根据检测出的所述节目,查找不同的节目所对应的不同的节目台地址,并根据该节目台地址获取相应的台标信息;

与现有技术相比,本申请所述的一种轮播水印显示的方法和系统,达到了如下效果:
1)本申请根据不同节目台的节目单中记录的内容,提取出对应的节目信息和节目台信息,并进行水印处理,有效解决了轮播台中轮播水印显示的问题。
2)本申请将轮播台中节目信息、节目台信息以及播放剧场等多种信息在固定的水印区域进行交替显示,极大降低了水印在播放界面显示区域的占用面积,也增加了用户的观看体验;而且,水印区域的显示位置和水印中不同节目信息的显示时间都可以根据用户的操作进行调整,增强了交互体验。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。

具体实施方式
如在说明书及权利要求当中使用了某些词汇来指称特定组件。本领域技术人员应可理解,硬件制造商可能会用不同名词来称呼同一个组件。本说明书及权利要求并不以名称的差异来作为区分组件的方式,而是以组件在功能上的差异来作为区分的准则。如在通篇说明书及权利要求当中所提及的“包含”为一开放式用语,故应解释成“包含但不限定于”。“大致”是指在可接收的误差范围内,本领域技术人员能够在一定误差范围内解决所述技术问题,基本达到所述技术效果。此外,“耦接”一词在此包含任何直接及间接的电性耦接手段。因此,若文中描述一第一装置耦接于一第二装置,则代表所述第一装置可直接电性耦接于所述第二装置,或通过其他装置或耦接手段间接地电性耦接至所述第二装置。说明书后续描述为实施本申请的较佳实施方式,然所述描述乃以说明本申请的一般原则为目的,并非用以限定本申请的范围。本申请的保护范围当视所附权利要求所界定者为准。
实施例一
如图1所示,为本申请实施例一所述的一种轮播水印显示的方法,该方法包括:
步骤101,检测轮播台播放的节目信息中无台标信息的节目。
其中,所述台标信息具体可以为:由节目台类型信息、节目台标识信息和/或节目信息,三者之间任意组合形成所述台标信息。当然,所述台标信息还可以由其他方式构成并显示,并不对本申请构成限定。
需要说明的是,对于互联网电视,其服务端设置有不同的多个节目台进行内容丰富的视频节目的播放,同时,互联网电视还可以针对传统的有线电视台或数字电视台中的节目进行播放。尤其是所述轮播台,也具有对应的服 务端(如:轮播服务器),负责将各节目台中的节目进行筛选,从而将不同的节目台或电视台中热门的视频节目进行不间断播放,可以让用户在同一频道中观看到影视剧、音乐、综艺或新闻等不同丰富的各类视频节目。但是,对于非互联网电视服务端的节目台来说(如:各地区的地方电视台、数字电视台、网络台等),其所播放的节目中往往带有不同的台标信息对应的水印标识(如:一些节目中具有不同节目台的标识图案水印,一些节目只具有节目名称的水印),并不符合当前互联网电视中各节目台统一的水印标识,从而在轮播台服务端进行筛选时,就会将节目中的台标信息对应的水印标识滤除。因此,在轮播台进行播放时,就需要检测轮播台中所播放的节目对应的节目信息中无台标信息的节目。
步骤102,根据检测出的所述节目,查找并获取该节目所对应的节目台的台标信息。
不同的节目在播放时,以数据流的方式进行传输,在节目对应的数据流中,含有相应的节目信息,其中包括节目的名称、分辨率、码流大小以及对应的节目台的名称、播放地址(若是网络台,则其播放地址就是该网络台所对应服务端的域名)等信息,对于无台标信息的节目,就需要以节目信息中相应的节目台的名称或播放地址信息查找到对应的节目台,通过该节目台中的对应查询端口查询相应的节目的台标信息。
步骤103,将所述台标信息进行水印处理,当播放该节目台的节目时,具有水印的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域显示。
对于步骤103,台标信息的水印可以通过多种方式进行显示,显示水印的特定区域的范围、位置也有多种显示方式。对于水印及水印显示的特定区域的设置,可以由所述轮播台对应的服务端设置,可以由用户进行自定义设置。当然,对于所述台标信息的水印及显示水印的特定区域的调整方式还可以是其他方式,并不构成对本申请的限定。
实施例二
如图2所示,为本申请实施例二所述的一种轮播水印显示的方法,该方法包括:
步骤201,检测轮播台播放的节目信息中无台标信息的节目。
在步骤201中,所述台标信息具体可以为:由节目台类型信息、节目台 标识信息和/或节目信息,三者之间任意组合形成所述台标信息。
具体地,对所述轮播台中播放的节目进行检测时,可以通过该轮播台对应的播放线程进行检测,所述播放线程可以是所述互联网电视系统底层的播放线程,该播放线程通过相应的播放接口将从轮播台服务端传输的数据流(视频在传输过程中形成的传输形态)转换为视频节目进行播放。不同的视频节目中带有相应的节目信息(该节目信息在视频节目转码处理时生成),便可以通过检测该播放线程的播放接口中传输的数据流,提取出相应的节目信息,从而具体检测所述节目信息中无台标信息的节目。
步骤202,根据检测出的所述节目,查找不同的节目所对应的不同的节目台地址,并根据该节目台地址获取相应的台标信息。其中,该节目台地址具体包括播放地址或域名。
对于步骤202,具体为:根据检测出的所述节目,查找不同的节目所对应的不同的节目台的URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符),再根据该节目台的URL下载相应的台标信息。
不同的所述节目台设置在不同的服务器中(对于互联网电视的服务端的节目台,可能设置在同一服务器中,在此不作出限定),从而,可以从节目所对应的节目信息中提取出相应的节目台的地址或其服务器的域名,即URL,就可以查找到对应的节目台,再通过该节目台中的对应查询端口获取相应的节目的台标信息。
需要说明的是,不同的所述节目台都具有唯一URL,在查找到该URL后,便可以进行准确的访问查询。
步骤203,将所述台标信息进行水印处理,当播放该节目台的节目时,具有水印的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域显示。
其中,在步骤203中,将所述台标信息进行水印处理后,具体可以与对应的节目进行绑定,当然,还可以采用编码嵌入等方式,并不构成对本申请的限定。
对于步骤203,具体为:当播放该节目台的节目时,具有水印的该节目台类型信息、节目台标识信息和/或节目信息,三者之间任意组合的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域内滚动显示。
更具体地,所述台标信息的水印可以通过多种方式进行显示,如:滚动 条式显示,即将所述台标信息的水印在屏幕上方、下方或不影响用户观看体验的位置进行滚动条显示。当然,为了更好的增加用户的观看体验,还可以采用间歇性显示,即在所述台标信息的水印显示一段时间后,将该水印进行隐藏处理。其中,对于不同的台标信息的水印的显示方式,用户可以自行设定,如:自定义滚动条的位置、自定义间歇性显示的时间间隔等。
同时,显示水印的特定区域的范围、位置也可以通过多种方式进行显示,如:将所述特定区域设置为长方形、正方形或其他几何图形所构成的特定区域,那么,所述台标信息的水印就只能在该特定区域中以长方形、正方形等方式进行显示。
需要说明的是,当所述台标信息的水印生成后,所述台标信息中台类型信息、节目台标识信息和/或节目信息等水印将在特定区域进行动态显示,该动态显示具体可以是带有滚动显示、渐变交替显示、翻转显示和/或其他动态显示效果的显示方式。
另外,对于步骤203,将所述台标信息进行水印处理,具体为,将所述台标信息进行以编码形式嵌入所述节目所形成的数据流中,并调整该台标信息的颜色透明度的水印处理后,与对应的节目绑定。
实施例三
下面结合图3和4,对所述轮播水印显示的方法的具体应用进行详细说明:
设定:以18:00至20:00为例,乐视互联网电视的轮播台在18:00时播出该乐视动漫4频道(域名为:http://comic4.com)的动画片“名侦探柯南第203集”,该动画片时长40分钟;所述轮播台在18:40播出某网络台A(播放地址为http://movie1.com)转播的电影“功夫熊猫”,该电影时长1小时20分钟。
此过程为:
步骤301,在18:00时,检测轮播台播放的动画片对应的节目信息;在18:40时检测轮播台播放的电影对应的节目信息,并检测出该动画片和电影都不具有台标信息。
步骤302,根据检测出的动画片和电影,分别查找该动画片和电影所对应的动漫台的域名http://comic4.com和网络台A的播放地址 http://movie1.com,并根据该域名获取动画片的台标信息,根据该播放地址获取电影的台标信息。
步骤303,分别将动画片的台标信息和电影的台标信息进行水印处理对应绑定:当播放动画片时,具有水印的动画片的台标信息一同随该动画片在特定区域显示;当播放电影时,具有水印的电影的台标信息一同随该电影在特定区域显示。
具体地:
当在18:00-18:40时,用户观看该轮播台,轮播台当前正在播放乐视动漫4频道的动画片“名侦探柯南第203集”,通过检测该动画片的节目信息后,可以获取到该节目的名称和频道的URL,即http://comic4.com,对该URL进行访问,查找到相应的查询接口,并输入动画片的节目名称“名侦探柯南第203集”,便可以查询到动画片的开始时间、结束时间等时长信息,同时,也查询到该频道的名称“乐视动漫4频道”、台标图形等台标信息,经过水印处理后,如图3所示,用户便可以看见相应的台标信息的水印。图3所示,可以将“乐视动漫4频道”和“名侦探柯南第203集”的水印进行滚动显示、渐变交替显示、翻转显示等多种显示方式(图3中并未示出“名侦探柯南第203集”的显示方式)。
当18:40时,即动画片“名侦探柯南第203集”播放结束后,立即检测电影“功夫熊猫”的节目信息,获取到电影“功夫熊猫”的名称和频道的URL,即http://movie1.com,对该URL进行访问,查找到相应的查询接口,并输入电影的节目名称“功夫熊猫”,便可以查询到电影的开始时间、结束时间等时长信息,同时,也查询到该频道的名称“网络台A”、台标图形等台标信息,经过水印处理后,用户便可以看见相应的台标信息的水印。此时,图3中所示的水印将发生变化(附图中并未示出),变为“网络台A”和“功夫熊猫”的水印进行滚动显示、渐变交替显示、翻转显示等多种显示方式。
另外,对于轮播台的台标信息的水印显示如图4所示,该水印可以采用间歇性显示,即在所述台标信息的水印显示一段时间后,将该水印进行隐藏处理。无论该轮播台播放各类节目时,后会显示出“letv”的水印字样,一段时间后(如:10秒后)自行隐藏。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,水印的显示范围、位置、间歇性显示的 时间间隔等都可以通过用户自定义设置。
实施例四
如图5所示,为本申请实施例四所述的一种轮播水印显示的系统,与轮播台和多个节目台相耦接,该系统包括:检测单元501,查询单元502以及显示处理单元503,其中,
所述检测单元501,与所述轮播台和查询单元502相耦接,用于检测轮播台播放的节目信息中无台标信息的节目。
所述查询单元502,与所述多个节目台、检测单元501和显示处理单元503相耦接,用于根据检测出的所述节目,查找并获取该节目所对应的节目台的台标信息。
所述显示处理单元503,与所述查询单元502相耦接,用于将所述台标信息进行水印处理,当播放该节目台的节目时,具有水印的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域显示。
对于所述检测单元501,对所述轮播台中播放的节目进行检测时,可以通过该轮播台对应的播放线程进行检测,所述播放线程可以是所述互联网电视系统底层的播放线程,该播放线程通过相应的播放接口将从轮播台服务端传输的数据流转换为视频节目进行播放。所述检测单元501便可以通过检测该播放线程的播放接口中传输的数据流,提取出相应的节目信息,从而具体检测所述节目信息中无台标信息的节目。
其中,所述台标信息具体可以为:由节目台类型信息、节目台标识信息和/或节目信息,三者之间任意组合形成所述台标信息。
对于所述查询单元502,具体用于根据检测出的所述节目,查找不同的节目所对应的不同的节目台地址,并根据该节目台地址获取相应的台标信息。其中,所述节目台地址具体包括播放地址或域名,所述播放地址或域名可以是URL。
需要说明的是,不同的所述节目台设置在不同的服务器中,从而,所述查询单元502可以从节目所对应的节目信息中提取出相应的节目台的地址或其服务器的域名,即URL,就可以查找到对应的节目台,再通过该节目台中的对应查询端口获取相应的节目的台标信息。
对于所述显示处理单元503,具体用于:当播放该节目台的节目时,具 有水印的该节目台类型信息、节目台标识信息和/或节目信息,三者之间任意组合的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域内滚动显示。
同时,所述显示处理单元503,具体也用于:将所述台标信息进行以编码形式嵌入所述节目所形成的数据流中,并调整该台标信息的颜色透明度的水印处理后,与对应的节目绑定。
由于方法部分已经对本申请实施例进行了详细描述,这里对实施例中涉及的系统与方法对应部分的展开描述省略,不再赘述。对于系统中具体内容的描述可参考方法实施例的内容,这里不再具体限定。
与现有技术相比,本申请所述的一种轮播水印显示的方法和系统,达到了如下效果:
1)本申请根据不同节目台的节目单中记录的内容,提取出对应的节目信息和节目台信息,并进行水印处理,有效解决了轮播台中轮播水印显示的问题。
2)本申请将轮播台中节目信息、节目台信息以及播放剧场等多种信息在固定的水印区域进行交替显示,极大降低了水印在播放界面显示区域的占用面积,也增加了用户的观看体验;而且,水印区域的显示位置和水印中不同节目信息的显示时间都可以根据用户的操作进行调整,增强了交互体验。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。
本领域技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易 想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种轮播水印显示的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测轮播台播放的节目信息中无台标信息的节目;
    根据检测出的所述节目,查找并获取该节目所对应的节目台的台标信息;
    将所述台标信息进行水印处理,当播放该节目台的节目时,具有水印的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域显示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的轮播水印显示的方法,其特征在于,所述台标信息,进一步为:
    由节目台类型信息、节目台标识信息和/或节目信息,三者之间任意组合形成所述台标信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的轮播水印显示的方法,其特征在于,当播放该节目台的节目时,具有水印的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域显示,进一步为:
    当播放该节目台的节目时,具有水印的该节目台类型信息、节目台标识信息和/或节目信息,三者之间任意组合形成的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域内滚动显示。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的轮播水印显示的方法,其特征在于,根据检测出的所述节目,查找并获取该节目所对应的节目台的台标信息,进一步为:
    根据检测出的所述节目,查找不同的节目所对应的不同的节目台地址,并根据该节目台地址获取相应的台标信息;
    其中,所述节目台地址包括播放地址或域名。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的轮播水印显示的方法,其特征在于,水印处理,进一步为:
    对所述台标信息的颜色进行透明度处理。
  6. 一种轮播水印显示的系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:检测单元、查询单元和显示处理单元,其中,
    所述检测单元,用于检测轮播台播放的节目信息中无台标信息的节目;
    所述查询单元,用于根据检测出的所述节目,查找并获取该节目所对应的节目台的台标信息;
    所述显示处理单元,用于将所述台标信息进行水印处理,当播放该节目 台的节目时,具有水印的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域显示。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的轮播水印显示的系统,其特征在于,所述台标信息,进一步为:
    由节目台类型信息、节目台标识信息和/或节目信息,三者之间任意组合形成所述台标信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的轮播水印显示的系统,其特征在于,所述显示处理单元,进一步用于:
    当播放该节目台的节目时,具有水印的该节目台类型信息、节目台标识信息和/或节目信息,三者之间任意组合的台标信息一同随该节目台的节目在特定区域内滚动显示。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的轮播水印显示的系统,其特征在于,所述查询单元,进一步用于:
    根据检测出的所述节目,查找不同的节目所对应的不同的节目台地址,并根据该节目台地址获取相应的台标信息;
    其中,所述节目台地址包括播放地址或域名。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的轮播水印显示的系统,其特征在于,所述显示处理单元,进一步用于:
    对所述台标信息的颜色进行透明度处理。
