。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述凸起及所述凸块位置相对设置,所述第一凹槽及第二凹槽位置亦相对设置,所述第一凹槽和第二凹槽间还包括一间隔,所述凸起和所述凸块共同挤压所述间隔形成过盈配合。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述前壳上进一步设置有至少四个第一定位柱,所述中壳上则设置有与第一定位柱数量相等的第一定位孔,所述第一定位柱与第一定位孔位置相对,且第一定位柱与第一定位孔组装在一起。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述后壳上亦设置有至少四个第二定位柱,所述中壳上亦设置有数量相等的第二定位孔,所述第二定位柱与第二定位孔位置相对,且第二定位柱与第二定位孔组装在一起。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的三防结构,其特征在于:所述后壳上还设置有至少四个凸起圆柱体,所述圆柱体上开设有螺栓过孔,所述圆柱体还进一步包括一环形台阶结构,所述中壳上对应上述圆柱体位置设置有与所述圆柱体数量相等的圆环,所述圆环套装在所述环形台阶结构上,而所述前壳上则设置有与所述螺栓过孔位置对应且数量相等的螺丝孔,所述后壳、中壳及前壳通过螺栓固定连接。
  12. 一种手机,其特征在于:使用如权利要求1至11任一项所述的三防结构。
