Abstract

一种真空封口机的真空泵,包括外壳(1)、驱动器(2)及由驱动器(2)驱动的气泵(4)。驱动器(2)为双头电机,电机两端输出轴(21)均连接有偏心轮(3),所述气泵(4)设置有四个,一个偏心轮(3)连接两个气泵,各气泵(4)均连接有与之导通的抽气口(6)和排气口(7),且抽气口(6)和排气口(7)与气泵(4)之间设有单向气阀(5)。所述真空泵利用一个驱动器带动四个气泵工作,工作效率更高。此外,由于该真空泵设置了多个抽气口和排气口,能够根据需要的抽气压力和抽气速度改变各抽气口和排气口的管路连接,该真空泵的适用范围更广。

一种真空封口机的真空泵
技术领域
本发明涉及真空封口机 领域 , 特别涉及一种适用范围广的真空封口机的真空泵 。
背景技术
真空封口机是将食品装入包装袋,抽出包装袋内的空气,达到预定真空度后,完成封口工序,可以有以下功能:对袋子进行抽气和封口;直接对袋子口封口。真空封口机内置有真空泵,真空泵用于抽出包装袋内的空气。真空泵的性能直接关系到包装袋内的真空度,如真空泵性能不能满足需要,可能造成包装袋内空气残留超标,影响食物等的保质期。现有家庭使用的真空封口机体积较小,一般采用小型真空泵,该类型真空泵均采用直流电机,其抽气口和排气口均为一个,该类型真空泵的抽气速度慢,抽气压力低,这就造成抽气效率较为低,且可能造成包装袋内空气残留过多,无法保证包装袋内食物的保质期。亦有采用两泵的,但两泵结构只能两泵串联或并联,在提高真空压力时就不能提高提气速度或提高抽气速度就不能提高真空压力。另外现在工厂等地方一般使用大型的真空封口机,此种真空封口机采用的为大型真空泵或旋片式真空泵,使用大型交流电机,此种真空泵虽然抽气速度快、抽气压力高,但体积大,造价昂贵,不适宜家庭及小型场地使用。
发明内容
本发明克服现有的技术缺点,提供一种真空封口机的真空泵,在提高真空压力同时能提高提气速度,并且具有结构简单,工作稳定,适用范围广等特点。
为了解决技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种真空封口机的真空泵,包括外壳、驱动器及由驱动器驱动的气泵。所述驱动器为双头电机,电机两端输出轴均连接有偏心轮,所述气泵设置有四个,一个偏心轮连接两个气泵,各气泵均连接有与之导通的抽气口和排气口,且抽气口和排气口与气泵之间设有单向气阀。
所述气泵包括连杆、与连杆连接的活塞及拥有气腔的气缸,连杆的头部连接于偏心轮的偏心位置,气缸设有气缸底盖,气缸底盖上设有抽气道和排气道。
所述单向气阀包括阀门和气阀底盖,阀门位于气缸底盖与气阀底盖之间,阀门设有两个分别位于抽气道和排气道处的止气垫,气阀底盖设有分别与抽气口和排气口导通的气道。
所述外壳包括上盖和下盖,上盖与下盖相扣合。
所述气缸上设有凸起结构,外壳上设有与凸起结构配合的凹孔,气缸通过凸起结构卡于凹孔固定于外壳内。
本发明使用驱动器驱动气泵工作,结构简单,工作稳定,可持续进行抽气工作;以一个驱动器带动四个气泵工作,四个气泵同时同步的运行,增加抽气压力,提高真空度,工作效率更高,且拥有多个抽气口和排气口,可根据需要的抽气压力和抽气速度改各变抽气口和排气口的管路连接,适用范围更广。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种真空封口机的真空泵,包括外壳1、驱动器2及由驱动器2驱动的气泵4。外壳1包括上盖11和下盖12,上盖11与下盖12相扣合,将驱动器2和气泵4包围。驱动器2与气泵4之间通过偏心轮3连接,气泵4连接有与之导通的抽气口6和排气口7,且抽气口6和排气口7与气泵4之间设有单向气阀5,抽气口6用于抽取包装袋内空气,排气口7用于排出气泵4抽取的空气,单向气阀5用于阻止抽气通道排气和排气通道进气。驱动器2为双头电机,电机两端输出轴21均连接有偏心轮3,气泵4设置有四个,一个偏心轮3连接两个气泵4,各气泵4均连接有抽气口6和排气口7,即一个双头电机同时驱动四个气泵4工作。
如图4所示,气泵4包括连杆41、与连杆41连接的活塞42及拥有气腔的气缸43,连杆41的头部连接于偏心轮3的偏心位置(结合图2),气缸43设有气缸底盖,气缸底盖上设有抽气道和排气道。单向气阀5包括阀门51和气阀底盖52,阀门51位于气缸底盖43与气阀底盖52之间(结合图3),阀门51设有两个分别位于抽气道和排气道处的止气垫511,止气垫511为单向封闭抽气道和排气道,即抽气道不可出气,排气道不可进气。气阀底盖52设有分别与抽气口6和排气口7导通的气道。气缸43上设有凸起结构431,外壳1上设有与凸起结构431配合的凹孔13,气缸43通过凸起结构431卡于凹孔13固定于外壳1内(结合图1)。
本实施例工作过程:双头电机启动,带动双头电机两端的偏心轮3旋转,继而带动四个连杆41往复运动,连杆41带动活塞42在气缸43内往复运动,从而改变气缸43内腔的容积,实现抽气和排气,抽气时,一止气垫511封闭排气通道,气体从抽气口6抽入泵内,排气时,另一止气垫511封闭抽气通道,气体从排气口7排出。拥有四个气泵4,四个气泵4可串联使用,增加抽气压力,也可并联使用,增加抽气速度,或串并联混合使用,达到实际使用要求。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种真空封口机的真空泵,包括外壳(1)、驱动器(2)及由驱动器驱动的气泵(4),其特征在于:所述驱动器(3)为双头电机,电机两端输出轴(21)均连接有偏心轮(3),所述气泵(4)设置有四个,一个偏心轮连接两个气泵, 各气泵均连接有与之导通的抽气口(6)和排气口(7),且抽气口和排气口与气泵之间设有单向气阀(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的真空封口机的真空泵,其特征在于:所述气泵(4)包括连杆(41)、与连杆连接的活塞(42)及拥有气腔的气缸(43),连杆的头部连接于偏心轮的偏心位置,气缸设有气缸底盖,气缸底盖上设有抽气道和排气道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的真空封口机的真空泵,其特征在于:所述单向气阀(5)包括阀门(51)和气阀底盖(52),阀门位于气缸底盖与气阀底盖之间,阀门设有两个分别位于抽气道和排气道处的止气垫(511),气阀底盖设有分别与抽气口(6)和排气口(7)导通的气道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的真空封口机的真空泵,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)包括上盖(11)和下盖(12),上盖与下盖相扣合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的真空封口机的真空泵,其特征在于:所述气缸(43)上设有凸起结构(431),外壳(1)上设有与凸起结构配合的凹孔(13),气缸通过凸起结构卡于凹孔固定于外壳中。
