相邻钢丝绳之间的距离为 50-80mm。
所述慢速旋转刀和快速旋转刀与筛网之间的垂直距离为 30~50mm。
所述湿式水分选装置中支架上设有的破碎刀外部设有保护罩。
所述勾选装置上的钩长为 80~120mm, 伸入液面以下 20~30mm, 相邻钩之 间的间距为 30~50mm。
所述导流片设在破碎刀的下端, 与底面成一定角度, 阻挡沉入水底的无机物 随水流流动。
所述勾选装置优选为由塑料制备, 可避免腐蚀和生锈。 本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明由干式破碎风选装置与湿式水分选装置组成, 结构紧凑,采用转速不 同, 同向转动的的破碎刀,解决了垃圾破碎时易缠绕,卡死等问题,可连续生产, 生产效率高, 操作简单, 同时设有具有多重保护装置, 整套系统安全可靠, 可将 可腐有机物、轻质可燃物、无机物完全分离, 且轻质可燃物由干式破碎风选装置 选出, 含水率低, 便于后续能源化利用, 从而使城市生活垃圾作为一种资源而得 到充分利用, 变废为宝, 具有很高的环境效益和社会效益。 附图说明:

以下是对本发明的进一步说明, 而不是对本发明的限制。
一种城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 该系统包括干式破碎风选装置和湿式 水分选装置。如图 1所示,所述干式破碎风选装置包括干式破碎风选装置顶部设 有的进料口 1、 位于所述进料口 1下部的破碎仓 2、 位于所述破碎仓 2下部的筛 网 6、 位于所述筛网 6下部的风选室 7、 位于所述风选室 7下侧的根据自身承重 改变速度的自适应输送带 9; 所述破碎仓 2内相邻设置有转向相同的慢速旋转刀 3和快速旋转刀 4, 所述慢速旋转刀 3安装在进料口 1正下方; 所述风选室 7左 侧安装有风机 8; 所述自适应输送带 9运行方向与风速方向相反。
如图 2和 3所示, 所述湿式水分选装置包括水池 10、 所述水池 10的右前方 设有的进料口 11、 所述水池 10的上方设有的支架 12、 所述支架 12上固定设有 的隔板 13、 破碎刀 14和勾选装置 15、 所述水池 10的左端设有的进水管 16、所 述水池 10的右后端池壁中部设有的溢流口 17、 跟所述溢流口 17连接的循环水 泵 19、所述溢流口 17跟循环水泵 19的连接处设置的滤网 18、所述水池 10池壁 中下部设有的出料口 21、 所述水池 10底部设有的与水池 10底面成锐角的导流 片 22和跟所述导流片 22下端连接的出渣螺旋 23; 所述隔板 13上端固定于所述 支架 12上, 下端与所述水池 10底部相连, 将水池 10中部分隔开; 所述勾选装 置 15的前端伸入水中, 后端向外延伸出水池 10外, 且后端高于前端; 所述循环 水泵 19经循环水管 20跟水池 10连通, 所述导流片 22设在破碎刀 14的下端。
所述湿式水分选装置的水池 10的右前方设有的进料口 11设在所述干式破碎 风选装置的自适应输送带 9下端, 不能吹动的垃圾由自适应输送带 9送往左侧, 通过进料口 11落入水池 10。
所述破碎仓 2内设置的慢速旋转刀 3和快速旋转刀 4的中心轴安装在可移动 导轨 31上, 并且在慢速旋转刀 3中心轴的左侧和快速旋转刀 4中心轴的右侧分 别安装有弹簧保护装置 33和紧急制动开关 32。
弹簧保护设置如图 4所示,此装置在慢速旋转刀 3中心轴的左侧和快速旋转 刀 4中心轴的右侧各安装一个, 在遇到难以破碎的垃圾, 刀片卡住之后, 两个破 碎刀会沿可移动导轨 31移动,在触碰紧急制动开关 32后,系统停止,保护刀片。
慢速旋转刀 3和快速旋转刀 4两台旋转刀之间的距离,根据对垃圾的破碎要 求设置。
所述快速旋转刀 4的转速为慢速旋转刀 3转速的 5-10倍。
所述慢速旋转刀 3和快速旋转刀 4与筛网 6之间的垂直距离为 30~50mm。 可旋转壁面 5的保护装置如图 5所示,所述破碎仓 2的左侧壁面和右侧壁面 为可旋转壁面 5,且破碎仓 2的左侧壁面和右侧壁面分别安装有紧急制动开关 51。 在正常情况下可旋转壁面 5处于垂直状态,若有大块物体进入,为避免破坏刀片, 则推动可旋转壁面 5, 在触碰紧急制动开关 51后, 系统停止。
如图 6所示, 所述筛网 6由钢丝绳 61和矩形基础结构 65构成, 钢丝绳 61 全部平行排列于所述矩形基础结构 65上,钢丝绳 61的一端固定于矩形基础结构 65上, 另一端通过滑扣 63下垂重物 62, 重物 62上方安装有紧急制动开关 64。
钢丝绳 61全部平行排列于所述破碎仓 2下部。
相邻钢丝绳 61之间的距离为 50-80mm。
当有大块垃圾堆积在筛网 6上时, 构成筛网 6的钢丝绳 61会向下运动, 重 物 62被拉起, 当重物 62运动触碰到紧急制动开关 64时, 系统停止。
重物 62的重量可根据实际情况进行选择, 依据广州垃圾的实际情况, 我们 选取的重物 62约 100kg。
所述湿式水分选装置中支架 12上设有的破碎刀 14外部设有保护罩 24。 所述勾选装置 15上的钩长为 80~120mm, 伸入液面以下 20~30mm, 相邻钩 之间的间距为 30~50mm。
所述导流片 22设在所述破碎刀 14的下端, 与所述水池 10底面成锐角, 阻 挡沉入水底的无机物随水流流动。
所述勾选装置 15优选为由塑料制备, 可避免腐蚀和生锈。
具体工作过程如下:
启动系统, 将垃圾由干式破碎风选装置顶部设有的进料口 1投入破碎仓 2, 垃圾由慢速旋转刀 3带动旋转, 旋转到快速旋转刀 4一侧垃圾被破碎,落到破碎 仓 2下部的筛网 6上, 落到筛网 6上的垃圾若尺寸小于筛网 6相邻钢丝绳间隙, 则落入风选室 7, 若尺寸大于筛网 6相邻钢丝绳间隙, 则停留在筛网 6上再次被 慢速旋转刀 3和快速旋转刀 4的旋转刀片带起破碎,直至垃圾破碎到尺寸小于筛 网 6相邻钢丝绳间隙从而落入风选室 7;进入风选室 7的垃圾,在风机 8作用下, 轻质可燃物 25被吹向右侧收集口,不能吹动的垃圾由自适应输送带 9送往左侧, 通过湿式水分选装置的水池 10的右前方设有的进料口 11落入水池 10, 由于隔 板 13将水池 10中部分隔开的作用,水池 10中的水随着破碎刀 14的旋转而产生 旋流, 水流方向为逆时针方向; 从进料口 11进入的垃圾被破碎刀 14再次破碎, 经由水流流到勾选装置 15处, 残留的塑料、纸片被勾选装置 15勾出; 重的无机 物沉入水池 10底部的过程中在导流片 22的作用下聚集在导流片 22底部, 被出 渣螺旋 23排出; 处于中上层的水中的悬浮物较少, 经溢流口 17流出, 经过滤网 18过滤, 再通过循环水泵 19进入循环水管 20, 重新进入水池 10中, 其它处于 水面中下层的厨余残渣等悬浮物, 由出料口 21定期排出, 进行堆肥处理; 水池 10中水量不足时, 通过进水管 16进行补充。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 该系统包括干式破碎风选装置和 湿式水分选装置,所述干式破碎风选装置包括干式破碎风选装置顶部设有的进料 口 (1 )、 位于所述进料口 (1 )下部的破碎仓 (2)、 位于所述破碎仓 (2) 下部的 筛网 (6)、 位于所述筛网 (6)下部的风选室 (7)、 位于所述风选室 (7) 下侧的 根据自身承重改变速度的自适应输送带 (9); 所述破碎仓 (2) 内相邻设置有转 向相同的慢速旋转刀 (3)和快速旋转刀 (4), 所述慢速旋转刀 (3)安装在进料 口 (1 ) 正下方; 所述风选室 (7)左侧安装有风机 (8); 所述自适应输送带 (9) 运行方向与风速方向相反;
所述湿式水分选装置包括水池 (10)、 所述水池 (10) 的右前方设有的进料 口 (11 )、 所述水池 (10) 的上方设有的支架 (12)、 所述支架 (12) 上固定设有 的隔板 (13)、 破碎刀 (14)和勾选装置 (15)、 所述水池 (10) 的左端设有的进 水管 (16)、 所述水池 (10) 的右后端池壁中部设有的溢流口 (17)、 跟所述溢流 口 (17) 连接的循环水泵 (19)、 所述溢流口 (17) 跟循环水泵 (19) 的连接处 设置的滤网(18)、所述水池(10)池壁中下部设有的出料口(21 )、所述水池(10) 底部设有的与水池 (10)底面成锐角的导流片 (22)和跟所述导流片 (22)下端 连接的出渣螺旋 (23); 所述隔板 (13) 上端固定于所述支架 (12) 上, 下端与 所述水池 (10)底部相连; 所述勾选装置 (15) 的前端伸入水中, 后端向外延伸 出水池 (10)夕卜, 且后端高于前端; 所述循环水泵 (19)经循环水管 (20)跟水 池 (10) 连通, 所述导流片 (22) 设在破碎刀 (14) 的下端;
所述湿式水分选装置的水池(10) 的右前方设有的进料口 (11 )设在所述干 式破碎风选装置的自适应输送带(9)下端,不能吹动的垃圾由自适应输送带(9) 送往左侧, 通过进料口 (11 ) 落入水池 (10)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 其特征在于, 所述破碎仓 (2) 内设置的慢速旋转刀 (3) 和快速旋转刀 (4) 的中心轴安装在 可移动导轨 (31 ) 上, 并且在慢速旋转刀 (3) 中心轴的左侧和快速旋转刀 (4) 中心轴的右侧分别安装有弹簧保护装置 (33) 和紧急制动开关 (32)。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 其特征在 于, 所述快速旋转刀 (4) 的转速为慢速旋转刀 (3) 转速的 5-10倍。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 其特征在 于, 所述破碎仓 (2) 的左侧壁面和右侧壁面为可旋转壁面 (5), 且破碎仓 (2) 的左侧壁面和右侧壁面分别安装有紧急制动开关 (51 )。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 其特征在 于, 所述筛网 (6 ) 由钢丝绳 (61 ) 和矩形基础结构 (65)构成, 钢丝绳 (61 ) 全 部平行排列于所述矩形基础结构 (65)上, 钢丝绳 (61 ) 的一端固定于矩形基础结 构 (65)上, 另一端通过滑扣 (63 ) 下垂重物 (62), 重物 (62) 上方安装有紧急 制动开关 (64)。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 其特征在于, 相邻钢丝绳 (61 ) 之间的距离为 50-80mm。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 其特征在于, 所述湿式水分选装置中支架(12)上设有的破碎刀 (14)外部设有保护罩(24)。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 其特征在于, 所述勾选装置 (15 ) 上的钩长为 80~120mm, 伸入液面以下 20~30mm, 相邻钩 之间的间距为 30~50mm。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 8所述的城市生活垃圾干湿联合分选系统, 其特征在 于, 所述勾选装置 (15 ) 由塑料制备。
