在本发明实施例的一种可能的实现方式中, 所述接收器还用于, 接收 所述至少一个第二终端发送的验证请求; 所述验证请求包含所述至少一个 第二终端接收的所述第一终端在局域网内发送的数据的标识信息; 所述 验证请求用于请求所述服务器验证所述标识信息与所述服务器接收的所 述第一终端上传的数据是否匹配; 所述处理器还用于, 确认该服务器接 收的所述第一终端上传的数据与所述标识信息是否一致; 所述发送器还 用于, 在所述处理器确认该服务器接收的所述第一终端上传的数据与所 述标识信息一致时, 向所述至少一个第二终端发送确认信息; 所述确认 信息用于确认所述至少一个第二终端接收的数据与所述服务器接收的数 据一致。 所述标识信息可以为所述数据的摘要、 ha sh值、 名称、 大小等 标识中的一个或多个。
进一步地, 所述发送器还用于,在所述处理器确认该服务器接收的所 述第一终端上传的数据与所述标识信息不一致时, 向所述至少一个第二 终端发送指示消息; 所述指示消息用于确认所述至少一个第二终端接收 的数据与所述服务器接收的数据不一致。
在本发明的上述实施例中阐述的技术方案不仅适用于云同步,互联网 上服务器之间的同步均可适用本发明实施例中的技术方案。 所述云同步 包括云设备与服务器之间的数据同步, 还包括以个人为中心的不同设备 之间数据共享。

1、 一种同步方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
第一终端上传数据至服务器; 所述服务器与至少一个第二终端相关联; 所述第一终端接收所述服务器发送的通知; 所述通知包括所述至少一个 第二终端的信息;
所述第一终端根据所述通知确定所述第一终端与所述至少一个第二终 端在同一个局域网;
所述第一终端经所述局域网将所述数据发送至所述至少一个第二终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述至少一个第二终 端的信息具体为所述至少一个第二终端登录所述服务器的登录信息; 所 述第一终端与所述至少一个第二终端使用同一帐号登录所述服务器; 所 述第一终端根据所述通知确定所述第一终端与所述至少一个第二终端在 同一局域网具体为:
所述第一终端向该终端所在局域网内的其它终端发送探测请求; 所 述探测请求包含所述第一终端登录所述服务器的登录信息;
所述第一终端接收所述至少一个第二终端的响应消息, 根据所述响 应消息确定所述至少一个第二终端与所述第一终端在同一局域网; 所述 响应消息为所述至少一个第二终端对所述第一终端发送的对所述探测请 求的响应。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述第一终端向所述服务器发送指示消息; 所述指示消息用于指示 端。
4、 一种同步方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
第一终端上传数据至服务器; 所述服务器与至少一个第二终端相关联; 所述第一终端接收所述服务器的通知; 所述通知包括至少一个第二终端 的信息; 所述至少一个第二终端与所述第一终端在同一局域网中;
所述第一终端经所述局域网将所述数据发送至所述至少一个第二终端。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述第一终端向所述服务器发送指示消息; 所述指示消息用于指示 端。
6、 一种同步方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
第一终端上传数据至服务器; 所述服务器与至少一个第二终端相关联; 所述第一终端确定所述至少一个第二终端与所述第一终端在同一个局 域网时, 所述第一终端经所述局域网将所述数据发送至所述至少一个第二终 端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述第一终端向所述服务器发送指示消息; 所述指示消息用于指示所述 第一终端已将所述待同步数据发送至所述至少一个第二终端。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端与 所述至少一个第二终端使用同一帐号登录所述服务器; 所述第一终端确 定所述至少一个第二终端与所述第一终端在同一局域网具体为:
所述第一终端向该终端所在局域网内的其它终端发送探测请求; 所 述探测请求包含所述第一终端登录所述服务器的登录信息;
所述第一终端接收所述至少一个第二终端的响应消息, 根据所述响 应消息确定所述至少一个第二终端与所述第一终端在同一局域网; 所述 响应消息为所述至少一个第二终端对所述第一终端发送的对所述探测请 求的响应。
9、 一种同步方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
第一终端与服务器相关联; 所述服务器与所述第二终端相关联; 所述第 一终端与所述第二终端在同一局域网中;
所述第一终端接收所述第二终端经所述局域网发送的数据; 所述数据为 所述第二终端上传至所述服务器的待同步数据。
10、 根据权利要求 9 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端与所述 至少一个第二终端使用同一帐号登录所述服务器; 在所述第一终端接收所 述第二终端经所述局域网发送的数据之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述第一终端接收所述第二终端经所述局域网发送的探测请求, 所 述探测请求包含所述第一终端登录所述服务器的登录信息;
所述第一终端向所述第二终端发送响应消息; 所述响应消息用于指 示所述第一终端与所述第二终端在同一局域网内; 所述响应消息为所述 至少一个第二终端对所述第一终端发送的对所述探测请求的响应。

所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的在所述局域网内进行数据同 步的请求;

12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据同步的请求 包含同步凭证; 所述同步凭证至少包含所述数据的标识信息;在所述第一终 端接收所述第二终端经所述局域网发送的数据后, 所述方法还包括: 在确认所述同步凭证与所述数据相匹配时, 所述第一终端确认所述 数据为所述第二终端发送的待同步数据。
1 3、 根据权利要求 9-12任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述第一终 端接收所述第二终端经所述局域网发送的数据后, 所述方法还包括:
所述第一终端提取所述数据的标识信息;
所述第一终端向服务器发送验证请求; 所述验证请求用于请求所述 服务器验证所述标识信息与所述服务器接收的所述第二终端发送的同步 数据是否匹配; 所述验证请求包含所述标识信息;
所述第一终端接收所述服务器根据所述验证请求, 以及所述标识信 息与所述服务器接收的所述第二终端发送的待同步数据相匹配时发送的 确认信息; 所述确认信息用于确认该终端接收的数据与所述第二终端向 所述服务器发送的同步数据一致。
14、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述第一终端接收所述服务器根据所述验证请求, 以及所述标识信 息与所述服务器接收的所述第二终端发送的同步数据不相匹配时发送的 指示消息; 所述指示消息用于指示所述第一终端接收的数据与所述第二 终端发送的待同步数据不匹配。
15、 一种同步方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
服务器与第一终端相关联, 接收所述第一终端上传的数据; 所述服务器 与至少一个第二终端相关联, 获取所述至少一个第二终端的信息;
所述服务器向所述第一终端发送通知; 所述通知包括所述至少一个第二 终端的信息。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述服务器接收所述第一终端发送的指示消息; 所述指示消息用于 终端。
17、根据权利要求 15或 16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括: 所述服务器接收所述至少一个第二终端发送的验证请求; 所述验证请求 包含所述至少一个第二终端接收的所述第一终端在局域网内发送的数据 的标识信息; 所述验证请求用于请求所述服务器验证所述标识信息与所 述服务器接收的所述第一终端上传的数据是否匹配;
所述服务器确认该服务器接收的所述第一终端上传的数据与所述标 识信息一致时, 向所述至少一个第二终端发送确认信息; 所述确认信息 用于确认所述至少一个第二终端接收的数据与所述服务器接收的数据一 致。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述服务器确认该服务器接收的所述第一终端上传的数据与所述标 识信息不一致时, 向所述至少一个第二终端发送指示消息; 所述指示消 息用于确认所述至少一个第二终端接收的数据与所述服务器接收的数据 不一致。
19、 一种同步方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
服务器与第一终端相关联, 接收所述第一终端上传的数据; 所述服务器 与至少一个第二终端相关联, 获取所述至少一个第二终端的信息;
在所述服务器确定所述第一终端与所述至少一个第二终端在同一局域 网中时, 所述服务器向所述第一终端发送通知; 所述通知包括所述至少一个 第二终端的信息, 所述至少一个第二终端与所述第一终端在同一局域网中。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述服务器接收所述第一终端发送的指示消息; 所述指示消息用于 终端。
21、根据权利要求 19或 20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括: 所述服务器接收所述至少一个第二终端发送的验证请求; 所述验证请求 包含所述至少一个第二终端接收的所述第一终端在局域网内发送的数据 的标识信息; 所述验证请求用于请求所述服务器验证所述标识信息与所 述服务器接收的所述第一终端上传的数据是否匹配;
所述服务器确认该服务器接收的所述第一终端上传的数据与所述标 识信息一致时, 向所述至少一个第二终端发送确认信息; 所述确认信息 用于确认所述至少一个第二终端接收的数据与所述服务器接收的数据一 致。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述服务器确认该服务器接收的所述第一终端上传的数据与所述标 识信息不一致时, 向所述至少一个第二终端发送指示消息; 所述指示消 息用于确认所述至少一个第二终端接收的数据与所述服务器接收的数据 不一致。
23、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
发送器, 用于上传数据至服务器; 所述服务器与至少一个第二终端相 关联; 经所述局域网将所述数据发送至所述至少一个第二终端。
接收器, 用于接收所述服务器发送的通知; 所述通知包括所述至少一个 第二终端的信息;
处理器, 用于根据所述通知确定所述第一终端与所述至少一个第二终端 在同一个局域网;
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述至少一个第二终 端的信息具体为所述至少一个第二终端登录所述服务器的登录信息; 所 述第一终端与所述至少一个第二终端使用同一帐号登录所述服务器; 所述发送器还用于, 向该终端所在局域网内的其它终端发送探测请 求; 所述探测请求包含所述第一终端登录所述服务器的登录信息;
所述接收器还用于, 接收所述至少一个第二终端的响应消息; 所述 响应消息为所述至少一个第二终端对所述第一终端发送的对所述探测请 求的响应;
所述处理器还用于, 根据所述响应消息确定所述至少一个第二终端 与所述第一终端在同一局域网。
25、 根据权利要求 23或 24所述的终端, 其特征在于,
所述发送器还用于, 向所述服务器发送指示消息; 所述指示消息用 二终端。

判断电路, 用于确定所述至少一个第二终端与所述第一终端在同一个局 域网。

所述发送器还用于, 向所述服务器发送指示消息; 所述指示消息用于 通知所述第一终端已将所述待同步数据发送至所述至少一个第二终端。
30、 根据权利要求 28或 29所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述第一终 端与所述至少一个第二终端使用同一帐号登录所述服务器; 所述判断电 路包括发送器、 接收器和处理器; 所述判断电路确定所述至少一个第二终 端与所述第一终端在同一个局域网具体为:
所述发送器还用于, 向该终端所在局域网内的其它终端发送探测请 求; 所述探测请求包含所述第一终端登录所述服务器的登录信息;
所述接收器用于, 接收所述至少一个第二终端的响应消息; 所述响应 消息为所述至少一个第二终端对所述第一终端发送的对所述探测请求的 响应;
所述处理器用于, 根据所述响应消息确定所述至少一个第二终端与 所述第一终端在同一局域网。
31、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括: 连接器, 与服务器相关联; 所述服务器与所述第二终端相关联; 该终端 与所述第二终端在同一局域网中;
接收器, 接收所述第二终端经所述局域网发送的数据; 所述数据为所述 第二终端上传至所述服务器的待同步数据。
32、 根据权利要求 31所述的终端, 其特征在于, 该终端与所述至少一 个第二终端使用同一帐号登录所述服务器;
所述接收器还用于, 在接收所述第二终端经所述局域网发送的数据之 前,接收所述第二终端经所述局域网发送的探测请求, 所述探测请求包含 所述第一终端登录所述服务器的登录信息;
所述终端还包括:
发送器, 用于向所述第二终端发送响应消息; 所述响应消息用于指 示所述第一终端与所述第二终端在同一局域网内; 所述响应消息为所述 至少一个第二终端对所述第一终端发送的对所述探测请求的响应。

所述接收器还用于, 接收所述服务器根据所述验证请求, 以及所述 标识信息与所述服务器接收的所述第二终端发送的待同步数据相匹配时 发送的确认信息; 所述确认信息用于确认该终端接收的数据与所述第二 终端向所述服务器发送的同步数据一致。
