Abstract

 内燃機関8の吸気を過給する過給機9及び電動過給機7を備える車両1に搭載されるバッテリ3と、バッテリ3から電動機5へ電力を供給させることにより、電動過給機7を駆動させる制御装置6とを備えてバッテリ状態診断装置を構成し、制御装置6は、車両1の速度が所定値以上又は内燃機関8の回転数が所定値以上で車両1が走行しているときに電動機5へ電力を供給させている際のバッテリ3の電圧及びバッテリ3に流れる電流からバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定する。

Description

バッテリ状態診断装置及びバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法
 本発明は、バッテリの状態を診断するバッテリ状態診断装置及びバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法に関する。
 バッテリ状態診断装置として、例えば、バッテリの内部抵抗によりバッテリの劣化度合いを診断するものがある。そして、バッテリの内部抵抗を測定するためにはある程度の負荷をバッテリにかける必要がある。例えば、特許文献1に示すように、負荷が動作しないようにバッテリから負荷へ電力を供給させて、そのときのバッテリの電圧降下分の電圧とバッテリに流れる電流によりバッテリの内部抵抗を測定するものがある。
 しかしながら、負荷として、車両の内燃機関の吸気を過給する電動過給機を駆動するための電動機を想定し、バッテリからその電動機へ電力を供給すると、その電動機が駆動してしまう場合では、運転者の意図しないタイミングで電動機が駆動してしまい運転フィーリングが損なわれるおそれがある。
 また、バッテリの分極が解消されておらずバッテリの電圧が安定していないときや運転者の要求に応じた電動過給機の駆動や停止によりバッテリに流れる電流が安定していないときでは、バッテリの内部抵抗の測定精度が低下するおそれがある。

 本発明は、運転フィーリングが損なわれることを抑えつつ、バッテリの内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることが可能なバッテリ状態診断装置及びバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法を提供することを目的とする。
 実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置は、内燃機関の吸気を過給する過給機及び電動過給機を備える車両に搭載されるバッテリと、前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させることにより、前記電動過給機を駆動させる制御装置とを備える。前記制御装置は、前記車両の速度が所定値以上又は前記内燃機関の回転数が所定値以上で前記車両が走行しているときに前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する。
 このように、車両の速度が所定値以上又は内燃機関の回転数が所定値以上で車両が走行しているときにバッテリの内部抵抗を測定するため、過給機の駆動だけで運転者が要求する走行状態になるように車両の速度を上げることができるので、そのとき電動過給機が駆動しても車両の走行状態に与える影響を小さくすることができる。そのため、バッテリの内部抵抗の測定時において運転フィーリングが損なわれることを抑えることができる。また、バッテリに所定の電流が流れているときにバッテリの内部抵抗を測定しているため、バッテリの電圧を精度良く検出することができ、バッテリの内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることができる。
 また、他の実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置は、車両に搭載されるバッテリと、前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させることにより、電動過給機を駆動させる制御装置とを備える。前記制御装置は、前記車両の起動後に前記電動機へ最初に運転者の要求に応じた電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する。
 このように、運転者の要求に応じた電力をバッテリから電動機へ供給させている際にバッテリの内部抵抗を測定するため、運転フィーリングを損なうことなくバッテリの内部抵抗を測定することができる。また、車両の起動後に電動機へ最初に電力を供給させている際にバッテリの内部抵抗を推定するため、バッテリの分極解消によりバッテリの電圧が安定している可能性が高いときにバッテリの内部抵抗を測定することができ、バッテリの内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることができる。
 また、さらに他の実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置は、車両に搭載されるバッテリと、前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させることにより、電動過給機を駆動させる制御装置とを備える。前記制御装置は、前記車両の停止状態において前記車両が起動されたときに前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する。
 このように、車両の停止状態においてバッテリの内部抵抗を測定するため、運転フィーリングを損なうことなくバッテリの内部抵抗を測定することができる。また、バッテリに所定の電流が流れているときにバッテリの内部抵抗を測定しているため、バッテリの電圧を精度良く検出することができ、バッテリの内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることができる。
 また、他の実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置は、内燃機関に過給する過給機及び電動過給機を備える車両に搭載されるバッテリと、前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させて、前記電動過給機を駆動させる制御をする制御装置と、を備える。
 前記制御装置は、前記車両の速度が所定値以上又は前記内燃機関の回転数が所定値以上で前記車両が走行している場合に、前記内燃機関へ前記電動過給機から過給がされないように切替部を制御する。その後に、前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する。
 このように、車両の速度が所定値以上又は内燃機関の回転数が所定値以上で車両が走行している場合に、内燃機関へ電動過給機による過給がされないようにしてから、バッテリの内部抵抗を測定するため、バッテリの内部抵抗の測定時において運転フィーリングが損なわれることを抑えることができる。すなわち、過給機の駆動だけで運転者が要求する走行状態になるように車両の速度を上げることができるので、そのときに電動過給機が駆動しても車両の走行状態に与える影響を小さくすることができる。また、バッテリに所定の電流が流れているときにバッテリの内部抵抗を測定しているため、バッテリの電圧を精度良く検出することができ、バッテリの内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることができる。
 本発明によれば、運転フィーリングが損なわれることを抑えつつ、車両に搭載されるバッテリの内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることができる。

<第1実施形態>
 図1は、実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置が搭載される車両の一例を示す図である。
 実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置は、車両1に搭載される電池パック2内のバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定し、その測定した内部抵抗によりバッテリ3の状態(例えば、劣化度合いなど)を診断する。なお、実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置は、例えば、バッテリ3や後述する制御装置6などを備えて構成される。
 バッテリ3は、インバータ4(電力変換機)を介して電動機5へ電力を供給する。すなわち、運転者の要求(例えば、アクセルペダルの踏み込み量など)や車両1の走行状態に基づいて制御装置6がインバータ4の動作を制御することで、バッテリ3から供給される電力が所定の電力に変換され、その変換された電力により電動機5の駆動(ロータの回転数やトルクなど)が制御され、電動過給機(圧縮機)7から出力される空気量が調整される。なお、電動過給機7は、内燃機関8の吸気を過給するものであって、内燃機関8の排気を利用して内燃機関8の吸気を過給する過給機9を補助するものである。
 内燃機関8の出力軸10は、オルタネータ11(発電機)に連結されているとともに、トランスミッション(T/M)12を介して駆動輪13に連結されている。
 オルタネータ11は、内燃機関8の出力軸10の回転エネルギーを利用して発電する。オルタネータ11により発電された電力は、鉛バッテリ14に供給され、鉛バッテリ14が充電される。また、オルタネータ11により発電された電力は、DCDCコンバータ15により昇圧された後、バッテリ3に供給され、バッテリ3が充電される。なお、オルタネータ11により発電される電力は、ブレーキ回生として発電される電力も含む。
 電池パック2は、バッテリ3や制御装置6の他に、バッテリ3の電圧を検出する電圧検出部16と、バッテリ3に流れる電流を検出する電流検出部17と、記憶部18とを備える。
 バッテリ3は、例えば、複数の二次電池(リチウムイオン電池など)が直列接続されて構成される。
 電流検出部17は、例えば、シャント抵抗やカレントトランスなどにより構成される。
 制御装置6は、所定のタイミングにおいて、バッテリ3からインバータ4を介して電動機5へ電力が供給される際のバッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧を、そのときにバッテリ3に流れる電流で除算し、その結果をバッテリ3の内部抵抗とする。そして、制御装置6は、その測定したバッテリ3の内部抵抗によりバッテリ3の状態を診断する。
 なお、制御装置6は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、マルチコアCPU、プログラマブルなデバイス(FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)やPLD(Programmable Logic Device)など)により構成され、記憶部18に記憶されているプログラムをCPU、マルチコアCPU、又はプログラマブルなデバイスが読み出して実行することによって、上述した制御装置6の動作が実現される。
 図2は、第1実施形態の制御装置6の動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。
 まず、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONすると(S21:yes)、車両1の速度が所定値(例えば、30~40km/hであって、過給機9や内燃機関8の駆動だけで充分に運転者が意図する走行状態になるときの車両1の速度)以上又は内燃機関8の回転数が所定値(過給機9や内燃機関8の駆動だけで充分に運転者が意図する走行状態になるときの内燃機関8の回転数)以上で車両1が走行しているか否かを判断する(S22)。例えば、制御装置6は、車両1の起動回数や車両1の走行距離が閾値以上になると、電池内部抵抗取得フラグをONする。なお、車両1に設けられる不図示の制御装置により電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONされ、その旨が制御装置6へ送られてもよい。また、例えば、制御装置6は、車両1に設けられる不図示の制御装置から送られてくる情報に示される車両1の速度又は内燃機関8の回転数を用いて、車両1の速度が所定値以上又は内燃機関8の回転数が所定値以上で車両1が走行しているか否かを判断する。
 次に、制御装置6は、車両1の速度が所定値以上又は内燃機関8の回転数が所定値以上で車両1が走行していると判断すると(S22:yes)、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、電動機5や内燃機関8の動作を制御する(S23)。例えば、制御装置6は、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、電動機5の出力を変化させる。また、例えば、制御装置6は、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、電動機5の回転速度、回転方向を変化させる。また、例えば、制御装置6は、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、内燃機関8の動作を制御する不図示の制御装置へ指示して、内燃機関8の出力を下げる。
 そして、制御装置6は、バッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧を、バッテリ3に流れる一定の電流で除算し、その結果をバッテリ3の内部抵抗とする(S24)。例えば、制御装置6は、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れる前に電圧検出部16により検出された電圧V1と、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れているときに電圧検出部16により検出される電圧V2との差分を、バッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧とする。また、例えば、制御装置6は、バッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧を、電流検出部17により検出される電流で除算し、その結果をバッテリ3の内部抵抗とする。
 なお、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONした後(S21:yes)、車両1が所定値以上の速度で走行していないと判断すると(S22:no)、電池内部抵抗取得フラグをOFFにして、図2のフローチャートに示す動作を終了する。
 このように、第1実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置では、車両1の速度が所定値以上又は内燃機関8の回転数が所定値以上で車両1が走行しているときにバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定するため、過給機9の駆動だけで運転者が意図する走行状態になるように車両1の速度を上げることができ、電動過給機7が駆動しても車両1の走行状態に与える影響を小さくすることができる。そのため、バッテリ3の内部抵抗の測定時において運転フィーリングが損なわれることを抑えることができる。
 また、第1実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置では、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れる際にバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定するため、バッテリ3の電圧を精度良く検出することができ、バッテリ3の内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることができる。
 図3は、第1実施形態の制御装置6の動作の他の例を示すフローチャートである。
 まず、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONすると(S31:yes)、バッテリ3の前回の充放電後から所定時間経過しているか否かを判断する(S32)。なお、所定時間とは、例えば、バッテリ3の充放電が終了してからバッテリ3の分極が十分に解消されるまでにかかる時間とする。
 次に、制御装置6は、バッテリ3の前回の充放電後から所定時間経過していると判断すると(S32:yes)、車両1の速度が所定値以上又は内燃機関8の回転数が所定値以上で車両1が走行しているか否かを判断する(S33)。
 以降の動作(S33~S35)は、図2に示すS22~S24の動作と同様であるため、説明を省略する。
 このように、バッテリ3の前回の充放電後から所定時間経過したタイミングにおいて、バッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定することにより、バッテリ3の分極が充分に解消された後にバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定することができる。これにより、バッテリ3の電圧をさらに精度良く検出することができ、バッテリ3の内部抵抗の測定精度をさらに向上させることができる。
<第2実施形態>
 第2実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置については、図1のバッテリ状態診断装置を用いて説明をする。第2実施形態の制御装置の動作については図4を用いて説明をする。図4は、第2実施形態の制御装置6の動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。
 まず、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONすると(S41:yes)、車両1の起動後にバッテリ3から電動機5へ最初に電力が供給されるタイミングになったか否かを判断する(S42)。
 次に、制御装置6は、車両1の起動後にバッテリ3から電動機5へ最初に電力が供給されるタイミングになったと判断すると(S42:yes)、運転者の要求に応じて電動過給機7が駆動するように、インバータ4の動作を制御してバッテリ3から電動機5へ電力を供給させる(S43)。すなわち、車両1の起動後にバッテリ3から電動機5へ最初に電力が供給される際、運転者の要求に応じた電力がバッテリ3から電動機5へ供給される。
 そして、制御装置6は、バッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧を、バッテリ3に流れる電流で除算し、その結果をバッテリ3の内部抵抗とする(S44)。
 なお、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONした後(S41:yes)、車両1の起動後にバッテリ3から電動機5へ最初に電力が供給されるタイミングになっていないと判断すると(S42:no)、電池内部抵抗取得フラグをOFFにして、図4のフローチャートに示す動作を終了する。
 このように、第2実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置では、運転者の要求に応じた電力をバッテリ3から電動機5へ供給させている際にバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定するため、運転フィーリングを損なうことなくバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定することができる。
 また、第2実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置では、車両1の起動後に電動機5へ最初に電力を供給させている際にバッテリ3の内部抵抗を推定するため、バッテリ3の分極解消によりバッテリ3の電圧が安定している可能性が高いときにバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定することができ、バッテリ3の内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることができる。
<第3実施形態>
 第3実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置についても、図1のバッテリ状態診断装置を用いて説明をする。第3実施形態の制御装置の動作については図5を用いて説明をする。図5は、第3実施形態の制御装置6の動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。
 まず、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONすると(S51:yes)、車両1が停止している状態において車両1が起動されたか否かを判断する(S52)。例えば、制御装置6は、車両1のイグニッションがONになることで車両1に設けられる不図示の制御装置が起動し、その制御装置からトランスミッション12のギアがパーキングに入っていることを受け取ると、車両1が停止している状態において車両1が起動されたと判断する。
 次に、制御装置6は、車両1が停車している状態において車両1が起動されたと判断すると(S52:yes)、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、インバータ4の動作を制御してバッテリ3から電動機5へ電力を供給させる(S53)。
 そして、制御装置6は、バッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧を、バッテリ3に流れる一定の電流で除算し、その結果をバッテリ3の内部抵抗とする(S54)。
 なお、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONした後(S51:yes)、車両1が停車していないと判断すると(S52:no)、電池内部抵抗取得フラグをOFFにして、図5のフローチャートに示す動作を終了する。
 このように、第3実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置では、車両1が停止しているときにバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定するため、運転フィーリングを損なうことなくバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定することができる。
 また、第3実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置では、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れる際にバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定するため、バッテリ3の電圧を精度良く検出することができ、バッテリ3の内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることができる。
 図6は、第3実施形態の制御装置6の動作の他の例を示すフローチャートである。
 まず、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONすると(S61:yes)、車両1が停止している状態において車両1が起動されたか否かを判断する(S62)。
 次に、制御装置6は、車両1が停車している状態において車両1が起動されたと判断すると(S62:yes)、車両1が発進していないか否かを判断する(S63)。例えば、制御装置6は、車両1に設けられる不図示の制御装置から車両1の速度がゼロであることを受け取ると、車両1が発進していないと判断する。
 次に、制御装置6は、車両1が発進していないと判断すると(S63:yes)、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、インバータ4の動作を制御する(S64)。
 そして、制御装置6は、バッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧を、バッテリ3に流れる一定の電流で除算し、その結果をバッテリ3の内部抵抗とする(S65)。
 なお、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONした後(S61:yes)、車両1が停車していないと判断すると(S62:no)、又は、車両1が発進していると判断すると(S63:no)、電池内部抵抗取得フラグをOFFにして、図6のフローチャートに示す動作を終了する。
 このように、車両1が停止しているときで、かつ、発進していないときにバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定するため、車両1の加速度が変化しない状況となる可能性がより高いときにバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定することができ、運転フィーリングを損なうことなくバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定することができる。
 図7は、第3実施形態の制御装置6のさらに他の例を示すフローチャートである。
 まず、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONすると(S71:yes)、車両1が停止している状態において車両1が起動されたか否かを判断する(S72)。
 次に、制御装置6は、車両1が停車している状態において車両1が起動されたと判断すると(S72:yes)、バッテリ3の前回の充放電後から所定時間経過しているか否かを判断する(S73)。
 次に、制御装置6は、バッテリ3の前回の充放電後から所定時間経過していると判断すると(S73:yes)、車両1が発進していないか否かを判断する(S74)。
 次に、制御装置6は、車両1が発進していないと判断すると(S74:yes)、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、インバータ4の動作を制御してバッテリ3から電動機5へ電力を供給させる(S75)。
 そして、制御装置6は、バッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧を、バッテリ3に流れる一定の電流で除算し、その結果をバッテリ3の内部抵抗とする(S76)。
 なお、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがONした後(S71:yes)、車両1が停車していないと判断すると(S72:no)、バッテリ3の前回の充放電後から所定時間経過していないと判断すると(S73:no)、又は、車両1が発進していると判断すると(S74:no)、電池内部抵抗取得フラグをOFFにして、図7のフローチャートに示す動作を終了する。また、図7に示すフローチャートにおいて、S74を省略してもよい。
 このように、バッテリ3の前回の充放電後から所定時間経過したタイミングにおいて、バッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定することにより、バッテリ3の分極が充分に解消された後にバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定することができる。これにより、バッテリ3の内部抵抗の測定精度をさらに向上させることができる。
 なお、第2実施形態及び第3実施形態の制御装置6は、図8に示すように、車両1に過給機9が備えられていなくてもよい。この場合、内燃機関8の吸気は電動過給機7のみで過給される。
 なお、第1、第2、第3実施形態において、電動過給機7を圧縮機として記載しているが、電動過給機は圧縮機と電動機5を含む構成としてもよいし、圧縮機と電動機5とインバータ4を含む構成としてもよい。
<第4実施形態>
 図9は、第4実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置が搭載される車両の一例を示す図である。第4実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置と、図1のバッテリ状態診断装置との違いは、切替部901を備えている部分である。なお、図9に示す配管902、903、904については、図1に示された配管に相当する部分をさらに詳細にしたものである。
 なお、図9に示す第4実施形態の車両1に搭載される電池パック2、バッテリ3、インバータ4、電動機5、制御装置6、圧縮機7(第1、第2、第3実施形態における電動過給機)、内燃機関8、過給機9、出力軸10、オルタネータ11、トランスミッション12、駆動輪13、鉛バッテリ14、DCDCコンバータ15、電圧検出部16、電流検出部17、記憶部18については、第1、第2、第3実施形態で説明しているので説明を省くものとする。
 バイパスバルブ901(切替部)と、バイパスバルブ901と配管902、903、904の関係について説明をする。
 バイパスバルブ901は、電気信号により弁が開閉する電磁弁などが考えられる。例えば、図9には示されていないが、制御装置6とバイパスバルブ901を接続する制御線を介して、内燃機関8へ過給がされないように弁の開閉を制御するための電気信号を、制御装置6はバイパスバルブ901に出力する。
 (1)車両1の速度が所定速度以上又は内燃機関8の出力軸10の回転数が所定回転数以上で車両1が走行している場合、排気通路である配管904を流通する排気の圧力によって、過給機9に設けられるタービンは回転駆動されて過給機9の圧縮機が駆動し、過給機9の圧縮機から流出される圧縮された空気(吸入空気)は吸気通路である配管902を流通する(実線矢印)。ここで、回転駆動していない圧縮機7は、配管902における吸入空気の流れに対する抵抗となるため、吸入空気は分岐点905(破線部分)を通過した後、バイパス流路である配管903に流入する(実線矢印)。制御装置6はバイパスバルブ901を開状態にしているので、吸入空気は配管903に流入する。そして、電動過給機をバイパスした吸入空気は内燃機関8に流入する。
 (2)車両1の速度が所定速度未満又は内燃機関8の出力軸10の回転数が所定回転数未満で車両1が走行している場合、電動機5を回転駆動させる。過給機9の圧縮機で十分圧縮されずに通過した吸入空気は、配管902の分岐点905を通過して、電動過給機の圧縮機7に流入して圧縮される(破線下向き矢印)。圧縮機7が回転駆動を開始すると、制御装置6はバイパスバルブ901を開状態から閉状態へと切り替え、圧縮機7から流出した吸入空気は内燃機関8に流入する(破線上向き矢印)。
 (3)バッテリ3の内部抵抗を求める場合には、車両1の速度が所定速度以上又は内燃機関8の出力軸10の回転数が所定回転数以上で車両1が走行している条件において、内部抵抗を求めるために必要な一定電流をバッテリ3から電動過給機の電動機5へ電流を供給して回転駆動させる。ただし、電動機5を駆動回転させた場合であっても、内部抵抗を求める場合には、制御装置6はバイパスバルブ901を閉状態にせず開状態(解放)にする。その結果、電動過給機から内燃機関8への過給はされないので、運転フィーリングが損なわれることを抑えることができる。
 なお、図9に示す配管902、903、904の接続および配置は一例を示したものであり、図9に限定されるものではない。
 第4実施形態の制御装置の動作について説明をする。
 図10は、第4実施形態の制御装置の動作の一例(その4)を示すフローチャートである。第4実施形態の制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグをオン(ON)にする条件を満たしているか否かを判定し(S1001)、上記条件を満たした場合(S1001:yes)には次の処理(S1002)に移行する。続いて、車両1の速度が所定速度以上又は内燃機関8の出力軸10の回転数が所定回転数以上で車両1が走行しているか否かを判定し(S1002)、車両1の速度が所定速度以上又は内燃機関8の出力軸10の回転数が所定回転数以上である場合(S1002:yes)には次の処理(S1003)に移行する。また、制御装置6は、電池内部抵抗取得フラグがオンした後、車両1の速度が所定速度未満又は内燃機関8の出力軸10の回転数が所定回転数未満で車両1が走行していると判定した場合(S1002:no)には、電池内部抵抗取得フラグをオフ(OFF)にして(S1006)、図10のフローチャートに示す処理を終了する。
 ここで、電池内部抵抗取得フラグは、例えば、車両1の起動回数や車両1の走行距離が閾値以上になると、制御装置6によりオンされる。なお、車両1に設けられる他の制御装置(ECU:Electronic Control Unit)などにより電池内部抵抗取得フラグをオンにし、その旨を制御装置6へ送ってもよい。所定速度は、例えば、30~40km/hであって、過給機9や内燃機関8の駆動だけで充分に運転者が意図する走行状態になるときの車両1の速度である。所定回転数は、例えば、過給機9や内燃機関8の駆動だけで充分に運転者が意図する走行状態になるときの内燃機関8の回転数である。
 なお、上記S1002の判定は、例えば、車両1に設けられる他の制御装置から送られてくる情報に示される車両1の速度又は内燃機関8の回転数を用いて、車両1の速度が所定速度以上又は内燃機関8の回転数が所定回転数以上で車両1が走行しているか否かを判定してもよい。
 続いて、上記S1002において車両1の速度が所定速度以上又は内燃機関8の出力軸10の回転数が所定回転数以上であると判定された場合には、内燃機関8へ電動過給機による過給がされないように、制御装置6はバイパスバルブ901を開状態に切り替えをさせる(S1003)。
 続いて、制御装置6は、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、電動機5や内燃機関8の動作を制御する(S1004)。例えば、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、制御装置6は電動機5の出力を変化させてもよい。また、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、制御装置6は電動機5の回転速度、回転方向を変化させてもよい。また、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れるように、制御装置6は内燃機関8の動作を制御する制御装置へ指示して、内燃機関8の出力を下げてもよい。
 続いて、制御装置6は、バッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧を、バッテリ3に流れる一定の電流で除算し、その結果をバッテリ3の内部抵抗とする(S1005)。バッテリ3の内部抵抗Rは、例えば、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れる前に電圧検出部16により検出された電圧V1と、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れているときに電圧検出部16により検出される電圧V2と、の差分をバッテリ3の電圧降下分の電圧(V1-V2)として求め、求めた電圧降下分の電圧を、電流検出部17により検出された電流Iで除算して求めることが考えられる(R=(V1-V2)/I)。
 このように、第4実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置では、車両1の速度が所定値以上又は内燃機関8の回転数が所定値以上で車両1が走行しているときにバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定するため、過給機9の駆動だけで運転者が意図する走行状態になるように車両1の速度を上げることができ、電動過給機7が駆動しても車両1の走行状態に与える影響を小さくすることができる。そのため、バッテリ3の内部抵抗の測定時において運転フィーリングが損なわれることを抑えることができる。
 また、第4実施形態のバッテリ状態診断装置では、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流が流れる際にバッテリ3の内部抵抗を測定するため、バッテリ3の電圧を精度良く検出することができ、バッテリ3の内部抵抗の測定精度を向上させることができる。
 なお、実施形態1、2、3、4では内部抵抗の測定をする際に、バッテリ3から電動機5へ一定の電流を流し、その一定の電流を用いて内部抵抗を測定しているが、電流は一定でなくてもよく予め決められた複数の電流値の電流(所定の電流)を流して内部抵抗を測定してもよい。例えば、電流I1、電流I2を流してそれぞれの内部抵抗を測定し、測定した内部抵抗の平均を用いてもよいし、どちらか一つを選択して用いてもよい。
 また、本発明は、上記実施形態1、2、3、4に限定されるものでなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で種々の改良、変更が可能である。

Claims (12)

  1.  内燃機関の吸気を過給する過給機及び電動過給機を備える車両に搭載されるバッテリと、
     前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させることにより、前記電動過給機を駆動させる制御装置と、
     を備え、
     前記制御装置は、前記車両の速度が所定値以上又は前記内燃機関の回転数が所定値以上で前記車両が走行しているときに前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ状態診断装置。
  2.  請求項1に記載のバッテリ状態診断装置であって、
     前記制御装置は、前記バッテリに一定の電流が流れるように、前記電動機の出力を変化させる、前記電動機の回転速度、回転方向を変化させる、又は、前記内燃機関の出力を下げる
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ状態診断装置。
  3.  請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバッテリ状態診断装置であって、
     前記制御装置は、前記バッテリの前回の充放電後から所定時間経過しているときであって、前記車両の速度が所定値以上又は前記内燃機関の回転数が所定値以上で前記車両が走行しているときに前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ状態診断装置。
  4.  車両に搭載されるバッテリと、
     前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させることにより、電動過給機を駆動させる制御装置と、
     を備え、
     前記制御装置は、前記車両の起動後に前記電動機へ最初に運転者の要求に応じた電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ状態診断装置。
  5.  車両に搭載されるバッテリと、
     前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させることにより、電動過給機を駆動させる制御装置と、
     を備え、
     前記制御装置は、前記車両の停止状態において前記車両が起動されたとき前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ状態診断装置。
  6.  請求項5に記載のバッテリ状態診断装置であって、
     前記制御装置は、前記車両の停止状態において前記車両が起動されたときで、かつ、前記車両が発進する前において、前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ状態診断装置。
  7.  請求項5又は請求項6に記載のバッテリ状態診断装置であって、
     前記制御装置は、前記車両の停止状態において前記車両が起動されたときで、かつ、前記バッテリの前回の充放電後から所定時間経過しているときに前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ状態診断装置。
  8.  内燃機関の吸気を過給する過給機及び電動過給機を備える車両に搭載されるバッテリを備えるバッテリ状態診断装置において、前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定するバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法であって、
     前記バッテリ状態診断装置は、
      前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させることにより、前記電動過給機を駆動させ、
      前記車両の速度が所定値以上又は前記内燃機関の回転数が所定値以上で前記車両が走行しているときに前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法。
  9.  車両に搭載されるバッテリを備えるバッテリ状態診断装置において、前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定するバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法であって、
     前記バッテリ状態診断装置は、
      前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させることにより、電動過給機を駆動させ、
      前記車両の起動後に前記電動機へ最初に運転者の要求に応じた電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法。
  10.  車両に搭載されるバッテリを備えるバッテリ状態診断装置において、前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定するバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法であって、
     前記バッテリ状態診断装置は、
      前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させることにより、電動過給機を駆動させ、
      前記車両の停止状態において前記車両が起動されたときに前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法。
  11.  内燃機関に過給する過給機及び電動過給機を備える車両に搭載されるバッテリと、
     前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させて、前記電動過給機を駆動させる制御をする制御装置と、を備え、
     前記制御装置は、前記車両の速度が所定値以上又は前記内燃機関の回転数が所定値以上で前記車両が走行している場合に、前記内燃機関へ前記電動過給機から過給がされないように切替部を制御し、その後に、前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する、
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ状態診断装置。
  12.  内燃機関に過給する過給機及び電動過給機を備える車両に搭載されるバッテリを備えるバッテリ状態診断装置において、前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定するバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法であって、
     前記バッテリ状態診断装置は、
      前記バッテリから電動機へ電力を供給させて、前記電動過給機を駆動させる制御をし、
      前記車両の速度が所定値以上又は前記内燃機関の回転数が所定値以上で前記車両が走行している場合に、前記内燃機関へ前記電動過給機から過給がされないように切替部を制御し、
      前記電動機へ電力を供給させている際の前記バッテリの電圧及び前記バッテリに流れる電流から前記バッテリの内部抵抗を測定する、
     ことを特徴とするバッテリ内部抵抗測定方法。
