Description

一种视频通话的转接方法、 终端及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种视频通话的转接方法、 终端及系统。 背景技术
呼叫转移又称呼入转移, 即如果用户无法接听来电或不愿接听来电,呼叫 转移可以将来电转移到预设电话号码, 其中包括: 无条件转移所有来电, 即无 论手机处于何种状态,都将无条件地将所有来电转移到预设电话号码; 有条件 转移来电, 即当被呼叫手机未在有效服务区、 无人接听或正在通话时, 将来电 转移到预设电话号码; 转移分类,可以根据呼叫类型及当时电话状态把来电转 移到预设的不同的电话号码。 NFC ( Near Field Communication, 近距离无线通 信 )技术是由非接触式射频识别和互联互通技术整合演变而来, 可以在移动多 媒体终端、 消费类电子产品、 PC ( Personal Computer, 个人计算机)和智能控 制工具间进行近距离无线通信。
现有的呼叫转移法中, 通过呼叫转移功能和 NFC技术实现电话通话从一 个通信终端转移到另一个通信终端,例如, 第一通信终端和第二通信终端建立 通话连接, 并在第三通信终端与第一通信终端处于^巨离范围内时, 第三通信 终端可以与第一通信终端进行 NFC通信, 交换相关信息, 进一步的由第二通 信终端与第三通信终端建立通话连接,而第一通信终端和第二通信终端之间的 通话连接终止。现有技术中的通信终端必须是具备完整电话功能的终端,对于 不具备完整电话功能的终端, 不适用于所述呼叫转移法,也就不能实现在用户 使用手机等移动终端进行视频通话时,将对方的视频转接到电视机等具有较大 显示屏幕的终端进行播放。 发明内容

将所述获取到的转接地址信息发送至所述第二多媒体终端,以使所述第二 多媒体终端根据所述转接地址信息将目标视音频数据发送至所述播放终端。

第一多媒体终端与第二多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接后,向第二多媒 体终端发送本端采集的视音频数据。
步骤 S708, 播放第一多媒体终端发送的视音频数据。
第二多媒体终端获取到第一多媒体终端发送的视音频数据后,播放所述视 音频数据。
在图 7所描述的视频通话的转接方法中,第一多媒体终端与第二多媒体终 端建立双向视频通话连接;第二多媒体终端将目标视音频数据发送至第一多媒 体终端,第一多媒体终端根据转接地址信息将目标视音频通过通信连接发送至 播放终端, 以使播放终端播放所述目标视音频数据, 本发明实施例可将双向视 频通话中的视音频数据转接到电视机等具有较大显示屏幕的终端进行播放,提 升用户体验, 并且操作简单。
图 8是本发明实施例中提供的一种第一多媒体终端的结构示意图,本发明 实施例中的第一多媒体终端可以是移动多媒体终端或固定多媒体终端,例如智 能手机、 手持游戏机、 多媒体电话机或个人电脑等。 如图所示本发明实施例中 的第一多媒体终端至少可以包括通话连接建立模块 810、 地址信息获取模块 820、 地址信息发送模块 830。
通话连接建立模块 810, 用于与第二多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接。 通话连接建立模块 810与第二多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接,其中第 二多媒体终端可以是移动多媒体终端或固定多媒体终端, 例如智能手机、手持 游戏机、 多媒体电话机或个人电脑等。
作为一种可选的实施方式,通话连接建立模块 810用于在通信控制器的控 制下, 与第二多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接, 其中通信控制器可以是电信 系统中用于控制多媒体通信的软交换机、 移动通信系统中的 IMS多媒体系统 呼叫服务器或其他互联网多媒体通信系统控制服务器等。
地址信息获取模块 820, 用于在通话连接建立模块 810与第二多媒体终端 建立双向视频通话连接后, 获取播放终端发送的转接地址信息。其中播放终端 发送的转接地址信息可以包括播放终端的身份标识和视音频接收端口号,而身 份标识可以为播放终端的 IP地址。 播放终端可以是带有较大显示屏幕的多媒 体终端, 例如数字电视机或机顶盒等。
地址信息发送模块 830, 用于将地址信息获取模块 820获取到的转接地址 信息发送至所述第二多媒体终端,以使所述第二多媒体终端根据所述转接地址 信息将目标视音频数据发送至所述播放终端。
作为一种可选的实施方式, 本发明实施例中的第一多媒体终端还可以包 括:
通信链接建立模块 840, 用于与所述播放终端建立 NFC近距离无线通信 链接, 以使所述播放终端通过所述 NFC链接发送所述转接地址信息。
在图 8所描述的第一多媒体终端中,通话连接建立模块 810与第二多媒体 终端建立双向视频通话连接;地址信息获取模块 820获取播放终端发送的转接 地址信息;地址信息发送模块 830将所述获取到的转接地址信息发送至所述第 二多媒体终端,以使所述第二多媒体终端根据所述转接地址信息将目标视音频 数据发送至所述播放终端,本发明实施例可将双向视频通话中的视音频数据转 接到电视机等具有较大显示屏幕的终端进行播放, 提升用户体验。
图 9是本发明实施例中提供的一种第二多媒体终端的结构示意图,本发明 实施例中的第二多媒体终端可以是移动多媒体终端或固定多媒体终端,例如智 能手机、 手持游戏机、 多媒体电话机或个人电脑等。 如图所示本发明实施例中 的第二多媒体终端至少可以包括通话连接建立模块 910、 地址信息获取模块 920、 视音频数据发送模块 930。
通话连接建立模块 910, 用于与第一多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接。 通话连接建立模块 910 在通信控制器的控制下与第一多媒体终端建立双 向视频通话连接,其中通信控制器可以是电信系统中用于控制多媒体通信的软 交换机、 移动通信系统中的 IMS多媒体系统呼叫服务器或其他互联网多媒体 通信系统控制服务器等,第一多媒体终端可以是移动多媒体终端或固定多媒体 终端, 例如智能手机、 手持游戏机、 多媒体电话机或个人电脑等。
地址信息获取模块 920, 用于在通话连接建立模块 910与第一多媒体终端 建立双向视频通话连接后,获取所述第一多媒体终端发送的指定的播放终端的 转接地址信息。
第二多媒体终端获取第一多媒体终端发送的指定的播放终端的转接地址 信息,其中第一多媒体终端指定的播放终端的转接地址信息可以包括播放终端 的身份标识和视音频接收端口号, 而身份标识可以为播放终端的 IP地址。 播 放终端可以是带有较大显示屏幕的多媒体终端, 例如数字电视机或机顶盒等。
具体实现中,地址信息获取模块 920用于获取通信控制器发送的播放终端 的转接地址信息,其中所述转接地址信息是第一多媒体终端指定并发送至通信 控制器的。
视音频数据发送模块 930, 用于根据地址信息获取模块 920获取到的转接 地址信息,发送目标视音频数据至所述播放终端, 以使播放终端放所述目标视 音频数据。
在图 9所描述的第二多媒体终端中,通话连接建立模块 910与第一多媒体 终端建立双向视频通话连接;地址信息获取模块 920获取第一多媒体终端发送 的指定的播放终端的转接地址信息;视音频数据发送模块 930根据所述转接地 址信息,发送目标视音频数据至播放终端, 以使播放终端播放所述目标视音频 数据,本发明实施例可将双向视频通话中的视音频数据转接到电视机等具有较 大显示屏幕的终端进行播放, 提升用户体验。
图 10是本发明实施例中一种播放终端的结构示意图, 本发明实施例中的 播放终端可以是带有较大显示屏幕的多媒体终端, 例如数字电视机或机顶盒 等。 如图所示本发明实施例中的播放终端至少可以包括地址信息发送模块
1010、 视音频数据获取模块 1020以及视音频数据播放模块 1030。
地址信息发送模块 1010, 用于向第一多媒体终端发送转接地址信息, 以 使所述第一多媒体终端将所述转接地址信息发送至第二多媒体终端。
地址信息发送模块 1010与第一多媒体终端建立通信连接后, 向第一多媒 体终端发送转接地址信息,以使第一多媒体终端将转接地址信息发送至第二多 媒体终端。
具体实现中,地址信息发送模块 1010在第一多媒体终端靠近播放模块时, 与第一多媒体终端建立 NFC无线通信链路,并通过所述 NFC无线通信链路向 第一多媒体终端发送转接地址信息,以使第一多媒体终端将转接地址信息发送 至通信控制器 , 通信控制器将转接地址信息发送至第二多媒体终端。
视音频数据获取模块 1020, 用于获取所述第二多媒体终端根据地址信息 发送模块 1010发送的转接地址信息发送的目标视音频数据。
视音频数据播放模块 1030, 用于播放视音频数据获取模块 1020获取到的 目标视音频数据。
作为一种可选的实施方式, 本发明实施例中的播放终端还可以包括: 通信链接建立模块 1040, 用于与所述第一多媒体终端建立 NFC近距离无 线通信链接, 触发地址信息发送模块 1010向所述第一多媒体终端发送所述转 接地址信息。
在图 10所描述的播放终端中,地址信息发送模块 1010向第一多媒体终端 发送转接地址信息,以使所述第一多媒体终端将所述转接地址信息发送至第二 多媒体终端; 视音频数据获取模块 1020获取所述第二多媒体终端根据所述转 接地址信息发送的目标视音频数据; 视音频数据播放模块 1030播放所述获取 到的目标视音频数据,本发明实施例可将双向视频通话中的视音频数据转接到 电视机等具有较大显示屏幕的终端进行播放, 提升用户体验。
图 11是本发明实施例中一种视频通话的转接系统的结构示意图, 如图所 示本发明实施例中的视频通话的转接系统至少可以包括第一多媒体终端 1110、 第二多媒体终端 1120以及播放终端 1130, 其中:
第一多媒体终端 1110, 用于与第二多媒体终端 1120建立双向视频通话连 接; 获取播放终端 1130发送的转接地址信息; 将所述获取到的转接地址信息 发送至所述第二多媒体终端 1120。
第二多媒体终端 1120, 用于获取所述第一多媒体终端 1110发送的指定的 播放终端 1130的转接地址信息; 根据所述转接地址信息, 发送目标视音频数 据至所述播放终端 1130。
播放终端 1130, 用于向第一多媒体终端 1110发送转接地址信息; 获取所 述第二多媒体终端 1120根据所述转接地址信息发送的目标视音频数据; 播放 所述获取到的目标视音频数据。
在图 11所描述的视频通话的转接系统中,第一多媒体终端 1110与第二多 媒体终端 1120建立双向视频通话连接;第二多媒体终端 1120获取第一多媒体 终端 1110发送的指定的播放终端 1130的转接地址信息,并根据转接地址信息 将目标视音频数据发送至播放终端 1130; 播放终端 1130播放所述目标视音频 数据,本发明实施例可将双向视频通话中的视音频数据转接到电视机等具有较 大显示屏幕的终端进行播放, 提升用户体验。
需要说明的是, 在上述实施例中, 对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重, 某个 实施例中没有详细描述的部分, 可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。 其次, 本领 域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例, 所涉及 的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种视频通话的转接方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
与第二多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接;
获取播放终端发送的转接地址信息;
将所述获取到的转接地址信息发送至所述第二多媒体终端,以使所述第二 多媒体终端根据所述转接地址信息将目标视音频数据发送至所述播放终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述获取到的转接地 址信息发送至所述第二多媒体终端包括:
将所述获取到的转接地址信息发送至通信控制器,以使所述通信控制器将 所述转接地址信息发送至所述第二多媒体终端。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取播放终端发送的转 接地址信息之前还包括:
与所述播放终端建立 NFC近距离无线通信链接, 以使所述播放终端通过 所述 NFC链接发送所述转接地址信息。
4、 一种视频通话的转接方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
与第一多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接;
获取所述第一多媒体终端发送的指定的播放终端的转接地址信息; 根据所述转接地址信息, 发送目标视音频数据至所述播放终端。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取所述第一多媒体终 端发送的指定的播放终端的转接地址信息包括:
获取通信控制器发送的播放终端的转接地址信息,所述转接地址信息是所 述第一多媒体终端指定并发送至所述通信控制器的。
6、 一种视频通话的转接方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
向第一多媒体终端发送转接地址信息 ,以使所述第一多媒体终端将所述转 接地址信息发送至第二多媒体终端;
获取所述第二多媒体终端根据所述转接地址信息发送的目标视音频数据; 播放所述获取到的目标视音频数据。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向第一多媒体终端发送 转接地址信息,以使所述第一多媒体终端将所述转接地址信息发送至第二多媒 体终端包括:
向第一多媒体终端发送转接地址信息,以使所述第一多媒体终端将所述转 接地址信息发送至通信控制器,所述通信控制器将所述转接地址信息发送至所 述第二多媒体终端。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向第一多媒体终端发送 转接地址信息之前还包括:
与所述第一多媒体终端建立 NFC链接, 触发向所述第一多媒体终端发送 所述转接地址信息。
9、 一种第一多媒体终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
通话连接建立模块, 用于与第二多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接; 地址信息获取模块, 用于获取播放终端发送的转接地址信息;
地址信息发送模块,用于将所述地址信息获取模块获取到的转接地址信息 发送至所述第二多媒体终端,以使所述第二多媒体终端根据所述转接地址信息 将目标视音频数据发送至所述播放终端。
10、如权利要求 9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述地址信息发送模块用于: 将所述地址信息获取模块获取到的转接地址信息发送至通信控制器,以使 所述通信控制器将所述转接地址信息发送至所述第二多媒体终端,所述第二多 媒体终端根据所述转接地址信息将目标视音频数据发送至所述播放终端。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 通信链接建立模块, 用于与所述播放终端建立 NFC链接, 以使所述播放 终端通过所述 NFC链接发送所述转接地址信息。
12、 一种第二多媒体终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
通话连接建立模块, 用于与第一多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接; 地址信息获取模块,用于获取所述第一多媒体终端发送的指定的播放终端 的转接地址信息;
视音频数据发送模块,用于根据所述地址信息获取模块获取到的转接地址 信息, 发送目标视音频数据至所述播放终端。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述地址信息获取模块用 于:
获取通信控制器发送的播放终端的转接地址信息,所述转接地址信息是所 述第一多媒体终端指定并发送至所述通信控制器的。
14、 一种播放终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
地址信息发送模块, 用于向第一多媒体终端发送转接地址信息, 以使所述 第一多媒体终端将所述转接地址信息发送至第二多媒体终端;
视音频数据获取模块,用于获取所述第二多媒体终端根据所述地址信息发 送模块发送的转接地址信息发送的目标视音频数据;
视音频数据播放模块,用于播放所述视音频数据获取模块获取到的目标视 音频数据。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述地址信息发送模块用 于:
向第一多媒体终端发送转接地址信息 ,以使所述第一多媒体终端将所述转 接地址信息发送至通信控制器,所述通信控制器将所述转接地址信息发送至第 二多媒体终端。
16、 如权利要求 14所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 通信链接建立模块, 用于与所述第一多媒体终端建立 NFC链接, 触发所 述地址信息发送模块向所述第一多媒体终端发送所述转接地址信息。
17、 一种视音频通话的转接系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括如权利要求 9〜11 中任一项所述的第一多媒体终端、 如权利要求 12或 13所述的第二多媒 体终端以及如权利要求 14〜16中任一项所述的播放终端, 其中:
所述第一多媒体终端, 用于与第二多媒体终端建立双向视频通话连接; 获 取播放终端发送的转接地址信息;将所述获取到的转接地址信息发送至所述第 二多媒体终端;
所述第二多媒体终端,用于获取所述第一多媒体终端发送的指定的播放终 端的转接地址信息; 根据所述转接地址信息,发送目标视音频数据至所述播放 终端;
所述播放终端, 用于向第一多媒体终端发送转接地址信息; 获取所述第二 多媒体终端根据所述转接地址信息发送的目标视音频数据;播放所述获取到的 目标视音频数据。
