Claims (8)
- エンジンの排気ガス中の粒子状物質を除去する第1ケースと、前記エンジンの排気ガス中の窒素酸化物質を除去する第2ケースを備え、前記第1ケースに尿素混合管を介して前記第2ケースを接続させる作業車両のエンジン装置において、
前記エンジンと前記第1ケースと第2ケースを一体的に固着して、前記エンジンと前記第1ケースと第2ケースを一体的に揺振可能に構成したことを特徴とする作業車両のエンジン装置。 - 前記エンジンのシリンダヘッドに複数の支脚体を立設させ、前記複数の支脚体の上端側に支持台を連結し、前記エンジンの上面側に略水平な前記支持台を介して前記第1ケースと第2ケースを固着したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両のエンジン装置。
- 前記エンジンの排気マニホールドが設置された側に前記第1ケースの入口管を配置させ、前記エンジンの出力軸芯線に対して交叉する方向に前記第1ケース内の排気ガスが移動可能に、前記第1ケースを取付けると共に、前記第1ケースの側方のうち前記エンジンの冷却ファン設置側の側方に前記第2ケースを並設させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両のエンジン装置。
- 前記エンジンが内設されたボンネットの後方に運転キャビンを配置した作業車両であって、前記運転キャビン前部と前記エンジン後部の間に排気ガス浄化用の尿素水タンクを設置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両のエンジン装置。
- 前記第1ケースを、排気取入れ側ケースと排気排出側ケースに分割形成し、前記エンジン側に前記排気取入れ側ケースを支持させた状態で、前記排気排出側ケースを分離可能に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両のエンジン装置。
- 前記第1ケースに尿素混合管を連結する排気出口管を備え、前記排気排出側ケースの外側のうち排気ガス移動方向と交叉する方向の外側に前記排気出口管を延設させ、排気ガス移動方向に分離させる前記排気排出側ケースの分離軌跡から外れた位置に、前記尿素混合管と排気出口管の連結部を配置させたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の作業車両のエンジン装置。
- 前記排気取入れ側ケースと第2ケースを固着する挟持体と、前記排気排出側ケースと第2ケースを固着する挟持体を備え、前記第1ケースと第2ケースを前記各挟持体にて一体的に固着して、排気浄化ユニットを形成するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の作業車両のエンジン装置。
- 前記第1ケースと第2ケースを一体的に固着する挟持体と、前記挟持体を取付ける支持台とを備え、前記エンジンの上面側に複数の支脚体を立設させ、前記エンジンの排気マニホールドと複数の支脚体に前記支持台を連結させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の作業車両のエンジン装置。
