一种信息推送方法、设备和系统
本申请要求于2013年12月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为201310705427.7、发明名称为“一种视频数据处理方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种信息推送方法、设备和系统。
背景技术
伴随着IPTV(Interactive Personality Television,交互式网络电视)、MTV(Mobile Television,手机电视)和DTV(Digital Television,数字电视)业务的发展,针对数字音视频业务的广告市场也正在逐渐成熟,多媒体广告的投放和销售,已经成为技术和市场都具备大规模部署能力的市场需求。
现有技术中,用户在通过电视观看视频时,若想与当前观看的视频进行互动,如发微博,向直播节目发信息等等,用户可以通过手机采集当前观看的视频的声音,然后将采集到的声音信息发送到相应的服务器上,由该服务器对采集到的声音信息进行分析,确定电视当前的播放事件,并根据该播放事件向手机发送广告信息。
但是,在电视与手机关联过程中,由于用户需要采集当前观看的视频的声音,需要用户和电视屏幕的物理位置很接近,因此用户体验较低,同时,若手机与电视的物理距离较远或者电视所处环境较为嘈杂,则采集的声音信息的准确性较低,影响了获取的播放视频内容正确率,从而影响了广告信息的正确率。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供信息推送方法、设备和系统,能够提高获取的播放视频内容的正确率,从而提高推送信息的正确率。

信息推送系统包括至少一个主显示设备和至少一个辅显示设备,用户在通过主显示设备观看视频服务系统提供的视频时,若用户想与当前观看的视频进行互动,如发微博、观看相关广告等,可以通过辅显示设备来实现。本发明实施例提供一种信息推送方法,用于信息推送设备,所述信息推送设备可以是数字电视机顶盒、智能电视和带视频播放功能的游戏终等,如图1所示,包括:

智能电视的注册信息包括:智能电视的设备标识,智能电视对应的用户标识。智能电视的设备标识可以为该电视的出厂编号,内部芯片编号,主板编号,或者识别码等。本实施例假设该智能电视的设备标识为D0003。
信息推送设备可以在接收到注册信息后,将注册信息在数据库中保存,通常可以将该注册信息填入设备管理表的主显示设备表项中,设备管理表记录有已注册的所有主显示设备与辅显示设备的设备标识。
步骤202、手机向信息推送设备发送注册信息。
手机的注册信息可以包括:手机的设备标识,手机对应的用户标识和接收端口类型,该接收端口类型用于指示手机的接收端口能够承载的信息类型,该信息类型可以为短信,TCP(Transmission Control Protocol,传输控制协议)/IP(Internet Protocol,网际协议)消息,基于TCP/IP或者HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol,超文本传输协议)的XMPP(Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol,可扩展通讯和表示协议)消息。基于TCP/IP或者HTTP的XMPP消息可以包括iOS(苹果操作系统)和Android(安卓)的系统通知,通过IP网络承载的视频,通过XMPP推送的文本和图片等。
手机的设备标识可以为全球通用识别码、IMEI(International Mobile Equipment Identity,国际移动设备身份码),或内置的数字证书编号等。本实施例假设该手机的设备标识为D0004。
信息推送设备在接收到注册信息后,将注册信息在数据库中保存,通常可以将该注册信息填入设备管理表的辅显示设备表项中,设备管理 表记录有已注册的所有主显示设备与辅显示设备的设备标识。
步骤203、信息推送设备建立智能电视与手机的通信连接。
本实施例中,建立智能电视与手机的通信连接可以分为两种应用场景,第一种应用场景是智能电视先于手机进行注册,第二种应用场景是手机先于智能电视进行注册。
当智能电视先于手机进行注册时,信息推送设备可以获取手机的设备标识,手机是以辅显示设备进行注册的,从设备管理表中查询出已注册的包括该智能电视在内的所有主显示设备的设备标识,将所有主显示设备和手机建立通信连接,这样也就建立智能电视与手机的通信连接;
当手机先于智能电视进行注册时,信息推送设备可以获取智能电视的设备标识,智能电视是以主显示设备进行注册的,从设备管理表中查询出已注册的包括该手机在内的所有辅显示设备的设备标识,将所有辅显示设备和智能电视建立通信连接,这样也就建立智能电视与手机的通信连接。
值得说明的是,手机这类设备既可以做主显示设备也可以做辅显示设备,所以手机这类设备可以向自身发送广告。
步骤204、信息推送设备获取智能电视的设备标识。
智能电视的标识可以从智能电视获取,也可以从信息推送设备中保存的智能电视注册信息中获取,本实施例以从信息推送设备中保存的智能电视注册信息中获取为例。
步骤205、信息推送设备获取第一播放事件。
值得说明的是,视频系统为智能电视提供视频流。
特别说明的是,获取第一播放事件的方法有很多种,例如,视频服务系统获取方法、信息推送设备获取方法、主显示设备获取方法等等。本实施例以信息推送设备获取方法为例。
示例的,当采用视频服务系统获取方法来获取第一播放事件,在第一播放事件发生时,智能电视判断当前的视频流中是否存在与第一事件对应的视频流,若存在,判断发生了第一播放事件,然后向视频服务系统发送与第一播放事件相对应的事件指示,视频服务系统接收到该事件指示后,确定发生第一播放事件,并通知信息推送设备。特别的,视频服务系统可以通过调用信息推送设备的API(Application Programming  Interface,应用程序编程接口)来通知信息推送设备;
示例的,当采用信息推送设备获取方法来获取第一播放事件,信息推送设备实时监控视频服务系统输出的视频流控制报文,当输出的视频流控制报文的特征与控制报文库中的第一播放事件的特定控制报文特征相同确定输出的视频流控制报文对应的第一播放事件,需要说明的是,所述控制报文库存储有与播放事件相对应的控制报文;
示例的,当视频服务系统与主显示设备的连接断开时,如当前播放视频已经下载在主显示设备本地,可以采用主显示设备获取方法获取第一播放事件,即智能电视播放视频时,判断当前的视频流中是否存在与第一事件对应的视频流,若存在,智能电视直接向信息推送设备发送上报消息,该上报消息包括第一播放事件。
步骤206、信息推送设备从视频服务系统获取播放信息。
该播放信息包括直播视频播放时间表或点播视频播放时间表。
直播视频播放时间表记录了视频服务系统中的直播视频的视频播放时间段和对应的视频内容标识;点播视频播放时间表记录了点播视频的各个小节的播放时间段和对应的视频内容标识。
步骤207、信息推送设备根据第一播放事件、主显示设备的设备标识和播放信息获取播放事件信息。
推送设备根据第一播放事件生成事件标识;根据播放信息获取第一播放事件的视频内容标识;生成播放事件信息,该播放事件信息包括事件标识、智能电视的设备标识和视频内容标识。
值得说明的是,根据播放信息获取第一播放事件的视频内容标识,可以分为两种应用场景,第一种应用场景,视频服务系统向智能电视提供直播视频,第二种应用场景,视频服务系统向智能电视提供视频点播。
具体的,当视频服务系统向智能电视提供直播视频时,第一播放事件为直播视频开始、直播视频播放和直播视频结束中的任意一种,根据播放信息获取第一播放事件的视频内容标识包括:信息推送设备可以获取第一播放事件的实时发生时间,该实时发生时间是指当前的时钟时间;获取播放信息中的直播视频播放时间表,直播视频播放时间表记录了视频服务系统中的直播视频的视频播放时间段和对应的视频内容标识;根据第一播放事件的实时发生时间,查询直播视频播放时间表,获取实时 发生时间所在的视频播放时间段对应的视频内容标识作为第一播放事件的视频内容标识。示例的,直播视频的实时发生时间是6:30,查询直播视频播放时间表如表1,对应的播放事件段6:00-7:00,获取对应的视频内容标识为10,生成播放事件信息。

具体的,当视频服务系统向智能电视提供点播视频时,第一播放事件为点播视频开始、点播视频播放、点播视频结束、点播视频快退和点播视频快进中的任意一种,根据播放信息获取第一播放事件的视频内容标识包括:信息推送设备可以获取第一播放事件的实时发生时间;获取播放信息中点播视频播放时间表,点播视频播放时间表记录了点播视频的各个小节的播放时间段和对应的视频内容标识;根据第一播放事件的实时发生时间,查询点播视频播放时间表,获取实时发生时间所在的小节的播放时间段所对应的视频内容标识作为第一播放事件的视频内容标识。示例的,假设点播视频的实时发生时间是0:12,查询点播视频播放时间表如表2,对应的播放事件段0:05-0:15,获取对应的视频内容标识为10,生成播放事件信息。

步骤208、根据预设规则和播放事件信息,确定待推送信息。
推送设备可以根据视频内容标识确定当前视频内容,推送设备可以根据事件标识和当前视频内容按照预设规则确定待推送信息,该预设规则可以包括根据事件信息中的视频内容标识选择与该视频内容对应的内容相关的带推送信息,再根据主显示设备辅显示设备注册信息和事件 标识确定手机能后接收待推送信息的类型。假设事件标识为直播视频暂停,视频内容标识指示当前播放的视频为足球比赛;视频内容标识选择与该视频内容对应的广告,再根据智能电视的标识查找到手机的注册信息;信息推送设备可以在智能电视直播视频暂停时向手机发送足球类彩信广告。
需要说明的是,信息推送设备也可以建立智能电视和手机通信连接时,在数据库中获得对应的用户标识所关联的用户情况,在广告推送前,根据用户情况再进行进一步筛选,例如,事件标识为暂停视频播放,若获取得到用户的性别为女性,年龄为25岁,用户所处地区为北京,视频内容标识指示当前播放的视频为电视剧,则根据预设规则可以在智能电视暂停视频播放时,向手机发送电视剧中人物穿着的服饰或化妆品的广告,若手机的接收端口能够承载的信息类型为通过XMPP推送的文本和图片,则广告类型为通过XMPP推送的文本和图片。这样可以进一步根据用户的具体情况发送对应的广告,提高广告的有效性。
值得说明的是,由于手机的注册信息中包括接收端口类型,接收端口类型用于指示手机的接收端口能够承载的信息类型,因此信息推送设备可以根据接收端口类型在数据库中选择相应信息类型的信息作为待推送信息;信息类型可以为短信,TCP/IP消息,基于TCP/IP或者HTTP的XMPP消息。基于TCP/IP或者HTTP的XMPP消息可以包括iOS和Android的系统通知,通过IP网络承载的视频,通过XMPP推送的文本和图片等。
这样一来,由于在手机的注册信息中包括接收端口类型,使得广告发送时,可以区分接口类型,实现广告下发格式和方法的多样化,提高广告命中的准确性。
步骤209、信息推送设备向手机推送待推送信息。
需要说明的是,步骤206至步骤209可以通过信息推送设备的API执行的。
本发明实施例提供的信息推送方法,由于在信息推送系统中加入信息推送设备,在主显示设备发生第一播放事件时,信息推送设备根据从视频服务系统获取播放信息,获取视频内容标识,无需分析声音信息来确定播放事件,提高了获取播放视频内容的正确率,从而提高了推送信息的正确率,用户也无需靠近电视屏幕进行声音采集,提高了用户体验。 同时,由于在辅显示设备的注册信息中包括接收端口类型,使得信息推送时,可以区分接口类型,实现信息下发格式和方法的多样化,提高信息命中的准确性。
本发明实施例提供一种信息推送设备30,如图3所示,包括:
连接单元301,用于建立主显示设备与辅显示设备的通信连接。
第一获取单元302,用于在主显示设备发生第一播放事件时,从视频服务系统获取播放信息。
播放信息包括直播视频播放时间表或点播视频播放时间表。
第二获取单元303,用于获取主显示设备的设备标识。
生成单元304,用于根据第一播放事件、主显示设备的设备标识和播放信息生成播放事件信息。
确定单元305,用于根据预设规则和播放事件信息,确定待推送信息。
推送单元306,用于向辅显示设备推送待推送信息。
这样一来,信息推送设备根据从视频服务系统获取的播放信息,获取第一播放事件的视频内容标识,提高了获取播放视频内容的正确率,从而提高了推送信息的正确率。
进一步的,所述生成单元304,如图4所示,包括:
第一生成子单元3041,用于根据第一播放事件生成事件标识,以便于标识所述第一播放事件类型;
获取子单元3042,用于根据播放信息获取第一播放事件的视频内容标识;
第二生成子单元3043,用于生成播放事件信息,该播放事件信息包括事件标识、主显示设备标识和视频内容标识。
进一步的,所述获取子单元3042根据播放信息获取第一播放事件的视频内容标识,可以分为两种应用场景,第一种应用场景,视频服务系统向主显示设备提供直播视频,第二种应用场景,视频服务系统向主显示设备提供视频点播。

本发明提供一种信息推送系统,包括:信息推送设备;至少一个主显示设备;至少一个辅显示设备。
推送设备用于建立主显示设备与辅显示设备的通信连接;在主显示设备发生第一播放事件时,从视频服务系统获取播放信息;获取主显示设备的设备标识;根据第一播放事件、主显示设备的设备标识和播放信息生成播放事件信息;根据预设规则和播放事件信息,确定待推送信息;向辅显示设备推送待推送信息。
本发明实施例提供一种信息推送设备40,如图5所示,包括:
处理器401,用于建立主显示设备与辅显示设备的通信连接。
所述处理器401,还用于在主显示设备发生第一播放事件时,从视频服务系统获取播放信息。
播放信息包括直播视频播放时间表或点播视频播放时间表。
所述处理器401,还用于获取主显示设备的设备标识。
所述处理器401,还用于根据第一播放事件、主显示设备的设备标识和播放信息生成播放事件信息。
所述处理器401,还用于根据预设规则和播放事件信息,确定待推送信息。
发射机402,用于向辅显示设备推送待推送信息。
这样一来,信息推送设备根据从视频服务系统获取的播放信息,获取第一播放事件的视频内容标识,提高了获取播放视频内容的正确率,从而提高了推送信息的正确率。
进一步的,所述处理器401,具体用于:
根据第一播放事件生成事件标识,以便于标识所述第一播放事件类型;
根据播放信息获取第一播放事件的视频内容标识;
生成播放事件信息,该播放事件信息包括事件标识、主显示设备标识和视频内容标识。

图6描述了本发明另一个实施例提供的信息推送设备的结构,包括至少一个处理器501(例如CPU),至少一个网络接口502或者其他通信接口,存储器503,和至少一个通信总线504,用于实现这些设备之间的连接通信。处理器501用于执行存储器503中存储的可执行模块,例如计算机程序。存储器503可能包含高速随机存取存储器(RAM:Random Access Memory),也可能还包括非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。通过至少一个网络接口502(可以是有线或者无线)实现该浏览器的系统网关与至少一个其他网元之间的通信连接,可以使用互联网,广域网,本地网,城域网等。
在一些实施方式中,存储器503存储了程序5031,程序5031可以被处理器501执行,这个程序5031包括:
建立主显示设备与辅显示设备的通信连接;
在所述主显示设备发生第一播放事件时,从视频服务系统获取播放信息;
获取所述主显示设备的设备标识;

根据预设规则和所述播放事件信息,确定待推送信息;
向所述辅显示设备推送所述待推送信息。

获取所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间;

获取所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间;

根据所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间,查询所述点播视频播放时间表,获取所述实时发生时间所在的小节的播放时间段所对应的视频内容标识作为第一播放事件的视频内容标识。

  1. 一种信息推送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    建立主显示设备与辅显示设备的通信连接;
    在所述主显示设备发生第一播放事件时,从视频服务系统获取播放信息;
    获取所述主显示设备的设备标识;
    根据所述第一播放事件、所述主显示设备的设备标识和所述播放信息获取播放事件信息;
    根据预设规则和所述播放事件信息,确定待推送信息;
    向所述辅显示设备推送所述待推送信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述播放信息包括直播视频播放时间表或点播视频播放时间表;
    所述根据所述第一播放事件、所述主显示设备的设备标识和所述播放信息获取播放事件信息包括:
    根据所述第一播放事件生成事件标识,以便于标识所述第一播放事件类型;
    根据所述播放信息获取所述第一播放事件的视频内容标识;
    生成所述播放事件信息,所述播放事件信息包括所述事件标识、所述主显示设备标识和所述视频内容标识。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述视频服务系统向所述主显示设备提供直播视频时,所述第一播放事件为直播视频开始、直播视频和直播视频结束中的任意一种,所述根据所述播放信息获取所述第一播放事件的视频内容标识包括:
    获取所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间;
    获取所述播放信息中的直播视频播放时间表,所述直播视频播放时间表记录了所述视频服务系统中的直播视频的视频播放时间段和对应的视频内容标识;
    根据所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间,查询所述直播视频播放时间表,获取所述实时发生时间所在的视频播放时间段对应的视频内容标识作为第一播放事件的视频内容标识。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述视频服务系统向所述主显示设备提供点播视频时,所述第一播放事件为点播视频开始、点播视频播放、点播视频结束、点播视频快退和点播视频快进中的 任意一种,所述根据所述播放信息获取所述第一播放事件的视频内容标识包括:
    获取所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间;
    获取所述播放信息中的点播视频播放时间表,所述点播视频播放时间表记录了所述点播视频的各个小节的播放时间段和对应的视频内容标识;
    根据所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间,查询所述点播视频播放时间表,获取所述实时发生时间所在的小节的播放时间段所对应的视频内容标识作为第一播放事件的视频内容标识。
  5. 一种信息推送设备,其特征在于,包括:
    连接单元,用于建立主显示设备与辅显示设备的通信连接;
    第一获取单元,用于在所述主显示设备发生第一播放事件时,从视频服务系统获取播放信息;
    第二获取单元,用于获取所述主显示设备的设备标识;
    生成单元,用于根据所述第一播放事件、所述主显示设备的设备标识和所述播放信息获取播放事件信息;
    确定单元,用于根据预设规则和所述播放事件信息,确定待推送信息;
    推送单元,用于向所述辅显示设备推送所述待推送信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的信息推送设备,其特征在于,
    所述播放信息包括直播视频播放时间表或点播视频播放时间表;
    所述生成单元包括:
    第一生成子单元,用于根据所述第一播放事件生成事件标识,以便于标识所述第一播放事件类型;
    获取子单元,用于根据所述播放信息获取所述第一播放事件的视频内容标识;
    第二生成子单元,用于生成所述播放事件信息,所述播放事件信息包括所述事件标识、所述主显示设备标识和所述视频内容标识。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的信息推送设备,其特征在于,当所述视频服务系统向所述主显示设备提供直播视频时,所述第一播放事件为直播视频开始、直播视频播放和直播视频结束中的任意一种,所述获取子单元具体用于:
    获取所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间;
    获取所述直播视频播放时间表,所述直播视频播放时间表记录了所述视频服务系统中的直播视频的视频播放时间段和对应的视频内容标识;
    根据所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间,查询所述直播视频播放时间表,获取所述实时发生时间所在的视频播放时间段对应的视频内容标识作为第一播放事件的视频内容标识。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的信息推送设备,其特征在于,当所述视频服务系统向所述主显示设备提供点播视频时,所述第一播放事件为点播视频开始、点播视频播放、点播视频结束、点播视频快退和点播视频快进中的任意一种,所述获取子单元具体用于:
    获取所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间;
    获取所述播放信息中的点播视频播放时间表,所述点播视频播放时间表记录了所述点播视频的各个小节的播放时间段和对应的视频内容标识;
    根据所述第一播放事件的实时发生时间,查询所述点播视频播放时间表,获取所述实时发生时间所在的小节的播放时间段所对应的视频内容标识作为第一播放事件的视频内容标识。
  9. 一种信息推送系统,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求5至8任意一项权利要求所述的信息推送设备;
    至少一个主显示设备;
    至少一个辅显示设备。
