Abstract
本发明涉及计算机电子配件领域,特别是一种摄像头及电子设备。所述摄像头包括摄像头本体和液晶电控调光层;摄像头本体上设有镜头;所述液晶电控调光层对应设置在所述镜头的外部,用于使所述镜头透过所述液晶电控调光层接收外界光线;所述液晶电控调光层与所述摄像头本体通过开关电连接。本发明提供的摄像头,由于在镜头前端设置有液晶电控调光层,因而在液晶电控调光层关闭的情况下,即使摄像头被黑客或木马程序操控,也无法对外界图像进行拍摄,从而可达到防止不法分子利用摄像头偷拍的效果,保护用户的权利,使用户避免受到损害。

技术领域
本发明涉及计算机电子配件领域,特别是一种摄像头及电子设备。
背景技术
日常生活中,有一些带摄像头的电子产品,如各种计算机,手机等电子产品。这些电子产品的摄像头上没有设置摄像头防护设备。在频繁相互用移动储存设备进行交换资料的时候,往往会使自己的电子产品感染木马病毒。或者,在互联网上,有一些人蓄意传播一些木马病毒。因而,在有人借助木马病毒控制电脑后,可能利用该电子产品上的摄像头进行一些偷拍等不法犯罪行为,使用户的权利受到损害,且给用户的心理带来伤害。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种防止偷拍的摄像头及安装有该摄像头的电子设备。
(二)技术方案
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种摄像头,包括摄像头本体和液晶电控调光层;摄像头本体上设有镜头;所述液晶电控调光层对应设置在所述镜头的外部;所述液晶电控调光层与所述摄像头本体通过开关电连接。
其中,所述液晶电控调光层采用液晶电控调光膜制成。
优选的,所述摄像头本体上还设有指示灯,所述指示灯与液晶电控调光层连接,用于显示所述液晶电控调光层的工作状态。
其中,所述摄像头本体上设有安装架,所述镜头和液晶电控调光层均设置在所述安装架前表面上。
进一步,所述安装架在其两端分别设有固定孔。
优选的,所述开关上设有手动按钮,且该开关设置在所述摄像头本体的一侧边缘位置。
本发明还提供一种电子设备,包括如上所述的任意一项摄像头。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术和产品相比,本发明有如下优点:
本发明提供的摄像头,由于在镜头前端设置有液晶电控调光层,因而在液晶电控调光层关闭的情况下,即使摄像头被黑客或木马程序操控,也无法对外界图像进行拍摄,从而可达到防止不法分子利用摄像头偷拍的效果,保护用户的权利,使用户避免受到损害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图3所示,本实施例提供一种摄像头,该摄像头包括摄像头本体1和液晶电控调光层13;摄像头本体1上设有镜头11,所述液晶电控调光层13对应设置在所述镜头11的外部,用于使所述镜头11透过所述液晶电控调光层13接收外界光线;所述液晶电控调光层13与所述摄像头本体1通过开关14电连接。液晶电控调光层,即采用PDLC(polymer dispersed liquid crystal-液晶电控调光膜)材料。该PDLC材料可通过电压的调节来实现在透明和不透明之间的转换;通电状态该PDLC材料为透明状态,断电状态其为不透明状态。当通过开关导通所述液晶电控调光层的电路时,该液晶电控调光层透明,该种情况下,摄像头可正常拍摄图像;当通过开关使所述液晶电控调光层处于断电状态时,液晶电控调光层非透明,因而,即使摄像头被非法操控进行偷拍,但液晶电控调光层非透明,遮挡住了摄像头拍摄的光线,起到了防止偷拍的功效。
PDLC的原理:在无外加电压的情形下,如图1所示,PDLC膜中不能形成规律的电场,其中,液晶微粒的光轴取向随机,呈现无序状态。入射光线被强烈散射,薄膜呈不透明状态。如果对PDLC膜施加了外电压,如图2所示,其中液晶微粒的光轴垂直于薄膜表面排列,即与电场方向一致,所以入射光不会发生散射,薄膜呈透明状态。因此,在外加电场的驱动下,PDLC膜具备光开关特性。
其中,所述开关14上设有手动按钮,用于控制所述开关14的开启和关闭。并且,该开关14设置在所述摄像头本体1的一侧边缘位置。在电子设备被木马软件控制情况下,如果该开关采用电子开关,如晶闸管,光电开关等,容易被木马软件控制,而达不到防止偷拍的效果。所述摄像头本体上还设有指示灯,所述指示灯与液晶电控调光层连接,用于显示所述液晶电控调光层的工作状态。指示灯呈光亮状态时,表示液晶电控调光层没有受到电压调控,意味着开关处于断开状态;相反,如果指示灯呈熄灭状态,意味着开关处于连通状态。
如图3所示,摄像头本体1包括安装架16,安装架16上设置有镜头11;在镜头11的两侧设有固定孔12,用于安装摄像头。液晶电控调光层13与摄像头本体1电性相连,开关14控制液晶电控调光层13与摄像头本体1电性相连的通电与断电,指示灯15显示开关14的打开与关闭。
本实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括上述任一项的摄像头。该电子设备可以是计算机、手机等安装有摄像头的产品。
例如,如果该电子设备选有个人电脑一体机,如图4所示,该电脑一体机包括安装框3,摄像头本体1可运用固定孔12与安装框3的固定柱33利用螺丝固定。液晶电控调光层13可固定在安装框3的凹槽32内,该凹槽32内设有通光孔31。开关14及指示灯15穿过安装框破孔34。
如图5所示的安装后的摄像头,其中,液晶电控调光层13位于摄像头的镜头11前,液晶电控调光层13遮住通光孔31。
用户正常视频时,打开开关14使液晶电控调光层13被通电压,指示灯15为亮着状态,此时用户正常视频;
用户关闭开关14,指示灯15为熄灭状态,摄像头停止使用;此时,摄像头即使被黑客等操纵时,摄像头的镜头11被没有通电压的液晶电控调光层13遮住,此时摄像头虽然被控制,却看不到图像,从而起到了防止利用摄像头偷拍的效果。
以上实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而并非对本发明的限制,有关技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化和变型,因此所有等同的技术方案也属于本发明的范畴,本发明的专利保护范围应由权利要求限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种摄像头,其特征在于,包括摄像头本体和液晶电控调光层;摄像头本体上设有镜头;所述液晶电控调光层对应设置在所述镜头的外部;所述液晶电控调光层与所述摄像头本体通过开关电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述液晶电控调光层采用液晶电控调光膜制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述摄像头本体上还设有指示灯,所述指示灯与液晶电控调光层连接,用于显示所述液晶电控调光层的工作状态。
4.根据权利要求3所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述摄像头本体上设有安装架,所述镜头和液晶电控调光层均设置在所述安装架前表面上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述安装架在其两端分别设有固定孔。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述开关上设有手动按钮,且该开关设置在所述摄像头本体的一侧边缘位置。
7.一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的摄像头。
