이때, 상기 여과부재(20)는 두 개의 층으로 이루어진 이중필터 구조로 되어 있어 미세먼지, 오염물질, 세균, 바이러스 등의 외부 이물질 유입을 차단하고, 두 차례 걸러진 정화된 공기가 사용자의 호흡기 내부로 흡입될 수 있도록 하며, 상기 여과부재(20)의 각 층은 서로 반대 방향으로 진행하는 물결 무늬로 형성되어 여과부재(20)의 표면에는 다수의 굴곡면이 존재하므로 표면적이 증가하게 되고, 여과 능력이 상승하여 상기 여과부재(20)의 단위 면적당 여과 효율이 매우 증대될 수 있다.
상기 전면부재(10)의 내면에는 외부 이물질 유입의 차단과 안경의 김서림 방지를 위해 상측에 횡 방향으로 형성된 상측차단부재(61)와, 양 측부에 종 방향으로 형성된 측면차단부재(62)와, 하측에 횡 방향으로 형성된 하측차단부재(63)가 서로 연결되어 이루어지는 차단부재(60)가 부착된다.
이때, 상기 상측차단부재(61)는 가운데가 함몰된 형태를 취하는 안착홈(61a)이 형성되고, 상기 안착홈(61a)의 양측으로 돌출 형성된 안착돌기(61b)가 형성되어 사용자의 코와 안면 일부를 감싸서 완벽하게 밀착되고 안정적으로 안착될 수 있으며, 호흡에 의해 발생되는 날숨이 안면 상부로 상승 배출되는 것을 상기 상측차단부재(61)가 차단하므로, 안경을 착용한 사용자가 마스크를 착용했을 시에 안경에 김서림이 발생하는 것을 방지하여 사용자의 시야를 확보할 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 상기 측면차단부재(62)와 하측차단부재(63)는 마스크 착용시 사용자 안면의 양 측면과 턱 부분에는 마스크 내면과 이격되어 생긴 공간으로 미세먼지와 오염물질 등의 이물질이 이격된 공간으로 유입되지 않도록 차단하는 역할을 수행한다.
더불어, 상기 차단부재(60)의 소재는 메모리폼 또는 라텍스로 되어 있어 사용자마다 차이가 있는 코와 안면 윤곽에 따라 상기 상측차단부재(61), 측면차단부재(62) 및 하측차단부재(63)의 형태가 미세하게 변화될 수 있기 때문에 다양한 형태로 생산하지 않아도 되므로 경제적이다.
그리고, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 기능성 마스크(1)는 도 5 내지 도 7에 도시되어 있는데, 전면부재(10), 걸이부재(11), 제 1 덮개(30), 여과부재(20) 및 차단부재(60)를 구비하고 있음은 상술한 바와 같다.
다만, 상기 제 1 덮개(30)는 상기 제 1 덮개(30)의 내면을 덮도록 부착된 제 2 덮개(50)를 형성한다.
상기 제 2 덮개(50)의 상부는 상기 제 1 덮개(30)의 상부에 박음질 재봉으로 연결되어 고정되고, 상기 제 2 덮개(50)의 하부와 측면에 형성된 부착부재(B')와 상기 제 1 덮개(30)의 하부와 측면에 형성된 부착부재(B)에 의해 탈부착이 가능하여 상기 제 2 덮개(50)의 개방이 되고, 상기 제 1 덮개(30)와 제 2 덮개(50)의 사이에 항균부재(40)가 개재된다.
이때, 상기 항균부재(40)는 액상의 피톤치드 추출물이 포함되는 것을 그 특징으로 하고 있는데, 상기 피톤치드는 숲 속의 식물들이 스스로 생태계에서 살아남기 위해 만드는 생리 활성 물질로서, 식물 자기 자신을 보호하기 위해 유해한 곤충이나 미생물 등의 적의 공격을 막기 위해 방출되기도 하지만, 질병을 야기하는 미생물에 대한 항균효과가 있고, 면역력 증강, 스트레스 감소, 혈압 저하 효과 등이 있음이 동물실험을 통해 밝혀졌으며, 상기 피톤치드는 휘발성 물질이기 때문에 주로 호흡기를 통해 인체로 유입되어 면역 반응에 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져 있고, 염증을 유발시키는 물질의 작용을 억제시킴으로써 염증반응을 억제하며, natural killer cell(NK cell: 자연살해세포)의 활성을 높여주는 역할을 하는 것으로 보고되고 있다.
한편, 상기 전면부재(10), 상기 제 1 덮개(30) 및 상기 제 2 덮개(50)는 면을 포함하는 직물 소재를 사용하고, 상기 전면부재(10)와 상기 제 1 덮개(30) 사이 및 상기 제 1 덮개(30)와 제 2 덮개(50) 사이에서 이들을 탈부착하기 위한 소재로는 벨크로 테이프를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 여과부재(20)와 상기 항균부재(40)는 부직포 소재를 사용하는 것이 바람직하고, 벨크로 테이프를 통해 각각 상기 전면부재(10)와 상기 제 1 덮개(30)에 탈부착 결합 가능하므로, 일회용 패키지로 사용할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 여과부재(20)가 물에 닿게 되면 상기 여과부재(20)의 여과 능력이 상실될 수 있으므로, 세탁하는 것은 바람직하지 않고 제공된 일회용 패키지로 교환하여 사용하는 것이 좋다.
도 8(a)는 종래기술에 따른 마스크의 사용 상태도이고, 도 8(b)는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 기능성 마스크의 사용 상태도이다.
본 발명의 상기 기능성 마스크(1)를 착용했을 때, 상기 상측차단부재(61)는 호흡에 의해 발생되는 날숨이 안면 상부로 상승 배출되는 것을 차단하여 마스크 착용 시 안경의 김서림이 발생되지 않으므로, 사용자에게 충분한 시야 확보를 제공할 수 있다.
결국, 본 발명에 의하면, 사용자가 마스크를 착용했을 때, 마스크가 사용자의 안면에 완전히 밀착될 수 있도록 마스크의 상부에는 상측차단부재, 양 측부에는 측면차단부재, 하측에는 하측차단부재를 설치하여 미세먼지와 오염물질 등의 외부 이물질 유입을 차단하고, 안정된 착용감을 제공하며, 특히 상측차단부재는 호흡에 의해 발생되는 날숨이 안면 상부로 상승 배출되는 것을 차단하여 마스크 착용 시 안경의 김서림을 방지하게 되고, 서로 탈부착 결합되는 전면부재와 제 1 덮개 사이에는 두 개의 층으로 형성된 여과부재를 삽입 설치하여 내부 표면적을 증가시키므로 미세먼지와 오염물질 등의 외부 이물질에 대한 여과 기능이 더욱 증대되고, 액상의 피톤치드 추출물이 포함되는 항균부재를 포함하여 미생물에 대한 항균효과와 염증반응을 억제할 수 있으며, 여과부재와 항균부재는 탈부착 가능하고 교환에 용이하여 위생적으로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명에서 상기 실시 형태는 하나의 예시로서 본 발명이 여기에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 기재된 기술적 사상과 실질적으로 동일한 구성을 갖고 동일한 작용효과를 이루는 것은 어떠한 것이라도 본 발명의 기술적 범위에 포함된다.
본 발명에 따른 기능성 마스크는 사용자의 안면에 완전히 밀착되어 미세먼지와 오염물질 등의 외부 이물질 유입을 차단하고, 안정된 착용감을 제공하며, 마스크 착용시 안경의 김서림을 방지하고, 여과부재와 항균부재의 탈부착이 가능하여 교환이 용이하고 위생적으로 사용할 수 있으므로 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 사용자의 코와 입을 커버하고, 양측에 걸이부재가 연결된 직물 소재의 마스크에 있어서,
    전면에 형성된 전면부재;
    상기 전면부재의 내면을 덮도록 부착된 제 1 덮개;
    상기 전면부재와 제 1 덮개 사이에 개재되되, 두 개의 층으로 이루어지고, 각 층은 표면적을 증가시키기 위해 서로 반대 방향으로 진행하는 물결 무늬로 형성되어 표면에 다수의 굴곡면이 존재하는 여과부재; 및
    상기 전면부재의 내면에 부착되고, 상측에 횡 방향으로 형성된 상측차단부재와, 양 측부에 종 방향으로 형성된 측면차단부재와, 하측에 횡 방향으로 형성된 하측차단부재가 서로 연결되어 이루어지는 차단부재;를 포함하되,
    상기 제 1 덮개는 상기 전면부재에 상부가 고정되고, 상기 제 1 덮개와 전면부재는 각각 하부와 측면에 탈부착이 가능한 부착부재가 형성되어, 상기 제 1 덮개의 개방이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 마스크.
  2. 사용자의 코와 입을 커버하고, 양측에 걸이부재가 연결된 직물 소재의 마스크에 있어서,
    전면에 형성된 전면부재;
    상기 전면부재의 내면을 덮도록 부착된 제 1 덮개;
    상기 전면부재와 제 1 덮개 사이에 개재되되, 두 개의 층으로 이루어지고, 각 층은 표면적을 증가시키기 위해 서로 반대 방향으로 진행하는 물결 무늬로 형성되어 표면에 다수의 굴곡면이 존재하는 여과부재;
    상기 제 1 덮개의 내면을 덮도록 부착된 제 2 덮개;
    상기 제 1 덮개와 제 2 덮개의 사이에 개재된 항균부재; 및
    상기 전면부재의 내면에 부착되고, 상측에 횡 방향으로 형성된 상측차단부재와, 양 측부에 종 방향으로 형성된 측면차단부재와, 하측에 횡 방향으로 형성된 하측차단부재가 서로 연결되어 이루어지는 차단부재;를 포함하되,
    상기 제 1 덮개는 상기 전면부재에 상부가 고정되고, 상기 제 1 덮개와 전면부재는 각각 하부와 측면에 탈부착이 가능한 부착부재가 형성되어, 상기 제 1 덮개의 개방이 가능하며,
    상기 제 2 덮개는 상기 제 1 덮개에 상부가 고정되고, 상기 제 2 덮개와 제 1 덮개는 각각 하부와 측면에 탈부착이 가능한 부착부재가 형성되어, 상기 제 2 덮개의 개방이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 마스크.
  3. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
    상기 상측차단부재는 메모리폼 또는 라텍스 소재로 이루어지는 기능성 마스크.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 항균부재는 액상의 피톤치드 추출물이 포함되는 기능성 마스크.
