Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de coffrage de bâtiments, avec structure en béton in situ, qui utilise des coffrages perdus et autoportants, dans les murs et le sol, avec un isolant thermique et acoustique, les murs se formant au moyen de panneaux de coffrage (3), placés face à face, verticalement et en parallèle, qui sont joints pour former tout d'abord les coins intérieurs, par mise en place de la charpente métallique (6) puis des panneaux de coffrage extérieurs. Les panneaux préfabriqués (4) qui forment le coffrage (2) sont fabriqués sur le chantier, sur des blocs autoportants de polystyrène (42), dans lesquels ont été ménagés des trous qui forment des canaux longitudinaux (43), qui lors du bétonnage avec une charpente métallique (44) forment des nervures (41) de type solivettes, reliées par une pièce de polystyrène expansé (42) au niveau de leurs bases et de leurs flancs. Ces panneaux (4) sont placés sur le coffrage vertical, soutenus par divers étais (5), puis on place le treillis de la couche de compression (21) et l'on procède au déversement du béton, simultanément sur la couche de compression (21) et dans les murs verticaux (1), dans l'espace occupé par la structure (6) entre les panneaux latéraux (3).
