在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述电子烟充电装置还包括用于容纳所述支架的壳体;所述磁性夹紧装置还包括置于所述壳体外部的旋钮;所述壳体上开设有与所述转动磁体位置相对的通孔;所述旋钮穿过所述通孔与所述转动磁体固定连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述磁性夹紧装置还包括弹性件;所述弹性件的一端与所述支架连接,所述弹性件的另一端与所述活动件连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述弹性件为弹簧。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电装置中,所述导磁体和/或所述活动件上用于夹持所述电子烟的表面呈圆弧形。

本发明还构造了一种电子烟充电方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、插入步骤:提供电子烟充电装置,将所述电子烟插入至所述电子烟充电装置的支架上形成的容纳空间内;
S2、连接步骤:将所述电子烟的电极分别与所述电子烟充电装置的充电组件的电极相互电连接实现充电;
S3、夹紧步骤:控制所述电子烟充电装置的磁性夹紧装置夹紧所述电子烟,使得所述电子烟紧固在所述容纳空间内。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电方法中,所述步骤S3具体包括:推动所述磁性夹紧装置的活动体向所述固定件所在位置的方向滑动,使得所述电子烟夹持在所述磁性夹紧装置的固定件与所述活动体之间。
在本发明所述的电子烟充电方法中,所述步骤S3具体包括:控制所述磁性夹紧装置的永磁吸盘驱动所述磁性夹紧装置的活动件朝向所述电子烟运动以使得所述电子烟夹持在所述永磁吸盘与所述活动件之间。
实施本发明的电子烟充电装置及充电方法,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟充电装置采用磁性夹紧装置的结构,充电操作时,电子烟插入支架中并与充电组件电连接时磁性夹紧装置用于夹紧电子烟,使得电子烟的电极与电子烟充电装置中的充电组件能够稳定地进行连接,以提高电子烟充电的稳定性;再者,电子烟在插入支架中与充电组件连接之后,再控制磁性夹紧装置夹紧电子烟,设置磁性夹紧装置的结构不会增加电子烟插入支架时的阻力,因而所述电子烟充电装置便于电子烟的充电操作,而且能够有效地避免刮伤电子烟。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2、图3、图4以及图5所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟充电装置,用于给电子烟10充电。该电子烟充电装置包括支架1、充电组件2、磁性夹紧装置3以及壳体4。充电组件2与磁性夹紧装置3安装在支架1上,该支架1安装在壳体4内。
具体地,如图5并参阅图1以及图4所示,支架1包括支架体11、滑动槽12以及固定槽13。支架体11大致为长方体结构,该支架体11上形成有供电子烟10插入的容纳空间。滑动槽12开设在支架体11上,磁性夹紧装置3中的活动体32可滑动地安装在该滑动槽12中。该滑动槽12沿电子烟10的插入方向开设,也即沿支架体11的长度方向开设。固定槽13同样开设在支架体11上,磁性夹紧装置3中的固定件31安装在该固定槽13中。采用固定槽13的结构,使得固定件31能够稳固地安装在支架体11上。当电子烟10插入支架体11中的容纳空间时,滑动槽12与固定槽13隔着电子烟10位置相对应。
如图5并参阅图1所示,充电组件2固定安装在支架体11内。本实施例中,电子烟10插入方向的前端设置有供充电的电极。充电操作时,电子烟10的前端穿过磁性夹紧装置3后与充电组件2实现电连接。
如图5并参阅图1、图3以及图4所示,磁性夹紧装置3用于当电子烟10插入支架1中并与充电组件2电连接时夹紧电子烟10。该磁性夹紧装置3包括固定件31、活动体32以及滑动条33。固定件31用于夹持在电子烟10的一侧,活动体32用于夹持在电子烟10的另一侧。
具体地,如图5并参阅图1、图3以及图4所示,固定件31大致为块状结构,其安装在固定槽13中。该固定件31由磁性材料制成,本实施例中固定件31采用铁磁性材料制成。为了使固定件31可拆卸地安装在固定槽13中,固定件31上设置有凸出的卡持件311,也即卡持件311由固定件31的一侧面朝向远离固定件31的方向延伸,该卡持件311卡持在固定槽13中。卡持件311上可设置有与固定槽13相适配的卡槽结构,通过该卡槽结构与固定槽13相配合,能够实现固定件31稳固地安装在固定槽13中。在本发明的其它实施例中,固定件31亦可以固定安装在支架体11上。活动体32同样大致为块状结构,其可滑动地安装在滑动槽12中。该活动体32由磁性材料制成,本实施例中活动体32采用铁磁性材料制成。为了使活动体32能够平稳地在滑动槽12中滑动,活动体32上设置有凸出的滑动件321,也即滑动件321由活动体32的一侧面朝向远离活动体32的方向延伸,滑动件321可滑动地安装在滑动槽12中。本实施例中,滑动件321采用方形结构,相应地滑动槽12为方形槽。在本发明的其它实施例中,该滑动件321亦可采用燕尾结构,相应地滑动槽12为燕尾槽结构,采用此结构,能够使得活动体32更加平稳在滑动安装在滑动槽12中。为了便于推动活动体32,活动体32上与滑动件321相对的一侧设置有凸出的推动件322,也即推动件322由活动体32远离滑动件321的一侧面朝向远离活动体32的方向延伸,该推动件322可滑动地安装在壳体4中的滑动孔41中。滑动条33大致为方形的条状结构,滑动条33置于壳体4的外部,推动件322远离滑动件321的一端与滑动条33固定连接,使得推动该滑动条33时即可带动活动体32沿滑动槽12滑动。
如图1并参阅图2所示,壳体4大致为长方体结构,其用于容纳支架1,也即支架1安装在壳体4内。该壳体4上沿活动体32的滑动方向开设有滑动孔41,该滑动孔41大致为条形孔。滑动条33穿过该滑动孔41与推动件322实现固定连接。壳体4可包括第一壳体(未标号),以及转动连接在第一壳体上的第二壳体(未标号),当第一壳体与第二壳体呈打开状态时,即可对电子烟10进行充电操作。
如图1并参阅图5所示,组装时,首先分别将充电组件2、固定件31以及安装活动体32安装在支架体11上对应的位置,再将支架体11安装在壳体4内使得推动件322与滑动孔41的位置相对,最后将滑动条33穿过滑动孔41与推动件322固定卡接。
如图6、图7并参阅图1所示,使用时,首先将电子烟10插入支架1内,使得电子烟10与充电组件2电连接,既而实现充电操作。然后推动活动体32沿滑动槽12向固定件31所在位置的方向滑动,当活动体32滑动至与固定件31位置重合的位置时,即位置相对时,此时,固定件31与活动体32在磁力的作用下相互吸引,使得电子烟10夹持在固定件31与活动体32之间,以提高电子烟10与充电组件2电连接的稳定性,进而提高所述电子烟充电装置对电子烟10充电的稳定性。当充电结束时,将活动体32朝向远离固定件31的一侧推动,使得二者脱离吸持状态以松开对电子烟10的夹持,从而能够轻易地将电子烟10取出。
如图8、图9、图10以及图11所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟充电装置,其与实施例之一的不同之处在于支架1、磁性夹紧装置3以及壳体4的结构。本实施例中,磁性夹紧装置3包括永磁吸盘34、活动件35、弹性件36以及旋钮37。活动件35由磁性材料制成,本实施例中活动件35采用铁磁性材料制成。该磁性夹紧装置3利用旋钮37改变永磁吸盘34内部的磁力系统,达到对活动件35的吸持或释放,从而使得永磁吸盘34与活动件35夹持或松开电子烟10。
具体地,如图12并参阅图10所示,永磁吸盘34包括导磁体341、固定磁体342以及转动磁体343。导磁体341大致为块状结构,其安装在支架1上。固定磁体342安装在导磁体341上,转动磁体343可转动地安装在导磁体341上。当转动磁体343转动时,可改变固定磁体342与转动磁体343的磁力系统,使得导磁体341吸持或释放活动件35。活动件35可活动地安装在支架1上,其可在永磁吸盘34的控制下朝向或远离电子烟10运动。当电子烟10插入支架体1中时,永磁吸盘34与活动件35隔着电子烟10相对。弹性件36的一端与支架1连接,弹性件36的另一端与活动件35连接。本实施例中,弹性件36为弹簧。当永磁吸盘34释放活动件35时,活动件35在弹性件36的作用下能够自动复位。为了便于使转动磁体343转动,旋钮37固定连接在转动磁体343上。本实施例中,壳体4上开设有与转动磁体343位置相对的通孔42。旋钮37置于壳体4外部,且该旋钮37穿过通孔42与转动磁体343实现固定连接。
本实施例中,如图12并参阅图8、图9以及图10所示,导磁体341和/或活动件35上用于夹持电子烟10的表面呈圆弧形,即导磁体341和活动件35上用于夹持电子烟10的表面均呈圆弧形,或者仅导磁体341上用于夹持电子烟10的表面呈圆弧形,或者仅活动件35上用于夹持电子烟10的表面呈圆弧形。该圆弧形与电子烟10的外侧壁相适配,采用该结构能够增大导磁体341以及活动件35分别与电子烟10接触的面积,进而增强夹持电子烟10的稳定性。为了防止导磁体341和/或活动件35夹持电子烟10时将电子烟10刮花,该实施例中,导磁体341和/或活动件35上与电子烟10相互抵持的表面设置有软垫(未图示)。软垫为涂覆在导磁体341以及活动件35上与电子烟10相互抵持的表面的硅胶层或橡胶层。硅胶层以及橡胶层均具有良好的弹性,在有效地防止刮花电子烟10的外侧壁的同时还能够提高夹持电子烟10的稳定性。在本发明的其它实施例中,该软垫亦可采用粘接在导磁体341以及活动件35上与电子烟10相互抵持的表面上的硅胶层或橡胶层。
如图8并参阅图10所示,组装时,首先分别将充电组件2、永磁吸盘34、活动件35以及弹性件36安装在支架1上对应的位置,再将支架1安装在壳体4内使得转动磁体343与通孔42的位置相对,最后将旋钮37穿过通孔42与转动磁体343固定连接。
如图13、图14、图15、图16并参阅图8所示,使用时,首先将电子烟10插入支架1内,使得电子烟10与充电组件2电连接,既而实现充电操作。然后转动旋钮37以改变固定磁体342与转动磁体343的磁力系统,此时永磁吸盘34中的磁力线分布情况如图16所示,活动件35在磁力的作用下朝向电子烟10运动,从而使得电子烟10夹持在导磁体341与活动件35之间,以提高电子烟10与充电组件2电连接的稳定性,进而提高所述电子烟充电装置对电子烟10充电的稳定性。当充电结束时,再转动旋钮37使得永磁吸盘34中的磁力线分布情况如图14所示,此时永磁吸盘34释放活动件35,活动件35在弹性件36的作用下自动复位以松开对电子烟10的夹持,从而能够轻易地将电子烟10取出。其中,图14和图16中的S和N分别表示南极和北极。
基于上述电子烟充电装置,本发明还提供了一种电子烟充电方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、插入步骤:提供电子烟充电装置,将电子烟10插入至电子烟充电装置的支架1上形成的容纳空间内。
S2、连接步骤:将电子烟10的电极分别与电子烟充电装置的充电组件2的电极相互电连接实现充电。
S3、控制电子烟充电装置的磁性夹紧装置3夹紧电子烟10,使得电子烟10紧固在容纳空间内。该步骤具体包括:推动磁性夹紧装置3的活动体32向固定件31所在位置的方向滑动,使得电子烟10夹持在磁性夹紧装置3的固定件31与活动体32之间。
在本发明提供的另一电子烟充电方法中,步骤S3具体包括:控制磁性夹紧装置3的永磁吸盘34驱动磁性夹紧装置3的活动件35朝向电子烟10运动以使得电子烟10夹持在永磁吸盘34与活动件35之间。
采用如上所述的电子烟充电方法,由于所述电子烟充电装置采用磁性夹紧装置3的结构,充电操作时,电子烟10插入支架1中并与充电组件2电连接时磁性夹紧装置3用于夹紧电子烟,使得电子烟10的电极与电子烟充电装置中的充电组件2能够稳定地进行连接,以提高电子烟充电的稳定性。再者,电子烟10在插入支架1中与充电组件2连接之后,再控制磁性夹紧装置3夹紧电子烟10,设置磁性夹紧装置3的结构不会增加电子烟10插入支架时的阻力,因而所述电子烟充电装置便于电子烟10的充电操作,而且能够有效地避免刮伤电子烟10。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟充电装置,包括支架(1),以及安装在所述支架(1)上并用于与电子烟(10)电连接的充电组件(2);其特征在于:所述支架(1)上形成有供所述电子烟(10)插入的容纳空间;所述电子烟充电装置还包括当所述电子烟(10)插入所述容纳空间中并与所述充电组件(2)电连接时用于夹紧所述电子烟(10)的磁性夹紧装置(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述磁性夹紧装置(3)包括安装在所述支架(1)上并由磁性材料制成的固定件(31),以及可滑动地安装在所述支架(1)上并由磁性材料制成的活动体(32);所述活动体(32)用于在向所述固定件(31)所在位置的方向滑动时使得所述电子烟(10)夹持在所述固定件(31)与所述活动体(32)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述支架(1)包括支架体(11),以及开设在所述支架体(11)上的滑动槽(12);所述活动体(32)上设置有凸出的滑动件(321);所述滑动件(321)可滑动地安装在所述滑动槽(12)中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电装置还包括用于容纳所述支架(1)的壳体(4);所述壳体(4)上沿所述活动体(32)的滑动方向开设有滑动孔(41);所述活动体(32)上与所述滑动件(321)相对的一侧设置有凸出的推动件(322);所述推动件(322)可滑动地安装在所述滑动孔(41)中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述磁性夹紧装置(3)还包括置于所述壳体(4)外部的滑动条(33);所述推动件(322)远离所述滑动件(321)的一端与所述滑动条(33)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述支架(1)还包括开设在所述支架体(11)上的固定槽(13);所述固定件(31)上设置有凸出的卡持件(311);所述卡持件(311)卡持在所述固定槽(13)中。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述固定件(31)和/或所述活动体(32)上用于夹持所述电子烟(10)的表面呈圆弧形。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述固定件(31)和/或所述活动体(32)上用于夹持所述电子烟(10)的表面设置有软垫。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述磁性夹紧装置(3)包括安装在所述支架(1)上的永磁吸盘(34),以及可活动地安装在所述支架(1)上并由磁性材料制成的活动件(35);所述永磁吸盘(34)用于控制所述活动件(35)朝向所述电子烟(10)运动使得所述电子烟(10)夹持在所述永磁吸盘(34)与所述活动件(35)之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述永磁吸盘(34)包括安装在所述支架(1)上的导磁体(341)、安装在所述导磁体(341)上的固定磁体(342),以及可转动地安装在所述导磁体(341)上的转动磁体(343);所述转动磁体(343)用于控制所述活动件(35)朝向所述电子烟(10)运动使得所述电子烟(10)夹持在所述导磁体(341)与所述活动件(35)之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电装置还包括用于容纳所述支架(1)的壳体(4);所述磁性夹紧装置(3)还包括置于所述壳体(4)外部的旋钮(37);所述壳体(4)上开设有与所述转动磁体(343)位置相对的通孔(42);所述旋钮(37)穿过所述通孔(42)与所述转动磁体(343)固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述磁性夹紧装置(3)还包括弹性件(36);所述弹性件(36)的一端与所述支架(1)连接,所述弹性件(36)的另一端与所述活动件(35)连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述弹性件(36)为弹簧。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述导磁体(341)和/或所述活动件(35)上用于夹持所述电子烟(10)的表面呈圆弧形。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述导磁体(341)和/或所述活动件(35)上用于夹持所述电子烟(10)的表面设置有软垫。
  16. 一种电子烟充电方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1、插入步骤:提供电子烟充电装置,将所述电子烟(10)插入至所述电子烟充电装置的支架(1)上形成的容纳空间内;
    S2、连接步骤:将所述电子烟(10)的电极分别与所述电子烟充电装置的充电组件(2)的电极相互电连接实现充电;
    S3、夹紧步骤:控制所述电子烟充电装置的磁性夹紧装置(3)夹紧所述电子烟(10),使得所述电子烟(10)紧固在所述容纳空间内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟充电方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3具体包括:推动所述磁性夹紧装置(3)的活动体(32)向所述固定件(31)所在位置的方向滑动,使得所述电子烟(10)夹持在所述磁性夹紧装置(3)的固定件(31)与所述活动体(32)之间。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟充电方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3具体包括:控制所述磁性夹紧装置(3)的永磁吸盘(34)驱动所述磁性夹紧装置(3)的活动件(35)朝向所述电子烟(10)运动以使得所述电子烟(10)夹持在所述永磁吸盘(34)与所述活动件(35)之间。
