본 발명은 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템, 방법 및 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체에 관한 것으로, 특히 게시물이나 게시물에 포함되어 있는 영상 또는 동영상 전부 또는 일부에 게시물이나 영상 또는 동영상을 설명하는 음성신호로 저장시켜 하나의 파일을 생성한 후 저장 또는 업로드되어 게시되도록 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템, 방법 및 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 카메라가 실장된 휴대폰에서 사진 및 음성을 동시 편집하는 방법은, 카메라가 온(ON)되어 영상 촬영된 사진의 영상신호를 저장하고, 영상 촬영된 사진에 대응되는 음성을 녹음하여 저장하고, 사진 재생명령이 입력되면 저장 사진의 영상신호를 출력하고 사진에 대응되는 음성을 출력하는 것이다.
또한, 일반적으로 이동통신단말기에서 사진과 음성을 함께 저장하는 방법은, 카메라가 장착된 이동통신단말기에 있어서, 사용자가 카메라로 사진을 촬영하면 음성을 남길 것인지 여부를 선별하여, 음성을 남긴다면 음성을 녹음한 후 사진과 음성을 함께 저장하고, 음성을 남기지 않는다면 사진을 저장하며, 사용자가 음성이 저장된 사진을 볼 때, 음성을 재생할 것인지 여부를 선별하여, 음성을 재생한다면 사진과 함께 저장된 음성을 재생하는 것이다.
한편, 종래 휴대단말에서, 휴대단말에 저장된 사진파일을 일정시간(예를 들어 1초~5초)동안 디스플레이시키는 슬라이드쇼 기능은 정지 사진들을 일련의 순서로 배열하며 연결하여 볼 수 있지만, 디스플레이 순서를 임의로 조절할 수 없으며, 음성 데이터가 포함되지 않아 단순히 사진을 연이어서 감상할 수 있을 뿐 사진에 대한 상세한 설명이나 느낌을 전달할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다.
휴대단말에서 촬영된 사진에 음성파일을 결합시키는 선행특허인 대한민국 등록특허 제10-0726258호는 사진파일 및 음성파일이 결합된 디지털 이미지 파일을 다수 결합하여 하나의 영상물 파일을 제작하는 휴대단말의 사진파일 및 음성파일을 이용한 영상물 제작 방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 일정 테마를 정하고 테마에 대응하는 사진 파일 및 음성 파일을 결합시키고, 사진 파일에 대응되는 음성파일을 결합시켜 하나의 파일로 결합시키고자 하는 것으로 재생 시 하나의 파일로 결합된 사진 파일에 대해서 원하는 사진만 클릭하여 그 사진에 연결된 음성파일만 들을 수 없다는 문제점이 있다.
이와 같은 문제점을 해소시키기 위해 본 발명은 게시물이나 게시물에 포함되어 있는 영상 또는 동영상 전부 또는 일부에 게시물이나 영상 또는 동영상을 설명하는 음성신호를 저장시켜 하나의 파일을 생성한 후 저장 또는 게시되도록 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템, 방법 및 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한 본 발명은 음성파일이 결합된 게시물을 사용자의 의도에 따라 노출범위를 설정할 수 있도록 하여 특정 대상만이 볼 수 있도록 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템, 방법 및 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한 본 발명은 음성파일이 결합된 게시물을 제공받은 사용자가 원할 경우 자신의 사용자 단말 장치에 저장시켜 보관할 수 있도록 하며, 하나의 게시물에 여러 개의 영상이나 동영상이 포함되어 있고 각각의 영상 또는 동영상에 음성파일이 결합되어 있는 경우 원하는 영상이나 동영상만 확인하거나 또는 영상이나 동영상에 결합된 음성파일을 재생시켜 들을 수 있도록 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템, 방법 및 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템은 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 탑재하고 있으며, 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 실행시켜 게시물 작성 메뉴항목을 클릭하면 미리 저장되어 있는 영상이나 동영상 중 원하는 영상이나 동영상을 선택하여 하나의 게시물을 생성할 수 있도록 하고, 게시물 또는 게시물을 이루는 영상이나 동영상에 대응하는 음성신호를 입력받아 음성파일로 생성할 수 있도록 안내하며, 게시물이나 게시물을 이루는 영상이나 동영상 각각에 음성파일이 생성되면 게시물과 음성파일을 하나의 파일로 결합시켜 합성 콘텐츠를 생성시키는 사용자 단말장치 및 사용자의 조작에 따라 상기 사용자 단말장치에 탑재되는 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 제공하고, 게시물 작성용 업로드 어플리케이션을 통해 작성된 게시물을 업로드 받아 게시하는 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명과 관련된 실시예로서, 사용자 단말장치는 합성 콘텐츠가 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버를 통해 게시될 때 일정 노출 범위를 설정할 수 있도록 안내하며, 사용자가 노출 범위 설정을 요청하는 경우 적어도 하나 이상의 노출 범위 설정 메뉴항목들을 제공하고, 노출 범위 설정 메뉴항목을 통해 노출 범위를 설정하면 합성 콘텐츠에 노출범위 설정정보를 링크시켜 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버로 업로드 시킬 수 있다.
본 발명과 관련된 실시예로서, 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 온라인 접속을 이룬 사용자 단말장치로부터 로그인 정보가 입력되면 로그인 정보를 기반으로 하여 사용자를 확인하고, 사용자 정보를 이용하여 노출범위에 포함되는 합성 콘텐츠만 추출하여 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명과 관련된 실시예로서, 노출범위 기준정보는 성별, 나이별, 출신지, 거주지, 그룹정보 중 적어도 하나일 수 있다.
본 발명과 관련된 실시예로서, 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 사용자 단말장치로 합성 콘텐츠를 제공하는 중 상기 사용자의 조작에 따라 임의의 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되는 경우 저장버튼을 제공하고, 상기 저장버튼이 선택된 경우 해당 합성 콘텐츠를 상기 사용자 단말장치로 다운로드시킬 수 있다.
본 발명과 관련된 실시예로서, 사용자 단말장치는 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버로부터 제공되는 합성 콘텐츠를 다운로드받아 저장시키고, 해당 합성 콘텐츠를 실행시키면 음성재생버튼이 링크된 영상 및 동영상이 재생되고 상기 음성재생버튼이 선택되어지면 해당 음성신호를 출력시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법은 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법에 있어서, 사용자 단말장치는 사용자의 조작에 따라 게시물 생성요청신호가 입력되면, 게시물 생성 화면을 제공하는 단계, 사용자 단말장치는 게시물 생성 화면을 통해 영상 또는 동영상을 선택할 수 있도록 저장된 영상 또는 동영상을 로딩시키는 단계, 사용자 단말장치는 게시물 생성 화면을 통해 하나의 게시물에 포함될 영상 또는 동영상이 선택되면 게시물 또는 게시물을 이루는 영상 또는 동영상에 음성신호를 링크할 지의 여부를 확인하는 단계, 사용자 단말장치는 사용자의 조작에 따라 음성신호 입력요청이 이루어진 경우 음성신호 녹음모드로 현재 모드를 전환시키고 입력되는 음성신호를 이용하여 음성파일을 생성시키는 단계 및 사용자 단말장치는 사용자의 조작에 따라 음성파일 생성이 완료되면 게시물 파일과 음성파일을 하나의 파일로 결합시켜 합성 콘텐츠를 생성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명과 관련된 실시예로서, 사용자 단말장치는 상기 사용자의 조작에 따라 다운로드 받은 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되어 재생되는 경우 음성파일이 결합되어 있는 경우 상기 합성 콘텐츠 또는 합성 콘텐츠를 이루는 영상 또는 동영상 각각에 대해 음성파일 재생버튼이 표시되도록 하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법은 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법에 있어서, 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 사용자 단말장치를 통한 사용자의 조작에 응하여 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 사용자 단말장치로 제공하는 단계, 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 통해 합성 콘텐츠를 제공받아 게시하는 단계 및 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 임의의 사용자 단말장치가 로그인을 통해 합성 콘텐츠들을 제공받고자 하는 경우 사용자의 로그인 정보를 이용하여 사용자 개인정보를 확인하고, 사용자의 개인정보와 상기 합성 콘텐츠들에 포함된 노출범위 기준정보를 비교하여 일치하는 정보가 존재하는 합성 콘텐츠에 대해서만 사용자 단말장치를 통해 확인할 수 있도록 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명과 관련된 실시예로서, 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 사용자의 조작에 따라 합성 콘텐츠들 중 임의의 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되면 게시물인 영상 또는 동영상을 제공하고, 영상 및 동영상에 링크되어 있는 음성파일이 존재하는 경우 해당 영상 및 동영상에 대응하여 음성재생버튼을 함께 제공하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명은 게시물이나 게시물에 포함되어 있는 영상 또는 동영상 전부 또는 일부에 게시물이나 영상 또는 동영상을 설명하는 음성신호를 저장시켜 하나의 파일을 생성한 후 저장 또는 게시되도록 하고 저장 또는 게시된 영상이나 동영상에 대해 영상이나 동영상만 별도로 볼 수 있으며, 원할 시 음성파일을 클릭하여 해당 영상이나 동영상과 함께 재생할 수 있도록 함으로써, 하나의 게시물에 대해서 게시물을 눈으로 보면서 음성파일을 재생시켜 콘텐츠 업로드 사용자의 설명을 들을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 하나의 게시물에서도 원하는 영상이나 동영상에 대해서만 해당 음성파일을 재생시켜 들을 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명은 음성파일이 결합된 게시물을 사용자의 의도에 따라 노출범위를 설정할 수 있도록 하여 특정 대상만이 볼 수 있도록 함으로써, 콘텐츠 업로드 사용자의 개인보안을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명은 음성파일이 결합된 게시물을 제공받은 사용자가 원할 경우 자신의 사용자 단말 장치에 저장시켜 보관할 수 있도록 하며, 하나의 게시물에 여러 개의 영상이나 동영상이 포함되어 있고 각각의 영상 또는 동영상에 음성파일이 결합되어 있는 경우 원하는 영상이나 동영상만 확인하거나 또는 영상이나 동영상에 결합된 음성파일을 재생시켜 들을 수 있도록 함으로써, 콘텐츠 다운로드 사용자가 오프라인 상태에서도 원하는 게시물을 자신의 단말 장치를 통해 볼 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.

도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템은 사용자 단말 장치(100)와, 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)로 이루어진다.
사용자 단말 장치(100)는 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 탑재하고 있으며, 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 실행시켜 게시물 작성 메뉴항목을 클릭하면 미리 저장되어 있는 영상이나 동영상 중 원하는 영상이나 동영상을 선택하여 하나의 게시물을 생성할 수 있도록 하고, 게시물 또는 게시물을 이루는 영상이나 동영상에 대응하는 음성신호를 입력받아 음성파일로 생성할 수 있도록 안내하며, 게시물이나 게시물을 이루는 영상이나 동영상 각각에 음성파일이 생성되면 게시물과 음성파일을 하나의 파일로 결합시켜 합성 콘텐츠를 생성시킨다.
사용자 단말장치(100)는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 입력부(110), 촬영부(120), 음성신호 입력부(130), 음성신호 출력부(140), 저장부(150), 제어부(160)로 이루어진다.
입력부(110)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 프로그램이나 메뉴항목들이 선택 또는 실행시킬 수 있는 키신호를 입력받기 위한 장치로서, 키패드, 터치패드 등 입력을 할 수 있는 수단은 모두 포함된다.
촬영부(120)는 사용자 단말장치(100)에 탑재된 카메라로서, 사용자의 조작에 따라 영상 또는 동영상 파일을 생성시켜 저장부(150)에 저장, 관리되도록 한다.
음성신호 입력부(130)는 마이크로서, 사용자의 음성신호를 비롯하여 외부 오디오 신호를 입력받는다. 음성신호 입력부(130)를 통해 입력되는 음성신호 또는 오디오 신호는 입력부(110)를 통해 녹음모드가 선택되어지면 제어부(160)의 제어가 있을 경우 파일로 생성되어 저장부(150)에 저장, 관리된다.
음성신호 출력부(140)는 스피커로서, 사용자가 저장부(150)에 저장된 파일로 저장된 음성 또는 오디오 파일을 선택하여 재생시키면, 이를 제어부(160)에서 인식하여 음성신호 출력부(140)를 통해 음성신호 또는 오디오 신호가 출력되도록 한다.
저장부(150)는 제어부(160)의 제어에 따라 영상, 동영상, 음성 데이터가 파일형태로 저장되어 있으며, 또한 사용자 단말장치(100)의 운영프로그램을 비롯하여 각종 어플리케이션이 저장되어 있다.
제어부(160)는 사용자의 요청에 응하여 미도시된 통신부를 통해 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)에 온라인 접속을 이룬 후 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 다운받아 사용자로 하여금 영상 또는 동영상을 게시물로 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)에 업로드할 수 있도록 하고, 게시물에 대응하여 또는 하나의 게시물을 이루고 있는 복수의 영상 또는 동영상에 대응하여 음성파일을 생성시켜 하나의 합성 콘텐츠로 생성시켜 저장부(150)에 저장시켜 보관하거나, 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)에 게시되도록 한다. 여기서, 음성파일은 사용자가 게시물이나 영상 또는 동영상을 설명하고 있는 음성파일이다.
제어부(160)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 게시물 생성모듈(161), 음성파일 생성모듈(162), 합성 콘텐츠 생성모듈(163), 합성 콘텐츠 다운모듈(164), 노출정보 생성모듈(165)로 이루어진다.
게시물 생성모듈(161)은 사용자의 조작에 응하여 게시물로 제공할 수 있는 영상 또는 동영상 선택 화면을 제공하고, 영상 또는 동영상 선택 화면을 통해 선택된 영상 또는 동영상을 이용하여 게시물을 생성한다.
음성파일 생성모듈(162)은 사용자의 조작에 따라 음성신호 입력부(130)를 통해 입력되는 음성신호를 파일형태로 생성시켜 저장한다.
합성 콘텐츠 생성모듈(163)은 게시물 생성모듈(161)에 게시물이 생성되고, 게시물 생성모듈(161)에 의해 생성된 게시물 또는 게시물을 이루는 영상 또는 동영상 중 어느 하나가 선택되어지고 음성파일 생성모듈(162)에 의해 음성파일이 생성되면 게시물이나 해당 영상 또는 동영상에 음성파일을 결합시키고, 게시물 작성 완료신호가 입력되면 하나의 합성 콘텐츠를 생성시킨다.
합성 콘텐츠 다운모듈(164)은 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)에 게시된 합성 콘텐츠 중 원하는 합성 콘텐츠를 다운받아 저장부(150)에 저장시켜 두고 볼 수 있도록 한다. 즉 합성 콘텐츠 다운모듈(164)은 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)로부터 제공되는 합성 콘텐츠를 다운로드받아 저장시키고, 해당 합성 콘텐츠를 실행시키면 음성재생버튼이 링크된 영상 및 동영상이 재생되고 음성재생버튼이 선택되어지면 해당 음성신호를 출력시킨다.
노출정보 생성모듈(165)은 사용자로 하여금 합성 콘텐츠를 게시물로 볼 수 있는 대상을 정할 수 있도록 안내하는 화면을 제공한다. 즉 노출정보 생성모듈(165)은 합성 콘텐츠가 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)를 통해 게시될 때 일정 노출 범위를 설정할 수 있도록 안내하며, 사용자가 노출 범위 설정을 요청하는 경우 적어도 하나 이상의 노출 범위 설정 메뉴항목들을 제공하고, 노출 범위 설정 메뉴항목을 통해 노출 범위를 설정하면 합성 콘텐츠에 노출범위 설정정보를 링크시켜 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)로 업로드 시킨다. 여기서 노출범위 설정 안내 화면을 통해 제공되는 노출범위 기준정보는 성별, 나이별, 출신지, 거주지, 그룹정보 등을 포함하며, 사용자 단말장치(100)의 제어부(160)는 이중 하나 또는 하나 이상을 선택하여 노출범위 기준정보로 설정할 수 있도록 한다.
멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 사용자 단말장치(100)에 탑재되는 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 제공하고, 게시물 작성용 업로드 어플리케이션을 통해 작성된 게시물을 업로드 받아 게시한다.
멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자 정보 DB(210), 게시물 DB(220), 게시물 업로드부(230), 음성파일 생성부(240), 합성 콘텐츠 생성부(250) 및 합성 콘텐츠 제공부(260)로 이루어진다.
멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)의 구성요소 중 음성파일 생성부(240), 합성 콘텐츠 생성부(250)는 게시물이나 게시물을 이루는 영상 또는 동여상 파일에 음성파일을 결합시켜 합성 콘텐츠를 생성하는 위치를 사용자 단말장치(100)가 아닌 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)에서 수행하고자 할 때 필요한 구성요소이다. 즉 사용자가 사용자 단말 장치(100)를 통해 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)에 온라인 접속을 이룬 후 로그인을 수행하면 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 사용자 정보 DB(210)를 통해 사용자 정보를 인식하게 되고, 게시물 업로드부(230)를 통해 업로드되는 게시물을 사용자 식별정보에 매칭시켜 게시물 DB(220)에 등록시켜 관리한다.
멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 게시물 DB(220)에 등록된 게시물 또는 게시물을 이루는 영상 또는 동영상에 대해서 음성파일 생성부(240)를 통해 음성파일을 생성시킨 후 합성 콘텐츠 생성부(250)를 통해 게시물과 음성파일을 결합시켜 게시물 DB(220)에 재등록시켜 관리할 수 있다. 이렇게 게시물 DB(220)에 등록된 합성 콘텐츠는 합성 콘텐츠 제공부(260)에 의해 다른 사용자들이 검색하여 제공받을 수 있도록 한다.
멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 온라인 접속을 이룬 사용자 단말장치(100)로부터 로그인 정보가 입력되면 로그인 정보를 기반으로 하여 사용자를 확인하고, 사용자 정보를 이용하여 노출범위에 포함되는 합성 콘텐츠만 추출하여 제공한다.
멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 사용자 단말장치(100)로 합성 콘텐츠를 제공하는 중 사용자의 조작에 따라 임의의 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되는 경우 저장버튼을 제공하고, 저장버튼이 선택된 경우 해당 합성 콘텐츠를 사용자 단말장치(100)로 다운로드시킬 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법에 대해 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
(사용자 단말 장치를 중심으로 이루어지는 루틴 설명)
도 3 및 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 동작 흐름도이다.
도 3을 참조하여 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법에 대해서 설명하면, 사용자 단말장치(100)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 게시물 생성요청신호가 입력되면, 게시물 생성 화면을 제공(S110)한다.
사용자 단말장치(100)는 게시물 생성 화면을 통해 영상 또는 동영상을 선택할 수 있도록 저장된 영상 또는 동영상을 로딩(S120)시키고, 사용자 단말장치(100)는 게시물 생성 화면을 통해 하나의 게시물에 포함될 영상 또는 동영상이 선택되면 게시물 또는 게시물을 이루는 영상 또는 동영상에 음성신호를 링크할 지의 여부를 확인(S130)한다.
사용자 단말장치(100)는 게시물, 게시물을 이루는 영상 또는 동영상에 음성신호가 링크되어 있는지를 판단(S140)한다.
판단 결과 게시물, 게시물을 이루는 영상 또는 동영상에 음성신호가 링크되어 있는 경우 사용자 단말장치(100)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 음성신호 입력요청이 이루어진 경우 음성신호 녹음모드로 현재 모드를 전환시키고 입력되는 음성신호를 이용하여 음성파일을 생성(S150)시킨 후 사용자의 조작에 따라 음성파일 생성이 완료되면 게시물 파일과 음성파일을 하나의 파일로 결합시켜 합성 콘텐츠를 생성(S160)한다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자 단말장치(100)는 생성된 합성 콘텐츠에 대해 사용자가 원하는 상대 사용자 단말장치에서만 노출될 수 있도록 하기 위한 노출범위를 설정할 수 있도록 안내(S210)한다.
사용자 단말장치(100)는 S210 단계의 안내에 따라 노출범위 설정이 요청되었는지를 판단(S220)하고, 판단 결과 노출범위 설정이 요청된 경우 노출범위를 설정할 수 있도록 노출범위 설정 기준정보를 제공(S230)하고 사용자에 의해 선택된 기준 범위 정보를 입력받는다.
그리고 사용자 단말장치(100)는 합성 콘텐츠에 노출범위설정을 위한 기준 범위 정보를 매칭시켜 저장(S240)하고, 사용자의 조작에 따라 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)로 업로드시킨다(S250). 여기서 노출범위설정을 위한 기준 범위 정보로 성별, 나이별, 출신지, 거주지, 그룹정보를 제공하고, 사용자의 조작에 따라 기준 범위 정보 중 적어도 하나 이상 선택되면 선택된 기준 범위 정보를 해당 합성 콘텐츠의 노출범위로 설정한 후 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)로 전송한다.
그러면 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 온라인 접속을 이루고 로그인을 수행한 사용자 단말장치(100)에 대해서 로그인 정보를 이용하여 제공될 수 있는 합성 콘텐츠만 추출하여 제공하고, 합성 콘텐츠들에 대한 검색 도중 저장버튼이 선택되면 해당 합성 콘텐츠를 사용자 단말장치(100)로 다운로드 되도록 하여 오프라인 상태에서 사용자 단말장치(100)를 통해 합성 콘텐츠를 볼 수 있도록 한다.
사용자 단말장치(100)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 다운로드 받은 합성 콘텐츠를 실행시키는 경우 게시물 또는 게시물을 이루는 복수의 영상 또는 동영상을 화면상에 출력시키고, 게시물 또는 게시물을 이루는 복수의 영상 또는 동영상 각각에 음성파일이 존재하는 경우 재생버튼을 표시하여, 사용자가 게시물을 보면서 음성파일을 들을 수 있도록 한다.
(멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버를 중심으로 이루어지는 루틴 설명)
한편, 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 사용자 단말장치(100)로부터 제공되는 요청에 응하여 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 사용자 단말장치(100)로 제공한다.
멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 통해 합성 콘텐츠를 제공받아 게시하고, 임의의 사용자 단말장치가 로그인을 통해 합성 콘텐츠들을 제공받고자 하는 경우 사용자의 로그인 정보를 이용하여 사용자 개인정보를 확인하고, 사용자의 개인정보와 합성 콘텐츠들에 포함된 노출범위 기준정보를 비교하여 일치하는 정보가 존재하는 합성 콘텐츠에 대해서만 사용자 단말장치(100)를 통해 확인할 수 있도록 제공한다.
멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 합성 콘텐츠들 중 임의의 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되면 게시물인 영상 또는 동영상을 제공하고, 영상 및 동영상에 링크되어 있는 음성파일이 존재하는 경우 해당 영상 및 동영상에 대응하여 음성재생버튼을 함께 제공한다.
멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버(200)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 합성 콘텐츠들 중 임의의 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되면 게시물인 영상 또는 동영상을 제공하고, 게시물을 다운받아 사용자 단말장치(100)에 저장시킬 수 있는 저장버튼을 제공한다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체에는 상술한 실시예에 따른 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법을 수행하는 컴퓨터 프로그램이 저장될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법은 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 작성 가능하며, 컴퓨터 프로그램을 구성하는 코드들 및 코드 세그먼트들은 당해 분야의 컴퓨터 프로그래머에 의하여 용이하게 추론될 수 있다. 또한, 해당 컴퓨터 프로그램은 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 정보저장매체(computer readable media)에 저장되고, 컴퓨터나 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 장치 등에 의하여 읽혀지고 실행됨으로써 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법을 구현할 수 있다.
정보저장매체는 자기 기록매체, 광 기록매체 및 캐리어 웨이브 매체를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법을 구현하는 컴퓨터 프로그램은 사용자 단말장치, 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버 등의 내장 메모리에 저장 및 설치될 수 있다. 또는, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법을 구현하는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 저장 및 설치한 스마트 카드 등의 외장 메모리가 화면을 통해 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버 등에 장착될 수도 있다.
전술한 내용은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 탑재하고 있으며, 상기 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 실행시켜 게시물 작성 메뉴항목을 클릭하면 미리 저장되어 있는 영상이나 동영상 중 원하는 영상이나 동영상을 선택하여 하나의 게시물을 생성할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 게시물이나 게시물을 이루는 영상이나 동영상 각각에 음성파일이 생성되면 게시물과 음성파일을 하나의 파일로 결합시켜 합성 콘텐츠를 생성시키는 사용자 단말장치; 및
    상기 사용자의 조작에 따라 상기 사용자 단말장치에 탑재되는 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 제공하고, 상기 게시물 작성용 업로드 어플리케이션을 통해 작성된 게시물을 업로드 받아 게시하는 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버;
    를 포함하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 상기 합성 콘텐츠가 상기 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버를 통해 게시될 때 일정 노출 범위를 설정할 수 있도록 안내하며, 상기 사용자가 노출 범위 설정을 요청하는 경우 적어도 하나 이상의 노출 범위 설정 메뉴항목들을 제공하고, 상기 노출 범위 설정 메뉴항목을 통해 노출 범위를 설정하면 합성 콘텐츠에 노출범위 설정정보를 링크시켜 상기 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버로 업로드 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는
    온라인 접속을 이룬 사용자 단말장치로부터 로그인 정보가 입력되면 로그인 정보를 기반으로 하여 사용자를 확인하고, 사용자 정보를 이용하여 노출범위에 포함되는 합성 콘텐츠만 추출하여 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 노출범위 기준정보는
    성별, 나이별, 출신지, 거주지, 그룹정보 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는
    상기 사용자 단말장치로 합성 콘텐츠를 제공하는 중 상기 사용자의 조작에 따라 임의의 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되는 경우 저장버튼을 제공하고, 상기 저장버튼이 선택된 경우 해당 합성 콘텐츠를 상기 사용자 단말장치로 다운로드시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 상기 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버로부터 제공되는 합성 콘텐츠를 다운로드받아 저장시키고, 해당 합성 콘텐츠를 실행시키면 음성재생버튼이 링크된 영상 및 동영상이 재생되고 상기 음성재생버튼이 선택되어지면 해당 음성신호를 출력시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 시스템.
  7. 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법에 있어서,
    사용자 단말장치는 사용자의 조작에 따라 게시물 생성요청신호가 입력되면, 게시물 생성 화면을 제공하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 상기 게시물 생성 화면을 통해 영상 또는 동영상을 선택할 수 있도록 저장된 영상 또는 동영상을 로딩시키는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 상기 게시물 생성 화면을 통해 하나의 게시물에 포함될 영상 또는 동영상이 선택되면 게시물 또는 게시물을 이루는 영상 또는 동영상에 음성신호를 링크할 지의 여부를 확인하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 사용자의 조작에 따라 음성신호 입력요청이 이루어진 경우 음성신호 녹음모드로 현재 모드를 전환시키고 입력되는 음성신호를 이용하여 음성파일을 생성시키는 단계; 및
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 사용자의 조작에 따라 음성파일 생성이 완료되면 게시물 파일과 음성파일을 하나의 파일로 결합시켜 합성 콘텐츠를 생성하는 단계;를 포함하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 생성된 합성 콘텐츠에 대해 사용자가 원하는 상대 사용자 단말장치에서만 노출될 수 있도록 하기 위한 노출범위를 설정할 수 있도록 안내하는 단계를 더 포함하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 노출범위를 설정할 수 있는 기준 범위 정보로 성별, 나이별, 출신지, 거주지, 그룹정보 중 적어도 하나 이상을 제공하고, 상기 사용자의 조작에 따라 상기 기준 범위 정보 중 적어도 하나 이상 선택되면 선택된 기준 범위 정보를 해당 합성 콘텐츠의 노출범위로 설정한 후 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  10. 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법에 있어서,
    사용자 단말장치는 상기 사용자의 조작에 따라 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버로 온라인 접속을 이루고 로그인을 수행하여 합성 콘텐츠들을 제공받는 단계; 및
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 상기 합성 콘텐츠들에 대한 검색도중 저장버튼이 선택되면 해당 합성 콘텐츠를 다운로드받아 저장시키는 단계;를 포함하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말장치는 상기 사용자의 조작에 따라 다운로드 받은 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되어 재생되는 경우 음성파일이 결합되어 있는 경우 상기 합성 콘텐츠 또는 합성 콘텐츠를 이루는 영상 또는 동영상 각각에 대해 음성파일 재생버튼이 표시되도록 하는 단계;를 포함하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  12. 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법에 있어서,
    멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 사용자 단말장치를 통한 사용자의 조작에 응하여 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 사용자 단말장치로 제공하는 단계;
    상기 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 상기 게시물 작성 및 업로드용 어플리케이션을 통해 합성 콘텐츠를 제공받아 게시하는 단계; 및
    상기 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 임의의 사용자 단말장치가 로그인을 통해 합성 콘텐츠들을 제공받고자 하는 경우 사용자의 로그인 정보를 이용하여 사용자 개인정보를 확인하고, 상기 사용자의 개인정보와 상기 합성 콘텐츠들에 포함된 노출범위 기준정보를 비교하여 일치하는 정보가 존재하는 합성 콘텐츠에 대해서만 사용자 단말장치를 통해 확인할 수 있도록 제공하는 단계;를 포함하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  13. 제 12 항에 있어서,
    상기 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 상기 사용자의 조작에 따라 상기 합성 콘텐츠들 중 임의의 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되면 게시물인 영상 또는 동영상을 제공하고, 상기 영상 및 동영상에 링크되어 있는 음성파일이 존재하는 경우 해당 영상 및 동영상에 대응하여 음성재생버튼을 함께 제공하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  14. 제 12 항에 있어서,
    상기 멀티미디어 네트워크 서비스 서버는 상기 사용자의 조작에 따라 상기 합성 콘텐츠들 중 임의의 합성 콘텐츠가 선택되면 게시물인 영상 또는 동영상을 제공하고, 상기 게시물을 다운받아 사용자 단말장치에 저장시킬 수 있는 저장버튼을 제공하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
  15. 제 12 항에 있어서,
    상기 노출범위 기준정보는
    성별, 나이별, 출신지, 거주지, 그룹정보 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성파일이 포함된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제공 방법.
