如图9所示,所述云尾部件由曲线连接件组合而成,整体呈Λ形。
本实施例采用螺旋线构件和圆弧连接件来构成所述云头部件和云尾部件,类似于将蕾丝工艺应用于首饰的制作当中,使本实施例整体呈现蕾丝云的形状,达到美观大方的效果。
本实施例所提供的云形首饰,通过将首饰分为云头和云尾两部分,云头采用类椭圆形状,云尾采用类Λ形状;整个云形首饰类似于太极图形中的阴阳图案,在使用原材料切割本发明时,因本发明整体类似于太极图形中的阴阳图案,两个云形首饰基本可以互补,切完第一个云形首饰后,剩下的材料亦可以作为第二个云形首饰的原材料,避免造成原材料的浪费,提高了原材料的利用率。本发明在云头部件和云尾部件设计有螺旋线构件、圆弧连接件、曲线连接件,通过所述螺旋线构件、圆弧连接件和曲线连接件的相互组合,使整个云形首饰呈现有卷云的形态,美观大方。在同等面积上,利用本实施例特有的组成结构,在实物制作、商业生产上最大限度地提高材料利用率,既能达到美观装饰的效果又可以节省材料。
需要说明的是,本实施例所提供的云形首饰,其制作材料可依据使用者的需求而定,包括但不限于金属、玉石;例如其制作材料可以为纯金、铂、钯、银,或者是其合金,也就是说其制作材料可包括纯金(99%-99.9%金)、K金/9K-24K产品以及相关贵金属产品(如铂及其合金、钯及其合金等)。所述云形首饰的饰物产品可以有诸多的表现形式,包括但不限于以下所述饰物类型:手镯、臂镯、胸针、吊坠、项链、戒指等。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的一种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种云形首饰,其特征在于,包括:
    云头部件,整体呈椭圆形状,其短轴的长度为b;
    云尾部件,整体呈Λ形,其底端的宽度为c;
    云头部件与云尾部件连接;
    云形首饰在水平方向的长度为a,云头部件的中心点与云尾部件的顶点之间的水平距离为d;
    a、b、c、d满足以下关系:
    b:c=a:d=1.618。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的云形首饰,其特征在于:所述云头部件由螺旋线构件和圆弧连接件组合而成,所述螺旋线构件位于所述云头部件的内部;所述圆弧连接件与所述螺旋线构件相互连接,形成云头部件的边。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云头部件内设置有五个螺旋线构件,所述五个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述五个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧连接件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述五个螺旋线构件分别为:
    第一螺旋线构件、第二螺旋线构件、第三螺旋线构件、第四螺旋线构件、第五螺旋线构件;
    所述第一螺旋线构件位于第五螺旋线构件的左侧,且与第二螺旋线构件、第四螺旋线构件和第五螺旋线构件均相切;
    所述第二螺旋线构件与第四螺旋线构件的中心均位于第一螺旋线构件与第五螺旋线构件的切线上;
    所述第二螺旋线构件位于第一螺旋线构件和第五螺旋线构件的上方;
    所述第四螺旋线构件位于第一螺旋线构件和第五螺旋线构件的下方,且与第一螺旋线构件和第五螺旋线构件均相切;
    所述第三螺旋线构件、第五螺旋线构件、第四螺旋线构件的中心均位于同一直线上;
    所述第三螺旋线构件与第五螺旋线构件相切,且位于第五螺旋线构件的上方。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云尾部件由螺旋线构件、圆弧连接件、曲线连接件组合而成,整体呈Λ形。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云尾部件由圆弧连接件和曲线连接件组合而成,整体呈Λ形。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云尾部件由曲线连接件组合而成,整体呈Λ形。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的云形首饰,其特征在于:
    所述云尾部件设置有两个螺旋线构件,所述两个螺旋线构件均排列于所述Λ形的云尾部件的一条边上;所述Λ形的云尾部件的另一条边由所述圆弧连接件和曲线连接件组合形成;
    所述云尾部件的两条边均与云头部件相接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的云形首饰,其特征在于:
    所述云尾部件设置的两个螺旋线构件分别为第六螺旋线构件和第七螺旋线构件,所述第六螺旋线构件与第七螺旋线构件的中心位于同一直线上,且第六螺旋线构件与第七螺旋线构件相接。
  10. 根据权利要求2或5所述的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述螺旋线构件的结构均相同,由第一半圆弧元件和第二半圆弧元件连接组成,第一半圆弧元件的直径D1和第二半圆弧元件的直径D2满足如下关系:
    D1:D2=1.618。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云头部 件内设置有两个螺旋线构件,所述两个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述两个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧连接件连接。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云头部件内设置有三个螺旋线构件,所述三个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述三个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧连接件连接。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云头部件内设置有四个螺旋线构件,所述四个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述四个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧连接件连接。
