烟盒控制电路 、电子烟盒及其 温湿度检测方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种烟盒控制电路 、电子烟盒及其 温湿度检测方法 。
背景技术
电子烟包括电池杆和雾化器,电池杆用于给电子烟的雾化器供电。电子烟分为一次性电子烟和非一次性电子烟,对于一次性电子烟,其电池杆是不能充电的,对于非一次性电子烟,其电池杆是可以充电的。
电池杆的充电可以借助电子烟盒实现,电子烟盒用于容纳电子烟,每根电子烟具备特定类型的烟液,电子烟盒中存放的电子烟的烟液类型有很多,不同类型的烟液,其口味和成分含量也不尽相同。
环境中温湿度情况不同,适合的烟液类型也可以不同,特别是有的时候温湿度恶劣的时候,可以建议使用者不要吸食电子烟。
现有技术中电子烟盒功能单一,对于随身携带电子烟的吸烟者来说,增加电子烟盒的功能,可以给用户带来更多的体验。例如,增加电子烟盒的温湿度检测功能,一方面,可以根据温湿度的具体情况,推荐使用者选用适合的烟液类型的电子烟,另一方面由于电子烟盒的便携性,可随时检测周围环境的温湿度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟盒功能单一的缺陷,提供一种烟盒控制电路、电子烟盒及其温湿度检测方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种烟盒控制电路,用于电子烟盒,所述烟盒控制电路包括控制模块、温湿度检测模块和提示模块;
所述温湿度检测模块和提示模块分别连接至所述控制模块;
所述温湿度检测模块用于感应温度或/和湿度并输出包含温度或/和湿度信息的检测信号至所述控制模块,所述控制模块用于接收所述检测信号并发送提示信号至所述提示模块,所述提示模块用于接收所述提示信号并提示适于所述温度或/和湿度环境下吸食的烟液。
本发明所述的烟盒控制电路,其中,所述温湿度检测模块包括一数字温湿度传感器,所述数字温湿度传感器包括一感应温度的NTC测温元件和一用于感应湿度的电阻式感湿元件,所述数字温湿度传感器的串行接口连接至所述控制模块。
本发明所述的烟盒控制电路,其中,所述数字温湿度传感器的型号为DHT11。

本发明为了解决现有技术中电子烟盒功能单一的缺陷,提供一种烟盒控制电路、电子烟盒及其温湿度检测方法。
本发明的烟盒控制电路,增加温湿度检测模块用以感应温湿度,并通过控制模块控制提示模块提示适于所述温度或/和湿度环境下吸食的烟液,极大地提高了用户体验感,更加人性化,且,模块控制还可以控制提示模块显示具体的温度或/和湿度的数值,用户可以利用烟盒的便携性,随时方便的进行温湿度检测。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。

所述提示模块300的提示方式包括:通过数字显示或/和颜色显示或/和图案显示或/和通过声音提示。例如,控制模块100根据接收到的检测信号,根据查表法,判断出当时的温度或/和湿度所对应的烟液,烟液的类型可以是以数字编号或者以颜色区分,甚至是图案,或通过声音进行提示。
内部电池充电管理模块600用于在所述控制模块100的控制下对烟盒的内置电池进行充电管理,外部电池杆充电管理模块700用于在所述控制模块100的控制下对外接的电池杆进行充电管理。
参考图2是本发明烟盒控制电路的较佳实施例的电路原理图。
控制模块100包括一微处理器U2,所述微处理器U2的型号为MSP430F5529。
温湿度检测模块200可以是用于感应温度的数字温度传感器或/和用于感应湿度的数字湿度传感器,所述数字温度传感器和数字湿度传感器的串行接口分别连接至所述控制模块100。
优选的同时感应温度和湿度,考虑到空间充分利用,较佳实施例中,温湿度检测模块200仅包括一数字温湿度传感器U1,数字温湿度传感器U1的型号为DHT11,数字温湿度传感器U1为集成芯片,集成芯片内部包括一感应温度的NTC测温元件和一用于感应湿度的电阻式感湿元件,采用数字温湿度传感器U1,其具有极高的可靠性与长期稳定性、超小的体积和极低的功耗。
所述数字温湿度传感器U1的串行接口DAT连接至微处理器U2的AIO2引脚,串行接口DAT用于微处理器U2与数字温湿度传感器U1之间的通讯和同步,采用单总线数据格式,一次通讯时间4ms左右,数据分小数部分和整数部分,一次完整的数据传输40bit,即检测信号为40bit的串行信号,高位先出,其中16bit用于表示温度信号,16bit用于表示湿度信号,具体的,40bit的串行信号包括:8bit湿度整数数据、8bit湿度小数数据、8bit温度整数数据、8bit温度小数数据和8bit校验和。数据传送正确时校验和数据等于“8bit湿度整数数据+8bit湿度小数数据+8bi温度整数数据+8bit温度小数数据”所得结果的末8位。
正常情况时,数字温湿度传感器U1处于低功耗模式,如果没有接收到微处理器U2发送的开始信号,不会主动进行温湿度采集,也就不发送检测信号至微处理器U2,当微处理器U2经单总线向串行接口DAT发送一次开始信号后, 数字温湿度传感器U1从低功耗模式转换到高速模式, 数字温湿度传感器U1发送响应信号,即上述检测信号,送出40bit的数据,完成一次信号采集,用户可选择读取部分数据。
因此,检测温湿度可以利用微处理器U2不停的发送开始信号至数字温湿度传感器U1实现实时采集温湿度,较佳实施例中,设置触发模块400发送触发信号至微处理器U2,微处理器U2只有在接收到触发信号后发送开始信号至数字温湿度传感器U1。设置触发模块400不仅增加了烟液提示的控制多样性,仅在用户需要获知提示的烟液时才启动温湿度检测,合理减小了元器件的功耗,且可以实现人性化的温湿度检测,用户需要检测温湿度的时候同样可以启动温湿度检测,因此,通过增设温湿度检测模块200,本发明可以利用烟盒的便携性,随时获取适合吸食的烟液类型,还可以检测周围环境的温湿度数,极大地提高了用户体验感。
关于触发模块400,可以简单的设置一个按键,按键的一端接地,按键的另一端连接至微处理器U2,按键用于在打开或者关闭时发送电平信号作为所述触发信号。例如,设定按键按下时为触发动作,则微处理器U2判定低电平信号作为所述触发信号,按键按下,微处理器U2与按键连接的引脚接地,即检测到低电平,因此微处理器U2发送开始信号至数字温湿度传感器U1。
优选的,触发模块400包括触摸检测芯片U4和至少一个触摸按键, 所述触摸按键用于感应触摸动作并发送触摸感应信号至所述触摸检测芯片U4,所述触摸检测芯片U4用于接收所述触摸感应信号并控制所述输出端口输出电平信号作为所述触发信号。触摸按键优选为电容传感器,其结构简单,价格便宜,灵敏度高,过载能力强,动态响应特性好和对高温、辐射、强振等恶劣条件的适应性强。采用触摸式触发,实现了操作的人机互动,且操控更加灵活便利且更加丰富多样。
较佳实施例中,触摸检测芯片U4的型号为TTP224,触摸按键包括按键K0-K3,其中可以设定一个触摸按键用于控制显示屏亮度,比如,如果设定K0用于设定亮度,每触摸K0一次,亮度增加一个等级,当等级达到最高时,再触摸K0亮度切换到最低等级,如此类推。
所述触摸按键K0-K3分别通过电阻R0-R3连接至所述触摸检测芯片U4的对应的触摸输入端口TP0-TP3,所述触摸检测芯片U4的对应于触摸输入端口TP0-TP3的输出端口TPQ0-TPQ3连接至微处理器U2的BIO1-BIO4引脚。触摸检测芯片U4的AHLB引脚连接至内部电源信号VDD,触摸检测芯片U4的AHLB引脚还经电容C1接地,触摸检测芯片U4的AHLB引脚用于设定输出端口TPQ0-TPQ3引脚输出的电平信号为高电平有效。
关于提示模块300,参考图3,所述提示模块300可以包括LCD驱动芯片U3和LCD显示屏;
所述LCD驱动芯片U3分别连接所述控制模块100和LCD显示屏;所述LCD驱动芯片U3用于接收所述提示信号并发送驱动信号至所述LCD显示屏,所述LCD显示屏用于接收所述驱动信号并进行显示。所述LCD驱动芯片U3的型号为PT6524。LCD驱动芯片U3的数据输入输出引脚DATA引脚连接至微处理器U2的CIO4引脚。
较佳实施例中,参考图2,所述提示模块300包括LCD1602液晶显示器U5。液晶显示器U5的显示方式包括线段显示、字符显示和汉字显示。液晶显示器U5的RS、EN、RW引脚分别连接至微处理器U2的DIO4、DIO3、DIO2引脚。EN引脚为使能引脚,当EN引脚由高电平跳变成低电平时,液晶显示器U5执行命令开始显示。液晶显示器U5的LED-引脚连接至三极管Q1的发射极,三极管Q1的基极通过电阻R5连接至微处理器U2的BIO7引脚,三极管Q1的集电极接地。液晶显示器U5的LED+引脚和VDD引脚均连接至内部电源信号VDD。液晶显示器U5的VL引脚连接到可变电阻R6的电阻调节端,通过调节R6的电阻分配,可以调整液晶显示器的对比度,接正电源时对比度最弱,接地时对比度最强。液晶显示器U5的数据引脚DB0-DB7分别一一连接至微处理器U2的DIO1、CIO7-CIO1引脚,微处理器U2可以将要显示的内容通过数据引脚DB0-DB7发送至液晶显示器U5进行显示,显示的内容包括烟液类型、温度和湿度。LCD1602液晶模块的读写操作、屏幕和光标的操作都是通过指令编程来实现的,此为公知技术,此处不再赘述。
液晶显示器U5除了可以提示适于所述温度或/和湿度环境下吸食的烟液外,还可利用电子烟盒的便携性,通过液晶显示器U5随时显示周围环境的温度或/和湿度的数值,比如预先在微处理器U2内部设定好某个温湿度范围所适合的烟液类型,检测到温度或和湿度后查询到相应的烟液类型,并将其显示到液晶显示器U5上,极大地提高了用户体验感,更加人性化。
且液晶显示器U5还可以显示具体的电量信息,包括内置电池的电量信息和电池杆的电量信息。比如设定触摸按键K0调节亮度,触摸按键K1触发温湿度检测,其他的触摸按键K2和K3分别控制是否显示内置电池的电量信息和电池杆的电量信息,进一步提高了用户体验感。可以理解的是上述实施例中的提示模块300可以用能够发出提示声的扬声器等发声元件代替。
关于报警模块500,可以简单的利用声光信号实现报警,比如发光二极管、扬声器等。微处理器U2在接收到检测信号后,判断所述温湿度是否适合抽烟,如果温湿度不适合抽烟时,会控制报警模块500报警以提醒用户,实现了烟盒的多功能,且极大的提高了用户体验感。当然还可以直接利用提示模块300以文字形式进行报警。
综上所述,本本发明的烟盒控制电路,增加温湿度检测模块用以感应温湿度,并通过控制模块控制提示模块提示适于所述温度或/和湿度环境下吸食的烟液,极大地提高了用户体验感,更加人性化,且模块控制还可以控制提示模块显示具体的温度或/和湿度的数值,用户可以利用烟盒的便携性,随时方便的进行温湿度检测。在温度或/和湿度不适合抽烟时,还可以进行报警处理,功能更加多样化,实用性也相应提高。
本发明还提供一种具备上述烟盒控制电路的电子烟盒。参考图4是本发明电子烟盒的较佳实施例的结构示意图。
电子烟盒用于容纳电子烟4,每根所述电子烟4具有特定类型的烟液,所述盒体1的表面设置有触摸区域3和供所述提示模块300显示信息的显示区域2。可以理解的是,所述电子烟盒内可以为一根所述电子烟及可与所述电子烟的电池杆配合的若干根雾化器,所述雾化器每根雾化器装有特定类型的烟液。
上述的触发模块400用于感应所述触摸区域3内的触摸动作,提示模块300在所述显示区域2内提示适于所述温度或/和湿度环境下吸食的烟液。
较佳实施例中,所述电子烟盒包括盒体11以及与所述盒体11活动连接的盒盖12,所述显示区域2为长条形区域并设置在所述盒盖12的长边侧壁的外表面上,所述触摸区域3为长条形区域并设置在所述盒体11上,且当所述电子烟盒关闭时,所述显示区域2和触摸区域3处于所述电子烟盒的同一侧面。
可以理解的是,显示区域2和触摸区域3可以叠加设置,比如触摸区域3位于显示区域2的正上方,或者显示区域2和触摸区域3也可以同时设置在盒体11的同一侧。提示模块300可以为设置在所述盒盖12内的显示屏,因而可以很好地防尘、保持电子烟盒外观的简洁以及使用户打开盒盖12时更容易看到显示屏上的图文。具体的位置可以视情况而定,可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
本发明还提供一种温湿度检测方法,用于电子烟盒,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1、温湿度检测模块200感应温度或/和湿度并输出包含温度或/和湿度信息的检测信号至控制模块100;
S2、所述控制模块100接收所述检测信号并发送提示信号至提示模块300;
S3、所述提示模块300接收所述提示信号并提示适于所述温度或/和湿度环境下吸食的烟液。
优选的,在所述步骤S1之前还可以包括以下触发步骤:
S0、触发模块400发送触发信号至所述控制模块100。
优选的,在所述步骤S2中,所述控制模块100还根据所述检测信号判断所述温度或/和湿度是否适合抽烟,并在所述温度或/和湿度不适合抽烟时发送报警信号至报警模块500,所述报警模块500接收所述报警信号并进行报警。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒控制电路,其特征在于,所述温湿度检测模块(200)包括一数字温湿度传感器(U1),所述数字温湿度传感器(U1)包括一感应温度的NTC测温元件和一用于感应湿度的电阻式感湿元件,所述数字温湿度传感器(U1)的串行接口连接至所述控制模块(100)。

    所述触摸按键用于感应触摸动作并发送触摸感应信号至所述触摸检测芯片(U4),所述触摸检测芯片(U4)用于接收所述触摸感应信号并控制所述输出端口输出电平信号作为所述触发信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒控制电路,其特征在于,所述提示模块(300)包括LCD1602液晶显示器(U5)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒控制电路,其特征在于,所述提示模块(300)包括LCD驱动芯片(U3)和LCD显示屏;
    所述LCD驱动芯片(U3)分别连接所述控制模块(100)和LCD显示屏;所述LCD驱动芯片(U3)用于接收所述提示信号并发送驱动信号至所述LCD显示屏,所述LCD显示屏用于接收所述驱动信号并进行显示。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒控制电路,其特征在于,所述提示模块(300)的提示方式包括:通过数字显示或/和颜色显示或/和图案显示或/和通过声音提示。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒控制电路,其特征在于,所述烟盒控制电路还包括报警模块(500);
    所述报警模块(500)连接至所述控制模块(100),
    所述控制模块(100)还用于根据所述检测信号判断所述温度或/和湿度是否适合抽烟,并在所述温度或/和湿度不适合抽烟时发送报警信号至所述报警模块(500),所述报警模块(500)用于接收所述报警信号并进行报警。
  11. 一种电子烟盒,用于容纳电子烟(4),其特征在于,所述电子烟盒具有烟盒控制电路,所述烟盒控制电路包括控制模块(100)、温湿度检测模块(200)和提示模块(300);
    所述温湿度检测模块(200)和提示模块(300)分别连接至所述控制模块(100);
    所述温湿度检测模块(200)用于感应温度或/和湿度并输出包含温度或/和湿度信息的检测信号至所述控制模块(100),所述控制模块(100)用于接收所述检测信号并发送提示信号至所述提示模块(300),所述提示模块(300)用于接收所述提示信号并提示适于所述温度或/和湿度环境下吸食的烟液。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述温湿度检测模块(200)包括一数字温湿度传感器(U1),所述数字温湿度传感器(U1)包括一感应温度的NTC测温元件和一用于感应湿度的电阻式感湿元件,所述数字温湿度传感器(U1)的串行接口连接至所述控制模块(100)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述数字温湿度传感器(U1)的型号为DHT11。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述电子烟盒的表面设置有触摸区域(3),所述烟盒控制电路还包括触发模块(400),
    所述触发模块(400)连接至所述控制模块(100),所述触发模块(400)用于感应所述触摸区域(3)内的触摸动作并发送触发信号至所述控制模块(100);所述控制模块(100)用于在接收到所述触发信号后接收所述检测信号。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述触发模块(400)包括触摸检测芯片(U4)和至少一个触摸按键;
    所述触摸按键分别连接至所述触摸检测芯片(U4)的对应的触摸输入端口,所述触摸检测芯片(U4)的输出端口连接至所述控制模块(100);
    所述触摸按键用于感应触摸动作并发送触摸感应信号至所述触摸检测芯片(U4),所述触摸检测芯片(U4)用于接收所述触摸感应信号并控制所述输出端口输出电平信号作为所述触发信号。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述电子烟盒包括盒体(11)以及与所述盒体(11)活动连接的盒盖(12),所述盒盖(12)上设置有供所述提示模块(300)显示信息的显示区域(2),所述触摸区域(3)设置在所述盒体(11)上,且当所述电子烟盒关闭时,所述显示区域(2)和触摸区域(3)处于所述电子烟盒的同一侧面上。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述电子烟盒包括盒体(11)以及与所述盒体(11)活动连接的盒盖(12),所述提示模块(300)包括设置在所述盒盖(12)的长边侧壁的外表面上或所述盒盖(12)内的显示屏。
  18. 一种温湿度检测方法,用于电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    S1、温湿度检测模块(200)感应温度或/和湿度并输出包含温度或/和湿度信息的检测信号至控制模块(100);
    S2、所述控制模块(100)接收所述检测信号并发送提示信号至提示模块(300);
    S3、所述提示模块(300)接收所述提示信号并提示适于所述温度或/和湿度环境下吸食的烟液。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的温湿度检测方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S1之前还包括以下触发步骤:
    S0、触发模块(400)发送触发信号至所述控制模块(100)。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的温湿度检测方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,所述控制模块(100)还根据所述检测信号判断所述温度或/和湿度是否适合抽烟,并在所述温度或/和湿度不适合抽烟时发送报警信号至报警模块(500),所述报警模块(500)接收所述报警信号并进行报警。
