Description
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟及电子烟组装方法。
现有技术的电子烟中,雾化器与电池杆之间的连接方式通常采用螺纹连接,通过旋转雾化器或电池杆,以实现两者之间的物理及电性连接,雾化器内的烟油使用完毕后,通过反方向旋转所述雾化器或电池杆,以实现将所述雾化器取出并更换新的雾化器。然而,螺纹式连接方式不易判断是否到位,容易错位,组装和拆卸繁琐,用户体验差。再者,由于电子烟在外形和手感上均要求最大限度地模仿真烟,造成其零部件尺寸较小。而电子烟的雾化器与电池杆采用螺纹连接,不仅制造不方便,而且降低了电子烟的机械强度,容易折断,从而造成所述电子烟的使用寿命较短。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟中的雾化器与电池杆的连接方式较为复杂且容易错位及折断的缺陷,提供一种雾化器与电池杆的连接方式简便且连接牢固的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括雾化器,以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化器上的电池杆;所述雾化器包括第一外电极,以及设置在所述第一外电极内部的第一内电极;所述电池杆包括用于与所述第一外电极电连接的第二外电极,以及用于与所述第一内电极电连接并设置在所述第二外电极内部的第二内电极;所述第一外电极凸设于所述雾化器的端面,所述第二外电极凸设于所述电池杆的端面;所述第一外电极与所述第二外电极相互套合形成涨紧配合连接,且所述第一外电极插入所述电池杆内,所述第二外电极插入所述雾化器内,所述雾化器的端面与所述电池杆的端面相抵接,以实现所述雾化器与所述电池杆的固定连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一外电极与所述第二外电极均为中空的圆柱状结构;所述第一外电极的内壁与所述第二外电极的外壁相互套合连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一外电极包括安装在所述雾化器一端的第一电极本体,以及由所述第一电极本体向靠近所述电池杆的一端延伸并用于夹持所述第二外电极的外壁的第一锁紧臂。

S1、提供雾化器,所述雾化器的一端安装有第一外电极以及第一内电极,且所述第一外电极凸设于所述雾化器的端面;并提供电池杆,所述电池杆的一端安装有与所述第一外电极连接的第二外电极,以及与所述第一内电极连接的第二内电极,且所述第二外电极凸设于所述电池杆的端面;
S2、将所述第一外电极与所述第二外电极对准插入,所述第一外电极插入所述电池杆内,所述第二外电极插入所述雾化器内,所述雾化器的端面与所述电池杆的端面相抵接,使得所述第一外电极与所述第二外电极相互套合形成涨紧配合连接,以实现所述雾化器与所述电池杆的固定连接。
实施本发明的电子烟及电子烟组装方法,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟中的第一外电极与第二外电极采用相互套合连接的结构,在组装所述电子烟时只需将雾化器中的第一外电极与电池杆中的第二外电极对准插入以实现两者的套合连接,即可实现雾化器与电池杆的固定连接,此连接结构简单,容易对准插接,设计新颖且操作简便。与现有的雾化器与电池杆采用螺纹连接的方式相比,由于所述第一外电极凸设于所述雾化器的端面,所述第二外电极凸设于所述电池杆的端面,对接时所述第一外电极插入所述电池杆内,所述第二外电极插入所述雾化器内,形成电池杆与雾化器相互深入插接的形式,从而在没有改变电子烟形状的情况下可实现增加了电子烟的机械强度,解决了容易折断的问题,而且便于制造;此外,当需要更换雾化器时,能够较为方便地将雾化器与电子杆进行拆卸,且更换雾化器时操作省时省力,从而增强所述电子烟的用户体验。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2以及图3所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟,其包括雾化器1以及电池杆2。电池杆2可拆卸地连接在雾化器1上,其用于给雾化器1供电以驱动雾化器1工作产生供使用者吸食的烟雾。雾化器1包括第一外电极11以及第一内电极12。第一内电极12设置在第一外电极11的内部,且第一外电极11凸设于雾化器1的端面。
电池杆2包括第二外电极21以及第二内电极22。第二外电极21用于与第一外电极11电连接,第二内电极22用于与第一内电极12电连接,采用第一外电极11、第一内电极12、第二外电极21以及第二内电极22的结构即可实现电池杆2给雾化器1供电。第二内电极22设置在第二外电极21的内部,且第二外电极21凸设于电池杆2的端面。组装所述电子烟时,将第一外电极11的内壁与第二外电极21的外壁对准插入,所述第一外电极11插入所述电池杆2内,所述第二外电极21插入所述雾化器1内,所述雾化器1的端面与所述电池杆2的端面相抵接,以实现两者的相互套合连接,此时第一内电极12与第二内电极22相互接触以实现两者的电连接。第一外电极11与第二外电极21采用相互套合连接的结构,既能够实现两者的电连接,又能够实现雾化器1与电池杆2的固定连接。
当需要使用所述电子烟时,只需将雾化器1中的第一外电极11与电池杆2中的第二外电极21对准插入以实现两者的套合连接,即可实现雾化器1与电池杆2的连接,此连接结构简单,容易对准插接,设计新颖且操作简便。与现有的雾化器1与电池杆2采用螺纹连接的方式相比,由于所述第一外电极11凸设于所述雾化器1的端面,所述第二外电极21凸设于所述电池杆2的端面,对接时所述第一外电极11插入所述电池杆2内,所述第二外电极21插入所述雾化器1内,形成电池杆2与雾化器1相互深入插接的形式,从而在没有改变电子烟形状的情况下可实现增加了电子烟的机械强度,解决了容易折断的问题,而且便于制造;此外,当需要更换雾化器1时,能够较为方便地将雾化器1与电子杆2进行拆卸,且更换雾化器1时操作省时省力,从而增强所述电子烟的用户体验。
具体地,如图4并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,雾化器1还包括雾化套管10、第一绝缘件13、第一固定座14、雾化组件15以及吸嘴盖16。雾化套管10大致为中空的圆筒状结构,第一固定座14安装在雾化套管10的一端,吸嘴盖16安装在雾化套管10远离第一固定座14的一端。雾化组件15安装在雾化套管10的内部,其工作时可产生供使用者吸食的烟雾。
第一外电极11以及第一内电极12分别与雾化组件15电连接,以实现给雾化组件15供电。其中,如图6并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,第一外电极11包括第一电极本体111以及第一锁紧臂112。第一电极本体111为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在第一固定座14上。该第一电极本体111的一端与雾化组件15电连接,其另一端设置有第一锁紧臂112。第一锁紧臂112由第一电极本体111向靠近电池杆2的一端延伸并用于夹持第二外电极21的外壁。第一外电极11采用弹性材料制成,第二外电极21在插入第一外电极11内部的过程中,第一锁紧臂112产生弹性变形,使得第一锁紧臂112稳固地夹紧在第二外电极21的外壁上,既而使得雾化器1与电池杆2实现稳固的连接。第一锁紧臂112大致为长条形结构,其设置有多个。采用第一锁紧臂112的结构,能够使得第二外电极21能够较为顺畅地插入第一外电极11内。本实施例中,第一锁紧臂112设置有四个,四个第一锁紧臂112均匀地分布在第一电极本体111上。在本发明的其它实施例中,第一锁紧臂112的数量亦可以有其它的选择。
如图4并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,第一内电极12大致为圆柱状结构,其安装在第一固定座14上并位于第一外电极11的内部。第一内电极12上开设有供气流流通的第一通气孔121,该第一通气孔121沿第一内电极12的轴向设置。本实施例中,第一内电极12与第二内电极22同样采用套合连接的方式进行连接。第二内电极22套合连接在第一内电极12的外部,从而使得雾化器1与电池杆2能够更加稳固地实现连接。
如图4并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,第一绝缘件13大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在第一外电极11与第一内电极12之间。第一内电极12安装在第一绝缘件13的内部,第一外电极11安装在第一绝缘件13的外部,以实现第一外电极11与第一内电极12的电性隔离。第一绝缘件13安装在第一外电极11与第一内电极12之间靠近雾化组件15的一端,且第一绝缘件13沿雾化套管10轴向方向上的长度小于第一外电极11以及第一内电极12沿雾化套管10轴向方向上的长度,使得第一外电极11、第一内电极12以及第一绝缘件13之间形成有用于容纳第二外电极21、第二内电极22以及第二绝缘件23的容纳腔100。当雾化器1与电池杆2连接时,第二外电极21、第二内电极22以及第二绝缘件23的末端插入该容纳腔100内。
如图7并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,第一固定座14用于固定第一外电极11、第一内电极12以及第一绝缘件13,其包括第一座体141以及第一安装孔142。第一座体141的形状与雾化套管10的内径相适配,其安装在雾化套管10的一端。该第一座体141采用塑胶或硅胶等材料制成,其具有良好的弹性及密封性能,使得其能够紧密且稳固地安装在雾化套管10上。第一安装孔142沿第一座体141的轴向设置,第一外电极11的外壁与第一安装孔142的内壁相互抵持,使得第一外电极11稳固地安装在第一安装孔142中。第一外电极11以及第一内电极12均凸设于第一固定座14远离雾化组件15的一端。本实施例中,第一外电极11、第一内电极12、第一绝缘件13以及第一固定座14均同轴设置,且第一内电极12、第一绝缘件13、第一外电极11以及第一固定座14依次套设,以实现四者之间的组装。
如图5并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,电池杆2还包括电池套管20、第二绝缘件23、第二固定座24、电池25以及端盖26。电池套管20大致为中空的圆筒状结构,第二固定座24安装在电池套管20的一端,端盖26安装在电池套管20远离第二固定座24的一端。电池25安装在电池套管20的内部,其用于给雾化器1供电。
如图5并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,第二外电极21以及第二内电极22分别与电池25的两个电极电连接。其中,第二外电极21为中空的圆柱状结构,其外径略大于第一外电极11的内径,使得第一外电极11能够稳固地套合连接在第二外电极21的外壁上。该第二外电极21安装在第二固定座24上。
如图5并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,第二内电极22为圆柱状结构,其内部开设有供气流流通的第二通气孔220,该第二通气孔220的内径略小于第二内电极12的外径,且该第二内电极22安装在第二固定座24上并位于第二外电极21的内部。第一内电极12插装该第二内电极22中,以实现两者的套合连接,并且能够实现第二通气孔220与第一通气孔121相互连通。第一内电极12与第二内电极22采用套合连接的结构,既能实现两者的电连接,又能进一步加强雾化器1与电池杆2连接的稳定性,此外,所述第二通气孔220与第一通气孔121可将沉积在所述第一内电极12、第二内电极22以及周围的热量带走,可避免电子烟工作时产生的热量烫手,提高了用户体验。为了便于第一内电极12插入第二内电极22内,第二内电极22远离电池25的一端的孔径略大于第一内电极12的外径。采用此结构能够起到导向作用,使得第一内电极12能够较为顺畅地插入第二电极22内以实现两者的套合连接。本实施例中,第一内电极12凸设于第一外电极11靠近雾化器2的端面。采用此结构,当需要连接雾化器1与电池杆2时,能够简便地将第一内电极12与第二内电极22对准插入,以起到导向定位作用,进而便于第一外电极11与第二包电极21对准插接。
如图5并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,第二绝缘件23大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在第二外电极21与第二内电极22之间。第二内电极22安装在第二绝缘件23的内部,第二外电极21安装在第二绝缘件23的外部,以实现第二外电极21与第二内电极22的电性隔离。本实施例中,第二外电极21、第二内电极22以及第二绝缘件23三者远离电池25的一端相互齐平,采用此结构能够提高第二外电极21与第二内电极22的结构强度,进而提高所述电子烟的使用寿命。
如图8并参阅图1、图2、图3以及图9所示,第二固定座24用于固定第二外电极21、第二内电极22以及第二绝缘件23,其包括第二座体241、第二安装孔242以及插装孔243。第二座体241的形状与电池套管20的内径相适配,其安装在电池套管20的一端。该第二座体241采用塑胶或硅胶等材料制成,其具有良好的弹性及密封性能,使得其能够紧密且稳固地安装在电池套管20上。第二安装孔242沿第二座体241的轴向设置,第二外电极21的外壁与第二安装孔242的内壁相互抵持,使得第二外电极21稳固地安装在第二安装孔242中。插装孔243开设在第二座体241远离电池25的一端,其与第二安装孔242同轴设置且孔径大于第二安装孔242的孔径。该插装孔243的孔径与第一外电极11的外径相适配,便于第一外电极11插装在该插装孔243中。本实施例中,第一外电极11与第二外电极21相互套合连接时,第一外电极11的外壁与插装孔243的内壁之间形成间隙,也即第一外电极11的外壁与插装孔243的内壁不接触,此时第一外电极11与第二外电极21插装时阻力较小,便于雾化器1与电池杆2的拆卸和组装。在本发明的其它实施例中,第一外电极11与第二外电极21相互套合连接时,第一外电极11的外壁与插装孔243的内壁相互抵持,使得第一外电极11与第二外电极21能够更加稳固地进行套合连接,能够进一步提高雾化器1与电池杆2的连接稳定性。第二外电极21以及第二内电极22均凸设于第二固定座24远离电池25的一端。本实施例中,第二外电极21、第二内电极22、第二绝缘件23以及第二固定座24均同轴设置,且第二内电极22、第二绝缘件23、第二外电极21以及第二固定座24依次套设,以实现四者之间的组装。
在本发明的其它实施例中,第二外电极21可采用涂覆在第二绝缘件23外壁上的导电层,第二内电极22可采用涂覆在第二绝缘件23内壁上的导电层。采用此结构,使得第二外电极21、第二内电极22以及第二绝缘件23的整体性更好,以提高三者连接时的结构强度。
如图3、图4、图5并参阅图1以及图2所示,组装上述电子烟时,首先分别组装雾化器1以及电池杆2。组装雾化器1时,首先将第一内电极12、第一绝缘件13、第一外电极11以及第一固定座14依次套合组装,并将第一外电极11以及第一内电极12分别与雾化组件15电连接;然后将雾化组件15安装在雾化套管10的内部,并将第一固定座14安装在雾化套管10的一端;最后将吸嘴盖16安装在雾化套管10远离第一固定座14的一端。组装电池杆2时,首先将第二内电极22、第二绝缘件23、第二外电极21以及第二固定座24依次套合组装,并将第二外电极21以及第二内电极22分别与电池25电连接;然后将电池25安装在电池套管20的内部,并将第二固定座24安装在电池套管20的一端;最后将端盖26安装在电池套管20远离第二固定座24的一端。
雾化器1与电池杆2组装完毕之后,再将第一外电极11与第二外电极21对准插入,使得第一外电极11与第二外电极21,以及第一内电极12与第二内电极22实现相互套合连接,从而实现雾化器1与电池杆2的连接。此时,第一座体141远离雾化组件15的端面与第二座体241远离电池25的端面相互贴合。
如图9并参阅图3所示,使用本实施例之一所述的电子烟时,空气从端盖26上设置的通孔(未标号)进入电池套管20内,再依次流经第二内电极22中的第二通气孔220、第一内电极12中的第一通气孔121进入雾化组件15中,雾化组件15工作时产生的烟雾最终从吸嘴盖16中排出。由于上述电子烟中的第一外电极11的内壁与第二外电极21的外壁采用相互套合连接的结构,既能够实现两者的电连接,又能够实现雾化器1与电池杆2的固定连接。当需要更换雾化器1时,能够较为方便地将雾化器1与电子杆2进行拆卸,且更换雾化器1时操作省时省力,从而增强所述电子烟的用户体验。
如图10、图11以及图12所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于雾化器1中的第一外电极11、第一内电极12、第一绝缘件13以及第一固定座14,电池杆2中的第二外电极21、第二内电极22、第二绝缘件23以及第二固定座24的结构。本实施例中,第一外电极11的外壁与第二外电极21的内壁套合连接,既能够实现两者的电连接,又能够实现雾化器1与电池杆2的固定连接。
具体地,如图13并参阅图10、图11、图12以及图17所示,雾化器1中:第一外电极11大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其外径略大于第二外电极21的内径,使得第一外电极11能够稳固地套合连接在第二外电极21的内壁上。第一内电极12为弹片结构,其与第二内电极22采用弹性抵接的方式进行连接。
如图16并参阅图10、图11、图12以及图17所示,第一固定座14包括第一座体141、第一安装孔142、第一通气槽143以及第二通气槽144。第一座体141包括置于所述雾化套管10外部的卡接部1411,以及沿卡接部1411一端缩径形成并安装在雾化套管10内部的插装部1412,即插装部1412的外径小于卡接部1411的外径。第一安装孔142为台阶孔,其沿第一座体141的轴向开设,该第一安装孔142靠近雾化组件15一端的直径小于另一端的直径。第一通气槽143开设在卡接部1411的侧壁上,其与外界相连通,且第一通气槽143与第一安装孔142相连通。第二通气槽144轴向开设在第一安装孔142的内壁上。采用第一通气槽143以及第二通气槽144的结构,以形成供气流流通的通道,使得外界空气能够通过第一固定座14中进入雾化套管10内部,与实施例之一相比,缩短了气流在所述电子烟中的行程,有效地减少了气流撞击而产生的噪音。
如图14、图15并参阅图10、图11、图12以及图17所示,电池杆2中:第二外电极21的结构与实施例之一中的第一外电极11的结构类似。该第二外电极21包括第二电极本体211以及第二锁紧臂212。第二电极本体211为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在第二固定座24上。该第二电极本体211的一端与电池25电连接,其另一端设置有第二锁紧臂212。第二锁紧臂212由第二电极本体211向靠近雾化器1的一端延伸并用于夹持第一外电极11的外壁。第二外电极21采用弹性材料制成,第二外电极21在插入第一外电极11内部的过程中,第二锁紧臂212产生弹性变形,使得第二锁紧臂212稳固地夹紧在第一外电极11的外壁上,既而使得雾化器1与电池杆2实现稳固的连接。第二锁紧臂212大致为长条形结构,其设置有多个。采用第二锁紧臂212的结构,能够使得第一外电极11能够较为顺畅地插入第二外电极21内。本实施例中,第二锁紧臂212设置有四个,四个第二锁紧臂212均匀地分布在第二电极本体211上。在本发明的其它实施例中,第二锁紧臂212的数量亦可以有其它的选择。
第二内电极22包括中空的固定座221、安装在固定座221远离电池25一端的伸缩件222,以及抵持在所述固定座221以及伸缩件222之间的弹性件223。该弹性件223为弹簧,第一内电极12与第二内电极22采用弹性抵接的结构,其电连接的稳定性更好。第二外电极21以及第二内电极22远离电池25的一端形成有用于容纳第一外电极11的空间。第二固定座24的结构与实施例之一中的第一固定座14的结构类似。
如图17并参阅图12所示,使用上述实施例之二所述的电子烟时,空气从第一固定座14上开设的第一通气槽143进入雾化套管10内,再依次流经第二通气槽144进入雾化组件15中,雾化组件15工作时产生的烟雾最终从吸嘴盖16中排出。由于上述电子烟中的第一外电极11的外壁与第二外电极21的内壁采用相互套合连接的结构,既能够实现两者的电连接,又能够实现雾化器1与电池杆2之间的固定连接。当需要更换雾化器1时,能够较为方便地将雾化器1与电子杆2进行拆卸,且更换雾化器1时操作省时省力,从而增强所述电子烟的用户体验。
在本发明的其它实施例中,上述较佳实施例之一以及较佳实施例之二中的雾化器1中的第一外电极11、第一内电极12、第一绝缘件13以及第一固定座14的结构与电池杆2中的第二外电极21、第二内电极22、第二绝缘件23以及第二固定座24的结构可以对调设置,同样能够实现雾化器1与电池杆2的快速组装和拆卸。
基于上述电子烟的结构,本发明还构造了一种电子烟的组装方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提供雾化器1,雾化器1的一端安装有第一外电极11以及第一内电极12;并提供电池杆2,电池杆2的一端安装有与第一外电极11连接的第二外电极21,以及与第一内电极12连接的第二内电极22。
S2、将第一外电极11与第二外电极21对准插入,所述第一外电极11插入所述电池杆2内,所述第二外电极21插入所述雾化器1内,所述雾化器1的端面与所述电池杆2的端面相抵接,使得第一外电极11与第二外电极21相互套合连接,以实现雾化器1与电池杆2的固定连接。
具体地,组装雾化器1与电池杆2时,将第一外电极11的内壁与第二外电极21的外壁对准插接,以实现两者的相互套合连接,此时第一内电极12与第二内电极22相互接触以实现电连接。第二外电极21在插入第一外电极11的内壁的过程中,第一外电极11产生弹性变形,使得第一外电极11稳固地夹紧在第二外电极21的外壁上,既而使得雾化器1与电池杆2实现稳固的连接。本实施例中,第一内电极12与第二内电极22同样采用套合连接的方式进行连接。第二内电极22套合连接在第一内电极12的外部,从而使得雾化器1与电池杆2能够更加稳固地实现连接。在本发明的其它实施例中,组装雾化器1与电池杆2时,将第一外电极11的外壁与第二外电极21的内壁对准插接,以实现两者的相互套合连接,此时第一内电极12与第二内电极22弹性抵接以实现电连接。第一外电极11在插入第二外电极21的内壁的过程中,第二外电极21产生弹性变形,使得第二外电极21稳固地夹紧在第一外电极11的外壁上,既而使得雾化器1与电池杆2实现稳固的连接。
采用上述组装电子烟的方法,只需将雾化器1中的第一外电极11与电池杆2中的第二外电极21对准插入以实现两者的套合连接,即可实现雾化器1与电池杆2的固定连接,此连接结构简单,容易对准插接,设计新颖且操作简便。与现有的雾化器1与电池杆2采用螺纹连接的方式相比,由于所述第一外电极11凸设于所述雾化器1的端面,所述第二外电极21凸设于所述电池杆2的端面,对接时所述第一外电极11插入所述电池杆2内,所述第二外电极21插入所述雾化器1内,形成电池杆2与雾化器1相互深入插接的形式,从而在没有改变电子烟形状的情况下可实现增加了电子烟的机械强度,解决了容易折断的问题,而且便于制造;此外,当需要更换雾化器1时,能够较为方便地将雾化器1与电子杆2进行拆卸,且更换雾化器1时操作省时省力,从而增强所述电子烟的用户体验。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (19)
- 一种电子烟,包括雾化器(1),以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化器(1)上的电池杆(2);所述雾化器(1)包括第一外电极(11),以及设置在所述第一外电极(11)内部的第一内电极(12);所述电池杆(2)包括用于与所述第一外电极(11)电连接的第二外电极(21),以及用于与所述第一内电极(12)电连接并设置在所述第二外电极(21)内部的第二内电极(22);其特征在于:所述第一外电极(11)凸设于所述雾化器(1)的端面,所述第二外电极(21)凸设于所述电池杆(2)的端面;所述第一外电极(11)与所述第二外电极(21)相互套合形成涨紧配合连接,且所述第一外电极(11)插入所述电池杆(2)内,所述第二外电极(21)插入所述雾化器(1)内,所述雾化器(1)的端面与所述电池杆(2)的端面相抵接,以实现所述雾化器(1)与所述电池杆(2)的固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一外电极(11)与所述第二外电极(21)均为中空的圆柱状结构;所述第一外电极(11)的内壁与所述第二外电极(21)的外壁相互套合连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一外电极(11)包括安装在所述雾化器(1)一端的第一电极本体(111),以及由所述第一电极本体(111)向靠近所述电池杆(2)的一端延伸并用于夹持所述第二外电极(21)的外壁的第一锁紧臂(112)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一锁紧臂(112)设置有若干个;若干个所述第一锁紧臂(112)均匀地分布在所述第一电极本体(111)上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器(1)还包括雾化套管(10)、安装在所述第一外电极(11)与所述第一内电极(12)之间的第一绝缘件(13),以及安装在所述雾化套管(10)一端的第一固定座(14);所述第一外电极(11)、所述第一内电极(12)以及所述第一绝缘件(13)均安装在所述第一固定座(14)上;所述电池杆(2)还包括电池套管(20)、安装在所述第二外电极(21)与所述第二内电极(22)之间的第二绝缘件(23),以及安装在所述电池套管(20)一端的第二固定座(24);所述第二外电极(21)、所述第二内电极(22)以及所述第二绝缘件(23)均安装在所述第二固定座(24)上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一固定座(14)包括安装在所述雾化套管(10)一端的第一座体(141),以及轴向开设在所述第一座体(141)上的第一安装孔(142);所述第一外电极(11)的外壁与所述第一安装孔(142)的内壁相互抵持;所述第一外电极(11)、所述第一内电极(12)以及所述第一绝缘件(13)之间形成有用于容纳所述第二外电极(21)、所述第二内电极(22)以及所述第二绝缘件(23)的容纳腔(100)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二固定座(24)包括安装在所述电池套管(20)一端的第二座体(241)、轴向开设在所述第二座体(241)上的第二安装孔(242),以及开设在所述第二座体(241)靠近所述雾化器(1)的一端并与所述第一外电极(11)的外径相适配的插装孔(243);所述第二外电极(21)的外壁与所述第二安装孔(242)的内壁相互抵持。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二外电极(21)、所述第二内电极(22)以及所述第二绝缘件(23)三者靠近所述雾化器(1)的一端相互齐平。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一固定座(14)以及所述第二固定座(24)采用橡胶或硅胶制成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一内电极(12)凸设于所述第一外电极(11)靠近所述雾化器(2)的端面;所述第二内电极(22)凸设于所述电池杆(2)的端面;所述第一内电极(12)与所述第二内电极(22)相互套合连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一外电极(11)与所述第一内电极(12)同轴设置;所述第二外电极(21)与所述第二内电极(22)同轴设置。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一内电极(12)上开设有供气流流通的第一通气孔(121);所述第二内电极(22)上开设有供气流流通并与所述第一通气孔(121)相连通的第二通气孔(220)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一外电极(11)与所述第二外电极(21)均为中空的圆柱状结构;所述第一外电极(11)的外壁与所述第二外电极(21)的内壁相互套合连接。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二外电极(21)包括安装在所述电池杆(2)一端的第二电极本体(211),以及由所述第二电极本体(211)向靠近所述雾化器(1)的一端延伸并用于夹持所述第一外电极(11)的外壁的第二锁紧臂(212)。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二锁紧臂(212)设置有若干个;若干个所述第二锁紧臂(212)均匀地分布在所述第二电极本体(211)上。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器(1)还包括雾化套管(10),以及安装在所述雾化套管(10)一端并用于安装所述第一外电极(11)与所述第一内电极(12)的第一固定座(14);所述第一固定座(14)包括安装在所述雾化套管(10)一端的第一座体(141)、沿所述第一座体(141)轴向设置的第一安装孔(142)、第一通气槽(143)以及第二通气槽(144);所述第一外电极(11)的外壁与所述第一安装孔(142)的内壁相互抵持;所述第一座体(141)包括置于所述雾化套管(10)外部的卡接部(1411),以及沿所述卡接部(1411)一端缩径形成并安装在所述雾化套管(10)内部的插装部(1412);所述第一通气槽(143)开设在所述卡接部(1411)的侧壁上并与所述第一安装孔(142)相连通;所述第二通气槽(144)轴向开设在所述第一安装孔(142)的内壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一内电极(12)与所述第二内电极(22)弹性抵接。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二内电极(22)包括中空的固定座(221)、安装在所述固定座(221)靠近所述雾化器(1)一端的伸缩件(222),以及抵持在所述固定座(221)以及所述伸缩件(222)之间的弹性件(223);所述第一内电极(12)与所述伸缩件(222)弹性抵接。
- 一种电子烟组装方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:S1、提供雾化器(1),所述雾化器(1)的一端安装有第一外电极(11)以及第一内电极(12),且所述第一外电极(11)凸设于所述雾化器(1)的端面;并提供电池杆(2),所述电池杆(2)的一端安装有与所述第一外电极(11)连接的第二外电极(21),以及与所述第一内电极(12)连接的第二内电极(22),且所述第二外电极(21)凸设于所述电池杆(2)的端面;S2、将所述第一外电极(11)与所述第二外电极(21)对准插入,所述第一外电极(11)插入所述电池杆(2)内,所述第二外电极(21)插入所述雾化器(1)内,所述雾化器(1)的端面与所述电池杆(2)的端面相抵接,使得所述第一外电极(11)与所述第二外电极(21)相互套合实现涨紧配合连接,以实现所述雾化器(1)与所述电池杆(2)的固定连接。
