또한, 전술한 모바일 단말기(100)는 사용자 요청에 따라 애플리케이션 스토어 서버(120)를 통해 음원 서비스 애플리케이션 등의 각종 애플리케이션을 다운로드 받아 설치할 수 있으며, 이를 위한 운영체제(예: 안드로이드, iOS, 윈도우 모바일 등)가 탑재되어 있을 수 있다.
이하에서는, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음원 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 단말기(100)에 대하여 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.

한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모바일 단말기(100)에 설치된 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200)이 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법은, 음원 채널 화면 출력 단계(S304) 이후에, 터치스크린(270)에 출력된 특정 음원 채널 화면에 표시된 음원 정보 중에서 사용자에 의해 선택된 음원 정보에 해당하는 음원에 대한 듣기 요청 정보 또는 다운로드 요청 정보가 입력되면, 모바일 단말기(100) 및 음원 서버(110) 간의 커넥션을 통해, 해당 음원 파일을 음원 서버(110)로부터 수신하면서 실시간으로 재생하거나 해당 음원 파일을 상기 음원 서버(110)로부터 다운로드 받는 음원 서비스 제공 단계(S306)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모바일 단말기(100)에 설치된 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200)이 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법은, 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘이 선택되거나 음원 서비스 애플리케이션이 실행되면, 모바일 단말기가 음원 서버에 접속하도록 제어하고 음원 서버와 자동 로그인 절차를 수행함으로써, 모바일 단말기 및 음원 서버 간의 커넥션(Connection)을 설정하는 자동 로그인 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.

사용자가, 음원 채널 화면(420b)에 표시된 음원 정보 중에서 특정 음원 정보에 해당하는 음원에 대한 듣기 또는 다운로드를 원하여 해당 특정 음원 정보를 선택하면, 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200)은 해당 음원에 대한 듣기 서비스 요청 또는 다운로드 서비스 요청을 음원 서버(110)로 송신하고, 음원 서버(110)로부터 음원 파일을 수신하면서 실시간으로 재생하거나 음원 서버(110)로부터 음원 파일을 다운로드 받을 수 있다.
애플리케이션 아이콘(530)과 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540)의 차이점과 그에 따른 애플리케이션 실행의 차이점을 도 7을 참조하여 설명한다.
도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 따라 애플리케이션 아이콘(530)이 선택된 경우 터치스크린(270)에 출력되는 애플리케이션 화면(420)인 메인 화면(420a)과 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540)이 선택된 경우 터치스크린(270)에 출력되는 애플리케이션 화면(420)인 특정 음원 채널 화면(420b) 간의 관계를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 애플리케이션 아이콘(530)이 선택되면, 해당 애플리케이션인 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200)이 처음부터 실행되어 최초 실행 화면인 메인 화면(420a)이 출력된다. 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540)이 선택되면, 해당 애플리케이션인 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200)이 처음부터 실행되는 것이 아니라 여러 실행 단계에 따른 여러 화면(메인 화면, 제1단계 서브 화면, 제2 단계 서브 화면, ......) 중에서 특정 실행 단계에 대응되는 화면인 특정 음원 채널 화면(420b)이 출력된다.
전술한 바와 같이, 애플리케이션 아이콘(530)은 해당 애플리케이션(음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200))과 대응되는 아이콘이다. 하지만, 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540)은 해당 애플리케이션(음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200))과 대응되는 아이콘이 아니라, 해당 애플리케이션의 여러 실행 단계(또는 여러 기능) 중에서 특정 실행 단계(또는 특정 기능)에 대응되는 아이콘이다.
따라서, 하나의 애플리케이션(음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200))에 대하여, 애플리케이션 아이콘(530)은 하나만 생성되지만, 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540)은 최대 음원 채널 개수만큼 생성될 수 있다.
위에서 언급한 특정 실행 단계는 특정 음원 채널 화면(420b)을 출력하는 단계이며, 특정 기능이란 특정 음원 채널 화면(420b)을 출력하는 기능이다.
이와 같이, 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540)을 바탕화면(410)에 표시해두고, 사용자가 이러한 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540)을 이용하여 특정 음원 채널을 이용하는 경우, 애플리케이션 아이콘(530)을 이용하는 경우보다 특정 음원 채널을 더욱 신속하게 이용할 수 있을 것이다.
만약, 특정 음원 채널이 메인 화면(420a)에서 여러 단계(Depth)를 거쳐야만 접근 가능한 것이라면, 특정 음원 채널에 대한 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540)을 이용하게 되면 불필요한 단계를 거칠 필요 없이 원하는 특정 음원 채널 화면으로 바로 접근할 수 있기 때문에 접근의 편리성 및 신속성이 매우 높아진다.
이상에서 전술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법은 프로그램(즉, 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200))으로 구현되고 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 기록될 수 있다.
기록매체에 기록된 프로그램은 컴퓨터에서 읽히어 설치되고 실행됨으로써 전술한 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 실행할 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램은, 복수의 음원 채널 중에서 사용자에 의해 선택된 특정 음원 채널에 대한 바로가기 생성 요청이 입력되면, 상기 특정 음원 채널에 대한 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘을 상기 모바일 단말기의 바탕화면에 표시하는 기능과, 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘이 선택되면, 상기 특정 음원 채널에 대한 특정 음원 채널 화면을 상기 모바일 단말기의 애플리케이션 화면으로서 출력하는 기능 등을 구현한다.
이와 같이, 컴퓨터가 기록매체에 기록된 프로그램을 읽어 들여 프로그램으로 구현된 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 실행시키기 위하여, 전술한 프로그램은 컴퓨터의 프로세서(CPU)가 컴퓨터의 장치 인터페이스(Interface)를 통해 읽힐 수 있는 C, C++, JAVA, 기계어 등의 컴퓨터 언어로 코드화된 코드(Code)를 포함할 수 있다.
이러한 코드는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 정의한 함수 등과 관련된 기능적인 코드(Function Code)를 포함할 수 있고, 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 소정의 절차대로 실행시키는데 필요한 실행 절차 관련 제어 코드를 포함할 수도 있다.
또한, 이러한 코드는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 실행시키는데 필요한 추가 정보나 미디어가 컴퓨터의 내부 또는 외부 메모리의 어느 위치(주소 번지)에서 참조 되어야 하는지에 대한 메모리 참조 관련 코드를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 실행시키기 위하여 원격(Remote)에 있는 어떠한 다른 컴퓨터나 서버 등과 통신이 필요한 경우, 코드는 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 컴퓨터의 통신 모듈을 이용하여 원격(Remote)에 있는 어떠한 다른 컴퓨터나 서버 등과 어떻게 통신해야만 하는지, 통신 시 어떠한 정보나 미디어를 송수신해야 하는지 등에 대한 통신 관련 코드를 더 포함할 수도 있다.
그리고, 본 발명을 구현하기 위한 기능적인(Functional) 프로그램과 이와 관련된 코드 및 코드 세그먼트 등은, 기록매체를 읽어서 프로그램을 실행시키는 컴퓨터의 시스템 환경 등을 고려하여, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 프로그래머들에 의해 용이하게 추론되거나 변경될 수도 있다.
이상에서 전술한 바와 같은 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽힐 수 있는 기록매체는, 일 예로, ROM, RAM, CD-ROM, 자기 테이프, 플로피디스크, 광 미디어 저장장치 등이 있다.
또한 전술한 바와 같은 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽힐 수 있는 기록매체는 네트워크로 커넥션 된 컴퓨터 시스템에 분산되어, 분산방식으로 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다. 이 경우, 다수의 분산된 컴퓨터 중 어느 하나 이상의 컴퓨터는 상기에 제시된 기능들 중 일부를 실행하고, 그 결과를 다른 분산된 컴퓨터들 중 하나 이상에 그 실행 결과를 전송할 수 있으며, 그 결과를 전송받은 컴퓨터 역시 상기에 제시된 기능들 중 일부를 실행하여, 그 결과를 역시 다른 분산된 컴퓨터들에 제공할 수 있다.
특히, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램인 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200)을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 애플리케이션 스토어 서버(120)에 포함된 저장매체(예: 하드디스크 등) 또는 애플리케이션 스토어 서버(120) 그 자체일 수도 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램인 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200)을 기록한 기록매체를 읽을 수 있는 컴퓨터는, 일반적인 데스크 탑이나 노트북 등의 일반 PC 뿐만 아니라, 스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) 및 이동통신 단말기 등의 모바일 단말기(100)를 포함할 수 있으며, 이뿐만 아니라, 컴퓨팅(Computing) 가능한 모든 기기로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램인 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200)을 기록한 기록매체를 읽을 수 있는 컴퓨터가 스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) 및 이동통신 단말기 등의 모바일 단말기(100)인 경우, 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(600)은 애플리케이션 스토어 서버(120)를 통해 모바일 단말기(100)에 설치되되, 일반 PC와 동기화 프로그램을 통해 설치될 수도 있다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540) 생성과 이와 관련된 음원 서비스 애플리케이션(200)의 실행 절차 변경(즉, 처음부터 실행하는 것이 아니라 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘(540)과 대응되는 특정 단계를 바로 실행함) 등을 통해서, 사용자가 원하는 음원 서비스를 더욱 신속하고 편리하게 제공하는 효과가 있다.
이상에서, 본 발명의 실시예를 구성하는 모든 구성 요소들이 하나로 결합되거나 결합되어 동작하는 것으로 설명되었다고 해서, 본 발명이 반드시 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 본 발명의 목적 범위 안에서라면, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 하나 이상으로 선택적으로 결합하여 동작할 수도 있다. 또한, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 각각 하나의 독립적인 하드웨어로 구현될 수 있지만, 각 구성 요소들의 그 일부 또는 전부가 선택적으로 조합되어 하나 또는 복수 개의 하드웨어에서 조합된 일부 또는 전부의 기능을 수행하는 프로그램 모듈을 갖는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로서 구현될 수도 있다. 그 컴퓨터 프로그램을 구성하는 코드들 및 코드 세그먼트들은 본 발명의 기술 분야의 당업자에 의해 용이하게 추론될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 컴퓨터 프로그램은 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 저장매체(Computer Readable Media)에 저장되어 컴퓨터에 의하여 읽혀지고 실행됨으로써, 본 발명의 실시예를 구현할 수 있다.
또한, 이상에서 기재된 "포함하다", "구성하다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는, 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한, 해당 구성 요소가 내재될 수 있음을 의미하는 것이므로, 다른 구성 요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성 요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것으로 해석되어야 한다. 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함한 모든 용어들은, 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가진다. 사전에 정의된 용어와 같이 일반적으로 사용되는 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥 상의 의미와 일치하는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 발명에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 복수의 음원 채널 중에서 사용자에 의해 선택된 특정 음원 채널에 대한 바로가기 생성 요청이 입력되면, 상기 특정 음원 채널에 대한 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘을 터치스크린에 출력되는 바탕화면에 표시하는 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘 생성부; 및
    상기 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘이 선택되면, 상기 특정 음원 채널에 대한 특정 음원 채널 화면을 애플리케이션 화면으로서 상기 터치스크린에 출력하는 음원 채널 화면 출력부
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 단말기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 음원 채널별로 분류된 음원 각각에 대한 음원 정보를 메모리에 저장시켜 관리하는 음원 정보 관리부를 더 포함하고,
    상기 음원 채널 화면 출력부는,
    상기 터치스크린에 상기 특정 음원 채널 화면을 출력할 때, 상기 특정 음원 채널 화면에 상기 특정 음원 채널로 분류된 음원 각각에 대한 음원 정보를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 단말기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 출력된 특정 음원 채널 화면에 표시된 음원 정보 중에서 사용자에 의해 선택된 음원 정보에 해당하는 음원에 대한 듣기 요청 정보 또는 다운로드 요청 정보가 입력되면, 상기 모바일 단말기 및 음원 서버 간의 커넥션(Connection)을 통해, 해당 음원 파일을 상기 음원 서버로부터 수신하면서 실시간으로 재생하거나 해당 음원 파일을 상기 음원 서버로부터 다운로드 받는 음원 서비스 제공부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 단말기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘이 선택되면, 상기 모바일 단말기가 상기 음원 서버에 접속하도록 제어하고 상기 음원 서버와 자동 로그인 절차를 수행함으로써, 상기 모바일 단말기 및 상기 음원 서버 간의 커넥션(Connection)을 설정하는 자동 로그인 관리부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 단말기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 음원 정보 관리부, 상기 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘 생성부, 상기 음원 채널 화면 출력부, 상기 음원 서비스 제공부 및 상기 자동 로그인 관리부는 애플리케이션 스토어 서버를 통해 상기 모바일 단말기에 설치된 음원 서비스 애플리케이션에서의 소프트웨어 모듈인 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 단말기.
  6. 모바일 단말기에 설치된 음원 서비스 애플리케이션이 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    복수의 음원 채널 중에서 사용자에 의해 선택된 특정 음원 채널에 대한 바로가기 생성 요청이 입력되면, 상기 특정 음원 채널에 대한 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘을 상기 모바일 단말기의 바탕화면에 표시하는 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘 생성 단계; 및
    상기 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘이 선택되면, 상기 특정 음원 채널에 대한 특정 음원 채널 화면을 상기 모바일 단말기의 애플리케이션 화면으로서 출력하는 음원 채널 화면 출력 단계
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 특정 음원 채널 화면은,
    상기 음원 서비스 애플리케이션의 특정 실행 단계와 대응되는 화면 또는 특정 기능과 대응되는 화면인 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 음원 채널 화면 출력 단계는,
    상기 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘이 선택되면, 상기 모바일 단말기가 상기 음원 서버에 접속하도록 제어하고 상기 음원 서버와 자동 로그인 절차를 수행함으로써, 상기 모바일 단말기 및 상기 음원 서버 간의 커넥션(Connection)을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘 생성 단계 이전에,
    상기 복수의 음원 채널별로 분류된 음원 각각에 대한 음원 정보를 상기 모바일 단말기의 메모리에 저장시켜 관리하는 음원 정보 관리 단계를 더 포함하되,
    상기 음원 채널 화면 출력 단계는,
    상기 터치스크린에 상기 특정 음원 채널 화면을 출력할 때, 상기 특정 음원 채널 화면에 상기 특정 음원 채널로 분류된 음원 각각에 대한 음원 정보를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 음원 정보는,
    해당 음원에 대하여, 곡 이름, 앨범 정보, 음악가 정보 및 앨범 재킷 이미지 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 음원 정보 관리 단계는,
    상기 모바일 단말기 및 음원 서버 간의 커넥션이 감지되면, 상기 음원 서버로부터 상기 음원 정보를 수신하여 상기 메모리에 저장시켜 관리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 음원 정보 관리 단계는,
    상기 모바일 단말기 및 상기 음원 서버 간의 커넥션이 감지되면, 상기 메모리에 저장되어 관리되는 음원 정보 리스트와 상기 음원 서버에서 관리되는 음원 정보 리스트를 비교하여, 상기 메모리에 저장되어 관리되는 음원 정보 리스트에 미 포함된 음원 정보만을 상기 음원 서버로부터 수신하여 상기 메모리에 저장시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 음원 채널 화면 출력 단계 이후,
    상기 출력된 특정 음원 채널 화면에 표시된 음원 정보 중에서 사용자에 의해 선택된 음원 정보에 해당하는 음원에 대한 듣기 요청 정보 또는 다운로드 요청 정보가 입력되면, 상기 모바일 단말기 및 음원 서버 간의 커넥션(Connection)을 통해, 해당 음원 파일을 상기 음원 서버로부터 수신하면서 실시간으로 재생하거나 해당 음원 파일을 상기 음원 서버로부터 다운로드 받는 음원 서비스 제공 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  14. 음원 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체에 있어서,
    복수의 음원 채널 중에서 사용자에 의해 선택된 특정 음원 채널에 대한 바로가기 생성 요청이 입력되면, 상기 특정 음원 채널에 대한 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘을 상기 모바일 단말기의 바탕화면에 표시하는 기능과,
    상기 특정 음원 채널 바로가기 아이콘이 선택되면, 상기 특정 음원 채널에 대한 특정 음원 채널 화면을 상기 모바일 단말기의 애플리케이션 화면으로서 출력하는 기능을 구현하는 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체.
