桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法和系统
本申请要求于2013年12月6日提交中国专利局、申请号为2013106570911,发明名称为“桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及互联网电视播放界面领域,更具体地,涉及一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法和系统。
背景技术
现有技术中,互联网电视,作为一种集互联网、多媒体、通讯等多种技术于一体,且向家庭电视用户提供包括数字电视在内的多种交互式服务的崭新技术,将强大的网络功能与电视客户端相结合,使人们不仅能收看电视台节目,也可以通过互联网功能在丰富的网络资源中找到自己想看的各类节目。
互联网电视,是以宽带网络为载体,以视音频多媒体为形式,以互动个性化为特性,为所有宽带终端用户提供全方位媒体服务的业务。互联网电视在数字化和网络化背景下产生,是互联网络技术与电视技术结合的产物,在整合电视与网络两大传播媒介过程中,互联网电视既保留了电视形象直观、生动灵活的表现特点,又具有了互联网按需获取的交互特征,是综合两种传播媒介优势而产生的一种新的传播形式。
目前,当用户启动互联网电视后,会进入互联网电视的菜单主界面,菜单主界面上设置有不同的内容选项,可以为用户提供了丰富的各类媒体服务选择。菜单主界面的桌面背景,会对互联网电视服务端的不同的多个直播台中直播的节目进行播放,从而,用户在菜单主界面中除了可以对不同的内容选项进行选择外,还可以观看菜单主界面的桌面背景中播放的节目。
尤其是,用户想要观看菜单主界面的桌面背景中播放的节目时,用户会通过选择操作进入相应的直播界面。但是,直播界面中播放的节目,是对互联网电视服务端不同的多个直播台进行随机选择而进行播放的,用户进入直播界面后所观看的节目,与在菜单主界面的桌面背景中播放的节目并不相同。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法和系统,以解决桌面背景与直播界面之间同步播放问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请公开了一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法,包括:
通过调用桌面背景的直播接口,获取桌面背景中播放的节目对应的直播台名称;
从根据所述直播台名称获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单地址和直播台播放地址;
进入所述直播界面时,将查询到的直播台当前时间与通过所述节目单地址获取到的节目单信息进行时间对比查找当前时间下所播放的节目,通过所述直播台播放地址查找到该节目,并在所述直播界面中同步播放。
优选地,通过调用桌面背景的直播接口,获取桌面背景中播放的节目对应的直播台名称,进一步为:
在所述桌面背景中的节目播放时,检测该桌面背景对应的播放线程的直播接口,从该播放线程的直播接口中提取所述节目对应的直播台名称。
优选地,从根据所述直播台名称获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单地址和直播台播放地址之前,所述方法还包括:

所述查询单元,用于从根据所述直播台名称获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单地址和直播台播放地址;
所述同步播放单元,用于进入所述直播界面时,将查询到的直播台当前时间与通过所述节目单地址获取到的节目单信息进行时间对比查找当前时间下所播放的节目,通过所述直播台播放地址查找到该节目,并在所述直播界面中同步播放。

与现有技术相比,本申请所述的一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法和系统,达到了如下效果:
1)本申请能够在用户进入互联网电视的主菜单界面后,立即获取主菜单 界面的桌面背景播放的节目所对应的直播台信息,并根据直播台信息查询对应的直播台,有效解决了桌面背景与直播界面之间的同步播放问题。
2)本申请还能够通过直播台信息查询到统一直播台,保证了主菜单界面的桌面背景所播放的节目和直播界面所播放的节目相一致,有效提升了用户的观看体验。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。

如在说明书及权利要求当中使用了某些词汇来指称特定组件。本领域技术人员应可理解,硬件制造商可能会用不同名词来称呼同一个组件。本说明书及权利要求并不以名称的差异来作为区分组件的方式,而是以组件在功能上的差异来作为区分的准则。如在通篇说明书及权利要求当中所提及的“包含”为一开放式用语,故应解释成“包含但不限定于”。“大致”是指在可接收的误差范围内,本领域技术人员能够在一定误差范围内解决所述技术问题,基本达到所述技术效果。此外,“耦接”一词在此包含任何直接及间接的电性耦接手段。因此,若文中描述一第一装置耦接于一第二装置,则代表所述第一装置可直接电性耦接于所述第二装置,或通过其他装置或耦接手段间接地电性耦接至所述第二装置。说明书后续描述为实施本申请的较佳实施方式,然 所述描述乃以说明本申请的一般原则为目的,并非用以限定本申请的范围。本申请的保护范围当视所附权利要求所界定者为准。
实施例一
如图1所示,为本申请实施例一所述的一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法,该方法包括:
步骤101,通过调用桌面背景的直播接口,获取桌面背景中播放的节目对应的直播台名称。
对于互联网电视,其在服务端具有不同的多个直播台进行内容丰富的视频节目的播放,菜单主界面的桌面背景中所播放的节目,是随机在不同的所述直播台中进行选择播放的,也就是说,当用户启动互联网电视,进入主菜单界面时,桌面背景播放的节目可能是影视剧、音乐、综艺或新闻等不同的视频,如果用户想要观看当前桌面背景中的节目,首先就需要获取桌面背景的直播接口,获取该节目所对应的直播台的相关信息,再通过直播台的相关信息进一步获取到节目信息。
步骤102,从根据所述直播台名称获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单地址和直播台播放地址。
不同的所述直播台可以设置在同一服务器中,也可以设置在不同的服务器中,若用户通过所述直播界面进行相应视频节目的同步播放时,就需要以服务器域名或直播台的名称查询到对应的直播台,从而,对于步骤102,所述直播台名称具体可以是直播台的名称或是该直播台对应的服务器域名地址等。
步骤103,进入所述直播界面时,将查询到的直播台当前时间与通过所述节目单地址获取到的节目单信息进行时间对比查找当前时间下所播放的节目,通过所述直播台播放地址查找到该节目,并在所述直播界面中同步播放。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,所述桌面背景中播放的节目所对应的服务端(具体为服务器)与所述直播界面中播放的节目所对应的服务端不一致(但直播台相同)。所以在本实施例中,在通过所述桌面背景中节目查询到对应的直播台再进行同步播放后,可能会出现一定的延时现象(对于该延时现象的解决方式将在下述实施例中描述),但并不影响用户的观看体验。
实施例二
如图2所示,为本申请实施例二所述的一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法,该方法包括:
步骤201,通过调用桌面背景的直播接口,获取桌面背景中播放的节目对应的直播台名称。
在步骤201中,在所述桌面背景中的节目播放时,检测该桌面背景对应的播放线程的直播接口,从该播放线程的直播接口中提取所述节目对应的直播台名称。
具体地,所述播放线程可以是所述互联网电视系统底层的播放线程,该播放线程通过相应的直播接口将从服务端传输的数据流(视频在传输过程中形成的传输形态)转换为视频节目进行播放。服务端的直播台根据设定,将相应的直播台名称以信息标识的方式写入所述视频节目对应的数据中,当视频节目进行传输时,便可以通过播放线程的直播接口中提取所述信息标识,从而进一步获取直播台名称。
步骤202,从根据所述直播台名称获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符)和直播台播放URL。
对于步骤202,具体为:根据所述直播台名称查询到相应的直播台,通过该直播台的查询接口获取对应的直播台信息。
需要说明的是,节目单地址(URL)中存放该直播台要播放节目的时间表,所述直播台严格按照该节目单上的节目顺序和节目时间进行播放。
不同的所述直播台可以设置在同一服务器中,也可以设置在不同的服务器中,若用户通过所述直播界面进行相应视频节目的同步播放时,就需要以服务器域名或直播台的名称查询到对应的直播台,从而,对于步骤202,所述直播台名称具体可以是直播台的名称或是该直播台对应的服务器域名地址等。
在步骤202中,所述直播台的播放地址和节目单地址具体可以是URL,所述互联网电视的服务端中的每一直播台都具有唯一URL,在查找到该URL后,便可以进行准确的访问播放。
步骤203,进入所述直播界面时,将查询到的直播台当前时间与通过所述节目单URL获取到的节目单信息进行时间对比查找当前时间下所播放的节目,通过所述直播台播放URL查找到该节目,并在所述直播界面中同步播 放。
由于所述桌面背景中播放的节目所对应的服务端(具体为服务器)与所述直播界面中播放的节目所对应的服务端不一致,当识别到用户启动所述直播界面的操作时,才会对所述直播界面所对应的服务端中直播台的播放地址进行访问,造成在通过所述桌面背景中播放的视频节目对应的直播台名称查找到相应的直播台进行同步播放后,播放的视频节目具有一定的延时现象。
为了减缓在同步播放时的延时现象,在本实施例的步骤203中,进入所述直播界面时,对所述直播台的节目单地址进行访问,获取节目单信息,与通过访问查询到的直播台当前时间进行时间对比,查找所述节目单信息所表示的节目单中的当前时间下播放的节目,访问所述直播台的播放地址查找到该节目,按照所述桌面背景中播放的节目的播放时间进度,在所述直播界面中同步播放查找到的该节目。
作为一种优选方式,在本实施例中,查询所述直播台的播放地址;通过根据查询到的所述直播台的播放地址对所述直播台进行访问,在该直播台中查找与所述桌面背景中正在播放的节目对应的节目内容进行播放缓存处理。从而,将该直播台中播放的一定时长的视频节目缓存至本地,当用户进入所述直播界面时,直接可以对缓存在本地的数据进行播放,不会造成同步播放的延时。当然,缓存处理的方式和缓存数据存储的位置可以采用其他方式,并不构成对本申请的限定。
需要说明的是,进行缓存处理时,根据预先设定的时长对播放的视频节目进行缓存,该时长为一固定值,例如:设置缓存时长为5秒钟,即所述互联网电视将对应的直播台的视频节目预先缓存下载到本地,缓存的视频长度只为5秒钟。若用户在5秒钟内进入所述直播界面时,直接可以对缓存在本地的数据进行播放,不会造成同步播放的延时;若用户在5秒钟内未启动所述直播界面,则继续对直播台的视频节目进行缓存下载(依然为5秒钟时长的视频),并将之前缓存的数据删除。当然,上述内容还可以采用其他方式,并不构成对本申请的限定。
实施例三
下面对所述桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法的具体应用进行详细说明:
设定:用户A启动互联网电视后,当前互联网电视的菜单主界面的桌面背景中播放的视频节目为某一电影直播台(该电影直播台名称为:“movie1电影台”;播放地址为http://movie1.com;节目单地址为http://list.com)所播放的电影M(10:00开始,12:00结束),用户A想要观看该电影M,则用户A将点击进入所述互联网电视的直播界面进行观看。
此过程为:
步骤301,通过调用桌面背景的直播接口,获取桌面背景中播放的电影M对应的直播台名称“movie1电影台”。
步骤302,从根据所述直播台名称“movie1电影台”获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单URL即http://list.com和直播台播放URL即http://movie1.com。
步骤303,在用户A进入所述直播界面时,将查询到的直播台当前时间(10:00)与通过所述节目单URL(http://list.com)获取到的节目单信息进行时间对比查找当前时间下所播放的节目,通过所述直播台播放URL(http://movie1.com)查找到该节目,并在所述直播界面中同步播放。
具体地:
对于步骤301,当电影M在所述桌面背景中播放时,检测所述互联网电视系统底层的播放线程所提供的直播接口,该直播接口记录了当前电影M的信息标识,从而,识别所述电影M的信息标识后,就可以获得电影M对应的直播台的名称。其中,直播台标识具体包括该直播台的名称或域名等信息。
对于步骤302,电影直播台设置在相应的播放服务器中,用户A通过所述直播界面进行相应视频节目的同步播放时,就需要直播台的名称查询到对应的直播台(也可以是相应的播放服务器的域名,该域名信息存储在所述节目信息中,由上述步骤301检测后得到),同时,播放服务端中的每一直播台都具有唯一播放URL和节目单URL,从而,对于步骤302,根据该电影直播台的名称“movie1电影台”,在相应的播放服务器中进行查询,在查询到该“movie1电影台”时,也就对应地找到了该电影直播台的播放URL:http://movie1.com。同时,找到相应的节目单URL:http://list.com。
对于步骤303,当用户A进入所述直播界面后,查询该直播台当前时间(查询到为10:00),同时通过所述节目单URL(http://list.com)获取到的节目单信息,查找到10:00时节目单中应该播放电影M,再对该“movie1电影 台”的URL:http://movie1.com进行访问,查找所述桌面背景中播放的电影M,并将查找到的电影M的播放时间进度按照所述桌面背景中播放的电影M的进度在所述直播界面中同步播放。例如:所述桌面背景中播放的电影M以播放至1:12:31(即1小时12分31秒),那么,访问http://movie1.com并查找到该电影M,将进度调整为1:12:31后在直播界面中进行同步播放。
但是,需要说明的是,所述互联网电视的桌面背景中进行播放时所对应的服务器与所述直播界面中进行播放时所对应的服务器不一致,所以,在访问http://movie1.com并查找到该电影M,将进度调整为1:12:31后在直播界面中进行同步播放时,将出现一定的延时现象,即用户A进入所述直播界面后,电影M从1:12:31处播放(但桌面背景中电影M可能已经播放到1:12:32或1:12:33),也就是说,在界面切换时,还是有1至2秒的延时。
从而,为消除延时,在本实施例中,可以在查询“movie1电影台”的播放地址http://movie1.com后,直接访问该播放地址,对所述“movie1电影台”中的电影M进行播放缓存处理(缓存时长可以根据用户A的需求进行设置),当用户A启动所述直播界面后,直接将缓存的电影M进行播放,有效消除了1至2秒的延时。
实施例四
如图3所示,为本申请实施例四所述的一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的系统,与直播台相耦接,该系统包括:检测单元301,查询单元302以及同步播放单元303,其中,
所述检测单元301,与所述直播台和查询单元302相耦接,用于通过调用桌面背景的直播接口,获取桌面背景中播放的节目对应的直播台名称发送至所述查询单元302。
所述查询单元302,与所述检测单元301和同步播放单元303相耦接,用于从根据所述直播台名称获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单地址和直播台播放地址。
所述同步播放单元303,与所述查询单元302相耦接,用于进入所述直播界面时,将查询到的直播台当前时间与通过所述节目单地址获取到的节目单信息进行时间对比查找当前时间下所播放的节目,通过所述直播台播放地址查找到该节目,并在所述直播界面中同步播放。
对于所述检测单元301,在所述桌面背景中的节目播放时,检测该桌面背景对应的播放线程的直播接口,从该播放线程的直播接口中提取所述节目对应的直播台名称发送至所述查询单元302。
其中,所述播放线程可以是所述互联网电视系统底层的播放线程,该播放线程通过相应的直播接口将从服务端传输的数据流(视频在传输过程中形成的传输形态)转换为视频节目进行播放。服务端的直播台根据设定,将相应的节目信息以信息标识的方式写入所述视频节目对应的数据中,当视频节目进行传输时,便可以通过播放线程的直播接口中提取所述信息标识,从而进一步获取直播台名称。
对于所述查询单元302,具体用于根据所述直播台名称查询到相应的直播台,通过该直播台的查询接口获取对应的直播台信息。
需要说明的是,所述直播台设置在服务端的服务器中,若用户通过所述直播界面进行相应视频节目的同步播放时,就需要以服务器域名或直播台的名称查询到对应的直播台,从而,所述查询单元302从所述节目信息中提取的直播台信息具体可以是直播台的名称或是该直播台对应的服务器域名地址等。
对于所述同步播放单元303,具体用于:进入所述直播界面时,对所述直播台的节目单地址进行访问,获取节目单信息,与通过访问查询到的直播台当前时间进行时间对比,查找所述节目单信息所表示的节目单中的当前时间下播放的节目,访问所述直播台的播放地址查找到该节目,按照所述桌面背景中播放的节目的播放时间进度,在所述直播界面中同步播放查找到的该节目。
实施例五
在上述实施例四中,由于所述桌面背景中播放的节目所对应的服务器与所述直播界面中播放的节目所对应的服务端不一致,当识别到用户启动所述直播界面的操作时,才会对所述直播界面所对应的服务端中直播台的播放地址进行访问,造成在通过所述桌面背景中节目对应的节目信息查找到相应的直播台进行同步播放后,播放的视频节目具有一定的延时现象。
所以,为了减缓在同步播放时的延时现象,在上述实施例四所述系统中,增加一缓存单元304,具体如图4所示,其中,
所述缓存单元304,与所述查询单元302、同步播放单元303以及直播台相耦接,用于查询所述直播台的播放地址;通过根据查询到的所述直播台的播放地址对所述直播台进行访问,在该直播台中查找与所述桌面背景中正在播放的节目对应的节目内容进行播放缓存处理。从而,将该直播台中播放的一定时长的视频节目缓存至本地,当用户进入所述直播界面时,直接可以对缓存在本地的数据进行播放,不会造成同步播放的延时。
需要说明的是,所述缓存单元304进行缓存处理时,根据预先设定的时长对播放的视频节目进行缓存,该时长为一固定值,所述缓存单元304可以将进行缓存的数据在内存、硬盘或其他类型的存储器中进行缓存,在此不作出限定。
对于视频节目进行缓存的时长设置,具体例如:设置缓存时长为5秒钟,即所述互联网电视将对应的直播台的视频节目预先缓存下载到本地,缓存的视频长度只为5秒钟。若用户在5秒钟内进入所述直播界面时,直接可以对缓存在本地的数据进行播放,不会造成同步播放的延时;若用户在5秒钟内未启动所述直播界面,则继续对直播台的视频节目进行缓存下载(依然为5秒钟时长的视频),并将之前缓存的数据删除。当然,上述内容还可以采用其他方式,并不构成对本申请的限定。
由于方法部分已经对本申请实施例进行了详细描述,这里对实施例中涉及的系统与方法对应部分的展开描述省略,不再赘述。对于系统中具体内容的描述可参考方法实施例的内容,这里不再具体限定。
与现有技术相比,本申请所述的一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法和系统,达到了如下效果:
1)本申请在用户进入互联网电视的主菜单界面后,立即获取主菜单界面的桌面背景所播放的节目所对应的直播台信息,并根据直播台信息查询对应的直播台,有效解决了桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的问题。
2)本申请通过直播台信息查询到统一直播台,保证了主菜单界面的桌面背景所播放的节目和直播界面所播放的节目相一致,有效提升了用户的观看体验。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者系统不仅 包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。
本领域技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过调用桌面背景的直播接口,获取桌面背景中播放的节目对应的直播台名称;
    从根据所述直播台名称获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单地址和直播台播放地址;
    进入所述直播界面时,将查询到的直播台当前时间与通过所述节目单地址获取到的节目单信息进行时间对比查找当前时间下所播放的节目,通过所述直播台播放地址查找到该节目,并在所述直播界面中同步播放。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法,其特征在于,通过调用桌面背景的直播接口,获取桌面背景中播放的节目对应的直播台名称,进一步为:
    在所述桌面背景中的节目播放时,检测该桌面背景对应的播放线程的直播接口,从该播放线程的直播接口中提取所述节目对应的直播台名称。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法,其特征在于,从根据所述直播台名称获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单地址和直播台播放地址之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述直播台名称查询到相应的直播台,通过该直播台的查询接口获取对应的直播台信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法,其特征在于,将查询到的直播台当前时间与通过所述节目单地址获取到的节目单信息进行时间对比查找当前时间下所播放的节目,通过所述直播台播放地址查找到该节目,并在所述直播界面中同步播放,进一步为:
    对所述直播台的节目单地址进行访问,获取节目单信息,与通过访问查询到的直播台当前时间进行时间对比,查找所述节目单信息所表示的节目单中的当前时间下播放的节目;
    访问所述直播台的播放地址查找到该节目;
    按照所述桌面背景中播放的节目的播放时间进度,在所述直播界面中同步播放查找到的该节目。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的方法,其特征在 于,还包括:
    查询所述直播台的播放地址;通过根据查询到的所述直播台的播放地址对所述直播台进行访问,在该直播台中查找与所述桌面背景中正在播放的节目对应的节目内容进行播放缓存处理。
  6. 一种桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:检测单元、查询单元以及同步播放单元,其中,
    所述检测单元,用于通过调用桌面背景的直播接口,获取桌面背景中播放的节目对应的直播台名称发送至所述查询单元;
    所述查询单元,用于从根据所述直播台名称获得的直播台信息中,提取节目单地址和直播台播放地址;
    所述同步播放单元,用于进入所述直播界面时,将查询到的直播台当前时间与通过所述节目单地址获取到的节目单信息进行时间对比查找当前时间下所播放的节目,通过所述直播台播放地址查找到该节目,并在所述直播界面中同步播放。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的系统,其特征在于,所述检测单元,进一步用于:
    在所述桌面背景中的节目播放时,检测该桌面背景对应的播放线程的直播接口,从该播放线程的直播接口中提取所述节目对应的直播台名称。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的系统,其特征在于,所述查询单元,进一步用于:
    根据所述直播台名称查询到相应的直播台,通过该直播台的查询接口获取对应的直播台信息。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的系统,其特征在于,所述同步播放单元,进一步用于:
    对所述直播台的节目单地址进行访问,获取节目单信息,与通过访问查询到的直播台当前时间进行时间对比,查找所述节目单信息所表示的节目单中的当前时间下播放的节目,访问所述直播台的播放地址查找到该节目,按照所述桌面背景中播放的节目的播放时间进度,在所述直播界面中同步播放查找到的该节目。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的桌面背景与直播界面同步播放的系统,其特征 在于,还包括:
    缓存单元,用于查询所述直播台的播放地址;通过根据查询到的所述直播台的播放地址对所述直播台进行访问,在该直播台中查找与所述桌面背景中正在播放的节目对应的节目内容进行播放缓存处理。
