本申请的目的是提供一种用于区分同名无线接入点的方法和设备通过将同名的第一无线接入点和第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息,包括利用无线接入点的位置信息、临近基站信息或临近接入点信息等,进行比对,以将同名无线接入点进行进一步区分,从而精准描述无线接入点的信息。

本申请涉及计算机领域,尤其涉及一种用于区分同名无线接入点的技术。
背景技术
对于无线接入点(热点)具有多个识别信息,通常情况下,采用服务集标识(SSID,Service Set Identifier)和媒体访问控制地址(MAC地址)区分无线接入点是否相同。
由于路由器的MAC地址的命名不规范,因此会有重复情况,同时SSID的取名亦可以相同,因此不同的无线接入点的SSID和MAC地址都可以相同,通常将具有相同SSID和MAC地址的无线接入点称为同名无线接入点。由于用户设备(移动端)在识别热点时,一般只判断SSID和MAC地址,多个同名无线接入点会导致网络设备(云端)无法唯一识别某个无线接入点,导致网络设备在热点数据匹配时产生一系列问题(例如热点密码、热点商户等)。
发明内容
本申请的一个目的是提供一种利用终端辅助采集的接入点辅助信息,例如位置信息、临近基站信息或周围热点信息等来区别同名热点,从而精准描述接入点的信息。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种在网络设备端用于区分同名无线接入点的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
获取与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点;
根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同。
进一步地,所述接入点辅助信息包括以下至少任一项:
无线接入点的位置信息;
无线接入点的临近接入点信息;
无线接入点的临近基站信息。
进一步地,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的位置信息或无线接入点的临近基站信息;
其中,所述根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同包括:

基于所述网络设备所获取到与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点的信息,向所述网络设备发送所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息;
获取所述网络设备所发送的、基于所述无线接入点标识信息和所述接入点辅助信息确定的、与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点。

本申请还提供了一种用于区分同名无线接入点的系统,其中,所述系统包括:上述网络设备及上述用户设备。
与现有技术相比,本申请所述方法和设备过将同名的第一无线接入点和第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息,包括利用无线接入点的位置信息、临近基站信息或临近接入点信息等,进行比对,以将同名无线接入点进行进一步区分,从而精准描述无线接入点的信息。

所述第一装置11首先获取与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点。在此,所述无线接入点标识信息包括:无线接入点的服务集标识和/或媒体访问控制地址。所述无线接入点标识信息可以从用户设备的网络局域网服务列表中获取,具体获取方式可采用本领域技术人员所熟知的方法,不再赘述。
优选地,所述接入点辅助信息包括以下至少任一项:无线接入点的位置信息;无线接入点的临近接入点信息;无线接入点的临近基站信息。
接着,所述第二装置12根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同。
在一具体的实施例中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的位置信息;所述第二装置12判断所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否具有相同的位置信息,当具有相同的位置信息时,所述第二装置12确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。在此,由于获取的位置信息存在误差,因此,当所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的位置信息在误差范围内,则所述第二装置12可以确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。此外,所述误差可以根据实际设备精密度和具体场景的不同而具体设定,不再赘述。
在另一具体的实施例中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的临近基站信息;所述第二装置12判断所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否具有相同的临近基站信息,当具有相同的临近基站信息时,所述第二装置12确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。
在又一具体的实施例中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的临近接入点信息;其中,当所述第一无线接入点的临近接入点信息与所述第二 无线接入点的临近接入点信息的匹配信息等于或超过约定的匹配阈值信息时,所述第二装置12确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。

此外,在实际场景中,若所述第一装置11’获取与所述第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的第二无线接入点只有唯一一个第二无线接入点时,则不需要所述第四装置14’和第二装置12’利用接入点辅助信息进行进一步匹配,可直接所述第三装置13’将与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点提供至所述用户设备2。
本申请还提供了一种用于区分同名无线接入点的系统,其中,所述系统包括上述网络设备及上述用户设备,并结合图3,所述网络设备1’与所述用户设备2’配合工作实现区分同名无线接入点。
图4示出根据本申请一方面提供的一种在网络设备端用于区分同名无线接入点的方法,其中,所述方法包括:步骤S11和步骤S12。
其中,所述步骤S11包括:获取与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点;所述步骤S12包括:根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接 入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同。
在此,所述无线接入点标识信息包括:无线接入点的服务集标识和/或媒体访问控制地址。所述无线接入点标识信息可以从用户设备的网络局域网服务列表中获取,具体获取方式可采用本领域技术人员所熟知的方法,不再赘述。
优选地,所述接入点辅助信息包括以下至少任一项:无线接入点的位置信息;无线接入点的临近接入点信息;无线接入点的临近基站信息。
在所述步骤S12中,根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同。
在一具体的实施例中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的位置信息;在步骤S12中,判断所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否具有相同的位置信息,当具有相同的位置信息时,所述第二装置12确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。在此,由于获取的位置信息存在误差,因此,当所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的位置信息在误差范围内,则所述第二装置12可以确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。此外,所述误差可以根据实际设备精密度和具体场景的不同而具体设定,不再赘述。
在另一具体的实施例中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的临近基站信息;在步骤S12中,判断所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否具有相同的临近基站信息,当具有相同的临近基站信息时,所述第二装置12确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。
在又一具体的实施例中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的临近接入点信息;其中,当所述第一无线接入点的临近接入点信息与所述第二无线接入点的临近接入点信息的匹配信息等于或超过约定的匹配阈值信息时,在步骤S12中,确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。
图5示出根据本申请一优选实施例提供的一种在网络设备端用于区分 同名无线接入点的方法示意图。其中,所述方法包括:步骤S11’、步骤S12’、步骤S13’和步骤S14’。
在所述步骤S11’在图4所示步骤S11的内容基础上,获取关于所述第一无线接入点的查询请求,并基于所述查询请求,获取与所述第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点。
在所述步骤S14’中,从所述用户设备获取所述第一无线接入点入点辅助信息。
所述步骤S12’与所述图4所示步骤S12的内容相同或基本相同,为简明起见,不再赘述,仅以引用的方式包含于此。
所述步骤S13’将与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点提供至所述用户设备。
图6示出根据本申请一优选实施例提供的一种在用户设备端用于区分同名无线接入点的方法示意图,所述方法包括:步骤S25和步骤S26。
其中,所述步骤25包括:向网络设备发送关于第一无线接入点的查询请求,所述查询请求包括所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息和接入点辅助信息;所述步骤26包括:获取所述网络设备所发送的、基于所述无线接入点标识信息和所述接入点辅助信息确定的、与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点。
图7示出根据本申请一优选实施例提供的一种用于区分同名无线接入点的网络设备和用户设备的配合方法示意图。结合图5和图6,所述网络设备1’与所述用户设备2配合工作的过程如下:
步骤S25:所述用户设备2向网络设备1’发送关于第一无线接入点的查询请求,所述查询请求包括所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息和接入点辅助信息,例如查询请求中的查询条件包括:SSID,MAC,位置信息,临近接入点信息及临近基站信息等;
步骤S11’:所述网络设备1’从用户设备2获取关于所述第一无线接入点的查询请求,并基于所述查询请求,进行匹配;
步骤S12’:当所述网络设备1’的第一装置11’获取与所述第一无线接 入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点时,所述网络设备1’根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同,例如当有无线接入点的位置信息时,则将所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的位置信息进行比对,再例如,当有临近接入点信息或临近基站信息时,则同样可以将所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的临近接入点信息或临近基站信息进行比对,最终获取与所述第一无线接入点相同的唯一第二无线接入点;
步骤S13’:所述网络设备1’将与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点提供至所述用户设备2;
步骤S26:所述用户设备2获取所述网络设备1’所发送的、基于所述无线接入点标识信息和所述接入点辅助信息确定的、与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点。
此外,在实际场景中,若所述网络设备1’获取与所述第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的第二无线接入点只有唯一一个第二无线接入点时,则不需要所述网络设备1’利用接入点辅助信息进行进一步匹配,可直接所述网络设备1’将与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点提供至所述用户设备2。
图8示出根据本申请一优选实施例提供的一种在用户设备端用于区分同名无线接入点的方法示意图,所述方法包括:步骤S27、步骤S28和步骤S29。
其中,所述步骤S27包括:向所述的网络设备发送关于第一无线接入点的查询请求,所述查询请求包括所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息;所述步骤S28包括:基于所述网络设备所获取到与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点的信息,向所述网络设备发送所述第一无线接入点的接入点辅助信息;所述步骤S29包括:获取所述网络设备所发送的、基于所述无线接入点标识信息和所述接入点辅助信息确定的、与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点。
图9示出根据本申请另一优选实施例提供的一种用于区分同名无线接入点的网络设备和用户设备的配合方法示意图。结合图5和图8,所述网络设备和所述用户设备配合过程如下:
步骤S27:所述用户设备2’向网络设备1’发送关于第一无线接入点的查询请求,所述查询请求包括所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息,例如查询请求中的查询条件包括:SSID,MAC;
步骤S11’:所述网络设备1’从用户设备2获取关于所述第一无线接入点的查询请求,并基于所述查询请求,进行匹配;当所述网络设备1’获取与所述第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点时,所述网络设备1’从所述用户设备2’获取所述第一无线接入点的接入点辅助信息;
步骤S28:基于所述网络设备所获取到与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点的信息,向所述网络设备发送所述第一无线接入点的接入点辅助信息,包括位置信息,临近接入点信息及临近基站信息等;
步骤S14’:所述网络设备1’从所述用户设备2’获取所述第一无线接入点的接入点辅助信息;
步骤S12’:所述网络设备1’根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同,例如当有无线接入点的位置信息时,则将所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的位置信息进行比对,再例如,当有临近接入点信息或临近基站信息时,则同样可以将所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的临近接入点信息或临近基站信息进行比对,最终获取与所述第一无线接入点相同的唯一第二无线接入点;
步骤S13’:所述网络设备1’将与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点提供至所述用户设备2’;
步骤S29:所述用户设备2’获取所述网络设备1’所发送的、基于所述无线接入点标识信息和所述接入点辅助信息确定的、与所述第一无线接入 点相同的所述第二无线接入点。
此外,在实际场景中,若所述网络设备1’获取与所述第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的第二无线接入点只有唯一一个第二无线接入点时,则不需要所述网络设备1’利用接入点辅助信息进行进一步匹配,可直接所述网络设备1’将与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点提供至所述用户设备2’。
与现有技术相比,本申请所述方法和设备过将同名的第一无线接入点和第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息,包括利用无线接入点的位置信息、临近基站信息或临近接入点信息等,进行比对,以将同名无线接入点进行进一步区分,从而精准描述无线接入点的信息。
在本申请一个典型的配置中,终端、服务网络的设备和可信方均包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括非暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
需要注意的是,本申请可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)、通用目的计算机或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本申请的软件程序可以通过处理器执行 以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本申请的软件程序(包括相关的数据结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本申请的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。
另外,本申请的一部分可被应用为计算机程序产品,例如计算机程序指令,当其被计算机执行时,通过该计算机的操作,可以调用或提供根据本申请的方法和/或技术方案。而调用本申请的方法的程序指令,可能被存储在固定的或可移动的记录介质中,和/或通过广播或其他信号承载媒体中的数据流而被传输,和/或被存储在根据所述程序指令运行的计算机设备的工作存储器中。在此,根据本申请的一个实施例包括一个装置,该装置包括用于存储计算机程序指令的存储器和用于执行程序指令的处理器,其中,当该计算机程序指令被该处理器执行时,触发该装置运行基于前述根据本申请的多个实施例的方法和/或技术方案。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本申请不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本申请的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本申请。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本申请的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本申请内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。装置权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第一,第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种在网络设备端用于区分同名无线接入点的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    获取与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点;
    根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述接入点辅助信息包括以下至少任一项:
    无线接入点的位置信息;
    无线接入点的临近接入点信息;
    无线接入点的临近基站信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的位置信息或无线接入点的临近基站信息;
    其中,所述根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同包括:
    当所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点具有相同的位置信息或临近基站信息,确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的临近接入点信息;
    其中,所述根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同包括:
    当所述第一无线接入点的临近接入点信息与所述第二无线接入点的临近接入点信息的匹配信息等于或超过约定的匹配阈值信息,确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述获取与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点包括:
    从用户设备获取关于所述第一无线接入点的查询请求;
    基于所述查询请求,获取与所述第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点 标识信息的多个第二无线接入点;
    所述方法还包括:
    将与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点提供至所述用户设备。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    从所述用户设备获取所述第一无线接入点的接入点辅助信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述无线接入点标识信息包括:
    无线接入点的服务集标识和/或媒体访问控制地址。
  8. 一种在用户设备端用于区分同名无线接入点的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    向网络设备发送关于第一无线接入点的查询请求,所述查询请求包括所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息和接入点辅助信息;
    获取所述网络设备所发送的、基于所述无线接入点标识信息和所述接入点辅助信息确定的、与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点。
  9. 一种在用户设备端用于区分同名无线接入点的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    向网络设备发送关于第一无线接入点的查询请求,所述查询请求包括所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息;
    基于所述网络设备所获取到与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点的信息,向所述网络设备发送所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息;
    获取所述网络设备所发送的、基于所述无线接入点标识信息和所述接入点辅助信息确定的、与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点。
  10. 一种用于区分同名无线接入点的网络设备,其中,所述网络设备包括:
    第一装置,用于获取与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点;
    第二装置,用于根据所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点的接入点辅助信息确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点是否相同。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的网络设备,其中,所述接入点辅助信息包括以下至少任一项:
    无线接入点的位置信息;
    无线接入点的临近接入点信息;
    无线接入点的临近基站信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的网络设备,其中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的位置信息或无线接入点的临近基站信息;
    其中,所述第二装置用于包括:
    当所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点具有相同的位置信息或临近基站信息,确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的网络设备,其中,所述接入点辅助信息包括无线接入点的临近接入点信息;
    其中,所述第二装置用于包括:
    当所述第一无线接入点的临近接入点信息与所述第二无线接入点的临近接入点信息的匹配信息等于或超过约定的匹配阈值信息,确定所述第一无线接入点与所述第二无线接入点相同。
  14. 根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的网络设备,其中,所述第一装置用于包括:
    从用户设备获取关于所述第一无线接入点的查询请求;
    基于所述查询请求,获取与所述第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点;
    所述网络设备还包括:
    第三装置,用于将与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点提供至所述用户设备。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述网络设备还包括:
    第四装置,用于从所述用户设备获取所述第一无线接入点的接入点辅 助信息。
  16. 根据权利要求10至15中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述无线接入点标识信息包括:
    无线接入点的服务集标识和/或媒体访问控制地址。
  17. 一种用于区分同名无线接入点的用户设备,其中,所述用户设备包括:
    第五装置,用于向所述网络设备发送关于第一无线接入点的查询请求,所述查询请求包括所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息和接入点辅助信息;
    第六装置,用于获取所述网络设备所发送的、基于所述无线接入点标识信息和所述接入点辅助信息确定的、与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点。
  18. 一种用于区分同名无线接入点的用户设备,其中,所述用户设备包括:
    第七装置,用于向所述网络设备发送关于第一无线接入点的查询请求,所述查询请求包括所述第一无线接入点的无线接入点标识信息;
    第八装置,用于基于所述网络设备所获取到与第一无线接入点具有相同无线接入点标识信息的多个第二无线接入点的信息,向所述网络设备发送所述第一无线接入点的接入点辅助信息;
    第九装置,用于获取所述网络设备所发送的、基于所述无线接入点标识信息和所述接入点辅助信息确定的、与所述第一无线接入点相同的所述第二无线接入点。
  19. 一种用于区分同名无线接入点的系统,其中,所述系统包括:
    根据权利要求10至16中任一项所述的网络设备;及
    根据权利要求17或18所述的用户设备。
