摩擦片 900紧贴一侧支撑圆板 500, 用螺栓与支撑板 500连接, 另一侧支 撑圆板 500上设置一限位螺栓滑动槽,限位螺栓 901穿过支架片 201后在限位 螺栓滑动槽内自由转动。
轴芯 600依次贯穿支架片 201, 套管 500, 设置套筒 500内的衬套 501, 和摩擦片 900, 圆环片 801, 旋紧螺母 602后连接一旋钮 601, 转动所述旋钮 601调节摩擦片 900与套管 500压紧程度, 达到调节摩擦阻尼。
在摩擦片 900和旋钮 601之间设置一阻尼调节装置 800, 所述阻尼调节装 置 800包括一圆环片 801, 一凸设圆环片 801上的弹簧承接杆 802和定位销轴 805, 其中弹簧承接杆 802放置于支架片 201上的弹簧定位孔 204内, 一并列 设置并套设在所述弹簧承接杆 802的弹簧 803, 在弹簧承接杆 802—侧设置一 金属片 804, 金属片 804将所述弹簧 803锁柱, 防止弹簧 803弹开。 其中定位 销轴 805同时穿过定位孔 212, 将支撑片与圆环片 801连接。
其中旋钮紧贴金属片 804, 当使用者需要进行大运动量时候, 通过旋紧旋 钮 601, 则旋钮 601对金属片 804施加作用力, 在金属片 804—侧的弹簧 803 对紧贴圆环片 801的摩擦片 900施加一轴向力,使得摩擦片 900产生的摩擦力 增大, 使用者脚放置在踏板上运动的时候, 需要耗费大体力克服摩擦片 900 产生的摩擦力; 本发明的摩擦片 900采用 PVC材料或纤维等其他材料,其形状可以为圆形, 方形以及其他形状, 不局限于实施例中指出的形状。
当使用者需要进行小运动量时候, 通过拧松旋钮 601, 旋钮 601不对金属 片 804施加向摩擦片 900的作用力, 使得摩擦力减少,使用者脚放置在踏板上 运动的时候, 只需要耗费小体力克服摩擦片产生的摩擦力;
根据使用者需求, 自由调节摩擦力大小, 使用人性化, 不仅调节方便, 结 构简单, 也增强了人民健身的兴趣。
实施例 2:
参照图 5,底座 100 上具有两个对称设置的弧形部件 104, 弧形部件 104 的 中心部位与地面接触。 底座 100 的下表面的中心部位连接一个弓形部件 103, 弓形部件 103 的两端点通过滑轮 105 与地面接触。 弧形部件 104 上设有开孔 106, 弓形部件上的开孔 (图中未示出) 与开孔 106 可连成一线。 在前述开孔 中插入插销, 可固定弧形部件 104 的移动。
实施例 3:
参照图 6, 底座 100整体呈工型, 由平行梁 107和横梁 108组成。
实施例 4:
参照图 7,支架 109 与底座 100 通过弹性材料 112 —体连接。支架 109 的 连接处有横轴 110, 支架 109 可绕横轴 110 旋转并折叠收纳, 踏板通过套管 活动连接在横轴 110 上。
支架 109 之间具有水平支撑件 111, 该水平支撑件 111 可折叠。
实施例 5:
参照图 8和图 9, 该实施例除了支架外, 其余部件均与其他实施例一致, 其中支架 200包括第一底座边板 205和第二底座边板 206, 其中第一底座边板 205上部为圆弧曲面 207, 两侧开设有一底座安装槽 208, 在所述第一底座边 板 205自身上还开设有轴芯固定连接孔 209, 以及设置于轴芯固定连接孔 209 两边的弹簧承接杆贯通孔 210, 以及一位于弹簧承接杆贯通孔 210上方的定位 销孔 211。
弹簧承接杆 802贯穿弹簧承接杆贯通孔 210, 轴芯 600贯穿轴芯固定连接 孔 209后,将金属片 804固定于弹簧承接杆 802上, 其中压簧设置于弹簧承接 杆贯通孔 210内。 本发明的踏板为左右踏板分开, 左右踏板可以同时前后踩, 也可以分开交 叉踩;
且在装置内设置一可以调节阻尼大小的摩擦片,使用者根据自身需求自由 调节阻尼, 不仅调节方便, 结构简单, 而且使得健身更有针对性, 更人性化, 增强了人民健身的兴趣。

1. 脚踏健身器, 包括:
一底座,
一与底座连接的支架,
以及踏板, 所述踏板通过一阻尼机构连接一支撑管, 支撑管连接一可自由 转动的套管,
其特征在于,还包括一设置套管一侧的摩擦片, 轴芯依次贯穿套管和摩擦 片后连接一旋钮, 转动所述旋钮调节摩擦片与套管压紧程度,达到调节摩擦阻 尼。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 在所述摩擦片和旋 钮之间设置一阻尼调节装置, 所述阻尼调节装置包括一圆环片, 一凸设圆环片 上的弹簧承接杆, 一并列设置并套设在所述弹簧承接杆的弹簧,在所述弹簧承 接杆一侧设置一金属片, 所述金属片将所述弹簧锁柱。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 还包括一并列设置 的支撑圆板, 分别设置于套管两侧, 套管贯穿支撑圆板贯通孔, 使得所述套管 在支撑圆板贯通孔内自由转动。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 摩擦片紧贴一侧支 撑圆板, 另一侧支撑圆板上设置一限位螺栓滑动槽, 限位螺栓穿过支架后在限 位螺栓滑动槽内自由转动。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 所述阻尼机构是压 力弹簧、 扭簧、 弹簧片、 弹力棒。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 所述踏板上设有按 摩脚底接触部位的突起部。
7. 根据权利要求 1或 6所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 每块踏板一侧 边设置一挡板, 两块挡板相对设置。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 所述底座为两个对 称设置的弧形底部, 所述弧形底部中部通过一螺丝固定支架。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 所述底座具有两个 对称设置的弧形底部, 所述弧形底部的中心部位接触地面; 所述底座的下表面 的中心部位连接一个弓形部件, 所述弓形部件的两端点通过滑轮与地面接触。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 所述支架为两个并 排设置的支架片, 所述支架片之间放置套管。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的脚踏健身器,其特征在于:所述支架片呈 "凸" 型, 在两个支架片上均开设一轴芯贯通孔, 在一侧支架片上, 位于轴芯贯通孔 的下方开设一限位贯通孔,在另一侧支架片上设置个对称的弹簧定位孔和定位 孔。
12.根据权利要求 2所述的脚踏健身器, 其特征在于: 所述阻尼调节装置 还包括一凸设于圆环片上的定位销轴。
