Abstract

一种智能护理装置,其为佩戴型护理装置,包括:监测单元(10),其用于实时获取佩戴者的位置信息和身体信息;以及控制单元(20),其用于根据监测单元(10)得到的位置信息和身体信息对佩戴者的安全状况和身体状况进行判定,并将判定结果发送给云端服务器(30)和/或监控终端(40)。通过佩戴该智能护理装置,当佩戴者的行动范围以及身体信息超过安全活动范围、正常人的身体指标控制单元时,控制单元(20)及时向监控终端(40)和/或服务器(30)发送报警信号,可以为人提供智能护理以及安全追踪,提高护理的智能性、准确性和实时性。

Description

目前在我国养老是一个亟待解决的问题, 小到个人, 大到国家, 都在将 老年人问题作为一个重要的社会问题来解决。 对于养老问题关键就在于老年 人丧失劳动能力, 随着年龄的增高, 记忆力不断衰逗, 有的老年人还会丧失 一些正常的判断意识, 比如出门后忘记回家的路, 容易造成老年人走失。 一 些老年人都需要服药来应对一些突发的或者是持续性疾病, 如果没有人提醒 可能会忘记按时服药, 甚至还有可能记错药的服 ffi方法和药量, 对生命造成 危害。 随着人口老龄化的趋势, 子女们都在身边对老人进行照顾也不太现实。
现有技术中提供了一种老人外出自我提醒卡, 是一种卡式结构的提醒装 置, 能够在老人外出忘记内容需要提示时, 能够给老人提供语音提示。
上述提醒卡只能给老人提供预存的语音提示信息, 还无法为身边无人照 顾的老年人提供更加全面的智能帮助, 老人的家属无法及时获知老人的身体 状况。 该上述问题并不局限于老人, 其他人群也存在同样的问题。
(一) 要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何能使家属实时获知人的身体状况, 为人 提供更加全面的智能帮助和照顾。
(二) 技术方案
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种智能护理装置, 所述智能护理 装置为佩戴型护理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
监测单元, 其用于实时获取佩戴者的位置信息和身体信息; 以及 控制单元, 其用于根据监测单元得到的位置信息和身体信息对佩戴者的 安全状况和身体状况进行判定, 并将判定结果发送给云端服务器和 /或监控终 i'ifO。
进一步地, 所述监测单元包括电子围栏和生物传感器, 其中电子围栏包 括摄像头和定位模块, 用于实时获取佩戴者当前的位置信息, 所述生物传感 器用于对人体进行监测, 以获取佩戴者的身体信息。
进一步地, 所述生物传感器设置在背板上, 背板直接与人体接触, 通过 生物传感器实时获取身体信息。
进一步地, 控制单元对定位模块采集的位置信息进行判断, 如果超出预 设的安全范围则控制单元产生第一报警信号; 控制单元还将生物传感器感知 的身体信息与数据库中存储的正常身体指标进行比较, 如果超出正常身体指 标则控制单元产生第二报警信号。
进一步地, 控制单元产生第一报警信号的同时还发出提示音;
控制单元产生第二报警信号之后, 自动将此时的身体状态信息发送给云 端服务器和监控终端。
进一步地, 控制单元在没有产生第二报警时, 定期将生物传感器获取的 身体状态信息发送给云端服务器, 且远端服务器和控制单元之间的通信方式 为无线通信。
进一步地, 还包括在线药房单元, 其包括通信模块和显示屏, 所述在线 药房单元与远端药房系统之间通过通信模块进行通信, 将远端药房系统提供 的服药事项通过显示屏显示, 其中服药事项包括服药种类、 数量、 服) ¾时间 及频率。
进一步地, 所述在线药房单元还包括语音发生器, 且所述在线药房单元 根据监测单元中摄像头获取到实际服药情况来判断是否与显示屏显示的服药 事项相符合, 如果实际服药情况与服药事项未完全相符, 则由语音发生器发 出提示语音, 直到实际服药情况与服药事项完全相符为止。
进一步地, 所述定位模块还具有导航功能, 结合摄像头, 获取佩戴者当 前的位置信息以及目的地之后, 根据当前的位置信息为佩戴者提供到达目的 地的规戈路线
进一步地, 所述定位模块获取佩戴者当前的位置信息, 并对摄像头的图 像进行截图, 定期发送给监控终端。 (三) 有益效果
本发明实施例提供的一种智能护理装置, 所述智能护理装置为佩戴型护 理装置, 具体包括: 监测单元, 其^于实时获取佩戴者的位置信息和身体信 息; 以及控制单元, 其用于根据监测单元得到的位置信息和身体信息对佩戴 者的安全状况和身体状况进行判定, 并将判定结果发送给云端服务器和 /或监 控终端。 通过佩戴上述智能护理装置, 为人提供智能护理以及安全追踪的功 能, 通过监测单元对佩戴者的位置信息和身体信息进行监测, 并旦由控制单 元对佩戴者的安全状况和身体状况进行判定, 如果佩戴者的行动范围以及身 体信息超过安全活动范園、 正常的身体指标之后, 需要及时向持有监控终端 的家属发送报警信号, 提高护理的智能性、 准确性和实时性。

下面结合 图和实施例, 对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。 以下实施例用于说明本发明, 但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明实施例中提供了一种智能护理装置, 组成示意图如图 1所示, 具 体包括:
监测单元 10和控制单元 20, 其中监测单元 10用于实时获取位置信息和 身体信息;
控制单元 20用于根据监测单元 10得到的位置信息和身体信息对佩戴者 的安全状况和身体状况进行判定, 并将判定结果发送给云端服务器 30和 /或 监控终端 40。
上述智能护理装置基于现代数字化技术, 为独居老人提供智能化的远程 监控以及远程医疗服务, 对佩戴该智能护理装置的老人活动范围以及身体状 况进行监控, 实时获取老人的身体和安全, 为老人提供更加全面智能化的护 理。
优选地, 本实施例中的监测单元 10包括电子围栏 11和生物传感器 12, 其中电子围栏 11包括摄像头和定位模块,用于实时获取佩戴者当前的位置信 息, 生物传感器 12用于对人体进行监测, 以获取身体信息。 其中生物传感器 】2设置在背板上,背板直接与人体接触,通过生物传感器实时获取身体信息, 背板与生物传感器的位置关系示意图如图 2所示。 具体的, 本实施例中的身 体信息包括: 体温、 血压以及心率等信息, 并将这些身体信息存储起来。
优选地, 本实施例中的控制单元 20对定位模块采集的位置信息进行判 断, 如果超出预设的安全范围则控制单元产生第一报警信号; 控制单元还将 生物传感器 12感知的身体信息与数据库中存储的正常身体指标进行比较,如 果超出正常身体指标则控制单元产生第二报警信号。
优选地,本实施例中的控制单元 20产生第一报警信号的同时还发出提示 音; 控制单元 20产生第二报警信号之后, 自动将此时的身体状态信息发送给 云端服务器 30和监控终端 40。
优选地, 本实施例中的控制单元 20在没有产生第:::::报警时, 定期将生物 传感器 12获取的身体状态信息发送给云端服务器 30, 云端服务器 30和控 制单元 20之间的通信方式为无线通信。
优选地, 本实施例中的还包括在线药房单元 50, 包括通信模块 51 和显 示屏 52, 在线药房单元 50与远端药房系统之间通过通信模块进行通信, 将 远端药房系统提供的服药事项通过显示屏 52显示,其中服药事项包括服药种 类、 数量、 服用 i吋间及频率。
优选地, 本实施例中的在线药房单元 50还包括语音发生器 53, 且在线 药房单元 50根据监测单元 10中摄像头获取到实际服药情况, 并判断是否与 显示屏显示的服药事项相符合, 如果实际服药情况与服药事项未完全相符, 则由语音发生器发出提示语音,直到实际服药情况与服药事项完全相符为 i 。
优选地, 本实施例中的定位模块还具有导航功能, 结合摄像头, 获取佩 戴者当前的位置信息以及目的地之后, 根据当前的位置信息为佩戴者提供到 达目的地的规划路线。
优选地, 本实施例中的定位模块获取的当前的位置信息, 并对摄像头的 图像进行截图, 定期发送给监控终端。
以下, 针对上述智能护理装置提供一种最佳实施方式, 其中上述监测单 元 10是一个物联网系统, 生物传感器 12是专门 ^于对人体徤康状态进行监 测的各项参数而设置的传感器, 由于其通过背板直接与人体接触, 因此能实 时对人体的各项参数进行测量。摄像头和定位模块构成的电子園栏 11 ffi于对 佩戴者的活动范围进行监测, 当检测到佩戴者的各项信息已经不在电子围栏
11 设定的范围时, 由控制单元 20产生第一报警信号, 并将该报警信号发送 给监控终端, 佩戴者的家属通过监控终端 40对佩戴者的各项信息实时了解, 此处信息既包括位置信息, 又包括身体信息。
控制单元 20接收到监测单元 10发送的各项信息之后, 进行如下操作:
1 ) 如果经过控制单元 20对位置信息进行处理后, 发现佩戴者越过了电 子围栏 11 的范围, 产生第一报警信号, 也就是位置报警, 之后控制单元 20 会将该信息通过语音提醒的方式提醒用户。 除此之外, 还可以是将该报警信 息以及此时的位置信息发送给监控终端 40;
2 ) 如果经过控制单元 20对身体信息处理后, 发现餵戴者的身体信息出 现异常, 例如血压偏高, 则产生第二报警信号, 也就是身体不舒服的信号, 即: 检测结果超出电子围栏 11的某项标准时, 检测结果偏离正常身体指标, 控制单元 20会将该报警信号以及此时的身体信息发送到家属的监控终端 40 设备上, 提醒家属关注相关该报警信号, 并同时将身体信息通过 wifi发送到 云端服务器 30,以便为远端服务器处的医疗专家进行远程医疗会诊提供参考。
该过程一般是将已获得的身体信息与数据库中已经存储的正常的身体指 标进行比较, 如果超过正常指标的范围, 就会产生第二报警信号。 3 )生物传感器 12监测到的身体正常时, 控制单元 20仍需要根据预先设 定的周期定期将身体信息发送到云端服务器 40, 供远端服务器处的医疗专家 对佩戴者身体健康状况进行监测, 上述流程如图 3所示。 此时由于佩戴者的 身体信息在健康范围内, 因此只需要发送给云端服务器 30即可, 不需要发送 给佩戴者的家属。
本实施例提供的智能护理装置除了能够为佩戴者提供宏观位置信息以及 微观身体信息的监测服务, 同时还能为佩戴者的服药过程进行智能监控、 指 导以及提醒, 因此, 智能护理装置中还包括: 在线药房单元 50, 通过通信模 块 51与远端药房系统进行通信, 其中该通信模块 51可以是射频模块(即 RF 模块), 或者是 gBee模块, 或者是其它实现无线通信的模块。 本实施例中 以 RF模块为例, 首先在线药房单元 50通过 RF模块接收来自远端药房系统 提供的数据, 包括真实药品的图像和数量, 如: 一次三片钙尔奇, 则 模 块传送到控制单元的信息, 通过显示屏 52进行显示, 除了显示药品的图片之 外, 还有文字描述, 即实现图文并茂的提醒效果, 同时还在显示屏 52上对具 体的服药时间以及频率通过文字显示, 在显示屏 52幕上具体显示的内容, 为 适应老年人观看, 一般采 大号字体进行显示, 或者是对显示屏 52配备放大 器功能。 本实施例中的显示屏 52为触摸屏, 方便操作。 需要说明的是, 如果 每次需要服用的药品不只一种时,控制单元 20会依次接到远端药房系统的提 醒, 直到用户在接到提醒后、 采用护理装置上的摄像头采集到按提醒要求的 种类和数量严格执行后, 护理装置完成本次的接收工作。 通过摄像头的同歩 摄像, 可以监测实际服药种类、 数量到是否与提醒内容完全相符, 以及服用 时间和距离上次服药时间间隔是否符合, 如果有一项不相符, 由控制单元 20 发出报警, 直至纠正到正确后, 警示音才消除, 这样不仅能为老人服药做出 正确的指导, 同时也避免了错误用药带来的危险。 具体的, 服药不符时的报 警可以通过语音发生器 53进行报警,还可以根据摄像头拍到的结果与远端药 房系统发送的服药信息进行比较, 为老人提供指导性的语音提示, 例如, 如 果通过摄像头采集的实际服药信息与远端药房系统发送的服药提醒信息比较 后发现数量不正确, 则发出语音提示 "数量错误"等等智能提醒与指导。
因此对于服药提醒的功能是根据需要、 通过射频单元接收的经过医生确 认过的服药信息, 将其以图像和声音的形式进行提醒。 此功能与手机设定的 闹铃功能的区别在于: 闹铃是自行设定的, 而本实施例中的服药提醒是来自 专业医生的诊断并通过系统推送得到的, 无法自行修改和取消, 通过该功能 能够保证老人的服药安全。
基于上述, 佩戴者通过射频模块获取远端药房系统提供的服药提醒信息 的传送流程如图 4所示。 服药提醒功能开始工作时, 摄像头就立即开启摄像 功能, 当摄像头捕捉到的实际服药信息与服药提醒信息有误时, 会发出语音 报警、 直至佩戴者将信息纠正到完全符合提醒信息为止, 此功能的实现控制 单元与摄像头共同执行, 其工作流程如图 5所示。
例如, 由于用户身体不适、 需要定时服用某几种药品, 但为避免误用药 物, 因此医生在开具处方时, 会同时将药品的服^信息和服用的时间通过医 疗系统的射频单元将相关信息锥送到该护理装置系统内, 用户的智能护理装 置接收到的信息包括相关药物的详细信息, 图片和数量, 以及服用的时间和 频率, 该信息是被处方医生确认开具的, 户会按处方医生的具体要求、 在 特定的时间会接收到相关提醒, 确保 户服药的准确和及时。
本实施例提供的智能护理装置还能够提供导航功能, 该功能的实现需要 结合定位模块和摄像头, 定位模块就是基于 GPS进行实际位置的精准定位, 摄像头用于监测和采集周边的图像信息,并通过控制单元 20将该图像信息传 送到监控终端 40, 以便家属能够了解到佩戴者的实际位置。 可以预先将佩戴 者经常活动的地点输入到系统内, 当需要外出时只要通过语音输入的方式输 入要去往的目的地即可, 方便老人使用, 控制单元在接到这一指令后就开始 定位和导航的功能, 其中导航功能原理与车载导航仪原理相同, 只是具体的 设置和数据库不同, 本发明智能护理装置的 GPS的数据库更加细化, 同时本 发明的 GPS系统与射频模块以及摄像头共同配合, 准确定位使用者的详细且 具体的位置信息, 并在显示屏 52上实时显示相关信息, 同时将这一信息通过 射频模块实时发送到家属的监控终端设备 40上, 以便其家属及时掌握其出行 情况, 增加了对其出行的安全监控, 同时也能让其家属即使不在身边随行, 也能随时掌握其出行信息, 其工作框图如图 6所示。
当控制单元接到来自使用者的语音输入关于目的地的信息后, 控制单元 立即打开相关单元, 包括: 定位模块、 射频模块以及摄像头进入工作状态, 此时这些模块或器件就开始各自的工作, 定位模块进入定位和导航状态, RF 模块和摄像头则开始实时搜集信息, 并将收集到的信息反馈给控制单元, 然 后控制单元进行解码和编码后, 并将相关信息发送到智能护理装置的佩戴者 和其关联的家属的监控终端设备上。
基于上述, 本实施例提供的智能护理装置除了通过上述结构实现护理功 能之外, 还具有一些常规功能, 例如打电话、 发短信以及娱乐功能, 并旦各 个功能的框图如图 7所示, 智能护理装置通过在线药房系统获取 治医师的 处方, 可以通过无线网络的通信方式实现, 例如 WLAN。 在线药房系统是基 于数字化信息管理系统来实现的, 再通过 RF 模块将处方传输给智能护理装 置, 实现护理功能, 具体包括: 通过摄像头实现的视频监控功能、 通过 GPS 实现的定位功能、 通过生物传感器实现的身体状况监控功能、 通过语音发生 器实现的报警功能和服药提醒功能等等。
综上所述, 本发明实施例针对老人的特点和实际情况, 为题提供一种智 能护理终端, 通过穿戴型结构为其提供位置信息、 身体信息的实时监控, 并 能根据这些信息为老人提供安全报警的提醒, 还能通过云端服务器为其服药 进行提醒功能, 保证老人的服药安全, 另外, 还提供了导航功能, 更加方便 快捷的为老人提供导航服务, 防止老人走失。
以上实施方式仅用于说明本发明, 而并非对本发明的限制, 有关技术领 域的普通技术人员, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下, 还可以做出各 种变化和变型, 因此所有等同的技术方案也属于本发明的范畴, 本发明的专 利保护范围应由权利要求限定。

Claims

1. 一种智能护理装置, 所述智能护理装置为佩戴型护理装置, 其特征在 于, 包括:
监测单元, 其用于实时获取佩戴者的位置信息和身体信息; 以及 控制单元, 其用于根据监测单元得到的位置信息和身体信息对佩戴者的 安全状况和身体状况进行判定,并将判定结果发送给云端服务器和 /或监控终
2. 如权利要求 1所述的智能护理装置, 其特征在于,
所述监测单元包括电子围栏和生物传感器, 其中,
电子围栏包括摄像头和定位模块,用于实时获取鲺戴者当前的位置信息, 所述生物传感器用于对人钵进行监测, 以获取佩戴者的身钵信息。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的智能护理装置, 其特征在于,
所述生物传感器设置在背板上, 背板直接与人体接触, 通过生物传感器 头时获取身 'ίΦ 'ίη息。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的智能护理装置, 其特征在于,
控制单元对定位模块采集的位置信息进行判断, 如果超出预设的安全范 围则控制单元产生第一报警信号;
控制单元还将生物传感器感知的身体信息与数据库中存储的正常身悻指 标迸行比较, 如果超出正常身钵指标则控制单元产生第二报警信号。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的智能护理装置, 其特征在于,
控制单元产生第一报警信号的同时还发出提示音;
控制单元产生第二报警信号之后, 自动将此时的身体状态信息发送给云 端服务器和监控终端。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的智能护理装置, 其特征在于,
控制单元在没有产生第二报警时, 定期将生物传感器获取的身体状态信 息发送给云端服务器,且远端服务器和控制单元之间的通信方式为无线通信。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的智能护理装置, 其特征在于,
还包括在线药房单元, 其包括通信模块和显示屏, 所述在线药房单元与远端药房系统之间通过通信模块进行通信, 将远端 药房系统提供的服药事项通过显示屏显示, 其中服药事项包括服药种类、 数 量、 服用时间及频率。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的智能护理装置, 其特征在于,
所述在线药房单元还包括语音发生器, ϋ所述在线药房单元根据监测单 元中摄像头获取到实际服药情况来判断是否与显示屏显示的服药事项相符 合, 如果实际服药情况与服药事项未完全相符, 则 语音发生器发出提示语 音, 直到实际服药情况与服药事项完全相符为止。
9. 如权利要求 2所述的智能护理装置, 其特征在于,
所述定位模块还具有导航功能, 结合摄像头, 获取佩戴者当前的位置信 息以及目的地之后, 根据当前的位置信息为佩戴者提供到达目的地的规划路 线。
10. 如权利要求 2所述的智能护理装置, 其特征在于,
所述定位模块获取鲺戴者当前的位置信息,并对摄像头的图像进行截图, 定期发送给监控终端。
