Abstract

本发明公开了一种行动通讯装置点数交易系统及其方法,其包含至少一加密芯片、一界定于加密芯片内的功能选单、与电子通讯装置信息连接的储存装置及至少一与该储存装置对应配合动作的点数单元,通过上述的结构并协同下列步骤:第一使用者将货币至相关单位兑换成点数单元,并存入第一使用者的储存账号内;第一使用者借由操作第一电子通讯装置,将储存账号内的点数单元传输至第二使用者的储存账号内;第二使用者通过第二电子通讯装置,将第二使用者的储存账号内的点数单元进行使用,达成便于点数传输及安全性佳的实用进步性。

Description

行动通讯装置点数交易系统及其方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种行动通讯装置进行点数交易的系统及此套系统使用方法,尤其是指一种便于点数传输及安全性佳的行动通讯装置点数交易系统及其方法。
背景技术
当今社会的商业行为频繁,常有大笔资金交易的情况,而为了进行资金的转移,则需去对应场合进行作业,如银行或ATM。
此种金融行为,除了国内业务,更进一步到国外业务,当中所牵涉的问题就更加庞大,如汇率、银行间是否有业务往来等等,借此,常会有传输端及接收端为此所苦。
另外,于国外工作的工作者来说,常常使用手机跟家乡的家人进行连络,对国外的工作者来说,因无法快速取得当地的身份证明文件,而上述的各种金融行为,对国外工作者来说,就更加复杂困难。
再者,手机仅仅进行连络使用,功能就略显单调,无法更进一步有其他服务,故对应此种状况,有一种对应的手机贴片,通过贴片结合,让手机有更多功能及服务,但多种功能中,依然没有一种方法可有效改善上述的金融问题。
此外,现有作法有一种网络平台,其整合了上述部分问题并加以改善,使用者通过账号登入至此平台内,并将现金转换成此平台内的交易点数,进而取代现金交易的问题,而这种系统及方式,仅能于计算机上操作,且安全性仅依靠账号密码把关,如账号密码被盗用,内部具有价值的交易点数将非常容易被转移,造成使用者的损失。
有鉴于此,本发明人针对上述行动通讯装置进行点数交易的系统设计上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便,而深入构思,且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于点数传输及安全性佳的行动通讯装置点数交易系统及其方法。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种行动通讯装置点数交易系统,运用于多个电子通讯装置间相互对应交易的系统,该系统包含:至少一加密芯片,该加密芯片与电子通讯装置内的SIM卡结合;一设于该加密芯片并供用户进行操作的功能选单;多个分别与该电子通讯装置信息连接的储存装置;及至少一与该储存装置信息连接的点数单元,将结合有该加密芯片的电子通讯装置进行点数传输时,用通透过该功能选单操作,并借由该加密芯片动作将该相对应配合的该储存装置内的点数单元进行传输。
该电子通讯装置为一行动通讯装置的设备。
该行动通讯装置为移动电话、平板计算机或笔记本电脑其中之一。
一种行动通讯装置点数交易的方法,运用于多个电子通讯装置间相互对应交易的系统,步骤包含:
a、第一使用者将货币至相关单位兑换成点数单元,并存入第一使用者的储存账号内;
b、第一使用者借由操作第一电子通讯装置,将储存账号内的点数单元传输至第二使用者的储存账号内;
c、第二使用者通过第二电子通讯装置,将第二使用者的储存账号内的点数单元进行使用。
该第一电子通讯装置结合一加密芯片,且该加密芯片与该电子通讯装置内的SIM卡结合,而该加密芯片内界定有一功能选单,该功能选单供用户进行操作。
该货币为任一国家货币,而该相关单位为设于当地的服务机关。
该点数单元用于付款或兑换当地货币使用。
采用上述结构后,本发明行动通讯装置点数交易系统及其方法,当传输端欲进行传输动作时,通过操作结合有加密芯片的电子通讯装置,通过功能选单的操作,将对应该电子通讯装置的储存装置内的点数单元进行传输,传输至接收端电子通讯装置的储存装置内,而接收端再将该点数单元至对应的服务处进行后续作业使用,借此,使用双方皆可通过电子通讯装置即可完成交易传输,不需至银行等金融单位进行,可随时随地进行操作,借此达成便于点数传输及安全性佳的实用进步性。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1及图2所示,为本发明较佳实施例的架构示意图及流程示意图,由图中可清楚看出本发明包括:
至少一加密芯片1,且该加密芯片1与电子通讯装置4内的SIM卡41结合;
一界定于该加密芯片1并供用户进行操作的功能选单11;
多个分别与该电子通讯装置4信息连接的储存装置2;及
至少一与该储存装置2信息连接的点数单元3。
其中该电子通讯装置4为一行动通讯装置的设备,更进一步界定为移动电话、平板计算机或笔记本电脑其中之一。
其使用步骤包含:
a、第一使用者将货币至相关单位兑换成点数单元,并存入第一使用者的储存账号内;
b、第一使用者借由操作第一电子通讯装置,将储存账号内的点数单元传输至第二使用者的储存账号内;
c、第二使用者通过第二电子通讯装置,将第二使用者的储存账号内的点数单元进行使用。
请同时配合参阅图1、图3、图4及图5所示,为本发明较佳实施例的架构示意图及动作示意图,由图中可清楚看出,于首次使用时,传输端需将持有的电子通讯装置4结合加密芯片1,将加密芯片1贴附于SIM卡41上,使其连接动作,并于本发明的系统端生成一对应的储存装置2,此后通过相关单位作业及使用者操作,将金钱转为点数单元3并存于储存装置2;当欲进行点数单元3传输时,通过电子通讯装置4的操作,并配合加密芯片1动作,将一随机生成的密码传至接收端的电子通讯装置4上,并以讯息告知接收端有一笔点数单元3的传输,此时接收端为首次使用此套系统的使用者时,即向系统端进行申请,同样生成一对应的储存装置2,之后把该笔密码输入后,将该点数单元3存入接收端的储存装置2内,完成传输动作;如接收端已有储存装置2,则不需进行上述的申请步骤,直接将密码输入后接收点数单元3即可;通过上述的结构动作及方法,只要在电子通讯装置4上进行操作,随时随地都可进行传输动作,而此套系统更进一步与各国的金融单位进行配合时,将可大幅度简化货币之间转换问题及手续,在此举一简单的应用例,传输端(即第一使用者)在A国的相关单位将当地货币换成点数单元3,并存入第一使用者的储存账号(即所对应的储存装置2)内,第一使用者借由操作第一电子通讯装置,将储存账号内的点数单元3传输至第二使用者的储存账号(即第二使用者所对应的储存装置2)内,而第二使用者位于B国,此后接收端接收后即可将该点数单元3进行使用,如拿去付费或兑换成B国当地货币,借此达成便于点数传输及安全性佳的实用进步性。
因此,本发明的行动通讯装置点数交易系统及其方法为可改善现有的技术关键在于:
仅需将电子通讯装置4上的SIM卡41结合加密芯片1,即可进行此套系统的运用,更进一步通过点数单元3的传输,彻底改善各种货币相互转换烦琐的问题,进而达成便于点数传输及安全性佳的实用进步性。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (7)

1、一种行动通讯装置点数交易系统,运用于多个电子通讯装置间相互对应交易的系统,其特征在于,该系统包含:
至少一加密芯片,该加密芯片与电子通讯装置内的SIM卡结合;
一设于该加密芯片并供用户进行操作的功能选单;
多个分别与该电子通讯装置信息连接的储存装置;及
至少一与该储存装置信息连接的点数单元,将结合有该加密芯片的电子通讯装置进行点数传输时,用通透过该功能选单操作,并借由该加密芯片动作将该相对应配合的该储存装置内的点数单元进行传输。
2、如权利要求1所述的行动通讯装置点数交易系统,其特征在于:该电子通讯装置为一行动通讯装置的设备。
3、如权利要求2所述的行动通讯装置点数交易系统,其特征在于:该行动通讯装置为移动电话、平板计算机或笔记本电脑其中之一。
4、一种行动通讯装置点数交易的方法,运用于多个电子通讯装置间相互对应交易的系统,其特征在于,步骤包含:
a、第一使用者将货币至相关单位兑换成点数单元,并存入第一使用者的储存账号内;
b、第一使用者借由操作第一电子通讯装置,将储存账号内的点数单元传输至第二使用者的储存账号内;
c、第二使用者通过第二电子通讯装置,将第二使用者的储存账号内的点数单元进行使用。
5、如权利要求4所述的行动通讯装置点数交易的方法,其特征在于:该第一电子通讯装置结合一加密芯片,且该加密芯片与该电子通讯装置内的SIM卡结合,而该加密芯片内界定有一功能选单,该功能选单供用户进行操作。
6、如权利要求4所述的行动通讯装置点数交易方法,其特征在于:该货币为任一国家货币,而该相关单位为设于当地的服务机关。
7、如权利要求4所述的行动通讯装置点数交易方法,其特征在于:该点数单元用于付款或兑换当地货币使用。
