日常生活中, 有一些带摄像头的电子产品, 如各种计算机, 手机 等电子产品。 这些电子产品的摄像头上没有设置摄像头防护设备。 在 频繁相互用移动储存设备交换资料的时候,往往会使自己的电子产品 感染木马病毒。或者,在互联网上,有一些人蓄意传播一些木马病毒。 因而, 在有人借助木马病毒控制电脑后, 可能利用该电子产品上的摄 像头进行一些偷拍等不法犯罪行为, 使用户的权利受到损害, 且给用 户的心理带来伤害。 发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种防止偷拍的摄像头及安装有该摄像头 的电子设备。
根据本公开实施例的一方面, 提供了一种摄像头, 包括摄像头本 体和液晶电控调光层; 摄像头本体上设有镜头; 所述液晶电控调光层 对应设置在所述镜头的外部;所述液晶电控调光层与所述摄像头本体 通过开关电连接。
可选地, 所述液晶电控调光层釆用液晶电控调光膜制成。
可选的, 所述摄像头本体上还设有指示灯, 所述指示灯与液晶电 控调光层连接, 用于显示所述液晶电控调光层的工作状态。
可选地, 所述摄像头本体上设有安装架, 所述镜头和液晶电控调 光层均设置在所述安装架前表面上。
进一步, 所述安装架在其两端分别设有固定孔。

下面结合附图对本公开实施例的具体实施方式做一个详细的说 明。
如图 3所示, 本实施例提供一种摄像头, 该摄像头包括摄像头本 体 1和液晶电控调光层 13; 摄像头本体 1上设有镜头 11, 所述液晶 电控调光层 13对应设置在所述镜头 11的外部, 用于使所述镜头 11 透过所述液晶电控调光层 13接收外界光线; 所述液晶电控调光层 13 与所述摄像头本体 1通过开关 14电连接。 液晶电控调光层, 即釆用 PDLC ( polymer dispersed liquid crystal-液晶电控调光月莫 )材料。 该 PDLC材料可通过电压的调节来实现在透明和不透明之间的转换; 通 电状态该 PDLC材料为透明状态, 断电状态其为不透明状态。 当通过 开关导通所述液晶电控调光层的电路时, 该液晶电控调光层透明, 该 种情况下,摄像头可正常拍摄图像; 当通过开关使所述液晶电控调光 层处于断电状态时, 液晶电控调光层非透明, 因而, 即使摄像头被非 法操控进行偷拍, 但液晶电控调光层非透明, 遮挡住了摄像头拍摄的 光线, 起到了防止偷拍的功效。
PDLC的原理: 在无外加电压的情形下, 如图 1所示, PDLC膜 中不能形成规律的电场, 其中, 液晶微粒的光轴取向随机, 呈现无序 状态。 入射光线被强烈散射, 薄膜呈不透明状态。 如果对 PDLC膜施 加了外电压,如图 2所示,其中液晶微粒的光轴垂直于薄膜表面排列, 即与电场方向一致, 所以入射光不会发生散射, 薄膜呈透明状态。 因 此, 在外加电场的驱动下, PDLC膜具备光开关特性。
其中, 所述开关 14上设有手动按钮, 用于控制所述开关 14的开 启和关闭。 并且, 该开关 14设置在所述摄像头本体 1的一侧边缘位 置。 在电子设备被木马软件控制情况下, 如果该开关釆用电子开关, 如晶闸管, 光电开关等, 容易被木马软件控制, 而达不到防止偷拍的 效果。 所述摄像头本体上还设有指示灯, 所述指示灯与液晶电控调光 层连接, 用于显示所述液晶电控调光层的工作状态。 指示灯呈光亮状 态时, 意味着开关处于连通状态; 相反, 如果指示灯呈熄灭状态, 表 示液晶电控调光层没有受到电压调控, 意味着开关处于断开状态。
如图 3所示, 摄像头本体 1包括安装架 16, 安装架 16上设置有 镜头 11 ; 在镜头 11的两侧设有固定孔 12, 用于安装摄像头。 液晶电 控调光层 13与摄像头本体 1电性相连,开关 14控制液晶电控调光层 13与摄像头本体 1 电性相连的通电与断电, 指示灯 15显示开关 14 的打开与关闭。
本实施例还提供一种电子设备, 包括上述任一项的摄像头。 该电 子设备可以是计算机、 手机等安装有摄像头的产品。
例如, 如果该电子设备选有个人电脑一体机, 如图 4所示, 该电 脑一体机包括安装框 3, 摄像头本体 1可运用固定孔 12与安装框 3 的固定柱 33利用螺丝固定。液晶电控调光层 13可固定在安装框 3的 凹槽 32内, 该凹槽 32内设有通光孔 31。 开关 14及指示灯 15穿过 安装框破孔 34。
如图 5所示的安装后的摄像头, 其中, 液晶电控调光层 13位于 摄像头的镜头 11前, 液晶电控调光层 13遮住通光孔 31。
用户正常视频时, 打开开关 14使液晶电控调光层 13被通电压, 指示灯 15为亮着状态, 此时用户正常视频;
用户关闭开关 14, 指示灯 15为熄灭状态, 摄像头停止使用; 此 时, 摄像头即使被黑客等操纵时, 摄像头的镜头 11被没有通电压的 液晶电控调光层 13遮住, 此时摄像头虽然被控制, 却看不到图像, 从而起到了防止利用摄像头偷拍的效果。 以上实施方式仅用于说明本公开的实施例, 而并非对发明的限 制, 有关技术领域的普通技术人员, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的 情况下, 还可以做出各种变化和变型, 因此所有等同的技术方案也属 于本发明的范畴, 本发明的专利保护范围应由权利要求限定。 本申请要求于 2013年 11月 1日递交的中国专利申请第

1、 一种摄像头, 包括摄像头本体和液晶电控调光层; 摄像头本 体上设有镜头; 所述液晶电控调光层对应设置在所述镜头的外部; 所 述液晶电控调光层与所述摄像头本体通过开关电连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的摄像头, 其中, 所述液晶电控调光层 釆用液晶电控调光膜制成。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的摄像头, 其中, 所述摄像头本体 上还设有指示灯, 所述指示灯与液晶电控调光层连接, 用于显示所述 液晶电控调光层的工作状态。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一项所述的摄像头, 其中, 所述摄像头 本体上设有安装架,所述镜头和液晶电控调光层均设置在所述安装架 前表面上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的摄像头, 其中, 所述安装架在其两端 分别设有固定孔。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的摄像头, 其中, 所述开关设 置在所述摄像头本体的一侧边缘位置上,并且所述开关上设有手动按 钮, 用于控制所述开关的开启和关闭。
7、 一种电子设备, 其中, 包括如权利要求 1-6任一项所述的摄 像头。
