Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cuvette multi-puits pour l'intégration de la réaction entre un échantillon et un réactif ainsi que la détection d'un analyte particulier qui y est inclus. La cuvette multi-puits comporte : une partie chambre de réaction ayant un échantillon et un réactif placés en son sein ; et une partie détection pour détecter la réaction entre l'échantillon et le réactif. La partie chambre de réaction comprend : une chambre d'attente d'un élément d'extraction dans laquelle un élément pour diviser ou distribuer l'échantillon est en attente ; une chambre de remplissage d'échantillon ; et une chambre de remplissage de réactif qui est remplie avec le réactif, et dans laquelle est réalisée la réaction avec l'échantillon. La partie détection comprend : un moyen d'analyse par chromatographie pour un produit de réaction entre l'échantillon et le réactif ; et une chambre de détection destinée à le recevoir.
