Description

콤팩트 용기
본 발명은 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 사용자가 손으로 용기본체의 전면부를 일정구간 터치하는 조작시 센서가 이를 인식하여 모터를 구동시켜 뚜껑이 개방되도록 구성함으로써, 한 손으로 간단하게 뚜껑을 개방하는 것이 가능한 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 콤팩트 용기는 여성들이 휴대하면서 얼굴화장에 사용되는 색조화장품이나 백분을 수납하여 간편하게 휴대할 수 있는 것을 말한다.
이러한 콤팩트 용기는 다양한 형상으로 제공되고 있는데, 어떤 형상과도 무관하게 색조화장품이나 백분의 내용물을 수납 보관하고 있으며, 사용시에는 용기본체의 전면부에 구비된 버튼을 가압하여 외부뚜껑을 용기본체에서 힌지 회동에 의해 열고 내부에 수용된 퍼프나 솔 등의 화장용구를 이용하여 화장품을 묻혀 얼굴화장에 사용하는 것은 공통점이다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 종래의 콤팩트 용기는 버튼이 외부로 노출되어 있는 구조이므로, 사용자 부주의로 인한 버튼 가압에 의해 뚜껑이 개방되어 내용물의 변질을 초래하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 전면부에 뚜껑을 개방하기 위한 버튼이 존재하는 구조이므로, 사용자가 뚜껑을 개방할 경우, 전면부에 구비되는 버튼을 가압하기 위해 뚜껑의 힌지 부분에 손이 위치하기 때문에 뚜껑의 개방시 손의 위치로 인하여 간섭이 발생하게 되어 뚜껑을 개방하는 것이 용이하지 않으며, 특히, 한 손을 이용하여 버튼을 조작할 경우, 손의 위치에 따른 간섭으로 인하여 뚜껑의 개방이 용이하지 않아 용기를 바닥에 떨어뜨리는 등 위험성이 존재하는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 본 출원인이 2012년 01월 05일 선출하여 등록받은 "콤팩트 용기"가 등록특허 제10-1253099호(이하, '등록특허'라 함.)에 개시되어 있다.
상기 등록특허는 받침대; 상기 받침대의 상단에 안착되는 링 형상으로 이루어지되, 사용자 가압에 의해 형상이 변형되는 파지부; 상기 파지부의 상단을 가압하며 상기 받침대에 결합되어 고정되는 결합케이스; 내용물이 저장되며, 상기 결합케이스에 수용되는 내용물 저장부; 상기 파지부의 일측에 힌지 결합되어 내용물 저장부를 개폐하되, 파지부의 변형에 의해 개방되는 뚜껑;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 등록특허는 사용자가 한 손으로 파지부의 양측면을 파지하여 가압하는 동작만으로 뚜껑의 개방이 이루어지도록 구성됨으로써, 버튼 없이 뚜껑의 개방이 가능하나, 지속적인 사용시 파지부의 변형에 따른 오작동이 발생할 우려가 있는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 사용자가 손으로 용기본체의 전면부를 일정구간 터치하는 조작시 센서가 이를 인식하여 모터를 구동시켜 뚜껑이 개방되도록 구성함으로써, 한 손으로 간단하게 뚜껑을 개방하는 것이 가능한 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 콤팩트 용기는, 받침대와, 상기 받침대에 결합되며 내용물이 저장되는 내용물 저장부가 구비되는 용기본체와, 상기 용기본체의 일측에 결합되어 상하 회동에 의해 용기본체의 상부를 개폐하는 뚜껑을 포함하는 콤팩트 용기에 있어서,
사용자가 손으로 상기 용기본체의 전면부 또는 측면부의 일정구간을 터치하는 조작시 센서 감지를 통해 구동수단이 구동되어 뚜껑이 자동으로 개방되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 뚜껑의 내측에서 상기 용기본체의 상단에 힌지결합되어 상기 내용물 저장부의 상부를 개폐하는 덮개부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 센서에서 사용자 손의 접촉을 감지시에 배터리로부터 제공되는 전원을 모터로 전달하여 모터를 구동시키는 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제어부는 상기 센서와 연동되어 사용자가 용기본체의 전면부 또는 측면부의 일정구간을 일측에서 타측 방향으로 터치시에 모터의 정회전을 통해 상기 뚜껑을 개방시키며, 용기본체의 전면부 또는 측면부의 일정구간을 타측에서 일측 방향으로 터치시에 모터의 역회전을 통해 상기 뚜껑을 폐쇄시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

한편, 상기 용기본체(200)의 상단에는 뚜껑(300)의 내측에서 용기본체(200)의 상단에 구비되는 힌지부(240)에 힌지결합되어 상기 내용물 저장부(250)의 상부를 개폐하는 덮개부(400)가 구비되는데, 상기 덮개부(400)의 내측에는 다수의 저장홈(251)을 각각 밀폐하는 것이 가능하도록 다수의 구획판(410)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 덮개부(400)에는 사용자가 손으로 파지하여 상하 회동이 용이하도록 손잡이부(420)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 뚜껑(300)은 상기 용기본체(200)의 일측에 결합되어 상하 회동에 의해 용기본체(200)의 상부를 개폐하는 것으로서, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑(300)은 모터(600)의 구동축(610)에 결합되어 모터(600)의 구동에 따른 구동축(610)의 회전에 의해 상하 회동되도록 구성되는 것이 특징이다. 이를 위하여, 상기 뚜껑(300)의 내측에는 상기 구동축(610)과 대응되는 반원 형상의 삽입홈(311)이 형성된 결합부(310)가 구비된다.
이하에서는 도 4 내지 6을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기의 사용방법을 설명하기로 한다.
도 4 내지 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기는 뚜껑(300)이 폐쇄된 상태에서 사용자가 용기본체(200)의 전면부에 형성되는 표시부(280)에 손을 접촉한 상태로 일측에서 타측 방향으로 이동시키게 되면, 센서(141)에서 이를 감지하게 되는데, 센서(141)에서 사용자 손의 접촉을 감지시 제어부(142)에서 배터리(500)로부터 제공되는 전원을 모터(600)로 전달하여 모터(600)가 정회전 되도록 구동시키며 이로 인하여, 뚜껑(300)의 개방이 이루어지게 된다.
이때, 표시부(280)의 전체 구간이 아닌 일부 구간만을 터치하였을 경우에는 뚜껑(300)의 개방이 이루어지지 않도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같이, 뚜껑(300)의 개방이 이루어지게 되면, 사용자는 덮개부(400)의 손잡이부(420)를 파지하여 상방향으로 회동시킨 후, 저장홈(251)에 저장된 내용물을 사용하는 것이 가능하게 된다.
다음으로, 개방된 뚜껑(300)을 폐쇄하기 위해서는 먼저, 덮개부(400)의 손잡이부(420)를 파지하여 덮개부(400)를 하방향으로 회동하여 저장홈(251)을 밀폐시킨 후, 용기본체(200)의 전면부에 형성되는 표시부(280)에 손을 접촉한 상태로 타측에서 일측 방향으로 이동시키게 되면, 센서(141)에서 이를 감지하게 되는데, 센서(141)에서 사용자 손의 접촉을 감지시 제어부(142)에서 배터리(500)로부터 제공되는 전원을 모터(600)로 전달하여 모터(600)가 역회전 되도록 구동시키며 이로 인하여, 뚜껑(300)의 폐쇄가 이루어지게 된다.
이때, 뚜껑(300)을 개방할 때와 마찬가지로 표시부(280)의 전체 구간이 아닌 일부 구간만을 터치하였을 경우에는 뚜껑(300)의 폐쇄가 이루어지지 않도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 도면에서는 용기본체(200)의 전면부 내측에 센서(141)가 위치하며, 용기본체(200)의 전면부에 상기 센서 감지구간을 표시하는 표시부(280)가 형성되는 것으로 도시하였으나, 상기 센서(141) 및 표시부(280)를 용기본체(200)의 측면에 위치하도록 구성하는 것도 가능할 것이다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 받침대와, 상기 받침대에 결합되며 내용물이 저장되는 내용물 저장부가 구비되는 용기본체와, 상기 용기본체의 일측에 결합되어 상하 회동에 의해 용기본체의 상부를 개폐하는 뚜껑을 포함하는 콤팩트 용기에 있어서,
    사용자가 손으로 상기 용기본체의 전면부 또는 측면부의 일정구간을 터치하는 조작시 센서 감지를 통해 구동수단이 구동되어 뚜껑이 자동으로 개방되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 뚜껑의 내측에서 상기 용기본체의 상단에 힌지결합되어 상기 내용물 저장부의 상부를 개폐하는 덮개부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 센서에서 사용자 손의 접촉을 감지시에 배터리로부터 제공되는 전원을 모터로 전달하여 모터를 구동시키는 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 상기 센서와 연동되어 사용자가 용기본체의 전면부 또는 측면부의 일정구간을 일측에서 타측 방향으로 터치시에 모터의 정회전을 통해 상기 뚜껑을 개방시키며, 용기본체의 전면부 또는 측면부의 일정구간을 타측에서 일측 방향으로 터치시에 모터의 역회전을 통해 상기 뚜껑을 폐쇄시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 모터의 구동축은 반원 형상으로 이루어지며, 상기 뚜껑의 내측에는 상기 구동축과 대응되는 형상의 삽입홈이 형성된 결합부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  6. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 센서 및 제어부가 실장된 PCB기판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  7. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 받침대에는 상기 배터리가 설치되는 배터리 설치부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  8. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 받침대에는 상기 모터의 하부를 지지하는 하부지지부가 구비되며, 상기 용기본체에는 상기 모터의 상부를 지지하는 상부지지부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
  9. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 용기본체의 전면부 또는 측면부에는 상기 센서의 감지구간을 표시하는 표시부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
